Microstrip directional couplers using microstrip lines do not have good directivity characteristics because the dielectric constant of the substrate is different from that of air. To solve this problem, a compensation capacitor is sometimes attached between the coupling lines to improve directivity. This paper proposes a directional coupler with high directivity using interdigital capacitors implemented with transmission lines instead of lumped capacitors. The directional coupler designed and fabricated using the proposed method showed a coupling factor of 20 dB and a directivity of higher than 30 dB at 2.14 GHz. This directional coupler can be used as two directional couplers because it has two coupling ports and two isolated ports.

There are various performance factors for SMEs in order to survive in the rapid changing market and it is discussing the importance of entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial orientation based on many researches. Thus, it is worth to analyze factors of seize new opportunity and firm's performance to build sustainable competitive advantages, which provide the directions to SMEs. This study investigates through exploratory research that the important factors of entrepreneurial orientation and the influence factors on firm's performance confirmed by empirical study. This study was conducted to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation of SME CEO, learning orientation and corporate performance was verified following section. First, entrepreneurial orientation (pro-activeness, competitive aggressiveness, risk taking, innovativeness) was to examine the effect of learning orientation; Second, entrepreneurial orientation was to examine the impact on firm's performance; and in the last, validated learning orientation affect factors that are mediated between entrepreneurship orientation and firm's performance through empirical research. The results of this study, each SME have shown that they have a different impact on firm's performance based on a variety of entrepreneurial orientation. This result shows that the need for a separate independent study on entrepreneurial orientation of SMEs. In conclusion, this study implicates that entrepreneurial orientation is important role for firm's performance, entrepreneurs of SMEs are innovative rather than competitive aggressive, and risk taking activities positively affect firm's activity. The conclusions of this study would be utilized to develop the entrepreneurial orientation when necessary for entrepreneurs of SMEs.

The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of growth orientation, life satisfaction, perceived stress, positive psychological capital and interpersonal relationships in the group coaching program for the promotion of growth orientation for university students based on the model of the social-cognitive approach to motivation. The program consisted of eight topics: growth orientation, growth mindset and brain plasticity, self-directed goal setting, talent which is a product of ongoing effort, failure attitude and perspective change, positive emotion, thinking and behavior, value of growth orientation and self-coaching, respectively. The program comprised a total of eight sessions, 120 minutes each, and the final program was completed through a preliminary experiment with three university students. In order to verify the effectiveness of the program, 48 university students were divided into 16 in the experimental group, 16 in the comparative group, and 16 in the control group. The experimental group participated in the group coaching program to enhance the growth orientation based on the model of the social-cognitive approach to motivation developed in this study, the comparative group participated in a learning goal orientation improvement program based on an incremental implicit theory, and the control group did not carry out any program. Three groups were tested in pre, post, follow-up1(after 1 month) and follow-up2(after 3 months) in order to growth orientation, life satisfaction, perceived stress, positive psychological capital and interpersonal relationships. We performed analysis to confirm the homogeneity to the data of the three groups and to verify the interaction effects between times and groups. As a result, it was confirmed that the group coaching program to promote growth orientation, life satisfaction, perceived stress, positive psychological capital and interpersonal relationships had statistically significant effect and was more effective than the comparative program due to the larger effective size. Also, we confirmed that the coaching effect was sustained after the program was finished and more effectively maintained than the comparative program. Based on the results of this study, this study has academic implications because it verify the effectiveness of the group coaching for the promotion of the growth orientation by scient ic method.

디지털 보청기를 착용한 사람의 지향성 측정 및 시뮬레이션 비교를 위해서 실제 실험 장치(무향실)와 여러 전기음향 계측기기를 이용한 실험을 수행하는 과정에서 많은 소요 시간의 문제점이 발생하였다. 그래서 실험 시간을 단축하기 위해 본 전기음향 실험기기의 자동화 및 고속화를 연구하였다 지향성 실험을 위해 간이형 무향실이 회전하도록 설계하였고, 이에 따른 자동제어를 위한 프로그래밍을 연구하였다.

