On this study, the historical flow of the notation was briefly examined and the direction of mathematical investigation activity of the content of notation by analogy was explored and teaching learning materials were developed. Diverse mathematical facts were investigated on the basis of decimal system and binary system which are learned in middle school. First, the way of progressing analytic activity with algebraic material was examined. Second, on the basis of the notation which are learned in the first grade of middle school, the definition of the scale of a -notation, -a -notation, $\frac{1}{a}$notation, $\sqrt{a}$-notation was extended by analogy. The result of this study will be expected to establish the curriculum of mathematics and provide teaching and learning with the meaningful current events.

본 논문은 과거 신라시대에 사용하여 경주 안압지에서 출토되었던 6, 8면체 주사위를 오늘날 우리 교육과정에서 활용할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 첫째, 6, 8 면체는 6개의 사각면과 8개의 삼각면으로 구성되어있는데 이를 6진법과 8진법에 이용하여 그 개념과 자리수를 익히고 덧셈, 뺄셈에 활용되는 방법을 연구하였고, 둘째, 14면체의 면의 모양과 면의 개수가 갖는 성질을 이용하여 문자와 식의 개념을 도입하고 이 개념을 확장시켜 다항식의 연산을 적용하여 보았으며, 셋째, 동 ${\cdot}$ 서양의 철학에서 살펴본 수의 의미로서 주사위가 지닌 의미를 재해석해보았다.

지난 40년간 한국에서는 농업생산 특히 쌀 생산의 가속화를 위한 노력으로서 관계사업에 큰 비중을 두어 왔다. 따라서 관계건설과 농지개량에대한 투자는 괄목할 만큼 신장되어 1960년 대 이래 총투자액은 미화 61억달러에 달하고 있다. 그 결과 관계에 대한 잠자력과 관계면적은 크게 확장되어 지난 40여년간 순관계면적은 1945년의 188.200ha로부터 1988년의 195.750ha로 증가 되었으며 이 숫자는 한구구 총 수면적의 73%에 이르는 면적이다. 한국에는 농업수자원의 개발과 관리를 계획, 실시하는 임무가 부여된 국가기관이 있다. 그러나 이에 관련되는 국가수준의 기관이 하나이상이므로 관련되는 기관간의 통합이 문제로 제기되고 있다. 이러한 문제는 얼마간 인식디되고 있지만 아직도 심각하게 남아 있다. 농지개량조합 농촌근대화촉진법에 의하여 조직되고 운영되고 있다. 각 조합에서는 관계관리에 대한 정책, 관계수 분배계획 수자원관리 등을 담당하는 농민관계단체인 흥농계가 조직되고 있다. 농가수준에서의 관계개발 및 관리에 관련되는 문제점 및 주요쟁점은 다음과 같음을 확인할 수 있었다. 1. 관계조직 및 물 사용의 저효율 2. 몽리 구역내의 부과 합리화 및 징수방법 3. 수제의 부과 합리화 및 징수방법 4. 현재의 낡은 관계조직 5. 관계시설을 효율적으로 운영, 유지관리 하기위한 훈련된 인력 6. 관련 기관간의 통합 한국의 현 경제성장 단계에 비추어 볼 때 물의 수요와 수자원의 고갈이 증대되고 있으며 새로운 수자원 개발은 점점 어려워지고 또 고가이다. 따라서 더 이상의 발전을 위해서는 토지와 수자원의 효율적이고 경제적인 이용은 물론 현재 관계조직의 개선과 집중적인 관리가 강조 되어야할 것으로 생각된다.

Outer Space is existing as the opening-up frontier. The space activities included benefit-and-risk are now confronted with the challenge of arriving at just and effective rules for the use of space serving many technical, practical and conflicting legal, economic, political and military interests. Therefore many governments have developed domestic and international policies to respond to the opportunities and constraints engendered by space exploration and exploitation. the challenges of outer space toward the 21st century are being internationalized, commercialized, and privatized, militarized through the international cooperation and competition in space activities. For the future of mankind, futhermore the right to live of humankind, we must be positively interested in international space law which may give rise to international repercussions. I suggeste that many issues be resolved by international coordinating organization.

In this paper we study exponentiation in finite fields $F{_p}{^{k}}$(k is odd) with very special exponents such as they occur in algorithms for computing square roots. Our algorithmic approach improves the corresponding exponentiation independent of the characteristic of $F{_p}{^{k}}$. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first major improvement to the Tonelli-Shanks algorithm, for example, the number of multiplications can be reduced to at least 60% on average when $p{\equiv}1$ (mod 16). Several numerical examples are given that show the speed-up of the proposed methods.

