특허는 기업이 보유한 다양한 정보를 포함하고 있는 것으로 기술혁신 능력과 기술 경쟁력을 측정하는 척도로 여겨져, 특허의 품질이나 특성을 파악하기 위해 다양한 지표가 개발되어 왔다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 실무자나 연구자들에 의해 폭넓게 연구 되어온 다양한 특허 지표들을 특허 지표들이 가지는 의미와 특성에 따라 특허 지표 요인, 즉 시장성, 권리성, 기술성으로 분류하여, 어떤 요인들이 기업의 경영성과에 주요한 영향을 미치는지 분석하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 취약성을 보안대책의 결핍으로 정의해서 정보보호지표의 개념을 도출한 후에, 정보자산가치에 따라서 가중치를 부여하는 정보자산가치가중치법에 의해서 정보보호지표를 계량화하는 절차를 제시하는 것이다. 이와 같은 정보보호지표에 근거해서 정보보호를 위한 기본적인 보호 대책(관리적, 기술적, 물리적 대책을 포함하는 기본통제)을 구현하고 특정 응용시스템을 위한 특수한 보호 대책을 구현함으로써, 조직 내외의 위협으로부터 안정적이고 신뢰성 있는 정보서비스를 제공할 수 있다.

정보화의 진전과 더불어 삶의 편이성은 증대되고 있으나 개인과 조직은 물론이고 국가에 이르기까지 정보보안 사고로 피해와 고통 또한 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 사고로 인한 피해를 사전에 예방하거나 사후 손실을 최소화하기 위해서는 적절한 관리가 필요하며 이를 위해서는 무엇보다 실용적인 정보보안 평가지표의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 정보보안을 대표하는 문헌을 참조하여 평가지표를 도출하고, 일련의 부합성 분석을 통해 보다 실용적인 정보보안 평가지표를 도출하여 제시하고자 한다.

생활수준이 높아지면서 단순히 먹고 사는 수준을 넘어서 삶의 만족도에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 통계 정보를 살펴보더라도 근로여건 만족도, 녹지환경 만족도, 의료서비스 만족도, 소득만족도, 소비생활 만족도, 여가활동 만족도, 학생의 학교생활만족도 등 다양한 만족도 지표를 발견할 수 있다. 본 연구는 지방자치단체 통합데이터베이스 및 e지방지표를 이용하여 지방자치단체에 속한 구성원들의 다양한 만족도 지표의 연관성을 분석하고자 한다.

Since Successive introduction of BMS(Bus Management System) into the local governments has been able to collect each bus data on the road and valuate the bus operation by the quantitative index not qualitative index. we need a study on punctuality index for evaluation of service level for bus operation using bus location information. We propose punctuality index for bus operation using time-space diagram and valuate the index by application to real bus data.

현재 우리나라의 GDP 대비 R&D 투자 규모는 세계최고의 수준에 이르렀다. 이러한 연구개발 예산의 양적인 확대 및 성장과 함께 상대적으로 연구개발 예산의 효율적 활용이 중요한 과학기술정책 이슈로 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 정부 R&D사업 유사영역의 효율성 제고를 위한 정책, 전략의 수립 및 실행의 의사결정을 돕는 데이터 기반의 객관적인 지표들을 제시하였다. 그 후 본 연구에서 제시한 효율성 지표들을 NTIS에서 추출한 2015년 정부출연연구기관 R&D 사업 데이터와 연계하여 실질적으로 측정과 사용이 가능한 정량적 지표들만을 따로 선별하였다. 또한 정부 R&D사업 효율성 지표들의 가중치를 측정하기 위하여 계층분석기법(analytic hierarchy process)을 수행하였으며 계층분석기법의 결과로 나온 가중치를 효율성 지표들에 적용하여 과제 우선순위를 도출하였다. 이를 통해 정책의 수립, 실행 및 조정 시 고려해야 할 지표의 우선순위를 설정하여 유사연구영역 관련 정부 R&D 정책수립에서 실행까지의 연계를 강화시키고 국가적으로 한정된 자원의 효율적 사용을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

This study was to investigate the usefulness of the measures of the Korean Public Library Operation Assessment. The analyzed data were collected through a fulfillment degree of the evaluation indicators and the opinions of librarians for public libraries evaluation indicators. Same time, the comparative analysis of public library statistical indicators and evaluation indicators was performed. Based on the results of the analysis, I was selected assessment items that need to delete and modify. The improvements proposed in this study will provide a direction for the improvement of the Korean Public Library Operation Assessment. And may be applied to improve the process of the public library evaluation.

