This study seeks to investigate the mediating effect of career identity in the structural relationship between career anxiety, career stress, career identity, and career preparation behavior. Based on these results, we provide basic data for students' career guidance and career education. For this purpose, data were collected and analyzed targeting third-year commercial high school students preparing for their careers. As a result of the analysis, it was found that as career anxiety increases, students' career stress increases. However, career anxiety was found to have no direct effect on career identity and career preparation behavior. Second, career stress was found to have a significant impact on career identity and career preparation behavior. Third, the mediating effect of career identity was found to be high in the relationship between career stress and career preparation behavior. This shows that career stress increases actions for career preparation through career identity.

The purpose of this study was to verify the changes in Grit and career anxiety among college students by conducting a Grit improvement career group counseling program. The subjects of the study were 24 four-year college students, and the group counseling program was conducted once a week from September, 28, 2021 to November 16, 2021, for a total of 8 sessions. Research tools consisted of Grit and career anxiety, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 24.0. The Mann-Whitney U test was performed to secure the homogeneity of the experimental and control groups, and the Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used to verify the effectiveness before and after the program. As a result of this study, it was found that the subjects of the experimental group had higher grit and lowered career anxiety than the control group. Based on the research results, the significance and limitations of this study were discussed.

This study used three types of survey, an anxiety for practice, a career decision making self-efficacy, and a career decision level for students majoring in language rehabilitation in college in order to provide an effective guide for practice and career decision. By using 18.0 SPSS statistic package, the data has examined with Mann-Whitney test, Kruskal-Wallis test and Bonferroni test based on student's grade, academic record and practice duration. The result of study is as follows. First, based on grade, students showed significant differences on several subfactors of the anxiety for practice and the level of career decision-making. Second, based on an academic point and practice duration, there were significantly different in several subfactors of the anxiety for practice, the career decision-making self efficacy, the career decision level. Consequently grade, academic record and practice duration influenced student's conception for practice and career.

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of a career exploration education to job-seeking anxiety, career maturity and Career decision-making in an effort to prove the effectiveness of career exploration education. The subjects in this study were 65 high school student who were users of B high school in the city of Gwang-Ju. An experimental group and a control group were organized with 65 high school student' each, and a career exploration education was conducted in nine sessions, once a week. The major findings of the study were as follows: The experimental group who participated in the career exploration education felt less job-seeking anxiety, improvement in career maturity and Career decision-making. Second, the experimental group who participated in the career exploration education showed. Third, the experimental group who participated in the career exploration education showed improvement in.

The present study examines whether fear of negative evaluation, social comparison and self-criticism mediate the relationship between insecure attachment and career indecision. Participants are 401 unemployed people in their 20s who have never had a job. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, correlation analysis indicates that both anxious attachment and avoidant attachment are positively related to fear of negative evaluation and self-criticism. Also, anxious attachment is positively correlated with social comparison, whereas avoidant attachment is negatively correlated with it. Second, both insecure attachments have significant positive correlation with career indecision. Third, it shows the respective unique mechanisms by which each of the two insecure attachment forms are related to career indecision are distinctive: Specifically, The linkage between anxious attachment and career indecision is partially mediated by self-criticism and social comparison, whereas avoidant attachment is indirectly related to career indecision through a full mediation of self-criticism and social comparison. Implications and limitations of this study are discussed.

This study examined the factors affecting the career identity of high school students. We adopted the ecological systems theory by Bronfenbrenner. The consumer typology approach was applied based on their negative emotions, and they were categorized into two distinct groups: unstable emotion group(n=903) and stable emotion group(n=1,107). We used the panel data of Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey. Data of a total of 2,010 participants were analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. In the unstable emotion group, parental supervision, parental excessive expectation, peer communication, peer trust, and teacher attachment significantly influenced career identity. In the stable emotion group, parental supervision, parental abuse, peer communication, and teacher attachment significantly influenced career identity.

급변하는 미래 사회 환경에서의 청년 실업문제 및 직업진로에 대한 불안요소 극복을 위해서는 다양성에 대응하는 유연한 태도와 주도적인 진로 개발 역량 함양을 통한 실천적 자세가 요구된다. 사회 진출을 준비하는 대학생들에게 있어서 변화에 대응하는 새로운 혁신이 요구됨에 따라 기업가정신 교육의 필요성 또한 강조되고 있는 현실이다. 이는 비단 취업에만 국한되는 요구 역량이 아니며, 지속적으로 확장되고 있는 창업생태계에서 창업 지원 정책을 대하는 대학생 수요와 창업의지 변화에도 영향을 미칠 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로탄력성이 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 조사하고, 기업가정신 교육 만족도가 진로탄력성과 창업의지 관계에서 조절 효과로서 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해, 대학생의 기업가정신 교육 경험 여부를 통제한 상태에서 기업가정신, 진로탄력성과 같은 개인의 내적 영향요인으로 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 기업가정신 교육만족도의 조절 효과 여부를 확인하여 기업가정신 교육의 중요성을 밝히고 활성화하기 위해 본 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 잠재적 창업가가 될 수 있는 대학생의 기업가정신 영향요인을 검증하고 연구 자료에 다양하게 비교할 수 있는 참고자료로서 도움이 되고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship among dialect, anxiety and career barrier for flight attendant applicants at interview. A Survey was conducted on female applicants who had attended interview at least once. As a result, dialect speakers were more anxious than non-dialect speakers. And a dialect affects the anxiety, the anxiety also affects the career barrier. The findings of this study offer several managerial implications for directors in teaching positions. The results of the evaluation can be used as a background for promoting effective interview method.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between career maturity, anxiety and school related adjustments levels of adolescents. A sample of 319 1th grade high school students in Seoul Metropolitan area participated in this study. The subjects completed questionnaires on the levels of school related adjustments, anxiety and career maturity. Data were analyzed by means of Pearson's correlation coefficients, as well as multiple and hierarchical regressions. Career maturity, as well as anxiety was founded to be a predictor to the school related adjustments levels of adolescents; significant interactional effects were found between career maturity and anxiety in terms of school related adjustments. These results indicate the need for possible interventions in relation to adolescents' anxiety levels and to improve the school related adjustments levels of adolescents.
