The purpose of this study is to provide policy implications on the settlement of regional labor market of young women through detailed study on the experience of regional labor market in Jeollanam-do Province. For this purpose, this study analyzed the labor mobility experience in the regional labor market of young women, which lacked specific case studies. In this study, we have identified the causes of job changes by dividing the labor mobility of young women into intra-career moves and inter-career moves. For the causes of labor mobility we divided into two aspects: problems in preparation for employment and employment conditions. The inter-career moves included more diverse factors than intra-career moves. In the inter-career moves, problems in preparation for employment were highlighted as the causes of job changes. In the case of moving within the career, young women would leave because of the employment conditions such as the expiration of the employment period, but the turnover appears to be the way of retaining their previous career. On the other hand, in the case of intra-career moves, the strong desire to maintain the career was shown, and at the same time, the possibility of leaving the region was also high. Based on the case study, this study proposed systematic career counseling for career match, and construction of career management system to support continuous career development.
The purpose of this research is to analyze a principal's job at a Vocational High School using DACUM Task Analysis Method. The contents of this research are to set the order after deriving the duties and tasks of the principal., then to verify as the importance, difficulty, and frequency of each task, and also to indicate whether it is an essential capability to have in the early stages of one's duty. Finally, based on the job analysis results, a DACUM chart was developed by the principal of the Vocational High School. The DACUM Task Analysis Workshop was attended by one DACUM analyst with LEVEL - 1 license, seven DACUM members with more than four years experience, one secretary and two administrative assistants for a two-day period. The results of the research are as follows; First, the Vocational High School Principal is defined as a school administrator who operate the vocational education curriculum of in the specialized and customized high schools of industrial demand development and the job area. The analysis derived 11 duties and 95 tasks of the Principal. Second, the importance, difficulties, and frequency of each task were divided respectively into high (A), moderate (B), and low (C), and the consensus of the experts was made to determine whether the core capabilities are acquired early on the job. Third, based on the analysis results, a DACUM Task Analysis chart of the Vocational High School principals was presented. In addition, while engaged on the job of the vocational high school principal, a list of 49 general knowledge and abilities, 16 tools, Integrated data and fixtures are required. Along with 28 attitudes 33 future prospects and characteristics of the Vocational High School principal was presented.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference in perceptions of job applicants on core competency in the recruitment environment based on National Competence Standards(NCS), and also to obtain information relating to the seeking of employment and employment education plans. A survey and paired t-test were conducted on 355 job applicants of vocational colleges and four-year universities. Through these applicants, the difference between the current level and level of importance dependent on areas of core competency was analyzed. In addition, IPA analysis was conducted in order to confirm the educational necessity in this area. As a result, there were significant differences between the current level and level of importance in all 10 areas. IPA analysis confirmed that educational needs are prioritized. As a result, it was found that the areas which should be strengthened in both groups were interpersonal ability, communication ability, numerical ability, problem solving ability, and self-development ability. The area recognized as being in 'a state of excess' was resource management ability. As a result of checking the necessity levels of the two groups, it was found that job applicants of vocational colleges had to strengthen their problem solving ability, and the applicants of four-year universities had to intensify their communication ability, interpersonal ability, and information ability.
The purpose of this study is to examine the outcomes and implementation process from various stakeholders' perspectives related to the CAMPUS Asia (Collective Action for Mobility Program of University Student in Asia) pilot project, and thereby provide practical suggestions for it. The pilot projet of the CAMPUS Asia lasted four years from 2012 to 2015. A hybrid approach was used to analyze its implementation process, and diverse sources of data such as documents, surveys, and interviews were employed for analysis. Findings showed the accomplishments of the CAMPUS Asia pilot project for promoting participants' development and building the foundation for international cooperation at the governmental and institutional levels, while various limitations were also identified. In addition, analysis was conducted to identify the contextual factors that influenced the outcomes and limitations of the CAMPUS Asia pilot project at the governmental, institutional, and student levels. Based on these findings, multiple suggestions to maximize the effect of the CAMPUS Asia pilot project were provided, for example, to set up the ultimate goals of the project clearly, for governments to coordinate different academic systems by country and address the issue of credit transfer, to establish the uniqueness of the project, to strengthen the curriculum of each consortium, to co-manage the extra-curricular activities, and to develop the specialized career paths.

This study examined the level of depression according to the characteristics of school and family life of female high school students. In particular, this study attempted to identify the relationship between academic stress and the depression levels. The survey conducted a self-administered questionnaire from 438 students at D city in August, 2019. As a result, the distribution of the depression levels among the study subjects was 78.8 % for 「normal」 and 21.2 % for 「depression」, and the distribution of depression was significantly higher in groups with higher academic stress. The academic stress and depression levels showed significant positive correlations. In logistic regression analysis, the risk ratio of 「depression」was significantly higher in groups with higher academic stress than in groups with lower academic stress. According to multiple regression analysis, the factors affecting the level of depression were chosen as significant variables, such as academic achievement, relationship with school fellow, satisfaction with school life, test stress, study stress, and career stress. The above findings suggest that the level of depression in female high school students was related to academic stress and many other variables of school and family life characteristics.

