  • 본 논문은 진공흡착방식을 이용한 벽오르는 로봇에 탑재하기 위한 임베디드 시스템의 설계와 영상처리 알고리즘의 구현에 관한 연구이다. 벽로봇은 안정적인 부착과 이동성을 기반으로 벽면에서의 위험 요인 발견과 지능적인 처리를 위해 영상처리가 가능하고 원격의 스마트 단말기와 실시간 통신이 가능한 환경을 구축하였으며 이상 물질을 탐지하기 위해 색상성분을 정규화하고 특정객체를 탐지 후 영상을 전송하는 방법을 구현하였다. 이러한 기능은 무인로봇을 이용해 위험한 벽 환경에서의 균열이나 이상 원인을 지능적으로 탐색하는 분야에 응용 가능하다.

  • The characteristic parameters of high density plasma source (Helical Resonator) have been measured with Langmuir probe to get the plasma density electron temperature, ion current density, etc. Optical emission spectra of Si and SiCl have been analyzed in $Cl_2$$/poly-Si system to elucidate etching mechanism. In this system, the main reaction to remove silicon atoms on the surface is proceeding mostly through chemical reaction, not pure physical reaction. The emission intensity of SiCl (chemical etching product) increases much faster than Si (pure physical etching product) with increasing the concentration of impurities (P). This is due to the electron transfer from substrate to the surface via Si-Cl bond. As a result, Si-Cl bond becomes more ionic and mobile, therefore the Cl-containing etchant forms $SiCl_x$ with surface more easily. Consequently, for the removal of Si atom from poly silicon surface, the chemical etching is more favorable than physical etching with increasing P concentrations.

  • Ozone is a strong and useful oxidizing gas for the fabrication of oxide thin films. In order to obtain high quality oxide thin films, higher ozone concentration is necessary. In this paper an ozone condensation system was evaluated from the viewpoint of an ozone supplier for oxide thin film growth. Crone was condensed by an adsorption method and the ozone concentration reached 8.5 mol% in 2.5 h after the beginning of the ozone condensation process, indicating high effectiveness of the condensation process. Ozone was continuously desorbed from the silica gel by the negative pressure. We found the decomposition in the ozone concentration negligible if the condensed ozone is transferred from the ozone condensation system to the film growth chamber within a few minutes.

  • In this paper, we have developed the vacuum infusion automation system for the safety and quality advancement of the boat. It is necessary for the precise mixing rate of resinoid and curingagent to inject in an inner ship and deck at short time. We need for the optimal condition to a strengthen construction of boat. This one can solve the post deformability of the strengthen structure and can control the precise mixing rate of resinoid and curingagent to the resinoid fluidity and flowing rate per time. Under these condition, we can advance the an quality construction that based on the model and database information of the boat. Also, we can have an effective process management and retrench the production cost.

Development of Portable Preconcentration-Gas Chromatography System for Fast Analysis of Trace Benzene, Toluene and Xylene in Air (대기 중 극미량의 벤젠, 톨루엔 및 자일렌의 신속한 분석을 위한 휴대용 농축-기체 크로마토크래피 시스템 개발)

  • An automated on-line portable preconcentration-short column gas chromatograph was developed, which used preconcentrator using adsorption tube with Tenax-GR and Curie-point heating. The developed system operated with 3 steps of processing, preconcentration, thermal desorption, and analysis and cleaning, and could continued operating within 1~2 min cycle. The recoveries of preconcentrator for toluene was ranged between $94.7{\pm}6.6%$ and $103.8{\pm}3.1%$ with less than 7% of RSD. For benzene, toluene and xylene(BTX) standard gas test, IDL was 41, 49, $472ng/m^3$ benzene, toluene and o-xylene, respectively. The BTX mixture was analyzed within 30 sec with baseline separation by the system equipped with 4 m long capillary column. The deficiency of separation power caused by short column was solved by the control of sample injection volume and inlet/outlet pressure ratio. The automated portable preconcentration-short column gas chromatograph system was found to be useful for the continuous air monitoring of BTX at ppb levels in ambient air.

  • This paper is a study on the construction of a wall-climbing mobile robot using vacuum suction and wheel-type movement, and a comparison of the performance of an automatic wall crack detection algorithm based on machine learning that is suitable for such an embedded environment. In the embedded system environment, we compared performance by applying recently developed learning methods such as YOLO for object learning, and compared performance with existing edge detection algorithms. Finally, in this study, we selected the optimal machine learning method suitable for the embedded environment and good for extracting the crack features, and compared performance with the existing methods and presented its superiority. In addition, intelligent problem - solving function that transmits the image and location information of the detected crack to the manager device is constructed.
