Skill-up experiences of ex-participants of the customized training program in Technical High Schools for Small and Medium Business during first 2 years in Company (산학연계(기업.공고) 맞춤형 인력양성 프로그램 수료근로자의 취업 후 초기 2년간 습숙경험)

  • The goal of this paper was to understand the skill-up experiences of ex-participants of the customized training program in Technical High Schools for Small and Medium Business during first 2 years in Company through qualitative interviews with 3 purposefully selected ex-participants. Their core skill-up experience in this period was assumed as the shift from' dependent worker' to 'independent worker' on the base of literature review. The results of this study were following : 1. The small and medium companies offered a few formal training for newcomers, production-site orientation through short job rotation, linking them with skilled workers and job manuals or job standards. 2. Authentic skill-up experiences were combined with a structured reprimand, peer learning, deep learning through reflection on one's own experiences. 3. There were a few handicap conditions that disturbed their skill-up activities: the skilled worker don't open their skill toward new corner; the ex-participants in company had no time to learn anything meaningful to up-grade their competency.

Moderating Effect of Self-efficacy between Work-Family Conflict and Job Burnout (직장-가정 갈등과 직무소진간 자기효능감의 조절효과)

  • Currently, enterprises are in a rapid flow of comvergence of industries in the ear of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Under this circumstances, change of economic condition, change of industrial structure, increase of women's advance into society. Based on such background of the times, the aim of this study is to examine the effect of work-home conflict on burnout and the moderating effect of self-efficacy in that relation. The research samples were obtained from nurses at hospitals in Daejeon-si, Sejong-si, Chungcheongnam-do and Chungcheongbuk-do. Total 360 copies of valid questionnaire was used for analysis. Specific analysis results from the research are as follows. Firstly, it was found that Work Interference with Family(WIF) had positive (+) impact on physical burnout. Family Interference with Work (FIW) had no impact on physical burnout. Secondly, it was found that Work Interference with Family(WIF) had positive (+) impact on emotional burnout and Family Interference with Work (FIW) had negative (-) impact on emotional burnout. Thirdly, self-efficacy had a buffer effect on the negative impact of Work Interference with Family upon emotional burnout. However, there was no moderating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between Family Interference with Work (FIW) and emotional burnout. Therefore, it needs to consider a plan to reduce conflicts between work and family according to the causes of conflicts and it also needs to consider relevant results.

  • This study has a purpose of base study for ascertaining landscape architect's role of Reung Chambong through analyzing old literature include Kyungkukdae-Jeon, Sokdae-Jeon, Daejeonhoitong, Joseonwangjo-Sillok, Eugye, Reung-Ji, Ilsung-Rok, Reung Chambong's diary. Reung Chambong was a government post in the Joseon dynasty, who managed Royal Tombs of Joseon Dynasty that has promoted as a World Heritage of UNESCO. the conclusions drawn from this study are as follows. First, Reung Chambong was comprised of two Jong 9 pum Chanmbong members. a position of Reung Chambong was a Eumjik appointed Saengwon, Jinsa, Yuhak completed Sammang. the standards of appointment is a experienced person and too young. it became means for accessing a government post because it had a symbolic representation of Royal Tombs guardian. Second, The management system of Reung Chambong was approved on the basis of ranking. however, due to geographical reasons, they had much authority and various mission than is possible. for example, construction supervisor of the Reung and Bongsim, manager of the Reungsuhogun and filling out Reungji. they performed an important role in management of Royal Tombs in the Joseon dynasty. Third, One of tasks related in landscape architecture, a Bongshim reported Sukmul(stonework), Sacho, Jungja-Gak of Reungsang to Yejo periodically. formational system and method of Bongshim are provided in the Kyungkukdae-Jeon and Sokdae-Jeon detailedly. Fourth, Tree management and construction supervisor of Reungsang, positions among tasks related in landscape architecture, required basic understanding and management ability of botany, various eye for spatial perception includes civil and architectural projects. also, as a site management of Royal Tombs in the Joseon dynasty, Reung Chambong was empowered tacit authorization and responsibility in mobility preoccupancy of vertical relationship with local officials and handling by-product of site. there is a close correspondence with landscape architect of today. A follow-up research is required to ascertain landscape architect historical values of Royal Tombs in the Joseon dynasty and Reung Chambong's role as a site management of Royal Tombs in the Joseon dynasty through historical seeking and research old literature on Reung Chambong's role related in landscape architect.

