Election Regionalism in the 18th Korean General Election : focusing on election campaign course and Voter's Choice (18대 총선에서 나타난 선거지역주의 -선거운동 과정과 유권자의 선택을 중심으로-)

  • The study was carried out to analyze election regionalism and to find out the spatial pattern of party support drawn in the 18th general election. Strongly biased pattern found to be caused by party strategies and voting behaviour preferring for the local party. Each party employed the strategies such as tactical and nepotic nomination, regional development pledges, and local instigation of regionalism. In consciousness survey done by the National Election Commission, primarily people tend to choose the representative by his(her) party and secondly, they consider their carrier and occupation. They vote for the same party in the local district and proportional representation. While election regionalism strongly found in voting behaviour of each party's main strongholds based on spatial pattern of major party support, voters of Seoul and Chungbuk tend to vote for their interests due to regional development pledges such as 'Newtown' Development and 'Multifunctional Administrative City' construction.

A Study on the Load Bearing Characteristics Depending on Pile Construction Methods and Pile Load Test Methods Based on Case Analyses (사례분석에 기초한 말뚝시공법 및 재하시험방법에 따른 하중지지특성에 관한 연구)

  • In our country, in the case of traditional design of pile foundations, only a design depending on end bearing has been performed. However, through the load transfer measurement data that have been carried out for in-situ piles, it was known that skin frictional force was mobilized greatly. In this study, through the analysis of the load transfer test cases of driven steel pipe piles and large-diameter drilled shafts, load bearing aspects of pile foundation depending on pile construction methods and pile load test methods were established. The average sharing ratios of skin frictional force were independent of pile types, pile load test methods, relative pile lengths, pile diameters and soil types. Because the average sharing ratios were over 50%, the case pile foundations mostly behaved as a friction pile and the extremely partial case pile foundation behaved as a combined load bearing pile.

Preparation of Porous Silica Support and TiO2 Coating by Sol-Gel Method (다공성 실리카 지지체 제조 및 Sol-Gel법에 의한 TiO2코팅)

  • A sol-gel method was applied to coat TiO$_2$ on porous silica prepared using slurry foaming method from silica. from the results of XRD, SEM, and BET, the anatase phase was firstly observed at the coated supports with the heated of 50$0^{\circ}C$. The coated supports with the heated of $700^{\circ}C$ had the maximum anatase peak, and the particle size of coated TiO$_2$ was about 1 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$. Bending strength and gas permeability of the porous silica were measured for the feasibility as a catalytic supports. In case of the uncoated porous materials with the strength of 2.4 MPa, the strength increased to 3.9∼4.3 MPa after the coating process regardless of the heating temperature. On the other hand, the permeability of the uncoated porous materials decreased from 770${\times}$10$^{-13}$ $m^2$ to 363${\times}$10$^{-13}$ $m^2$ after the coating process, and it decreased with the increasing heating temperature.

  • The bearing capacity of a soil can be improved by conventional ground improvement techniques such as stabilization and compaction methods. Recently, the use of geotextiles in improving the bearing capacity of soils has become popular because of the availability of durable and strong geosynthetic materials. In this paper, through the laboratory model tests on sandy ground reinforced by geotextiles with the strip footing under plane strain condition, the effects of bearing capacity improvement on the sandy ground and its behaviour were investigated.

  • SOFC cell 하나의 전위차는 약1.1V이기 때문에 발전용으로 사용하기 위해서는 수많은 단전지를 직렬로 연결하는 구조가 필요하다. 이러한 stack의 디자인에서 발생하는 문제를 획기적으로 개선한 형태가 하나의 지지체에 셀을 직렬로 연결함으로 전극의 선폭 및 단위 셀 간의 간격이 기존 평판형, 원통형에 비해 대폭 축소되어 전극 및 연결재의 저항손실을 최소화할 수 있는 Segmented형 SOFC이다. Segmented SOFC에 적용하기 위한 세라믹 다공성 지지체는 연료와 공기에서의 화학적 안정성, 셀의 구성소재와 반응이 없으며 열팽창계수가 유사해야하는 특성을 가져야하는데 그 중에서도 지지체로써 적절한 기계적 강도와 높은 가스투과도가 요구되어진다. 본 연구에서는 고온에서 안정한 Spinel의 MgAl2O4를 주성분으로 하는 다공성 지지체를 압출 성형하여 평관형으로 제조하였으며 활성탄을 기공형성제로 사용하여 연료의 공급이 원활하도록 약 30%의 기공율을 가지는 다공성 세라믹 지지체를 제조하였다. 제조된 세라믹 지지체에 연료극(NiO/YSZ), 전해질(TZ8Y), 공기극(LSM)을 코팅하여 실제 SOFC에 적용이 가능함을 확인하였다.

Stability Evaluation Along Interface Loss of a Foundation and the Ground (기초와 지반의 접촉면 손실에 따른 지지력 안정성 평가)

  • This paper presents the evaluation of foundation stability according to decrease of the foundation contact area on the ground. In order to carry out this research, the experimental and numerical studies are performed. In the experimental study, the carefully controled laboratory model tests are carried out with different foundation size and types. The model test results are analyzed and interpreted by analytical and numerical calculation in order to verify both results obtained from experimental and numerical studies. It is clearly found from the results that the foundation stability is considerably reduced when the foundation contact area ratio is less than 75%. This research may be very useful to develop the economical foundation type.

