PLD 법으로 증착된 IZO 박막의 Indium 양에 따른 배향성 변화 연구

  • ZnO는 II-VI 족 화합물 반도체로써 상온에서 큰 엑시톤 결합에너지 (~60 meV) 를 가지며 밴드갭이 3.37 eV인 직접 천이형 반도체로 잘 알려진 물질이다. 이러한 ZnO의 물리적 특성은 광학소자로 상용화된 GaN와 유사하기 때문에 LED나 LD등의 광 소자 재료로 주목 받고 있다. 또한 ZnO는 3족 원소 (In, Ga, Al)를 도핑 함으로써 전기적 특성 제어가 가능한 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 펄스레이저 증착법 (Pulsed Laser Deposition)을 이용하여 Si (111) 기판 위에 ZnO:In 박막을 성장 시켰으며, 도핑된 indium 양에 따른 ZnO 박막의 배향성 변화를 관찰 하였다. X-선 회절 분석법 (X-ray diffraction), 탐침형 원자현미경 (Atomic Force Microscope) 그리고 투과전자 현미경 (Transmission Electron Microscope)을 측정하였다. XRD 측정 결과 un-doped ZnO 박막은 (002) 방향으로 c-축 우선성장 하였다. 그러나 ZnO 박막내의 Indium 양이 증가 할수록 (002) 방향에서 (101), (102), (103) 등의 (101) 방향으로 성장이 변화 하였으며 5 at.% 이상에서는 (100) 방향의 성장이 관찰 되었다. TEM 측정 결과 un-doped ZnO 박막은 columnar 구조로 성장 되었으나, Indium 양이 증가할수록 column의 size가 감소하며, 5 at.% 이상에서 columnar 구조 성장이 거의 관찰되지 않는다. AFM 결과에서는 Indium 양이 증가 할수록 박막의 표면거칠기와 결정립 크기가 감소하였다.

Recursive Error-Component Correcting Method for 3D Shape Reconstruction (3차원 형상 복원을 위한 재귀적 오차 성분 보정 방법)

  • This paper is a study on error correction for three-dimensional shape reconstruction based on factorization method. The existing error correction method based on factorization has a limitation of correction because it is optimized globally. Thus in this paper, we propose our new method which can find and correct the only major error influence factor toward three-dimensional reconstructed shape instead of global approach. We define the error-influenced factor in two-dimensional re-projection deviation space and directly control the error components. In addition, it is possible to improve the error correcting performance by recursively applying the above process. This approach has an advantage under noise because it controls the major error components without depending on any geometric information. The performance evaluation of the proposed algorithm is verified by simulation with synthetic and real image sequence to demonstrate noise robustness.

  • LED is much brighter than the traditional incandescent, and low power consumption. Development and commercialization of LED fluorescent lamp is made in order to improve efficient fluorescent lamps with this existing and environmental problems. Because, unlike fluorescent lamps, it is not possible to directly use AC power to the unidirectional element having a polarity, LED requires a power supply. The power supply function is lowered as compared with the fluorescent lamp common in terms of maintenance costs because of the high price large. In this study, we constructed a circuit that can be controlled with a constant current in order to eliminate a phenomenon that brightness of the light which rectifies the AC power supply easy to place in the power supply due to the current change due to the voltage fluctuation is changed, in maintenance, I would like to propose how to develop a device which can be easily replaced less expensive composed of interchangeable modules of Plug in / out method to distinguish the LED module this.

The Tool Coordinate Adjustment Algorithm for Robot Manipulators with Visual Sensor (시각 센서에 의한 로봇 매니퓰레이터의 툴 좌표계 보정에 관한 연구)

  • Recently many robot manipulators are used for various areas of industriesand factories. It has been frequently observed that the robot manipulator fails to complete the function when the object changes its original position, Due to the unexpected impacts and vibrations the center and direction of the object would be shifted in many real application. In this study, a visual sensing algorithm for the robot manipulator is proposed. The algorithm consists of two parts : Detection of the object migration and adjustments of the orobot manipulators Tool Coordinate System. The image filtering technique with visual sensor is applied for the first part of the algorithm. The change of illumination intensity indicates the object migration. Once the object migration is detected, the second part of the algorithm calculates the current position of the object. Then it adjusts the robot manipulators Tool Coordinate System. The robot manipulator and the Visual sensor communicate each other using interrupt technique via proposed algorithm. It has been observed that the proposed algorithm reduces the malfunction of a robot manipulator significantly. Thus it can provide better line balance-up of the manufacturing processes and prevent industrial accidents efficiently.

  • Hydro-forming technology has spread dramatically throughout automotive industry over the last 20 years. This technology has many advantages for automotive applications in terms of better structural integrity of the parts, lower cost from fewer parts, material savings, weight reduction, lower springback, improved strength, durability, and design flexibility. In this study, various simulation technologies were developed to investigate the formability of hydro-forming components. Through this technology, to establish the effective forming process for appropriate components design, the bending process, pre-forming process, die closing process, etc. were considered for good forming. This paper proposes the forming amount, section length (corresponding to the hydro-forming press capacity), and minimum curvature (curvature effect evaluation according to the hydro-forming pressure) among the considerations in the design of the hydro-forming part. In addition, a design method is proposed for hydro-forming molding by carrying out cross section analysis of a real sub-frame part for automobiles. The effects of pre-bending, axial feed, hydraulic pressure, press load, and friction among the hydro-forming process parameters were analyzed. Therefore, whether these processes are necessary factors for hydro-forming were examined.

