Death and the Maiden(1990), by the Chilean playwright Ariel Dorfman, directly addresses the issue of liquidating the past that the transient democratic government of Patricio Aylwin faced, the government established right after the end of the dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet. This article focuses on analyzing the aspects of conflicts and discords between memories of individuals as reflected in the conversations between characters of the play. For example. we look into the effects of traumatic memories of Paulina, tortured and raped by the past government, on her everyday life and examine the relationship between her personal memory and the collective memory. We also look into the discourse of the dominating memory through the confession of the rapist doctor Roberto, and observe how Gerardo, a lawyer appointed as a member of the investigation committee, exposes the truth of the case and mediates the conflict of the memories between the two characters. We uncover the problems inherent in the state memory as it tries to intervene in the strife in memories between assailants and victims and explore the possibility that the concept of memory deterritorialization would be an alternative to overcome these problems.

This study was performed to emotional labors of the relationship between the emotional dis-harmory and life satisfaction to find if authenticity take a role as a mediator variable. For this study targeting the women counselors us 197 people general public institution based in Seoul, to emotional dissonance scale partially modified by Hyuck-gi Kwon and Bong-gyu Park(2006); authenticity scale by Wood at all (2008), and life satisfaction measurement(Satisfaction With Life Scale; SWLS) developed by Diener at all(1985), was subjected to multiple regression analysis was performed to verify sobel for the statistical significance of the mediating effect. As a result was showed that authenticity is fully mediated of emotional dis-harmory between life satisfaction. The results implies that improving life satisfaction on a women customer counselor with emotional dis-harmony may help reduce accepting external influence, self-alienation and increase authentic living. Finally, implication and limitation of study are discussed.

The current study investigated multiple dimensions of brand personality for kids' fashion brands according to the brand personality scale of Aaker (1997) through an online survey of 500 women in their 20s to 40s raising children. The extracted brand personality factors, such as sincerity, competence, and excitement, showed positive and direct effects on brand loyalty. However, while sincerity and excitement turned out to have indirect effects mediated by brand identification on brand loyalty, competence did not have significant indirect effect. However, as a result of examining the moderated mediating effect according to the child's gender on the brand personality's mediating effect, in case of daughters, the effect of competence was strengthened, whereas the effects of sincerity and excitement were turned out to be increased in case of sons.

The Hong Kong film "Project Gutenberg" has obtained the great achievements at the box office and public reputation due to such multiple factors as realistic counterfeit banknote production process, breathtaking gunfight scenes, brain-burning plot, unexpected reversal ending, personal charm of Chow Yun-Fat and so on. In terms of film narrative, the director utilized the narrator, Li Wen, to guide the police and audience in the limited angle of perspective into the scheme, and make the symbolic meaning image of the actor Chow Yun-Fat stengthen the audience's confirmation for the imagination of "painter", with the introduction of multiple narratives and flashback of different characters and scenes, and then finally, used the narrative structure with multiple lines and layers to uncover the truth. There are three great reversals in the film, each of which is overthrow for the film plot, and every overthrow is a disavowal of the audience's cognition for the previous story; therefore it brings the greatly emotional tension, making the audience get complete release and relief in the process of the psychological game of cognition, identification and decision-making at the end.

This article reviews a few academic discussions in our geological society. The author presents his opinion on the discussions regarding the ages of the Okcheon Group, Myogog Formation, and hominid footprints of the Jeju Island, as well as on the inaccurate reportage in mass media. The academia advances via healthy debates and discussions. The arguments for and against Darwin's "Origin of Species" and scientific debates regarding Wegener's "Continental Drift Hypothesis" are well known. In academic debates or discussions, authority should not be involved in any form. Academic research should be conducted based on scientific principles and evidence-free of personal preferences or other nonacademic factors. Opponents should challenge with scientific approaches, suggesting alternatives based on science. Opposition without scientific basis is not productive in conducting academic research in search of scientific truth. Often, the news media delivers inaccurate information to the public-intentionally or unintentionally. There must be a mechanism to immediately identify and rectify inaccurate, false, or fake information for the benefit of the public and the credibility of the news media.

Matrix, produced by Larry & Andy Wachowski, was relatively precisely dealt with the cyber world. After the movie was released, it had a mania for the movie and was adopted into a various forms of cultural products. It was remade not only into the parodies of the other movies and TV programs, but also the clothes and miscellaneous items of the movie were reincarnated as an unique cultural trend. The cause of the popularity is the fresh storyline as well as the sophisticated visual effects and good-looking actors. The agony of the protagonist was connected with the people outside the movie who are yearning for the ideal world. He was confused at the fact that his circumstances which were believed as the real world were not tortally true, complicated between the sensually phisical truth and the spiritual truth and had an will for the freedom that would ransack the truth and save the other people from the fictitious world. Consequently, the movie has got sympathies with many audiences suggesting the situation that has no a firm belief of the reality, the difference between the real and the cyber world is meaningless and the faked images of the high-technology are overturned This thesis tries to study the present that the real images are excessly duplicated and consumed, related to the Jean Baudrillard's theory, 'Hyperreel'. Replaced the real objects by a technical programming in the Matrix world, there happens the image-violence that the true nature is slaughterred by images. In the world where the reproducts are more actual than the reality and pretends to be real, only semiotics are consumed and produced. That is to say, the tortally programmed images has no references and aims, therefore should be produced in an 'impediment-strategy' like a faked crisis. That is the step of 'Simulation' that artificially reincarnates the real. Based upon the Baudrillard's theory, 'Simulacre', this study tries to research today's post-modern situation that the boundary of the real world and the faked copy is vague and vanishing, through the analysis of the cyber world of the movie 'Matrix'.

