압력제어솔레노이드밸브를 이용한 직접구동 방식의 유압회로에 의한 자동변속기의 변속품질 향상에 관한 연구

  • This paper suggests new hydraulic circuit to control the pressure of clutches and brakes which has several advantages than conventional hydraulic circuit in automatic transmissions. In conventional hydraulic circuit, the pressures of all friction elements are controlled by only one pressure control valve and accumlators. So, controllable range is limited and it is unable to control the friction elements independently. Therefore, we can not do the fine control of timing between apply clutch and release clutch which is needed in clutch-to clutch shifting automatic transmissions. To overcome these faults, we designed the direct-acting hydraulic circuit where one pressure control valve and pressure control solenoid valve are allocated to each friction element and control that independently. Through this structural improvement of hydraulic circuit, we can achieve elaborate aontrol to clutch pressure. Specially, We can control the timing between apply clutch and release clutch delicately which is needed in clutch-to-clutch shifting.

  • This paper suggests direct-acting hydraulic circuit to control clutches and brakes in automatic transmission. As only one pressure control valve controls the pressure of several friction elements with accumulators in conventional hydraulic circuit, the controllable range is limited. In addition, it is difficult to control the fine timing between apply clutch and release clutch. So, we designed new method to control the pressure of clutch which uses ressure control valve and pressure control solenoid valve independently in each friction element. through this structure improvement of hydraulic circuit, we can control the pressure of clutches and brakes finely and fine timing of between apply clutch and release clutch.

  • 변압기에서 발생하는 소음은 근무자의 작업환경을 열악케 하는 직접적인 요인이 될 뿐만 아니라 정신적인 스트레스를 받게 되어 작업능률 저하 및 변전소 인접 주민들의 일상생활 환경을 저해하는 요인이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 FXAMS 알고리즘을 적용한 변압기의 능동소음제어에 대한 연구를 수행하였으며, 다중음 다채널 제어가 가능한 시스템을 개발하여 현장에 적용한 결과, 120Hz에서는 9.06[dB]의 능동소음감쇄가 이루어졌으며, 전체적으로 4.55[dB]의 감쇄효과가 얻을 수 있었다.

  • 생활수준의 향상으로 인하여 조명 및 디스플레이 제품을 이용하여 건물 및 건축물에 대하여 장식을 하는 것이 일반화 되어가고 있다. 본 연구에서는 옥외 및 옥내에 사인물로 사용되어지고 있으며 설치가 간편한 디스플레이 조명기기인 LED Tile을 개발하여 옥내 및 옥외용 디스플레이 조명 시장의 시장성 확보하기 위하여, 광학설계를 통한 고휘도 LED의 선정 및 배치, 케이스 설계를 실시하고 LED모듈에 AC 220V 전원을 직접 인가할 수 있으며 효율이 높고 최적화된 구동회로를 설계하였다. 또한 One Chip 마이크로컨트롤러를 사용하여 RGB LED의 광색가변 및 점멸 제어회로를 설계하고, LED 모듈간에 2개의 제어선만을 연결하여 다양하고 다이나믹한 패턴 동작(점멸, 광색가변)이 가능하도록 펌웨어를 설계하였다. 그 결과 설계된 LED Tile은 전체 크기가 $D130{\times}W130{\times}H50mm$로 매우 컴팩트하고 LED 배치 및 광학설계를 통하여 최대광도 60cd를 실현하였으며, LED Tile의 동작개수에 관계없이 설치가 간단하며 10개 이상의 디스플레이 패턴 제어가 가능하였다.

