  • Social network analysis was performed on 545 job descriptions in 32 university libraries in Seoul, and drew the job distribution and their relations. Furthermore, for finding the differences according to scale of libraries, this study performed secondary analysis by dividing them two groups. Results show that large scale library show lower density and loose connectivity than small scale library. And while jobs of small scale library were clustered 3 groups, large scale university cluster 4 groups containing 1 technical job and 3 diverse user services. And the jobs that has high specificity, such as catalog or classification, shows high degree centrality in the case of small scale library. Whereas in large scale library they show lower degree centrality, so it can be said that these jobs were performed somewhat independently in large scale libraries.

  • This study engaged food-service industry workers in Busan (casual dining restaurants and buffets) to investigate the moderating effect of job satisfaction on the influence of emotional labor on turnover intention and job burnout. To accomplish the goal of this study, the statistical programs SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 were employed for frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability, and confirmatory factor analysis of responses from f 278 respondents. An examination was conducted to prove the hypothesis based on a structural equation model. There are two sub factors of emotional labor, surface acting and deep acting. According to the result of this study, surface acting has a positive influence (+) on job burnout (exhaustion) while deep acting has a negative influence(-). In addition, job burnout showed a positive influence (+) on turnover intention. It has been revealed that job satisfaction has a moderating effect on the path from deep acting to job burnout. Having considered that job burnout of food-service workers in Busan was related to deep acting, one of sub factors of emotional labors, promoting deep acting appears to be the way of reducing both job burnout and the number of people with turnover intention. Therefore, it is necessary for restaurant owners and CEOs to implement employee training and improve employee benefits in order to promote the deep acting of their employees.

To carry out the study, I established a population of Airport Special Guard's working at the Airport firms in In-cheon, Kim-po, Cheong-ju and Dae-gu. Then a total of 300 questionnaires were sent out for the survey using the random sampling method of clusters. The study was carried out over about four months, from July, 2016 to october, 2016. A total of 260 questionnaires were used for the final data. 40 questionnaires were excluded either because they were not returned or contained extreme value. In this study, a statistical package of SPSS WIN 18.0 were used in the data analysis and the causal relationship was verified using the multiple regression analysis. The analysis showed the business resource to have a positive effect on the business attitude but a negative effect statistical level of p<.01 on the turnover intention at the statistical level of p<.001 and the hypothesis was adopted. The hypothesis regarding the business attitude was also adopted because business attitude was found to have a negative effect on the turnover intention at the statistical level of p<.01. In addition, business attitude was found to have a negative effect on the relationship between the business resource and turnover intention at the statistical level of p<.05. As a result, the hypothesis about the business attitude would function as the parameter was only partially adopted. Through these research result, it was investigated that the relation between business resource, business attitude and turnover intention is significantly effective variable in airport special guard's. • This study presented a theoretical research system about the impact of boss' transformational leadership that is recognized by super luxury hotel chefs on their job satisfaction and performance, and on the basis of this theoretical background, the model was derived and the hypothesis was confirmed by empirical research. A frequency analysis was conducted to determine the general characteristics of the 245 samples collected in this study, an exploratory factor analysis for the verification of the validity of boss' transformational leadership, employees' job satisfaction and job performance, and 'Cronbach's a' was used for the verification of reliability. In addition, a canonical correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between transformational leadership, job satisfaction and job performance, and the influencing relations of variables were verified by running a multiple regression analysis through SPSS ver 18.0 statistical package in order to verify this research model and hypothesis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, it was shown that the transformational leadership charisma (p<0.01) and only the individual concern (p<0.1) had a positive influence on job satisfaction. Second, as a result of understanding the impact of the transformational leadership on the job performance through a regression coefficient, it was shown that only boss' intellectual stimulation had an impact on the chef's job performance (p<0.005).