The purpose of this study is to develop the evaluation indicators of school libraries in Korea. To do this, the indicators were extracted from an analysis of seven foregoing studies. The draft of evaluation indicators was made after reviewing the validity of each indicator according to the criteria: quantifiability, objectivity and possibility of obtaining evaluation materials. The feasibility of the standards and measures used by the Committee on Library and Information Policy was examined to improve the validity of new indicators. To decide the distribution of marks for evaluations, the opinions of teacher librarians and professionals on the importance of indicators was surveyed, the evaluation indicators used by the Committee on Library and Information Policy were analyzed, and an intensive review was done by professionals. A draft of an evaluation index with thirty indicators in six categories is proposed.

국내에서는 '물손실(누수)을 얼마나 잘 관리하고 있는지' 평가하는 물손실관리 수행능 지표를 '유수율(누수율)' 로 판단하고 있다. 하지만, 유수율은 실제 관리자의 의지와 무관한 인자에 영향을 받을 수 있으며, 지역의 여건상 유수율이 높게 나올 수밖에 없는 지역이 있는가 하면 반대로 지역의 여건 상 유수율이 낮게 나올 수밖에 없는 지역이 있다. 따라서 유수율만을 이용하여 물손실관리 수행능력을 평가하는 지표로는 미흡함이 있는 것으로 판단될 뿐만 아니라 IWA에서는 전통적인 백분율을 이용한 지표(손실율, 유수율, 무수율 등)의 문제를 언급하면서 수자원의 효율적인 사용 혹은 상수도사업의 경제성을 나타내는 목적 외에는 사용하지 말아야 한다고 권고하였다. 현재까지의 연구를 보면, 국내 실정에 맞는 다양한 물손실관리 수행능 지표들이 언급되면서 이에 대한 적합성 및 적용성에 대한 많은 연구들이 진행되어 왔다. 기존의 연구들은 지자체 단위로 물손실관리 수행능 지표에 대한 연구를 진행하였다면, 본 연구에서는 소블럭 단위로 수도통계자료를 분석하여 물손실관리를 위한 어떠한 지표를 이용하는 것이 타당한 방법인지 제시하고자 하였다. 비교분석을 하기 위한 지표인 소블럭별 유수율, 실손실율(누수율), 1인당 실손실량, 급수전당 실손실량, 누수평가지표(ILI)를 산정하고, 그 결과에 따라 소블럭별 순위를 결정하였다. 유수율과 급수인구를 고려한 1인당 실손실량과의 비교분석에서 높은 R² (결정계수)값과 소블럭별 순위변동 폭이 적은 것으로 나타났으나, 유수율과 급수전수를 고려한 급수전당 실손실량 및 배수관의 연장과 급수전수, 평균압력을 고려한 누수평가지표와의 비교분석에서는 낮은 R²값과 소블럭별 순위 변동폭이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 앞서 언급한 것처럼, 유수율만을 이용하여 물손실관리 수행능을 설명하기에는 부족할 것으로 판단되며, 유수율 외에도 다양한 지표들을 종합적으로 고려했을 때 가장 바람직한 물손실관리 수행능 평가가 될 것으로 사료된다.

In this study we investigate the importance of the subway station using network centrality measures. For centrality measures, we have used betweenness centrality, closeness centrality, and degree centrality. A new measure called weighted betweenness centrality is proposed, that combines both traditional betweenness centrality and passenger flow between stations. Through correlation analysis and power-law analysis of passenger flow on the Seoul metropolitan subway network, we have shown that weighted betweenness centrality is a meaningful and practical measure. We have also shown that passenger flow between any two stations follows a highly skewed power-law distribution.