Korea now has a rapidly expanding and developing space programme with exploration aspirations. The government is giving priority to the aerospace industry and, to put it on a better footing, enacted an Aerospace Industry Development Promotion Act in I987, a Space Development Promotion Act in 2005 and a Space Compensation for Damage Act in 2007. I would like to describe briefly the legislative history, main contents and comment for these three space acts including especially launch licensing, registration of space objects, use of satellite information, astronaut rescue, liability for compensation, third party liability insurance and establishment of committee and plans to assist the Korean space effort. Furthermore author proposed to legislate a new draft for the establishment of a Korean Aerospace Development Agency (KADA: tentative title) to create a similar body to Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), British National Space Centre (BNSC) of UK, French Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales (CNES), German Aerospace Center (DLR), Swedish Space Corporation (SSC), China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC), Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) as well as the Korean Space Agency (KSA: Tentative title) to create a similar body to Canadian Space Agency, European Space Agency, Russian Space Agency, Italian Space Agency, Israel Space Agency, Indian Department of Space, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) of USA, China National Space Administration in order to develope efficiently space industry. If the Korean government will be establish the Korean Space Agency as an governmental organization in future, it is necessary to revise the contents of the Government Organization Act. It is desirable and necessary for us to establish an Asian Space Agency (ASA), in order to develop our space industry and to promote research cooperation among Asian countries, based on oriental idea and creative powers.

The size of the subway entrance should be calculated according to the user's demand, but Korea has the same size for each entrance by applying a uniform value. Recently, the installation of mobile convenience facilities such as escalators, elevators, etc. is mandated by the traffic weakness promotion law, but it is inconvenient to use the existing stations because it is mainly arranged in the place where it can be installed regardless of user demand. This study aims to establish a model for estimating the size of mobile convenience facilities by predicting the use demand of each station entrance so that the location and size of mobile facilities can be reflected in the design or construction of the station. To this end, a multiple regression model was established to forecast daily demand by utilizing the demand for getting on and off by station and the building association area for each purpose around the railway station. The actual data of Dongdaemun and Jonggak Stations were used to verify the estimated model. In addition, the escalator installation scale was compared / analyzed by doorway using domestic and overseas escalator equations. As a result, it was more accurate to estimate the usage demand for a single station. Also, Jonggak Station has an up and down escalator installed at exit 1, but it was analyzed that it is appropriate to install at exit 4. This study is an advanced form of the essay model for estimating the users of the entrance and exit users of urban railway stations published in 2018. In addition, it seems to be the basis of the current escalator installation criteria.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the paintings and symbols of the Jeju Guandeokjeong murals, Treasure No. 322. Gwandeokjeong Pavilion in Jeju is one of the oldest buildings in Jeju and was built in 1448 during the reign of King Sejong (世宗) of the Joseon Dynasty to serve as a training ground for soldiers. Unlike Gwandeokjeong Pavilions in other regions, Jeju's Gwandeokjeong Pavilion has a long history and is of cultural value due to its beautiful architecture. In addition, it contains various murals which are a further source of attention. There are four murals on the front and back of the two Lintels on the left and right sides of the building. Their contents include of 『The Three Kingdoms (三國志)』 and and on the back. Towards the right, is depicted, with on the back. Based on a replica of the murals from 1976, the plan, style, and age of the Gwandeokjeong Pavilion murals have been studied, together with their meanings. The contents of the mural are broadly divided into five parts, which are identified by the tacit signatures atop the screen, which provide such details as the painting titles. The paintings on the left and right sides of the center appear to inspire the spirit of the military's commerce in order to boost soldiers' morale, protect the country, and protect the people in line with the purpose of Gwandeokjeong Pavilion. The following and figuratively depict guidelines for the behavior and mindset of officials. In particular, is a painting concerned with concepts of longevity and an auspicious (吉祥), which shows how court paintings became popular as folk paintings at that time. The paintings of tangerines and other specialties of Jeju Island, the ritual paintings of Jeokbyeokdaejeon, and the expressions of Mt. Halla (漢拏山) and Oreum (오름) indicate the existence of Jeju artists that belonged to the Jeju government office at that time. The five themes and styles of the murals also show that the murals of Gwandeokjeong Pavilion were produced in the late 19^th and early 20^th centuries.