  • 우리나라의 변동비반영시장(CBP)은 자동발전제어(AGC)의 제공수준에 관한 정량적 평가방법을 수립되지 않아, 동 서비스의 제공과 직접적으로 관계없는 에너지 공급량에 비례하여 공급대가를 지불하고 있다. 이에 따라 전력거래소는 시장효율 향상을 위한 제도개선의 일환으로 발전기별 이행성과 및 기여도를 반영하는 AGC 정산체계를 수립하였다. 새로운 정산체계에서 발전기별 AGC 이행성과와 기여도는 각각 계통의 기대출력에 대한 실제출력의 통계적 상관계수와 EMS의 제어참여율로 결정된다. 본 논문은 AGC 정산체계의 개선방안에 관한 세부내역 및 근거를 설명하고, 사례분석을 통해 방법론의 유효성을 입증하고 있다.

Design and implementation of a dynamic controller for Hong-Ik Direct Drive Arm (홍익 직접 구동팔의 동적 제어기 개발)

  • A scara type Direct Drive Arm(DDA) with two degrees-of-freedom is designed and implemented. The direct drive motor is used to furnish large torque to reduce the modeling error by the gear and chains. To control the DDA, a multiprocessor control structure with multirate dynamic control algorithm is designed. In the control algorithm, the dynamics of system is used to calculate the nominal control torque and the feedback controls are calculated with a parallel processing algorithm for each joint. The laboratory experiments on Hong-Ik DDA by dynamic control algorithm are presented and compared to that of PID control algorithm. This result shows that the proposed controller guarantees small trajectory error and stability. With this research, Hong-Ik DDA is expected to be utilized as A basic tool for robotics and control engineering.

  • The electrodynamic loudspeakers should have a wide dynamic range to reproduce various sound levels. When the input signal is small, the radiated sound from the loudspeaker is not so much distorted. However, for large input signal with low frequency component the radiated sound is significantly distorted due to the nonlinearities of the loudspeaker. The suspension, damping, and magnetic flux of loudspeaker are the main sources of the nonlinearity. Such electromechanical parameters related to harmonic distortion have been represented by a polynomial model for diaphragm displacement, while each of the polynomial coefficient is evaluated by using the principle of harmonic balance experimentally. Based on the polynomial model, we designed a compensator for nonlinear harmonic distortion of direct radiator loudspeaker. Than observer is used to estimate the displacement of the loudspeaker diaphragm, which is rather difficult to measure directly in the conventional setting. The usefulness of the designed compensator is demonstrated by numerical simulations. Simulation results show about 30db decrease at the second and third higher harmonic distortions. We carry out an experiment on speaker to verify designed controller and nonlinear observer.

  • This paper describes a new pulse width modulation (PWM) scheme suitable for microprocessor-based PWM inverters. Optimal switching patterns minimizing the performance index corresponding to the distortion factor are decided in real time by numerical calculation using the microprocessor-implemented control system. This PWM method is compared with conventional methods, such as the natural PWM and the direct PWM. Harmonic analysis using digital simulations shows that the proposed PWM scheme has much less low-order harmonics than the other methods. The validity of this method is verified in experiments using a microprocessor-based control system, where a 16-bit single-chip microcontroller, Intel 80c196kc is used.

  • In this paper, to evaluate the performance of solenoidal typed injector, research and development had been performed on injector controller in order to respond to various performance tests, which is not only economical but easy extensible on its channels. The developed controller based on embedded system is able to precisely control the injection timing and quantity by high-pressured from the injector. Also, it is able to performance evaluation by measuring the electrical characteristics of solenoid. Additionally, it is enable precision timing control of light source and high speed camera as it is able to precisely photograph the timely spray pattern of injector.

  • In this paper, the robust adaptive controller design scheme is studied for nonlinear systems in the presence of bounded disturbances A new robust adaptive controller is designed using high-order neural networks, which avoids the singularity problem in adaptive nonlinear control. The stability of the resulting adaptive system with the proposed adaptive controller si guaranteed by suitably choosing the design parameters and initial conditions. I addition, the proposed adaptive controller provides improved transient performance and fast on-line adaptation. The ability and effectiveness of the proposed adaptive control scheme is shown trough simulations of a simple nonlinear system.