  • This paper was intended to investigate employment conditions and career planning of ex-participants of the customized training program(CTP) in Technical High Schools for the specific Small and Medium Business through questionnaires. Results of the research were: 1. The average ex-participant of CTP was employed in small size company with 50 employees, earned 1~1.2 Million Won monthly, worked about 50 hours per week. 2. They were earnestly considering and worried about their career. They had their career goals : Engineer in production and manufacturing, CEO of a company, Design engineer. 3. They were not able to invest enough time and energy in developing their capabilities and skills. 4. There were feelings of respondents, which the main barriers of their career achievement were : (1) their deficiency of personal competencies and endurance. (2) not time enough to learn (3) the fallacy of organizational support and atmosphere.

The Study about the Job Satisfaction and Independent Establishment of Physical Therapy of Working Physical Therapist in Gyeongnam Region (경남지역 물리치료사의 직무만족도 및 자립개설에 대한 조사연구)

  • This study aimed to suggest basic data required to improve the awareness of physical therapy and examine physical therapists' awareness of the independent establishment of physical therapy clinics. To do so, 175 physical therapists in Gyeongnam areas were surveyed. Their general characteristics were statistically analyzed using SPSS 10.0, and their current workplace, working conditions and job satisfaction were analyzed using chi square distributions. The awareness of independent establishment was analyzed using the Excel program. The statistical significance (a) in this study was set at 0.05. Their interest in physical therapy was surveyed by gender, and 52.2% of males showed interest, higher than that of females. The satisfaction level of those who work in general hospitals with self-development was 32.8%, higher than that of those who work in clinics. To the question about independent establishment, 83.4% agreed to independent establishment, and 57.5% answered that the first thing to do before independent establishment is acquiring professional theoretical knowledge and clinical treatment skills. In terms of the areas of establishment, 45.2% answered physical therapy for the musculoskeletal system, and 39.7% answered that the awareness of doctors is the biggest obstacle to independent establishment. It will be necessary to ensure physical therapists acquire professional theoretical knowledge and clinical treatment skills and to improve awareness between physical therapists and doctors. In addition, it is considered that departments related to physical therapy need to be unified as a four-year course, and the independent establishment of physical therapy clinics is required to be legalized.

Factory Workers' Perception for Applying Smart Factory in Developing Country - Focusing on the survey results of the Indonesian garment manufacturing factory - (개발도상국 공장 근무자의 스마트팩토리 적용에 대한 인식 - 인도네시아 의류생산 공장 설문조사 결과를 중심으로 -)

  • Recently, major manufacturers are focusing their efforts on securing global competitiveness through smart factory, but developing countries have many difficulties in applying smart factory due to financial and technical conditions. This study is a preliminary study on the development of an ICT-based power monitoring system applicable to developing countries. The questionnaire surveyed and analyzed workers' perceptions of smart factory in a garment manufacturing factory in developing countries, Indonesia. Before and after the installation of the power monitoring system, the survey was conducted for 126 local managers and workers, and the correlation was analyzed using SPSS. As a result of analysis, factory workers in developing countries such as Indonesia are also positively aware of the necessity of introducing smart factory technology, and it is expected that the introduction of these technologies will affect job satisfaction and improve the factory environment. In addition, the result of the survey conducted after the installation of the power monitoring system increased the job satisfaction score by 5.5% compared to before the installation, and the scores on the perception of the necessity of the power monitoring system and the positive effect of the application of the system on the factory environment were increased 13% and 5.9%, respectively. It was also confirmed that managers rather than workers and female rather than male showed positive perception for the introduction of smart factory technology. The result of this study is expected to be an important reference in the direction of development of appropriate smart factory technology applicable to developing countries and the introduction of smart factory by manufacturers operating factories in developing countries.

  • This study aims to vitalize and develop community enterprises through an empirical research on what factors are required to improve the performance and to achieve the sustainable growth of community enterprises. To this end, we surveyed community enterprises located in Busan and verified the fact that social entrepreneurship, organizational justice, organization trust, psychological ownership, network activities, human resource development(education) are required to improve organizations' performance and its sustainability. We intended to find the implications of the study result and draw policy-based support programs to provide supplement points and countermeasures, to set conditions for the vitalization of Community Enterprises, and to create Community Enterprise-friendly environments.

