다양한 열처리 분위기에 따른 SBT 커패시터의 누설전류 특성 (Leakage Current Properties of SBT Capacitors with various Annealing Atmosphere)

  • The $Sr_{0.7}Bi_{2.6}Ta_2O_9$(SBT) thin films are deposited on Pt-coated electrode(Pt/$TiO_2/SiO_2$/Si) using RF magnetron sputtering method. The structural and electrical properties of SBT capacitors were influenced with annealing atmosphere. In the XRD pattern, the SBT thin films in all annealed atmosphere had (105) orientation. In the SEM images, Bi-layered perovskite phase was crystallized in all annealing atmosphere and grains largely grew in oxygen annealing atmosphere. The dielectric constant and leakage current density of capacitors annealed oxygen atmosphere are 340 and $2.13{\times}10^{-9}[A/cm^2]$ respectively.

  • The SBN thin films are deposited on Pt-coated electrode(Pt/Ti/$SiO_2/Si$) using RF sputtering method at various deposition conditions. The optimum conditions of RF power and $Ar/O_2$ ratio were 60[W] and 70/30, respectively. Also, The surface rougness showed about 4.33[nm] in RF power 60[W] and $Ar/O_2$ ratio 70/30.

  • 삼성생명의 지방을 비롯한 총 7개 의무실에서 1997년 11월 1일부터 11월 30일까지 동일 진단시에 5-10분 이상의 시간 간격을 두고 혈압측정을 2회 실시한 757예에 대해 측정치의 변화를 검토하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 진단시의 혈압은 1회 측정치 보다 2회 측정치가 낮게 나타났다. 2) 혈압치의 저하율은 조건체 상당의 혈압치를 나타낸 고혈압치군과 고연령층에서 높게 나타났다. 3) 고혈압치군 436예중에서는 170예(39.0%)가 무조건체로까지 혈압이 하강하였다. 4) 중증의 고혈압으로 보험가입이 거절된 27예의 경우는 현저한 혈압의 하강은 없었다. 이상의 결과로 진단시에 일정간격의 시간차를 둔 혈압의 재측정이 계약확대의 관점과 혈압측정의 정확성 측면에서 진사실무에 적용하는 것이 필요하다.

RF 스퍼터링법에 의한 SCT 박막의 기판온도 영향 (Influence of Substrate Temperature of SCT Thin Film by RF Sputtering Method)

  • The (Sr/sub 0.9/Ca/sub 0.1/)TiO₃(SCT) thin films are deposited on Pt-coated electrode(Pt/TiN/SiO₂/Si) using RF sputtering method at various substrate temperature. The optimum conditions of RF power and Ar/O₂ ratio were 140[W] and 80/20, respectively. Deposition rate of SCT thin film was about 18.75[Å/min]. The crystallinity of SCT thin films were increased with increase of substrate temperature in the temperature range of 100~500[℃]. The dielectric constant of SCT thin films were increased with the increase of substrate temperature, and changed almost linearly in temperature ranges of -80~+90[℃]. The current-voltage characteristics of SCT thin films showed the increasing leakage current as the substrate temperature increases.

  • This thesis is a study about Mai Jue Chan Wei (脈訣闡微) among many medical books by Chen Shi Duo (陳士鐸) who was a famous medical practitioner of China under the early Qing dynasty. Chen Shi Duo (陳士鐸) who is from, Shaoxing (紹興), Zhejiang (浙江) had his pen-name as Jing Zhi (敬之) and also was called as Zhu Hua Zi (朱華子) or Lian Gong (蓮公) under pseudonym of Yuan Gong (遠公). He was a medical practitioner under the early Qing dynasty in China and the date of birth and death was not for sure nor was written in the history book.

RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링법에 의한 SBN 박막의 분극특성 (Polarization Characteristics of SBN Thin Film by RF Magnetron Sputtering)

  • The SBN thin films were deposited on Pt/Ti/$SiO_2$/Si and p-type Si(100) substrate by rf magnetron sputtering method using $Sr_{0.7}Bi_{2.3}Nb_2O_9$ ceramic target. SBN thin films deposited were annealed at 600~800[$^{\circ}C$] by furnace in oxygen atmosphere during 40min. The polarization characteristics have been investigated to confirm the possibility of the SBN thin films for the application to destructive read out ferroelectric random access memory. The maximum remanent polarization and the coercive voltage are 0.6[${\mu}C/cm^2$], 1.2[V] respectively at annealing temperature of 800[$^{\circ}C$]. The leakage current density was the $2.57{\times}10^{-6}[A/cm^2]$ at an applied voltage of 5[V] at annealing temperature of 650[$^{\circ}C$]. Also, the fatigue characteristics of SBN thin films did not change up to $10^8$ switching cycles.

  • The$(Sr_{1-x}Ca_x)TiO_3$(SCT) thin films are deposited on Pt-coated electrode $(Pt-TiN /SiO_2Si)$ using RF sputtering method at various deposition temperature. The crystallinity of thin films was increased with increased of deposition temperature n the temperature range of 200~500 $[^{\circ}C]$. The capacitance changes almost linearly in temperature ranges of -80~+90$[^{\circ}C]$. All SCT thin films used in the study the phenomena of dielectric relaxation with the increase of frequency, and the relaxation frequency is observed above 200[kHz]. V-I characteristics of SCT thin films show the increasing leakage current with the increases of deposition temperature.

진사탁(陳士鐸)의 『변증록(辨證錄)』 처방(處方) 연구(硏究) - 비증(痹症)을 중심으로 - (Study on Bi-jeung Prescriptions in Byunjeungrok)

  • Objectives : Bi-jeung is a traditional oriental medical name. Bi-jeung is similar to rheumatoid arthritis(RA). This study was investigated to get the practical use of Bi-jeung prescriptions in Byunjeungrok. Methods: Original records related Bi-jeung in Byunjeungrok are interpreted and contemplated. Results: Bi-jeung prescriptions in Byunjeungrok are put stress on Byunjeung in conformity with entrails good energy enforcing as well as evil energy eliminating removing damp-evil among wind-evil cold-evil and damp-evil showing concrete prognosis. Conclusions: This study indicates that Bi-jeung prescriptions in Byunjeungrok have an influences for RA. It may also suggest that Bi-jeung prescriptions may expand therapy field for treatment of RA. and its complications.

선외기 구동을 위한 BLDC 전기모터 개발 (Develop of BLDC Electric Motor for Outboard Motor Drive)

  • This paper tried to develop a BLDC electric motor securing the 800 W-level watertight structure for driving the outboard motor. For this purpose, this paper developed a high-efficient controller-integrating BLDC electric motor system for underwater propulsion and designed and developed a triple watertight structure. Besides, this study developed a outboard motor integrating motor, propeller and controller based on the production of a controller for BLDC motor which can the speed control by selecting low-voltage, high-current power element. The characteristics of developed outboard motor were 24 V input voltage, over 800 W motor output, and max. 3,000 rpm motor, and 84.9% motor efficiency, and the developed outboard motor could secure the watertight structure in 5 m in water depth.