In recent years, television dramas have adopted an emerging approach of imagining a just society via fantasy. This study set out to examine by stages the patterns of social justice in I Hear Your Voice, Pinocchio, and While You Were Sleeping written by Park Hye-ryeon, who has been leading this trend. I Hear Your Voice shows why social justice is needed, as it is set against the backdrop of a society in which legal justice has collapsed. In this drama, the collapse of the legal justice system indicates that democratic society is falling apart at the roots. As a result, pain and suffering is propagated among the petit bourgeois, with social justice being demanded as an alternative to this problematic reality. The supernatural power of reading the thoughts of others is used to remind viewers of the value of truth and trust and raises the possibility of the existence of a true heart as an alternative from a social justice perspective. Set in a society in which media justice is distorted, Pinocchio makes an attempt at changing ideas about social justice. In this drama, the corrupt media justice covers up truth and becomes a parasite to power, creating victims that are falsely accused. In this situation, the Pinocchio Syndrome, which makes people hiccup when telling a lie, shows paradoxically that truth can be distorted, and ultimately destroys absoluteness that is not truth. Finally, While You Were Sleeping inherits the world views of the two previous dramas and proposes a type of social justice called 'common good' as an alternative. A completely unfair society is created when legal justice collapses and media justice is distorted. In this situation, the ability to see the future is an ability to imagine a world of possibilities. Altruistic choices based on trust in others help us to realize a positive future. Social justice as common good to enable solidarity among subjects in a way that transcends the limitations of time and space is proposed as an alternative to overcome the problem of an unfair society. Given the recent reality of South Korean society, this common good and these ways of life might literally seem like a fantasy. When social justice is represented by efforts and reconstruction processes to overcome the current social issues and make a better future, common good based on the understanding and sympathy of others can be an alternative to improve a reality that is problematic at its root. Ultimately, Park's three works explore the feasibility of a just society that is yet to come from the aspect of the common good.

라우드스피커의 비선형 음향특성을 해석하기 위하여 라우드스피커 다이아프램의 비 선형특성을 실험적으로 분석하였다. 라우드스피커를 집중질량계로 모델링하고, 출력소음이 없을 때 적용이 가능한 하모닉 발란스법과 출력소음이 있을 때도 적용할 수 있는 통계적 방 법인 라그란지 배수법을 사용하여 비선형 매개변수를 규명하였다. 70Hz 이하의 주파수 영역 에서는 라그란지 배수법이 2차 하모닉 왜곡특성에서 상대적으로 좋은 결과를 보였으며, 3차 하모닉 왜곡특성에서는 하모닉 발란스법이 실험결과와 잘 일치하였다. 전압가진 및 전류 가 진실험을 통하여, 일반화된 주파수 응답함수를 유도하였고 하모닉 왜곡 및 상호변조 특성을 고찰하였다. 고차 주파수 응답특성은 라우드스피커 비선형 매개변수의 변동에 따른 다이아 프램의 비선형특성을 해석하는데 유용한 수단이 될 수 있음도 확인하였다.

기존의 최초공모주 발행제도하에서는 일반투자자의 공모주식수요에 대한 의사가 공모가 결정과정에 반영될 수 있는 기회가 없음으로 인해 최초공모주의 심각한 저가발행 현상이 나타나고 있다. 이에 대한 문제점을 보완 개선하기 위하여 본 연구는 기업공개시 주식매각의 한 방안으로 경쟁입찰방식을 제시하였으며, 우리 나라 실정에 맞는 입찰모형의 설정을 위한 제반요인들을 조사 분석하였다. 또한, 경쟁입찰방식을 통한 최초공모주 발행의 장점과 경쟁입찰방식과 관련하여 예상되는 경제적 제 문제들을 공개입찰을 통한 장외등록기업 사레와 공기업민영화 사례를 통해 간접적으로 유추 검토하였다. 경쟁입찰방식하에서는 발행기업의 진실된 가치와 시장투자자들의 최초공모주에 대한 수요의사가 입찰과정을 통해 최적공모가격 결정에 적절히 반영되어 기존의 발행방식과 비교해 저평가율도 낮아질 것으로 기대되며, 심각한 문제가 없을 것이라는 판단하에 본 논문은 경쟁입찰방식을 통한 최초공모주발행이 기존의 발행방식에 대한 하나의 경제적 대안으로 선호될 수 있음을 보여 주었다.

현재 한국전력공사에서 전기를 제공하는데 투입된 고정비용을 회수하기 위해 기본요금 제도를 도입하고 있다. 현재 사용되고 있는 요금제도는 계약전력에 맞게 과금을 하고 계약전력을 초과해서 사용하게 되면 초과사용량에 대한 초과요금을 과금하고 있다. 전력비용을 적게 내기 위해 계약전력을 사실대로 보고하지 않는 경우가 발생할 수 있고 이를 해결하기 위한 기본요금 및 초과요금을 산정하는 방법에 대해 제안하고자 한다. 게임이론에서 널리 사용하고 있는 한 방법인 VCG(Vickrey-Clarke-Groves) 방법론을 기본요금 및 초과요금을 산정하는 데에 적용을 하여 거짓이 석이지 않은 진실한 계약전력의 보고가 전력소비자에게 가장 이상적인 방법임을 보인다.
