모직물의 구조와 수분율에 따른 습윤팽창 및 기공도 변화

  • 세 번수 단사로 제직된 모직물은 그 사용도가 높아지고 있으나 의복의 형태안정성이 문제되고 있다. 형태안정성 중에서 특히 공기중 수분의 흡수, 발산에 따른 수분율의 차이로 발생하는 습윤팽창은 시임 퍼커링, 의복의 뒤틀림, 의복 사이즈의 불량, 접착심지의 이탈등의 다양한 의복 외관상의 문제점을 야기시킬수 있다$^{1-4)}$ . 이러한 모직물의 습윤팽창은 직물의 길이와 두께를 변화시켜서 기공도에 영향을 미치고 나아가 의복의 쾌적감에도 영향을 미치게 된다.(중략)

  • Crack propagation and AE characteristics of CFRP plain woven laminate composites are examined with acoustic sensor by AEDSP 32/16 board in PC system. AE signals are measured during the fracture behavior tests. The purpose of study is the estimation of the crack extension behavior effected between three kinds of fiber orientation for plain woven CFRP laminate composite and the relationship between AE characteristics and load-displacement curves and crack extension length.

  • The vibration behavior of glass-fabric reinforced plastic(GFRP) composite beams subjected to various transverse impacts has been investigated as a function of fiber orientation and void fraction. Theoretical results of resonant frequency damping coefficient and modal amplitude dispersion using the Euler-beam theory were obtained along with the finite element analysis which were compared with experimental ones Consequently it was shown that the transverse vibration characteristics were largely affected by fiber orientation and void fraction.

  • In this study, 53 creative effect solid weave structures that had distinct cross structure on the surface of the fabrics with IT fusion technology were developed. The effect solid pattern book were made with 45 item among the creative effect solid weave structures developed for this study. If textile companies use data base of creative effect solid weave structures that may not be modified theses kinds of DB, the competition of korea textile will be enhanced.

동전(東傳) 연주문의 변천과정 비교연구 -5세기~10세기 벽화복식 및 출토 직물을 중심으로- (A Comparative Study on the Change in Oriental Linked pearls Pattern)

  • 직물에 표현되는 연주문은 제작 과정상 크기나 모양의 제약이 없어 그 표현이 자유롭고, 그 형태와 재료 색체 등을 통해서 당시의 사회문화를 유추할 수 있다. 본 연구의 주제인 동전(東傳) 연주문은 사산조 페르시아에서 출발하여 실크로드를 통해 전래된 것으로 동서문화 교류와 밀접해 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 연주문이 시작되는 5세기부터 10세기에 해당하는 서 중앙아시아의 벽화 복식, 중국 신강 청해 일대에서 출토된 고대직물 그리고 일본 정창원(正倉院) 소장품의 연주문에 대해 고찰하였다. 그리고 이상의 자료를 통해 연주문의 동서 교류 현상과 구조적 변천과정을 밝히는 데에 목적을 두고 있다. 실크로드를 따라 동전(東傳)하는 연주문의 도안은 지역에 따라 조금씩 차이가 난다. 예를 들러 고대 소그들인들이 주로 활동했던 파미르고원 서쪽에서는 서아시아적인 모티브가 변형된 사슴이나 화식조 등을 주제로 하는 연주문금이 출토되지만, 쿠차 신강에서는 중국적인 모티브가 첨가되어 한자문이 삽입되거나 태양신[Helios] 대신 불상문 보살문으로 나타난다. 이처럼 새로운 문양의 등장은 구조적인 변화를 동반하여 점차 사산조 페르시아의 정형화된 패턴에서 벗어나게 된다. 그리고 그 구조적인 변천과정은 후대 여러 문양의 구성 및 배치방법과 연관이 있다. 연주 환간의 마름모꼴 공간에 안치된 사합초화문 등이 능화문의 형태로 발전되었으며, 10세기 이후 나타나는 기하학적인 골조문양의 유행 단위문양을 상하좌우로 배치하는 탑자문의 전개법이 연주문과 유사하다. 요컨대 연주문은 기술적 진보와 함께 표현 자체에서 세련된 예술적 코드를 읽을 수 있으며, 지역이나 문화를 넘어서는 보편적인 문양으로서 중요한 의미를 지닌다.

  • For cationization, if chitosan, which has the affinity for a human body and reacts easily without inducing any pollution, is used, cationization of Tencel blended fabrics can be expected and further expansion of its use as a new susceptible material can be expected. Therefore, in this study, in order to compare a Tencel/cotton and a Tencel/Cotton/PET as Tencel blended fabrics with a Tencel single fabric, the fabric samples were used and processed with chitosan after NaOH pretreatment and enzyme treatment thereof, and then its adherent efficiency was enhanced by using a crosslinking agent, and then it was got to be finished with a softener. The fibril of Tencel fabric was controlled by enzyme treatment so that the surface of the Tencel blended fabrics got to be smooth. Chitosan adhered to the surface of the Tencel blended fabrics in the form of particles through its processing with chitosan. Chitosan treatment caused little change in the crystal structure thereof and the thermal stability of the Tencel/Cotton/PET fabric was slightly improved. The total hand value(THV) calculated on the basis of the change due to chitosan treatment was increased in all samples.

