Due to the change to the digital environments, the offer of services on the on-tine differs from one on the on-line. This paper Identifies what functions internet business organizations should fulfill to provide on-line services of good qualify and analyzes whether these functions lead effectively to the expected performance of Internet business firms. The components of service orientation in the Internet business organizations appear to be the servant leadership, customer treatment from the Internet service encounter, Internet service failure prevention and recovery, Internet service standards communication, Internet service training, and internet service rewards. Therefore, these determinants should be incorporated in the practices, Procedures, end routines of Internet business organizations in order to create and provide excellent Internet services. Furthermore, it is demonstrated that Internet service orientation has a significant effect on satisfaction by employees and customers, the value and quality of Internet service, and the firm's performance. This implies that the service orientation is an Important factor In the on-line service organizations and that the internet business can be successful when the service orientation is diffused throughout the firm's organizations. It is also shown that the important factors, which connect Internet service orientation and its performance, are the service quality, value of Internet service and customer satisfaction. That is, the service orientation can ultimately lead to the corporate performance when customers are satisfied after confirming the value and quality of Internet service by visiting the web site.

본 연구는 청소년의 스마트폰 중독이 사회성 발달에 미치는 영향력을 실증적으로 규명함으로써 청소년들의 건전한 스마트폰 사용 방안을 제시하기 위해 실시하였다. 조사는 서울시 10개 고등학교에서 스마트폰을 사용하고 있는 339명의 고등학생을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면, 스마트폰 중독이 높을수록 사회성 발달은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 스마트폰 중독의 하위영역 중 일상생활장애, 가성세계지향성, 내성이 사회성 발달에 부적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 특징적인 것은 스마트폰사용시간은 사회성 발달에 정적으로 영향을 미쳤다는 점이다. 이러한 점은 청소년의 사회성 증진을 위해서 무조건적인 스마트폰 사용의 양적 제지 보다는 중독적인 사용을 하지 않고 건전한 사용을 유도하는 질적차원의 교육이 바람직하다는 점을 통해 스마트폰중독 예방의 정책적, 실천적 논의를 제시해주고 있다.

This experimental study describes the propagation characteristics of the impulse noise emitted from the exit of a perforated pipe attached to the open end of a simple shock tube. The pressure amplitudes and directivities of the impulse wave propagating from the exit of perforated pipe with several different configurations are measured and analyzed fur the range of the incident shock wave Mach number between 1.02 and 1.2. In the experiments, the impulse waves are visualized by a Schlieren optical system for the purpose of investigating their propagation pattern. The results obtained show that for the near sound field the impulse noise strongly propagates toward to the pipe axis, but for the far sound field the impulse noise uniformly propagates toward to the all directions, indicating that the directivity pattern is almost same regardless of the pipe type. Moreover, it is shown that for the far sound field the perforated pipe has little performance to suppress the impulse noise.

The purpose of this study is to introduce a empirical study of using Taguchi Method for the Entrepreneurial Orientation and Financial Performance. In this study, three factors of Entrepreneurial Orientation, innovation, pro-activity and risk taking, are used of the control factors and an element, period of establishment, is chosen as a noise factor. In order to carry out this research, we obtained 200 survey sheets and performed the reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaires and then the experiment was conducted by Taguchi's experimental design. To improve Financial Performance under the noise factor of period of establishment, optimal condition are as follows; the two factors of Entrepreneurial Orientation, innovation, pro-activity should be maintained to a high level. Also, other factor, risk taking should be performed as the level that the company has maintained. Through this paper, we find out that Taguchi method is applicable for analysis of questionnaire.

The purpose of this study is to present that the entrepreneurial orientation affects to management performance in the small manufacturer. In order to carry out this research, we obtained 171 survey sheets and inspected seven assumptions based on the reliability, validity of the questionnaires. The results of regression analysis are summarized as follows; First, the factor of entrepreneurial orientation, innovative-ness, influences on the technical innovation performance and financial performance significantly. Second, the element of entrepreneurial orientation, proactive-ness, has an important effect on the technical innovation performance and financial performance. Finally, the requisite of entrepreneurial orientation, risk taking, affects to the technical innovation performance significantly, but not the financial performance. Based on the results, the companies that achieve the technical innovation and financial performance have an atmosphere to encourage to perform the research and development works and find out innovative ideas and improvement points in processes. However, the entrepreneur is required to take careful judgement for determining the uncertain circumstance.