이 논문에서는 800MHz 대역에서의 interdigital 커패시터를 이용한 높은 지향성의 방향성 결합기를 설계하였다. 본 논문에서는 20dB 방향성 결합기 설계에 있어 interdigital 커패시터의 파라미터 W, G, Ge, Lo, Wt에 따른 결합도와 격리도의 변화를 분석하여 최적화 함으로써 30dB이상의 지향성을 얻도록 설계하는 것을 목적으로 하였다.

본 연구는 국내하이테크 기업의 기술혁신지향성과 시장지향성이 기업 성과에 미치는지 여부를 규명하고자 Moorman & Miner(1997), Kohli, Jaworski & Kumar (1993)가 개한 척도를 사용하여 탐색적인 연구를 실행하였다. 설문은 2006년 11월 한달 동안 서울 경기지역의 혁신관련 교육을 수행하는 교육 기관과 기술 기반의 제품 개발과 서비스를 수행하는 업체를 대상으로 시행하였다. 가설 검증을 위해 총 200부의 설문지를 배포하여 60부를 회수하여 수집된 자료는 SPSS v12.0을 이용하여 요인분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 기술혁신지향성은 성과에 영향을 미치나 시장지향성이 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해서는 확인할 수 없었다.

보청기에서 마이크로폰을 여러 개 배치하여 소음 감소 효과를 가져 올 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 양측 귀에 각각 두개씩의 보청기용 마이크로폰을 배치했을 때의 효과를 경계 요소 기법에 의해 해석하였다. 두개의 마이크로폰을 배열하여 마이크로폰 두개 사이의 시간 지연에 의한 특별한 지향성 패턴을 만들게 되고, 이러한 지향성 패턴은 기하학적으로 소음 대 잡음의 비를 증가시킬 수 있다. 두 개의 마이크로폰 배열에 의한 3차원 지향성 패턴 해석에 경계요소기법이 응용되었으며, 이러한 수치 해석은 보청기 DSP칩의 시간 지연 파라미터 계산에 이용될 수 있다. 두 개 마이크로폰사이의 간격은 10mm로 고정시키고, 머리의 전 방향에 폭이 좁은 지향패턴이 생기도록 두 개 마이크로폰의 사이 시간 지연을 바꾸어 주었다. 시간 지연의 변화를 입력 주파수에 따라 관찰하였다.

본 연구에서는 기업 내 기업가정신(Corporate Entrepreneurship)의 주요 변수에 대한 탐색적 연구를 통해 기업의 최종 변수인 성과(Performance)에 대한 영향 요인을 고찰하고자 한다. 지금까지 국내에서는 개인 수준의 기업가정신(Entrepreneurship)에 대한 연구는 활발하게 이뤄지고 있지만, 조직 수준의 기업가정신(Entrepreneurship)에 대한 소개는 부족한 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업 내부에서 발생하는 기업가정신에 대한 구조적인 이해와 더불어 최종적인 종속변수인 기업 성과에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소인 기업가지향성(Entrepreneurial Orientation)과 학습지향성(Learning Orientation)에 대한 실증적 연구에 앞서 기본적인 개념을 살펴보고자 한다.

마이크로스트립 구조의 방향성 결합기는 이방성 유전체로 인하여 지향성 특성이 저하된다. 즉 우, 기모드의 위상차에 의해 격리특성이 저하된다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하고자 결합선로간의 대칭형으로 입출력단에 위상 보상용 커패시터를 구현해주어 격리특성을 개선하였다. 보상용 캐패시터는 평면형으로 구현하여 제작의 편리하고, 우, 기모드 위상차를 줄여주어 높은 지향성 특성을 얻을 수 있었다. 부가적으로 결합선로의 길이를 약 10%를 줄 일수 있다. 제시된 방법의 타당성을 입증하기 위하여 12dB, 20dB와 30dB의 마이크로스트립 방향성 결합기를 제작하여 30dB의 높은 지향성 특성을 얻었다.

In this paper, properties of directional coupler with high directivity was investigated. The directional couler is used to check and verify the power, frequency, and antenna reflection of signal at transmission station for mobile communications. To get the high directivity in the directional coupler, directional coupler was simulated and fabricated. we obtained the directional coupler having more than 31dB directivity.