저융점 폴리에스터를 이용한 블라인드용 자카드 직물의 소비자 요구도 및 감성구조 (Consumer Needs and Sensory Evaluation of Jacquard Fabrics for Blind Using Low Melting Polyester)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify consumer needs and sensory evaluation of jacquard fabrics for blind using low melting polyester. Ten kinds of jacquard fabric used for this study were developed. Developed jacquard fabrics were assessed subjectively by 164 consumers using 7-point scale of 22 consumer needs and 43 sensory descriptors. The results were briefly summarized as follows: the most important parameter to choose fabric for blind was 'Easy-use' and the other parameters are 'Lightproof', 'UV-protect', 'Design', 'Price', 'Color', 'Insulation', 'Easy-care'. The image sensibility of jacquard fabrics was explained by six factors: feminine, active, modern, traditional, pure, cozy. Higher preference was found in jacquard fabrics of clear, natural, luxurious, simple, feminine, young, cozy, graceful image. The preference was predicted 38.2% with feminine, modern, pure, cozy, traditional factors. Correlation coefficient between image sensibility factor 1 and preference was 0.437. The 3 factors (feminine, modern, pure)were selected as significant image sensibility affecting preference.

소모직물의 구조적 특성 및 표면특성이 주관적 감각에 미치는 영향 -여성춘추용 수트 직물을 중심으로- (Effect of Structure and Surface Characteristics of worsted Wool Fabrics on the Subjective Hand - Women's Spring -Fall Suit Fabrics -)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate how the weave type, yarn twist fabric count and fiber content of the worsted fabrics affect the subjective sensation of the hand. Thirty worsted fabrics that were mainly used for the spring and fall ladies'suits at national brands were selected. Variables were such as four different kinds of weave types, plain, twill, satin and decorative; two levels of yarn twist, normal and high; various fabric counts; two different fiber contents, pure wool and Lycra contained. Image analysis and wavelet transform techniques were used to quantify the surface fiber, For surface characteristics, MIU, MMD and SMD were measured by KES-FB system. The Questionnaires with 23 adjectives were used for the subjective hand evaluation. Panels were So specialists of fashion or fabric designers and merchandizers. By Factor Analysis, six factors that represent the subjective hand were extracted. The relationship between these factors and structural variables were analyzed. Yarn twist was significantly related to the surface characteristics and resilience. Weave structure affected surface characteristics, volume/warm-cool feeling and resilience. Fabric counts showed relations with volume/warm-cool feeling and the fiber contents with volume/warm-cool feeling, resilience and elastic properties. MIU, MMD and SMD showed no relations with the surface fibers. Subjective sensation of surface characteristics was affected by SMD and surface fibers.

직물 구조인자와 표면 가공특성이 스포츠 의류용 투습직물의 발수/방수/투습특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Fabric Structural Parameters and Surface Finishing Characteristics to Water Repellency/Proofing/Vapor Permeability of Breathable Fabrics for Sportswear Clothing)

  • This paper examined the water repellency, water proofing and water vapor permeability of twelve types of woven fabrics for sports wear clothing. Their physical properties were compared and discussed with the fabric structural parameters and surface finishing effect. A water repellent property of 100% was obtained in the coated or laminated water repellent finished fabrics; in addition, cotton/nylon breathable composite fabrics treated with a laminated finishing and with low fabric density showed a 90% water repellency. Water proofing fabric above 6,000 mm H2O hydraulic pressure was achieved by coated or laminated finishing; however, high density fabric or medium-level coated fabrics exhibited 100% water repellent and low water proofing characteristics. Superior water vapor permeability characteristics with good water repellency and proofing properties were achieved at the 2.5 layered low density and with 0.7 - 0.9 cover factor nylon fabrics treated with hydrophilic laminated finishing. The regression analysis for examining the effects of fabric structural parameters and surface finishing such as coating and laminating to the water vapor permeability exhibited a high determination coefficient of fabric structural parameters of 63.5%; in addition,, main factors among fabric structural parameters appeared to be cover factor and fabric thickness per weight. Coating and Laminating factors exhibited determination coefficient of water vapor permeability parameters of 36.5%.

울/폴리에스터 혼방직물의 혼용율과 직물 구조인자가 의류의 입체성형성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Blend Ratio and Fabric Structural Factor Affecting Garment Formability of Wool/Polyester Blend Fabric)

  • This study examined the effect of the blend ratio of wool and polyester fibers, yarn and fabric structural parameters to the appearance property and the formability of worsted fabrics. The mechanical properties of twenty types of manufactured worsted and PET/wool blend fabrics were measured using KES-FB and FAST systems. Garment formability increases with the thickness and cover factor as well as increases with wool content. The correlation between KES-FB and FAST system showed a relatively high correlation with an extensibility of 0.98, bending and shear rigidity 0.71; both were higher than polyester synthetic fiber. The correlation coefficient of garment formability between KES-FB and FAST systems was 0.93 and the correlation coefficient between formability and fabric extensibility was 0.8. These results were higher than those of bending and shear rigidity. This revealed that garment formability was influenced by wool content, cover factor and fabric thickness; however, wool content and fabric thickness were the most important factors for the seam pucker. The garment formability of the worsted fabrics can be predicted by fabric mechanical properties measured from KES-FB and FAST systems.
