A study on the mediating effects of teamwork in the care team (진료팀에 있어 팀워크의 중재효과에 관한 연구)

  • 의료조직의 팀제는 산업계의 팀과는 다르다. 산업계의 팀 구성원들이 팀원으로서 단일의 지위, 책임, 직무를 가지고 있고, 팀장에 의하여 평가받을 것이다. 그러나 의료조직의 진료팀 구성원들은 일반적으로 팀 구성원과 기능적 부문의 구성원으로서 이중의 지위, 책임과 의무를 유지하고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 진료팀에 있어서는 상호간의 의사소통을 활성화시킬 수 있는 더욱 향상된 노력이 필요하고 다양한 분야의 전문가들을 통합할 수 있는 임파워먼트된 리더십이 필요한 것이다. 실증분석은 대학병원에 소속되어 있는 진료팀 구성원들에 대한 조사를 통하여 수집되었다. 실증분석 결과는 정교하게 설계된 팀 전략이 적용되어야 함을 제시하고 있다. 팀 구성원들은 팀 요인이 확인되어야 하고 리더십과 의사소통에 의하여 검토되어야 하는 개념으로 인식하는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 팀 요인은 필요조건이고 팀 요인에 기반한 팀 과정이 팀 성과를 향상시키는 충분조건이라는 것이다.

  • As people make efforts on accident prevention, the number of accidents is decreasing, fatal major industry accidents are rather than increasing so that the number of deaths has not decreased. Under these conditions, there is an attempt to introduce and perform the safety vacational education system as a means for keeping from major industry accidents. Therefore, in this paper, we analysis vacational education of manufacturing industry in safety point of view and suggest the technique efficiently measuring and managing each safety management. Proposed the technique shows that the specification on safety determines weight through the managers of firms and each process is suggested by using SN Ratio.

  • 기업의 성과는 기업이 갖고 있는 유형, 무형의 자산 운용 결과이므로 성과측정은 유형, 무형의 모든 측면에서 이루어져야 할 것이다. 그러나 측정하고자 하는 대상이 반드시 정량적 결과를 확보하고 있다는 보장이 없으므로 객관적 성과측정에 대한 신뢰를 확보하기가 쉽지는 않다. 특히 대기업과 중소기업의 조직 생성과 운용 방식이 근본적으로 상이하므로 측정 방식도 다를 수밖에 없다. 본 연구는 중소기업에 적합한 성과측정의 관점을 직무, 태도, 능력, 자격의 관점으로 제시하였으며 조직성과측정보다는 개별측정 방식을 권고하였다. 또한 시스템의 구성은 사용자와 팀장 및 BSC 담당자로 구성하여 BSC 서버를 중심으로 각 사용자의 인터넷 계정을 통하여 입력하고, 평가하고, 승인할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • 지난 7월 13일 넥서스 플래그십 서울 갤러리 옥상 라운지에서 월간 건축사지가 마련한 좌담회가 열렸다. 주제는 '대중매체를 이용한 건축사사무소 마케팅 전략'. 임형남 건축사, 김창균 건축사, 홍만식 건축사, 그리고 본지 편집국장인 홍성용 건축사와 최연송 KBS 기자가 참석한 가운데 건축사라는 직업에 대한 대중의 인식 환기와 제고, 이를 위한 방법에 대한 논의가 이뤄졌다. 건축을 하는 것은 건축사뿐 아니라 건축주에게도 즐거운 일이다. 건축이 사람들의 삶을 고스란히 담아내기 때문. 건축을 문화로 다루어야 하는 이유다. 하지만 건축이 어떤 과정을 통해 이뤄지는지, 건축사가 어떠한 역할을 하는지 잘 모르는 사람들이 많은 것이 현실이다. 마케팅을 통해 이를 알리는 것 또한 건축사의 역할이자, 미래를 위한 첫걸음이라 볼 수 있다. 패널들은 각종 매체를 통해 건축사가 조명되며 주거에 대한 사람들의 인식이 조금씩 변하고 있는 현실을 긍정적으로 평가하면서, ▲전문직업인으로서 건축사의 역할 ▲사람의 삶을 담는 건축 설계의 중요성과 필요성 ▲건축 과정에서 비롯되는 즐거움 등을 어떻게 효과적으로 알릴 수 있을지에 대한 이야기를 나눴다.

Skill-up experiences of ex-participants of the customized training program in Technical High Schools for Small and Medium Business during first 2 years in Company (산학연계(기업.공고) 맞춤형 인력양성 프로그램 수료근로자의 취업 후 초기 2년간 습숙경험)

  • The goal of this paper was to understand the skill-up experiences of ex-participants of the customized training program in Technical High Schools for Small and Medium Business during first 2 years in Company through qualitative interviews with 3 purposefully selected ex-participants. Their core skill-up experience in this period was assumed as the shift from' dependent worker' to 'independent worker' on the base of literature review. The results of this study were following : 1. The small and medium companies offered a few formal training for newcomers, production-site orientation through short job rotation, linking them with skilled workers and job manuals or job standards. 2. Authentic skill-up experiences were combined with a structured reprimand, peer learning, deep learning through reflection on one's own experiences. 3. There were a few handicap conditions that disturbed their skill-up activities: the skilled worker don't open their skill toward new corner; the ex-participants in company had no time to learn anything meaningful to up-grade their competency.

