A study on the approval rating of 19th general election affected by LBSNS application S/W based on object identification (객체식별아이디 기반의 개인 맞춤형 LBSNS 앱의 19대 총선 후보 지지율 효과 분석)

  • 19대 총선에서 특정 후보를 홍보하기 위한 목적으로 개인 맞춤형 위치기반소셜네트워크서비스(LBSNS, Location Based Social Network Service) 앱(App)을 기획하여 개발하고 선거기간 동안 활용함으로써 선거 전후 해당 후보의 지지율 변화에 어느 정도 기여했는지 그 영향을 분석하였다. 대전광역시 6개 지역구 24명의 후보를 대상으로 개인 맞춤형 LBSNS 앱을 활용한 후보와 그렇지 않은 후보를 구분하여 선거운동 기간 동안 언론에 공개적으로 발표된 지지율과 개표 결과를 바탕으로 개인별 지지율 변화를 비교하였다. 해당 앱을 활용한 3명의 후보는 각각 12.6%, 11.4% 및 11.2%씩 두 자리 수의 지지율 상승이 있었지만 나머지 21명의 후보들은 지지율 변화는 모두 3% 이내로 머물러 개인맞춤형 스마트폰 앱을 활용함으로써 후보 지지율 상승에 상당한 효과가 있었음이 밝혀졌다.

  • During 19th general election the customized LBSNS(Location Based SNS) application for some candidates of the National Assembly planned and developed based on the object identification, ePosition, comprising the candidate's name have been applied for an election campaign. The approval rating change before and after 19th election campaign period for each candidate was quantitatively studied how it would be affected by the candidate custom LBSNS application. Only 3 out of 24 candidates in 6 local electorates in the Daejon Metropolitan City have adopted the customized LBSNS application and the rest 21 candidates have not, whose approval rating change before and after an election campaign has been analyzed comparatively candidate by candidate. The approval rating for 3 candidates adopting LBSNS application went up by 12.6%, 11.4%, 11.2% respectively, but those for the rest 21 candidates all changed within 3%.

  • We compared and analyzed the relationship between vote intention, vote expectation, and party approval rate using the 19th Presidential Election and the 7th Nationwide Simultaneous Local Election (Regional Local Government Election) poll data. The case study provides an alternative method of predicting the winner using vote expectation and a party approval rate that can improve the accuracy of election forecasting.

  • 역삼투막은 높은 투과율과 배제율, 기계적 강도, 열적 안정성, 화학적 안정성, 성형성, 경제성 등의 여러 가지 조건을 동시에 만족시켜야 한다. 복합막을 통한 역삼투막의 제조는 위의 조건들을 만족시키는 역삼투막을 제조할 수 있는 훌륭한 제조 방법인데 지지막과 표면의 활성층을 여러 가지로 조합하여 다양한 성능의 막을 개발할 수 있기 때문이다. 지지막은 다공질의 고분자막으로 기계적 강도, 화학적.열적 안정성 등이 있어야 하는데 역삼투막이 가혹한 운전 조건에서 조작되기 때문이다. 그리고 지지막은 활성층과 안정된 결합을 할 수 있는 물리적 및 화학적 성질을 지녀야 한다. 활성층은 분리가 일어나는 곳으로 막의 배제율과 투과특성에 큰 영향을 미친다. 따라서 복합막의 제조에 있어서 고려되어야 할 사항은 지지막과 활성층의 재질의 선택, 지지막의 특성, 지지막 위에 얇고 안정된 활성층의 도포 방법, 성능향상과 활성층의 안정화를 위한 제조된 복합막의 후처리 방법 등이다. 지지막 위에 활성층을 도포시키는 방법은 계면중합법, 박층분산법, 침지코팅법, 기상증착법 등을 들 수 있는데 이 중에서 계면중합법을 이용한 복합막의 제조가 가장 실용적인 방법으로 인정되고 있고 현재 실용화되어 있다.

  • During the election period, many polling agencies survey and distribute the approval ratings for each candidate. In the past, public opinion was expressed through the Internet, mobile SNS, or community, although in the past, people had no choice but to survey the approval rating by relying on opinion polls. Therefore, if the public opinion expressed on the Internet is understood through natural language analysis, it is possible to determine the candidate's approval rate as accurately as the result of the opinion poll. Therefore, this paper proposes a method of inferring the approval rate of candidates during the election period by synthesizing the political comments of users through internet community posting data. In order to analyze the approval rate in the post, I would like to suggest a method for generating the model that has the highest correlation with the actual opinion poll by using the KoBert, KcBert, and KoELECTRA models.

