The present work investigate the effect of sound reinforcement systems on the acoustics of a large dome stadium using a computer simulation. The acoustics of a dome stadium was predicted analyzed by varying room absorption, as well as the configuration of speakers including their directivity, installed height, and numbers. It was found that both D50 and RASTI were improved by increasing room absorption. Larger EDTs were observed according to the increase of room absorption at mid and high frequencies. On the other hand, RT did not show any significant correlation with the changes in room absorption, which might be the effect of a forced linear fitting for non -linear energy decay process. With respect to the speaker configuration, the speech intelligibility of a sound reforcement system installed at higher placed more relied upon their directivity rather than room absorption, Also, lower placing of speakers was found to be effective in decreasing RTs regardless of room absorption.
Family policy focusing on family-work linkage is characterized by family policy measures which are made up benefits in cash, leave policies and social infrastructure for child care. This study aims to identify gender ideology of german family policy. Based on diverse indicators, this study is tried to analyze characteristics of benefits in cash, leave policies and social infrastructure for child care in Germany. And then, as the results of policy - implementation the fertility rate and women employment rate are presented. In Germany, family policies have been reformed in order to better support working parents. In spite of diverse endeavors, the results of this study show that german family policy has limits to family-work linkage. Family benefits in cash has had no effect on increase in fertility and women employment because of its traditional gender ideology. Leave policy and social infrastructure have to be improved for better provision of public chid care.

In this paper, we propose and fabricate the dual-band microstrip patch antenna with parasitic patch for S-DMB(Satellite-Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) and ITS (Intelligent Transport System) services. The measured - 10 dB bandwidth and the minimum return loss is 300 MHz and - 27 dB for S-DMB, 600 MHz and -17 dB for ITS, respectively. It is noticed that the measured and simulated results are agreed well. The S-DMB antenna has conical beam pattern in the vertical plane and has omni-directional beam pattern in the horizontal plane. The conical beam pattern has the maximum gain about 4.2 dBi when ${\theta}$ is $45^{\circ}$ at the center frequency of 2.6 GHz. The ITS antenna has directional beam pattern in the vertical plane that has maximum gain about 6.4 dBi when ${\theta}$ is $0^{\circ}$ at the center frequency of 5.8 GHz.

This paper presents a tapered slot-antenna(TSA) for optimal impulse-signal transmission in ultra-wide band(UWB). The proposed TSA provides radiates in end-fire direction, which meets an impulse-radio UWB(IR-UWB) system demands(e.g., low loss, thus less error throughout the UWB band). In order to minimize the pulse distortion, we used an wideband impedance transformer and a microstrip slotline. The pulse fidelity characteristics was evaluated with finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) analysis technique and pulse fidelity correlation equation. Approximately 93.89 % pulse fidelity was obtained between the two antennas in 0.5 m range. Additionally, derived chirp Z-transform algorithm enables us to utilize the zoom-in option on the pulse signal in few nano-seconds below. Thus, it is possible to analyze the pulse signal distortion, delay or dispersion characteristics.
Previous research on learning and memory has focused on how they are constructed through past experiences. Recent studies, however, have shed light on that such cognitive processes are in service of higher goals of maximizing future rewards. This review paper aims to introduce and discuss a related line of research. First, this paper introduces researches that show goal-directed model-based reinforcement learning, in which agents choose a behavior that does not necessarily bring immediate rewards but will allow future rewards, based on generalization and analogical extrapolation. It also reviews studies on neural substrates of goal-directed learning, and discusses that cognitive process implicated in striatal dopaminergic signals can also influence memory. Especially, memory is not a merely passive process of storing and retrieving past experiences homogeneously, but rather results of a decision-making process to serve higher goals. The body of research suggests that information on future rewards can have influence on current cognitive processing in a retrospective manner.