Comparative Assessment of Usability of Web-storming System between Administrator and Designer Groups in Space Design Process (공간디자인 프로세스에서 관리자·실무자 그룹의 웹스토밍 시스템 활용성 비교평가)

  • Considering the online idea generation, or web-storming, system would be used differently by space designers depending on their job characteristics, the present study tested the usability of web-storming using a factor correlation table with a designer group in the field. Then, for analyses, the results were compared with the previous findings on the usability of web-storming in a design administrator group to suggest comprehensive measures applicable to web-storming. The questionnaire results were analysed following a process of observation-interpretation-application, and the space design process and web-storming function factors were also analysed based on a factor correlation table. The analyses found that the most correlated space design process in both administrator and designer groups was the schematic design phase, and that the correlation started to lower upon division of labour. The assessment phase was found significantly different between the designer group and the administrator group. The assessment phase showed the second highest correlation in the designer group. In terms of the aspects related to project operation, the correlation was found higher in the designer group. Based on the findings, new applicable measures to each phase of web-storming were derived and summed up to suggest how to take advantage of web-storming in the field.

  • This paper proposes the OOPP(Optimized Online Portfolio Platform) design for the job seekers to search for the job competency necessary for employment and to write and manage portfolio online efficiently. The OOPP consists of three modules. First, JDCM(Job Data Collection Module) stores the help-wanted advertisements of job information sites in a spreadsheet. Second, CSM(Competency Statistical Model) classifies core competencies for each job by text-mining the collected help-wanted ads. Third, OBBM(Optimize Browser Behavior Module) makes users to look up data rapidly by improving the processing speed of a browser. In addition, The OBBM consists of the PSES(Parallel Search Engine Sub-Module) optimizing the computation of a Search Engine and the OILS(Optimized Image Loading Sub-Module) optimizing the loading of image text, etc. The performance analysis of the CSM shows that there is little difference in accuracy between the CSM and the actual advertisement because its data accuracy is 99.4~100%. If Browser optimization is done by using the OBBM, working time is reduced by about 68.37%. Therefore, the OOPP makes users look up the analyzed result in the web page rapidly by analyzing the help-wanted ads. of job information sites accurately.

Research on the Development of NCS-based Game Curriculum Focused on the Game Contents Dept. of Kimpo Univ. (NCS기반 게임교육과정 개발에 관한 연구 : 김포대학교 게임콘텐츠과를 중심으로)

  • Since the development of NCS-based curriculum in field of game education is not well studied, so we carried out research on the curriculum development of game contents department of Kimpo University as the first study to link game education and NCS. In order to develop the NCS-based game education course, we analyzed the game industry environment and conducted a demand survey on the game industry officials to derive the vocational basic subjects required for game contents creation. In addition, we analyzed the types of manpower training by using on-site experts (SME). SME also designed the NCS curriculum by matching the manpower type comparing with NCS classification and capacity unit, analyzing the usefulness of each Capacity unit, and finally, by arranging each NCS and non-NCS subjects by semester. This research is meaningful as the first study linking NCS and game content creation, and it will be a reference for other education institutions planning game education course based on NCS. It also can be used as a basic material for researching game education quality management (CQI) as well as improvement methods for future game education courses.

  • Modern society is developing rapidly and technologies that provide convenience in living are developing day by day. On the other hand, the development of cyber attacks that threaten cybersecurity is developing faster, and it still adversely affects the industrial environment, and industrial damage is steadily occurring every year. Industrial security is an activity that safely protects major assets or technologies of companies and organizations from these attacks. Therefore, it is a situation that requires professional manpower for security. Currently, the manpower situation for security is staffed, but knowledge of the understanding and concept of industrial security jobs is insufficient. In other words, there is a lack of professional manpower for industrial security. It is the NCS that came out to solve this problem. NCS is the state standardized ability (knowledge, attitude, skills, etc.) necessary to perform duties in the industrial field. NCS can systematically design the curriculum using NCS as well as help in hiring personnel, and NCS can be applied to the national qualification system. However, in the field of industrial security, NCS has not yet been developed and is still having difficulties in hiring personnel and curriculum. Although the NCS system in the field of industrial security has not been developed, this paper proposes the industrial security NCS to solve the problem of hiring professionals later and to help the field of industrial security NCS to be established later.

The effects of out of hospital ACLS simulation training on the paramedic's duty ability (구급대원의 전문심장소생술 시뮬레이션훈련이 직무수행융합능력에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the simulation-based professional cardiac resuscitation training on the performance of professional cardiac resuscitation performed by paramedics in the pre-hospital stage and to provide basic data for effective cardiac resuscitation. This study is an experimental study of the design before and after the control of non-equality. The subjects of this study were 16 newly recruited paramedics from K firefighting school. The simulation training program and evaluation papers used as the evaluation tool were reviewed and commented by 6 ACLS simulation experts (2 emergency medical doctor, 2 emergency medical professors, 2 KALS instructors)Respectively. The training consisted of 30 minutes of theory and 150 minutes of practical training. The lecturer first demonstrated for 5 minutes, and after training by individual debriefing after individual training, individual and team education was conducted The evaluation scale was given a 5 - point Likert scale. The SPSS 22.0 program for Windows was used. The general characteristics of the subjects were analyzed for frequency, the examination of homogeneity between the experimental group and the control group wasfulfilled by t test, and the difference test between the groups of the two groups was performed using the paired t-test. The homogeneity test was able to confirm the homogeneity between experimental group and control group. In the evaluation of six ACLS techniques, it was proven that the experimental group that received the simulation training had better performance in all aspects than the non - training control group. The following are the technical items to be performed. 1. Electrocardiogram 2. Specialized instrument 3. Treatment of fluid 4. Leadership and teamwork 5. Medical guidance 6. Evaluation during transfer. It was proved that paramedics who received simulation training were improved on their job performance ability than general lecture and training group. Therefore, if simulation training and education are applied to a student in the synthetic course or an emergency resident who is engaged in clinical practice, he / she will be able to perform his / her duties more proficiently. It is expected that emergency services provided to patients with cardiac arrest will be improved.