  • The purpose of the study was to examine the support of crisis pregnancy policies among unmarried college student in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. All support rates of the crisis pregnancy and delivery policies were high, including support for crisis pregnancy and delivery, the preventive education through professional sex education and the law revision to compensate the existing legislation and system. There was supportive attitude for all adolescent single parenting policies. Especially, parent education and financial independence and education for preventing adolescent single parents from recurrent pregnancy showed a little higher support rate than others. Having a religion showed a higher support rate than atheist. Based on these findings, we will discuss the necessity of the policies of a crisis pregnancy and childbirth and the policies of unmarried adolescent parents. The results of this study could be used as a basic data for revision of relevant policies and establishment of support services.

  • 현재 인터넷 공간은 사람들의 관심사나 사회적인 이슈들을 반영하고 있다. 사회적으로 어떤 사건이 발생하면 그 사건에 관한 뉴스 기사나 관련된 다양한 콘텐츠들이 생성되어 여러 사람들에게 소비되고 공유된다. 뿐만 아니라 이와는 반대로 인터넷 공간에서 사람들에게 많은 관심을 받거나 이슈가 된 사건이 사회적인 관심거리가 되기도 한다. 최근에는 인터넷 공간에서 발생하는 정보 검색이나 콘텐츠 생성 패턴을 분석하여 실제 사회에서의 이슈나 트렌드를 예측하려는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 인터넷을 기반으로 분석한 자료와 전문 기관에서 분석한 자료의 상관관계를 분석하고자 한다. 그 중 최근 뉴스나 콘텐츠가 많이 생산되는 2012년 대통령 선거 후보에 관한 인터넷 뉴스 기사량과 전문조사 기관에서 발표한 각 후보의 지지율을 보이고 두 자료 간의 상관관계를 분석한다. 그리고 실험 결과로 대선 후보들의 기사 점유율과 발표된 지지율에 높은 상관관계가 있음을 보인다.

Reliability Based Pile Bearing Capacity Evaluation (신뢰도에 근거한 말뚝의 지지력 평가)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose safety factors of pile bearing capacity based on the reliability analysis. Each prediction method involves various degrees of uncertainties. To account for these uncertainties in a systematic way, the ratios of the measured bearing capacity from pile load tests to the predicted bearing capacity are represented in the form of a probability density function. The safety factor for each design method is obtained so that the probability of pile foundation failure is less than 10-3. The Bayesian theorem is applied in a way that the distribution using static formulae is assumed to be the A-prior and the distribution using dynamic formulae or wave equation based methods is assumed to be the likelihood, and these two are combined to obtain the posterior which has the reduced uncertainty. The results of this study show that static formulae of the pile bearing capacity using the 5.p.7. N-value as well as dynamic formulae are highly unreliable and have to have the safety factor more than 7.4 : the wave equation analysis using PDA(Pile Driving Analyzer) system the most reliable with the safety factor close to 2.7. The safety factor could be reduced certain amount by adoption the Bayes methodology in pile design.

Fabrication and Characteristics of Anode-Supported Tube for Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (습식법에 의한 고체산화물 연료전지용 연료극 지지체관의 제조 및 특성 연구)

  • To develop anode-supported tubular cell with proper porosity, we have investigated the anode substrate and t the electrolyte-coated anode tube. The anode substrate was manufactured as a function of carbon content in the range of 20 to 50 vol.%. As the carbon COntent increased, the porosity of the anode substrate increased slightly and the carbon c content with proper porosity is found to be 30 vol.%. The anode-supported tube was fabricated by extrusion process a and the electrolyte layer was coated on the anode tube by slurry coating process. The anode-supported tube was cofired successfully at $^1400{\circ}C$ in air. The porosity of the anode tube was 35%. From the gas permeation test, the anode t tube was found to be porous enough for gas supply. On the other hand, the anode-supported tube with electrolyte layer indicated a very low gas permeation rate. This means that the coated electrolyte was dense.