  • 1996년도 UN해양법협약의 발효와 각국의 배타적 경제수역(EEZ) 선포로 연안역에 대한 관심이 국제적으로 고조되고 있는 가운데 우리나라에서도 연안역 관리법(가칭)이 제정되었다. 국토해양부는 연안역 공간이용 효율성 극대화와 부존 해양자원의 치계적인 개발과 보전을 위하여 연안역 관리법을 특별법으로 제정하였으며 1998년 중에 시행령 등 하위법령을 제정해 시행키로 하였다. 이 이후로도 연안역 특별법에 대한 연구는 계속 진행중이며, 현제 연안역은 연안어업, 수산양식장, 모래채취, 염전, 해수욕장, 관광지, 해양시설, 간척, 매립지, 공업단지 등으로 많이 이용되고 있다. 그러나 연안역 안전시설에 대한 상세 설계기준 및 시공에 대해서는 자세히 다루고 있지 않다. 연안역은 관광객이 증가하면서 안전시설과 구난장비의 미비한 실정으로 인해 인적 물적 피해가 빈번히 발생 증가하고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 안전사고의 다발지역을 분석해 보면 관광객으로 인하여 방파제 주변에서의 안전사고가 증가하고 있는 상황이며, 이로 인한 인명피해도 증가하고 있다. 방파제에 대한 안전사고를 막기 위하여 우선적으로 방파제에 대한 안전사고를 해결하고자 인명피해를 막는 구난시설들에 대한 간격 등의 기준을 제시하였다. 다른 지역에 비하여 연안역은 파도에 의하여 사람이 떠내려가는 것을 고려하여 구난시설의 간격을 해안이나 다른 안전시설에 비하여 더 짧게 하였으며, 구난시설이 피해자에게 빠르게 전달되고자 멀리 던진 수 있으며, 구난시설을 잡음과 동시에 숨을 쉴 수 있는 여건이 조성되도록 연구하였다. 안전사고를 효율적으로 방지하기 위하여 인간공학을 접한 안전시설을 연구를 하였다. 인간공학이란, 인간의 행동, 능력, 한계, 특성 등에 관한 정보를 발견하고, 이를 도구, 기계, 시스템, 과업, 직무, 환경의 설계에 응용함으로 인간이 생산적이고 안전하며 쾌적하고 효과적으로 이용할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 인간공학은 인간이 사용할 수 있도록 설계하는 과정에 있어 인간의 활용성 및 편리성을 증대하는 학문으로 보며, 설계초기 단계에서부터 인간의 요소의 체계적인 고려를 필요로 하게 되었다. 이 논문은 과거에 일어났던 사고사례들을 주시하면서 앞으로의 미래에 똑같은 사고사례가 발생하지 않도록 예방하이 위하여 인간공학과 안전시설을 통하여 연안역의 안전시설의 설치기준에 도움이 되는 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

A Convergence Study on Nurses' Experiences Participating in a Preceptorship Program (프리셉터십 프로그램 참여 간호사의 경험에 대한 융합적 고찰)

  • This study was to find the experiences of preceptor and preceptee nurses for attending the preceptorship program and to improve the preceptorship program. Nine participants were recruited using the purposive sampling method. A semi-structured questionnaire was designed to gather in-depth interview data from 4 preceptee nurses and 5 preceptor nurses in 4 hospitals from May 1, 2018 to June 20, 2018. The data were interpreted using a thematic analysis. The experiences of preceptee nurses for attending the preceptorship program consisted of 4 themes, the experiences of preceptor nurses for attending the preceptorship program consisted of 5 themes. In this study, the preceptorship program was effective not only in training preceptee nurses but also in enhancing job satisfaction and capacity of preceptor nurses. However, in order to operate the preceptor program more efficiently, active support of the hospital and systematic preparation of the nursing department are needed. In addition to developing curriculum for the preceptor nurses, the appropriate compensation for the preceptor nurses and working conditions should be provided for their efforts.

Analysis of the Present Condition and Demand for the Assistant Workforce in Korean Childcare Center (어린이집 보조인력의 노동실태 및 요구분석: 보조교사, 대체교사, 부담임 교사를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the working conditions and demands of the assistant workforce at childcare centers, and to provide suggestions on policies for childcare teachers. To achieve the purpose of the study, a total of 190 assistant teachers, nursing helpers, alternative teachers and others were surveyed online during the month of August 2017. The survey examined the employment route and working motives, working conditions and environment, job and educational difficulties for analyzing the work conditions and demands of ancillary staff. For the analysis method, SPSS 12.0 was used to analyze frequency and difference. The main findings are as follows. First, childcare center assistants were able to work at their respective times, making it mandatory for them to enter the workforce, and making job openings for ancillary teachers. Second, 73.7% said the daily working hours were '4 hours to 8 hours' under the conditions and 57.9% said 'More than 510,000 won to less than 1 million won.' Average amount of rest time per day was about 30 minutes, and 17% had no rest periods. Third, based on the job and education status, ancillary personnel performed "infant and child guidance and interaction", "Cleaning and cleanliness related tasks" most actively, and "care for cleaning and cleanliness" and "care for morning and night care". Fourth, in the job trouble and difficulty, ancillary staff found it difficult to satisfy with wage related complaints and job insecurity, and the reason for agreeing to the non-regular workforce becoming a regular worker was found to be due to the stability of employment. Lastly, the most urgent tasks to solve the problem of non-regular workers were to fill the wage gap between regular and irregular workers, shorten the working hours and improve the working conditions. The policy implications are presented based on the above findings.