We fabricated thick film monopole antennas using Li-doped BiNbO$_4$ ceramics and investigated their electrical properties as a function of the Li-doping concentration. Compared with undoped BiNbO$_4$ ceramics, addition of Li$_2$CO$_3$ improved dielectric constant by increasing of ionic polarization, but reduced quality value by increasing of lattice distortion. Antenna properties like gain, bandwidth and radiation patterns were also greatly affected by the addition of Li$_2$CO$_3$. With increasing amount of Li$_2$CO$_3$, the bandwidth of ceramic monopole antenna was increased to 81.7 %, but the gain was reduced to -10.03 dBi. Also radiation patterns were so distorted and showed low dB value by increasing of dielectric loss.
The most satisfactory split-beam transducer for fish sizing maintains a wide bearing angle region for correct fish tracking without interference from side lobes and lower sensitivity to fish echoes outside of the main lobe region to correctly measure the angular location of free-swimming fishes in the sound beam. To evaluate the performance of an experimentally developed 50 kHz split-beam transducer, the angular location of a target was derived from the electrical phase difference between the resultant signals for the pair of transducer quadrants in the horizontal and vertical planes consisting of 32 transducer elements. The electrical phase difference was calculated by cross-spectral density analysis for the signals from the pair of receiving transducer quadrants, and the directivity correction factor for a developed split-beam transducer was estimated as the fourth-order polynomial of the off-axis beam angle for the angular location of the target. The experimental results demonstrate that the distance between the acoustic centers for the pair of receiving transducer quadrants can be controlled to less than one wavelength by optimization with amplitude-weighting transformers, and a smaller center spacing provides a range of greater angular location for tracking of a fish target. In particular, a side lobe level of -25.2 dB and an intercenter spacing of $0.96\lambda$($\lambda$= wavelength) obtained in this study suggest that the angular location of fish targets distributing within a range of approximately ${\pm}28^{\circ}$ without interference from side lobes can be measured.
Although glycosylated liposomes have attracted much attention as targeting delivery systems (DDS) of drugs to specific organs which have glycoside receptors, physical instability of liposomes greatly limits their practical application. In this case, proliposomes might be a potential answer to solve this problem. Utilizing the proliposomes as tageting DDS has been a goal of our series of works; we have tried to develop DDS which form liposomes uppon adding water and can deliver drugs to specific target organs/cells such as hepatocytes. In this paper, preparation of glycosylated liposomes and binding of the liposomes with lectin (agglutinin RCA 120) was studied. Asialoletuin (AF) was selected as a model compound which has galactose terminal and is favorable for binding with galactose receptor on the surface of hepatocytes. AF was obtained by splitting the terminal N-acetylneuraminic acid (NANA) of fetuin. Small unilamellar AF-liposomes were prepared by mixing aqueous solution of AF-palmitate with thin film of phosphatidyl choline and cholesterol (30:10 w/w) formed on the innersurface of the round bottomed flask. They were successively extruded through polycarbonate membranes (0.45 mm). Palmitoyl-AF not incorporated into the liposomal bilayer was separated from liposomes by a Sepharose 4B column equilibrated with 10 mM Tris-HCI buffered saline. Lectin (agglutinin RCA 120) was added to the suspension of AF-liposomes and incubated at $37^{\circ}C$ for 2 hr. After centrifugation, the unbound lectin in the supernatant was assayed for protein. The binding of the lectin to AF-liposomes (AF content 2.8 nmole) at $37^{\circ}C$ was linear at least upto 35 mg of lectin indicating high affinity association of the lectin to AF molecules of the liposomes.
Currently marketing researchers are investigating the causal variables affecting to salesforces' performances. Some researchers found personal and organizational affecting variables as well as structural context of variables. But almost affecting variables examined in salesforce performance researches are personal characteristics. Such organizational variables like leadership, organization's market orientation would be worth to examine in salesforce performance researches. Thus this research is intended to analyze effects of personal and organizational characteristics on salesforces' performances. Data for this research were elicited from sales representatives of motor companies. Data collected were analyzed by regression analysis using SPSSWIN Ver.10.0. The following are major findings of this research. 1. Leadership whether transformational or transactional affected on salesforces' performances. But it was not accepted that transformational leadership would be superior than transactional leadership. 2. Market Orientation of organization affected on its salesforces' performances. 3. Personal characteristics such as need for achievement, compensation predispositon, self efficacy, learning goal orientation were affect on salesforces' performances. But it found that effects of intrinsic compensation predisposition on salesforces, performances were reverser (-). Based on the above findings, the following conclusion could be drawn: 1. Organizational variables like leadership and market orientation are key managerial variables in the sales organization, meaning that sales manager development and organization's market-driven culture are important. 2. Through recruiting and educating, raising salesforces' self-esteem is necessitated.

In this paper, cross-aperture coupled microstrip circular polarization antenna is proposed for 5.8 GHz WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network). A single antenna consists of square patch and slots are located in series feed line with $\lambda_g$/4 phase different which make current direction maximum and minimum repeatedly to generate RHCP(Right Handed Circularly Polarization). We are proposed new structure that removed the section which intersected at a right angle and were composed to four separated slots. The proposed cross slots reduce back lobe of radiation pattern and improve antenna gain. Impedance bandwidth of the manufactured $2\times2$ array antenna is from 5.67 to 5.95 GHz and the maximum radiation gain is 10.59 dBi.