The purpose of this study is to explore a significant HPWS(High Performance Work System) model for the entertainment industry. HPWS is one of the most studied themes for managing human resources as well as a set of practices to elicit employees' commitment to an organization. Recently, the entertainment industry is growing rapidly, but it is difficult for entertainment firms to retain a stable profit unlike the manufacturing industry. This is because the performance of entertainment business tends to rely heavily on the capabilities and synergy of human resources. In order to suggest a systematic way to manage these, this research identified an effective HPWS model for entertainment business and provides a competitive advantage to entertainment firms, using ANP(Analytic Network Process). ANP is a multicriteria decision making technique that allows dependences and feedbacks among decision elements in the hierarchical or network structures in a holistic manner. The pairwise comparison data that prioritized the criteria of HPWS was collected from 28 team leaders in entertainment firms. According to our results, the most critical factor for HPWS in entertainment business is "employee involvement in decision-making." The sub-factors such as "open communication," "distributive decision-making," and "performance-driven reward" have a greater effect. These findings could provide implications for entertainment firms to determine which practices should be taken into account to accomplish HPWS.
The purpose of this study is to explore the growth and development process of peer counselors in the field of disability. The field experiences of 19 peer counselors with disabilities and peer counselors who parents of children with disabilities were analyzed using the grounded theory method. As a result, first, central phenomenon were 'assuming the role of a peer counselor' and 'motor of role performance'. Intervening conditions were 'the perception that counseling is difficult', 'self-consciousness deriving from the lack of competency' and 'the status of insufficient peer counseling'. Action/interaction strategies were 'strengthening inner capacities' and 'promoting external activities'. Consequences were 'change and growth as a peer counselor', 'an expansion of activities other than peer counseling', and 'propose development tasks for peer counseling'. Second, their growth and development process was confirmed in four stages: 'the stage of introductory counseling education beyond disability', 'the stage of growth through change', 'the stage of career exploration through Competency Enhancement', and 'the stage of entry through role challenge'. Third, main theme was 'growth and development as a peer counselor is based on capacity building'.
We fitted latent growth models of attitude towards science using the Korea Education & Employment Panel 2004-2007 data with 343 high school students. The growth model show better fit indices compared to the no growth model. The intercept and slope showed significant variances, and thus, we added control variables of the number, ratio of advanced courses, and variety in science elective subjects, and the achievement percentile for middle school. In the conditional growth model, the previous achievement has significant positive effects on the intercept and the ratio of the advanced courses and variety of science subjects show significantly positive effects on the slope. Based on the results, it supports the 2022 Revised Science Curricular that high school credit system should provide students with basic 'Physics,' 'Chemistry,' 'Biology,' and 'Earth Science,' credits in 'general electives', various integrated subjects in 'converged electives', and highly advanced subjects in 'career electives.'
This study explores the perception of Engineering Design of teachers who have long experience in the Integrated STEAM education. The teachers participating in this study were 12 elementary and secondary teachers with more than five years of experience in the Integrated STEAM Education. The study conducted semi-structured interviews. Interview questions focused on experiences of Integrated STEAM Education and recognition of Engineering Design, whether or not to reflect the curriculum of Engineering Design, and actual cases of Integrated STEAM Education with Engineering Design. As a result of this study, the teachers who participated in this study recognized that 'identification and coexistence of concepts for science, technology, and engineering' about Engineering Design, 'Creative design is possible when creativity is added to Engineering Design', 'Engineering Design is to analyze the economic feasibility and utility of the output created through the creative design process', 'Engineering Design is only for students who choose a career in science and engineering'. Based on this research, We need to establish and present correct concepts for science, technology, and engineering, and make an effort to include Engineering Design for solving scientific problems in the curriculum. In addition, we will have to develop and spread the Integrated STEAM Education program including Engineering Design and apply it in the field. Through this, we will have to find concrete action plans to improve the perception of science and engineering Integrated STEAM programs and Engineering Design among novice teachers and preservice teachers.

Recently, with the introduction of drones, a core technology of the 4th industrial revolution, various convergence education using drones is being conducted in school education sites. In particular, drone theory and practice education is being conducted in connection with free semester classes and career exploration. The drone convergence education program has higher learner satisfaction than simple demonstration and practice education, and the learning effect is high due to direct practical experience. However, since practical education is being conducted for a large number of learners, it is impossible to restrict and control the flight of a large number of drones in a limited place. In this paper, we propose a monitoring system that allows the instructor to monitor multiple drones in real time and learners to recognize collisions between drones in advance when multiple drones are operated, focusing on education operated in schools. The communication module used in the experiment was equipped with GPS in Murata LoRa, and the server and client were configured to enable monitoring based on the location data received in real time. The performance of the proposed system was evaluated in an open space, and it was confirmed that the communication signal was good up to a distance of about 120m. In other words, it was confirmed that 25 educational drones can be controlled within a range of 240m and the instructor can monitor them.
