For question-answering system, question analysis module finds the question points from user's natural language questions, classifies the question types, and extracts some useful information for answer. This paper proposes a question type classifying technique based on focus words extracted from questions and word semantic information, instead of complicated rules or huge knowledge resources. It also shows how to find the question type without focus words, and how useful the synonym or postfix information to enhance the performance of classifying module.

Recently, MOOC (Massive Open Online Course), which has the characteristics of open content, has been changing the paradigm of university education as it is being serviced by various universities. In addition, MOOC based e-learning service has been developed into various types. The quality management of MOOC-based e-learning services has been studied on the general factors provided by MOOC regardless of MOOC type so far. In this study, we propose a method to improve the quality management of MOOC - based e - learning service by analyzing the factors affecting the quality of e - learning service by MOOC type.

과체중, 비만을 포함한 만성질환은 일회성의 치료행위보다는 지속적인 관리가 필요한 질환이다. 이러한 점을 고려하여 개발된 IT서비스와 Healthcare서비스의 융합형 체중관리 모바일 어플리케이션 사용이 늘고 있는 추세다. 그러나 대부분의 체중관리 어플리케이션에서는 식단정보와 운동 칼로리 소모량에 관한 정보를 일방적으로 제공하고 있을 뿐, 사용자 건강의 질적인 부분을 고려하지는 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 어플리케이션 사용자들에게 지속적으로 동기를 부여하는 방안들을 모색하고 사용자 건강의 질도 관리 할 수 있도록 고려하여 모바일 체중관리 어플리케이션을 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 사용자 건강의 위험도를 Framingham risk score를 이용하여 지속적으로 점검하고 관리할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 건강과 관련 된 삶의 질(HRQOL) 측정도구를 포함하여 사용자가 건강상태를 지속적으로 평가, 관리할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 체중관리 어플리케이션은 사용자는 식이, 칼로리 뿐 만이 아니라 개인의 건강의 질에 관한 관리를 지원하고, 나아가 일회성이 아닌 지속적인 건강관리 서비스를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

An important factor in education is ensuring reliable quality of education. There are a variety of ways based on criteria to ensure the quality of education. To ensure quality management, attendance is important which is highly reliable rating at the account education of Ministry of Employment and Labor and sevice training of Health Care. In contrast, the service training of health care professionals was consisting of formal attendance management, quality of education has been raised as a problem. Recently developed USN-based attendance management system is effective. But if education is proceed at a large number of small scale in the area of education, cost, portability, systeme management, the reliability of the Trainee's attendance remained as problems to solve. To address these needs, this paper quoted low-cost attendance management system which was desighned and implemented by barcode and PC camera. As a result the actual maintenance training system showed a 98% satisfaction in terms of administrator and 95% satisfaction in terms of Trainee.

As we are to deal with more and more XML documents, research on storing and managing XML documents in databases are actively conducted. Employing RDBMS or ORDBMS as a repository of XML documents is currently regarded as most practical. The query results out of XML documents stored in databases could be cached for query performance though the cost of cache consistency against the update of the underlying data is incurred. In this paper, we assume that an ORDBMS is used as a repository for the XML query cache as well as its underlying XML documents, and that XML query cache is refreshed in a deferred way with the update log. When the same XML document was updated multiple times, the deferred refresh of the XML query cache may Bet inefficient. We propose an algorithm that removes or filters such duplicate updates. Based on that, the optimal SQL statements that are to be executed for XML query cache consistency are generated. Through experiments, we show the efficiency of our proposed deferred refresh of XML query cache.

The paper examined and analyzed the factors affecting TQM in Medical libraries. The questionnaire was used for collecting data and the ANOVA and T-TEST were used for analyzing data. The results showed that librarians positively recognize the need of TQM in Medical libraries. However, the results showed that library system needs to improve the reward system for effective performance of the work. Finally, this study showed that librarians need to be well-qualified person as a professional with the CEO of strong leadership for successful TQM.

This study aims to establish a research model to analyze the structural relationship between the working environment of the elderly medical welfare facility workers, the trust of the manager, and the quality of service. As a result, first, it was found that there was a significant causal relationship among service quality in the working environment of the elderly medical welfare facility workers. Second, it was found that there was a significant causal relationship between the working environment and the trust of managers of the elderly medical welfare facility workers. Therefore, in order to achieve the goal of the elderly medical welfare facility and improve the quality of service, it is necessary to create a working environment and establish a trust relationship among members. In addition, in order to cultivate competency and provide high-quality services for the elderly medical welfare facility workers, managers need to understand the individual characteristics of members, and to assign duties according to roles, accurate division of duties and personnel management are required.

Advancing health screening and treatment of cancer techniques, they contribute to grow the probability of survival of cancer patients for a long time. So health behavior and quality of life of the patients are getting important. This study analysed correlation between healthy person and cancer patient's EQ-5D index, social demographic characteristics, health behavior and so on by the multiple regression analysis. The result was that EQ-5D index of cancer patients is lower than healthy persons. Patients of cervical cancer and lung cancer had very low the index especially. In conclusion, cancer have a bad influence on the quality of life. For cancer patients, smoking and drinking are a major factors of correlation. The number of non-smokers among the patients is lower than the number of smokers among healthy persons. This conclusion means that the importance of health behaviors and quality of life for cancer patients is established so that this will be used for basic reference of PHR models and service enhancing quality of life.

위치 기반 서비스에서 이동체 정보의 저장 및 관리는 이동체 데이터베이스에 의해 수행되며, 이동체 정보의 표현을 위한 데이터 모델과 별도의 자료 구조를 포함하고 있다. 그러나, 기존 이동체 데이터베이스에 대한 대부분의 연구는 이동체 정보의 관리에 초점을 맞추고 있어 실제 응용에 있어서 대용량 정보의 처리가 불가능하며, 기존의 이동체 색인 구조는 특정분야에 특화되어 위치기반 서비스의 다양한 응용에 적용하기 힘든 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 이동체 질의 처리를 위해 네트워크 상의 여러 저장소존 연결하고 각각의 프로세스들을 다양한 질의 특성에 맞게 구성하는 디스크 클러스터 기반 저장 관리자에서의 질의 처리 구조를 제안한다. 이는 네트워크 기반의 디스크를 구축하고 공간 영역별 그룹 분할, 현재 위치 정보의 분할 저장 및 과거 위치 정보의 중복 저장을 통해 고성능 대용량 처리를 가능하게 하며, 다양한 색인을 지원하여 작업 분산 및 다양한 응용에 적용이 가능한 특징을 갖는다.

Grid database management systems are used for large data processing, high availability and data integration in grid computing. Furthermore the grid database management systems are in the use of manipulating the queries that are sent to distributed nodes for efficient query processing. However, when the query processing is concentrated in a random node, it will be occurred with imbalance workload and decreased query processing. In this paper we propose a load balancing method for query processing based on cache Management in grid databases. This proposed method focuses on managing a cache in nodes by cache manager. The cache manager connects a node to area group and then the cache manager maintains a cached meta information in node. A node is used for caching the efficient meta information which is propagated to other node using cache manager. The workload of node is distributed by using caching meta information of node. This paper shows that there is an obvious improvement compared with existing methods, through adopting the proposed algorithm.