  • actuator system은 조선, 제철, 석유화학 및 중공업 등 다양한 분야에서 각종 유량 및 공기압 등을 제어하는 밸브에 필수적으로 사용되는 핵심 부픔이다. 최근 유정 개발 등 해양구조물 설치 조절이 복잡화 되면서 본 부품이 해양산업에 사용되는 빈도가 증가하고 있다. 이 경우 본 부품이 염분이 많은 바닷물 또는 주변 환경에 직접 노출되기 때문에 내식성이 매우 엄격하게 관리되고 있다. 본 부품에 부식이 발생할 경우 control system의 작동을 지배하는 구성 품에 부식이 발생하여 actuator로서 기능을 상실하여 오동작이나 설비 가동이 중단되는 사례가 빈번하다. 현재 본 부품의 내식성 향상을 위해서는 금속기 표면에 페인트를 사용하는 방법이 가장 널리 사용되고 있는 방법이다. 이 경우 금속 표면과 도장 면과의 사이에 기포발생이나 이물질 유입 등으로 인한 밀착성이 감소되거나 blister 등으로 인하여 도장 코팅 면이 박리되는 사례가 빈번하다. 이를 방지하기 위해서 최근 고 밀착성 내식용 도장 방법을 적용하고 있으나, 이 방법으로 도장한 부품의 표면에 충격 등으로 인한 결함이 발생할 경우 pitting corrosion 등 급격한 부식이 발생하여 이에 대한 근본족인 대책 수립이 절실한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 근본적으로 금속기 표면과 밀착성이 우수한 화성피막 용액을 이용하여 희생양극에 의한 내식성을 확보하고, 다양한 용도에 적합한 색상 도료를 화성피말 위에 적용하여 화성피막 층의 보호 및 actuator의 목적에 맞는 도장을 하였다. 희생 양극효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 최적 화성피막 층은 $15{\mu}m$이며 이때 1,000시간 이상의 내식성을 확보하였다. 이 경우 이론적인 내식 수명은 2년으로 추정할 수 있었다.

Influence of the Intermediate Principal Stress on Behavior of Overconsolidated Clay (중간주응력(中間主應力)이 과압밀점토(過壓密粘土)의 거동(擧動)에 미치는 영향(影響))

  • A limited number of cubical triaxial tests with independent control of the three principal stresses were performed on an overconsolidated clay. The cubical undisturbed specimens with overconsolidation ratio of 5 were prepared in triaxial chamber after sampling in field. It was found that the intermediate principal stress influences on the stress-strain, undrained strength effective strength, effective friction angle and pore pressure of the overconsolidated clay. When the magnitude of the intermediate principal stress is not same as the minimum principal stress, the failure strength of the overconsolidated clay is underestimated by use of Mohr-Coulomb failure criterion while it can be estimated quite well by use of Lade failure criterion. And the undrained strength of the overconsolidated clay does not coincide with that obtained by Tresca failure criterion.

  • These days, with the advent of digital broadcasting, media environment offers users an opportunity to enjoy differentiated contents in a more aggressive fashion through user-media interactions based on computer technology. In fact, the development of contents which can induce spontaneous acts from users such as outdoor ads which use certain sensors and devices and exhibition halls has been active. With the development of low-price motion recognition devices, people have been able to enjoy diverse interaction-applied media by recognizing users' motion data without body contact. In this paper, we developed an interactive media player that can recognize the user's motion and control the video in the web service environment without installing a specific program. In addition, we set user motion recognition range and developed a user motion recognition algorithm suitable for the Leap Motion equipment installed in the kiosk. The results of this study can be experienced by various interactive media such as interactive tourism, education, and movie contents in kiosks that can be installed in public places.

Analysis on Propagation of Highway Traffic Flow Turbulence at Entrance-Ramp Junctions (난류현상을 이용한 고속도로 합류부의 영향권 세분화 연구)

  • This study is aiming to separate highway entrance ramps from impact zones which are considered the characteristics and real traffic situations in each lane and section. The results of this study can be applied to Lane Control System and control the traffic flow for highway more efficiently. Based on earlier studies which analyzed impact zones in entrance-ramp junction using the standard deviation of speed, this study divides more segmentalized impact zones according to the degree of turbulences. As a result of this study, about 800m of intervals, from 500m of upper flow (1,2,3 lane) to 300m of lower flow(2, 3 lane), shows similar traffic characteristics influenced by entrance ramp directly.

A Study on the Characteristics of Ignition and Combustion, in a Diesel Spray Using Multi-Component Mixed Fuels (다성분 혼합연료를 이용한 디젤분무의 착화연소특성에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is experimentally to analyze that the fuel mass fractions of multi-component mixed fuels have an effect on the characteristics of spray ignition and combustion under the ambient conditions of diesel combustion fields. The characteristics of ignition and combustion were investigated by chemiluminescence images and direct photography. The experiments were conducted in the RCEM(rapid compression expansion machine) with optical access. Multi-component fuels mixed with i-octane, n-dodecane and n-hexadecane are injected in RCEM by the electronic control of common rail injector. Experimental conditions set up 42, 72 and 112 MPa in injection pressure, 700, 800 and 900 K in ambient gas temperature. The results show that the ignition delay was dependent on high cetane number. In case of low ambient temperature, the more low boiling point fuels were mixed, the lower luminance regime had a remarkable effect and also shortened diffusion combustion by increasing heat release rate.