Courier and logistics services such as customer contact employees (customer-contact employee) of the attitudes and behavior of the customer satisfaction level of service quality evaluation and a very big impact. In this study, using a typical customer contact employees, and to target the delivery service industry employees the organization's service orientation and customer orientation by examining the impact on the quality of companies within the organization for growth and development needs and the importance of service orientation will be trying out for. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the chief executive of the organization to configure a service orientation and a detailed understanding of the factors that determine this by managing the organization to effectively come up with a way to make and ultimately the organization's service orientation, organizational culture can be positioned as effort should be taken. Second, service companies through regular training and education to maintain a certain level of service quality should be. Third, the service organization's service orientation is not a fad or a means of sustain and develop the company's survival strategy is to get out. To do this, good communication between the field and management can be achieved by a variety of channels to be established, and management's willingness to provoke sympathy for the employees should be provided.

Examining the market orientation and learning orientaiton and these relationship with business performance has received considerable interest in the last decade. Despite these interest, our understanding of the structure of both market orientation and learning orientaion and the mechanism of those effect on business performance is apparently limited in figuring out the railroad industry in Korea. The purpose of this research was to conceptualize and measure the organizational culture dimension from the integrative framework of market orientation and learning orientation, and to analyze its relationship with business performance in the railroad industry. The findings from this research are such as follows; market orientation is a set of three interrelated components, i.e., customer orientation, competitor orientation, and inter-functional coordination. This finding is similar to that of Narver and Slater(1990; 1994) who conceptualized market-oriented culture as a combined set of those 3 components. Learning-oriented culture also has a significant positive effect on business performance. The research findings suggest that both market orientation and learning orientation do exist as different organizational culture dimensions to acquire the sustainable competitive advantage in the railroad industry.

여러 가지 기판 두께에서 동작 주파수를 일정하게 유지하면서 좋은 방사 특성을 가지는 핀 배열을 가지는 패치 안테나에 대해 연구하였다. 수평방향으로의 방사를 최대로 억제시키는 핀 배열 패치 안테나의 패치 길이가 기판 두께가 증가함에 따라 작아짐을 볼 수 있었다. 핀 배열 패치 안테나는 기본 패치 안테나보다 수평방향으로의 방사가 크게 억제되고 전방방사 이득이 증가하며 후방방사는 감소함을 볼 수 있다. 또한 핀 배열 패치 안테나의 E-plane 방사 패턴의 Half-power beamwidth가 기본 패치 안테나보다 작아져 안테나의 지향성이 향상됨을 볼 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 Bourdieu(Pierre Bourdieu)의 문화재생산론적 관점에서 사회계층이 학교의 교육과정에 의해서 재생산되고 있는 가를 살펴보고자 한다. 특히 학교에서 다루어지고 있는 교육과정의 사회적 성격과 문화자본의 사회통제성 그리고 이들이 계급 재생산을 어떻게 가능하게 하는 지를 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 사회계층은 교육과정의 이데올로기적 지향성에 의해서 재생산된다고 본다. 이는 학교의 교육과정이 사회적 성격을 갖고 있으며, 지배계급의 문화적 자본과 밀접한 관련이 있음을 의미한다.

에너지 보존 법칙과 스넬(Snell)의 법칙 및 경로 길이에 의한 동위상의 조건으로부터 수정곡면 캐서그레인 안테나 반사판의 단면을 설계하였다. 원형 개구면에서 균일 개구면 위상을 갖도록 개구면의 수직 및 수평 급전분포 함수에 따른 동위상 조건을 만족하는 3차원 반사판 곡면의 프로파일을 구하였다. 직경 55 ${\lambda}_0$의 크기를 갖는 Ku 밴드용 수정 곡면 캐서그레인 안테나 반사판을 물리광학에 의한 시뮬레이션 결과, 36.4 dB, 33.9 dB의 부엽 레벨을 AZ 및 EL 방향에 대해서 각각 얻을 수 있었으며, 이전 안테나와 비교하여 10 %의 지향성 개선효과가 있었다.