  • 염-암모니아계 화학열펌프기술의 핵심인 전도성 블록의 특성파악을 위한 기초단계 연구로서 전도성 블록의 제조 및 기초물성분석에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 황산이 함유된 천연흑연을 열처리하여 팽창흑연을 준비하고 특성을 분석하였다. 이 팽창흑연을 압축, 성형하여 흑연지지체를 제조하였으며, 성형된 지지체에 진공기법을 이용하여 염을 함침하고 건조과정을 거쳐 전도성 블록을 제조하였다. 전도성 블록의 특성분석으로서 염의 입자내에 분산정도는 EPMA/EDS, 기공율 및 기공크기 분포는 헬륨침투법과 수은 침투법, 기체투과도는 Darcy's law를 적용하고, 열전도도 측정은 전이 일차원 열류기법을 이용하였다. 전도성 블록이 암모니아와 반응 했을때 부피팽창을 관찰하였으며, 반응기에서 전도성블록의 온도분포를 관찰하였다. 본 연구에서 제조된 블록은 염이 균일하게 분산되어 있었으며 기공율은 제조조건에 따라 0.4 ∼ 0.83, 기체투과도는 0.01 ∼ 10 Darcy, 열전도도는 흑연지지체의 겉보기 밀도가 110 kg/㎥ 인 경우, 반지름방향의 열전도도, λr은 20 W/mK, 축방향의 열전도도, λa는 17 W/mK 이였다. 겉보기밀도가 150 kg/㎥ 인 경우, λr은 22 W/wK, λa는 20 W/wK 이였다. 전도성 블록의 부피팽창은 비가역적이었으며 대부분이 반지름 방향보다 축방향에서 팽창이 일어났다. 온도분포는 초기 반응의 kinetics가 내부온도를 지배하였으나, 시간이 경과후 반응기 내부온도는 외부열전달에 의해 지배되었다.

소상공인 사업실패경험 속성이 재창업 의지에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구: 사회적지지 조절효과를 중심으로

  • 우리나라 기업 창업 후 5년까지 생존율(27.5%)은 OECD 평균 생존율(43.9%)보다 낮으며 최근 5년간('11~'15년) 연평균 창업은 81만개, 폐업은 70만개로 다산다사(多産多死) 특징 보유하고 있다. 사업 실패로 인한 폐업은 개인적인 차원을 넘어 사회적인 문제로 확대되고 국가 경제에 부담으로 작용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사업실패경험이 학습효과와 자산으로 승화하여 재창업의지에 직접적인 영향을 미치는지, 사업실패자에 대한 사회적지지가 재창업 의지에 어느 정도 상승효과를 주는지에 대해 분석하기 위해 사업실패자자들을 대상으로 자료를 수집, 실증 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 첫째, 사업실패경험 속성중 비재무적 손실이 발생한 경우 재창업의지에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 비재무적 손실이 크다면 재창업의지는 낮아지게 된다. 둘째, 재무적 손실이 발생한 경우에는 재창업의지에 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 셋째, 조절변수인 정서적지지는 비재무적 손실이 발생한 경우 재창업의지에 정(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 재창업지원은 이들이 경험한 비재무적 손실을 회복 할 수 있도록 정서적지지를 활용하는 다양한 정책안들이 고안 되어야 하고 사업실패로 재무적 손실이 크게 나기 전에 사업을 빠른 시일 내에 정리토록 하는 것이 재도전 시책에서 무엇보다 중요하다는 시사점을 주고 있다.

Analysis of Load-Settlement Behaviour Characteristics of Granular Compaction Piles from the Model Tests (모형실험에 의한 조립토 다짐말뚝의 하중-침하 관련 거동특성 분석)

  • In the present study, more systematic laboratory model tests under various conditions are carried out to investigate load-sharing characteristics among the granular pile and adjacent soils and bearing capacity characteristics with different pile lengths. Further to evaluate effects of both a loading area and a spacing of pile installation on the bearing capacity and bearing capacity characteristics of each pile in group, model test results are also analyzed for the purpose of an efficient design of granular compaction piles. From the analysis of the model test results, it is found that the ultimate capacity of granular compaction group piles increases with a decrease in the installation distance among granular piles. It is also found that the dominant failure mode of the granular compaction piles is bulging failure. It is further realized that the length of a granular pile could not significantly affect on the ultimate granular pile capacity.

Physical Properties of Self-healing Concrete Mixed with Hydrogel Carrier of Microorganism (미생물 혼입 하이드로젤 지지체 첨가에 따른 자기치유 콘크리트의 물성 변화)

  • The properties of concrete with addition of microgel - containing hydrogel support were investigated. As a result of measuring the slump of the self - healing concrete, the target slump was satisfied in all the mixing conditions, but the slump was decreased as the mixing amount of the hydrogel support increased. The change of porosity due to incorporation of hydrogel support was minimal. As a result of the evaluation of the compressive strength of the self - healing concrete, the incorporation of the hydrogel support did not affect the strength. However, under the same mixing condition, the dispersion value of the specimens tended to increase with increasing hydrogel support contents. As a result of the permeability test of self-healing concrete according to the incorporation of hydrogel support, it was confirmed that the mixing ratio of hydrogel support was effective to decrease the permeability coefficient.
