In this study, from a long-term perspective, we tried to find and present a plan to apply the results of transformation of cadastral coordinates to the world geodetic system in stages for cadastral records of graphical and digital cadastral area. There was a case where the difference in area before and after the transformation occurred irregularly in the transformation result of the cadastral coordinate system currently being promoted. In addition, it was found that transformation errors in cadastral non-coincidence areas occurred accumulatively, and the period for acquiring world geodetic results for cadastral reference points was insufficient. In order to solve this problem, the study proposed a plan to provide spatial information and related fields through advancement of continuous cadastral maps, etc. for maps that have been primarily transformed by the end of 2020. In addition, the maps used for cadastral surveying purposes were presented in the direction of applying them to cadastral records in numerical form in the long term to conform to the characteristics of graphical and digital cadastral area. It is expected that more stable cadastral record will be reflected by applying the world coordinate transformation performance by dividing the graphical and digital cadastral area.

지적 구조 분석을 위해서 계량서지적 자료를 시각적으로 표현하는 다양한 네트워크 형성 방식에 대해서 사례와 함께 각각의 특성을 살펴보았다. 동시인용을 비롯한 계량서지적 자료의 시각적인 표현은 지적구조의 분석에 있어서 매우 효과적인 방법으로 인식되어왔다. 시각화를 위해서는 전통적으로 다차원척도법이나 군집분석, 대응일치분석 등의 다변량통계 분석 기법이 사용되어왔다. 최근 들어 패스파인더 네트워크를 비롯한 새로운 네트워크 형성 기법이 전통적인 기법의 대체 도구로 제시되고 있으나, 사실상 네트워크의 형태로 지적 구조를 분석하는 것은 인용분석 연구의 초기부터라고 할 수 있다. 다양한 네트워크 형성 방식의 특성에 대해서 살펴봄으로써 계량서지적 분석을 활성화하는데 도움이 되리라고 기대한다.

While images and aerial photographs using conventional satellites have the advantage of providing data in a vast area, there is a difficult aspect: the limitations of filming and processing data in a particular region at a desired time and the repetitive filming of a short cycle. With the development of many new technologies to overcome these shortcomings, methods of building cadastral information are changing rapidly. In particular, unmanned aerial vehicles that deploy cadastral information quickly and accurately using UAV have increased interest in technology that obtains cadastral information. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to suggest the application of cadastral measurement tasks in areas subject to cadastral measurement using UAV. To this end, the Commission decided to compare and analyze the accuracy of high-resolution images produced by observation area and apply them to existing cadastral work using verified images and cadastral data. In this study, we will analyze the applicability of UAVs to their cadastral survey by analyzing the current status of legislation related to cadastral survey and the technical characteristics of UAVs and propose technological, legal and institutional improvement measures for introduction based on them.

This study analyzed the effect of self-determination of the intellectually disabled on the quality of life, focusing on the effect of controlling family functions, with the intellectually disabled as the subject of the study. In order to achieve this goal, it was designated as an intellectual disabled person at the early age of 18 to 25 who were diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, and it was selected as a disabled person living in the community, and it selected major welfare institutions that were most frequently used by people with intellectual disabilities in the early age of 20 years, considering the difficulties of conducting the survey. The research results are as follows. First, "self-determination, psychological capacity, and self-realization" of the intellectually disabled were found to affect the quality of life (physical well-being, physical well-being, social well-being, productive activities and development, psychological and emotional well-being). Second, differences in "self-determination (self-reliance, psychological capacity, self-realization)" did not occur in accordance with the "population statistical. Third, differences occurred in the "quality of life (physical well-being, physical well-being, social well-being, productive activities and development, psychological and emotional well-being" of the intellectually disabled. Fourth, the relationship between "self-determination" and "quality of life" of the intellectually disabled resulted in the adjustment effect of family functions. This study is meaningful in that it demonstrated the service practice that should be provided to people with early adult intellectual disabilities in the field of practice by verifying the relationship between self-determination, family function and quality of life viewed from the perspective of the parties.

The case of a forest area has tome limitations of adopting a ground surveying like as TS (Total Station) and RTK-GPS (Real Time Kinematic-GPS) due to the specificity of the forest area. Therefore, the new method, is different from exist the cadastral re-surveying method in a metro area and a cropland, is applicably considered in the forest area. In this paper, we suggest the applicability of the digital cadastral map of forest which is used at KLIS. According to the result of study, the most important area error value for adopted in the cadastral re-surveying is almost contained the error tolerance. Therefore, KLIS data, if it is related with the actual reference data for adjusting the location boundary, is suitable to be adopted in the cadastral re-surveying.

본 연구는 경상남도 창원시 삼각점의 GPS 데이터를 활용하여 오차수준 및 지역적인 특성 등을 종합적으로 분석하여 봄으로써 향후 지적세부측량을 위한 지적기준점측량 수행 시 보다 정확한 성과가 산출될 수 있는 방안을 모색하여 보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 토지조사사업 당시 설치된 삼각점의 경우 삼각점 자체의 자연적 인위적 이동이 없을 경우 대부분 삼각점의 성과가 안정적으로 나타나므로 지적기준점 성과결정시 기지점으로 사용할 삼각점은 토지조사 당시 설치된 삼각점을 우선적으로 선정하여야 할 것으로 판단되었다. 또한 본 연구결과에서 안정적인 성과로 제시된 삼각점을 기준으로 하여 지적기준점의 성과를 결정할 경우 향후 지적기준점이 망실되어 재설치 하더라도 항상 동일한 측량성과를 유지 관리할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

관광지리학의 대부분의 논문에서는 관광과 교통의 관련성을 설명함과 동시에 그 중요성을 지적하고는 있지만, 그 관계를 중점적으로 다룬 논문은 미약한 실정이다. 제야신도(1975)는 기계적 교통수단이 거주지와 관광대상지 간의 왕복이동 매체로서의 필요성을 지적하였고, P. Lavery(1977)는 교통로와 리크레이션의 형태, 교통로와 접근가능성, 리크레이션 자원으로서의 교통로, 교통로의 관리 등 교통과 관광의 관련성에 대하여 논하였고, 임한수(1992)는 교통이 관광 성장의 원인이자 결과이며, 접근성은 관광지의 개발과 성장에 지대한 영향을 준다는 것을 지적하였다.(중략)

The technology development is the one of the motive leading power to change the world. At this point of time, the most countries in the world take notice of the gifted science education because they believe that the development of a high-grade manpower resources is the only way of the development of their own country. Before the gifted education, however, the study of the gifted characteristics should be achieved first. Analysis of the intellectual characteristic in the research of the gifted characteristic has been accomplished with many of standardized test tool, however, analysis of the non-intellectual characteristics has not been researched with real sources because of the measuring method and the vogue range. Accordingly, this research will analyzed characteristics of the gifted in computers to focus on the non-intellectual through the difference of normal child. The field of the gifted in computers, in particular, hardly has been researched because the beginning of this study has a short period of time. Therefore, this research focus on analysis of the non-intellectual characteristics of the gifted in computer so that we understand well gifted child in computers in education of that.

Objectives : Since the awareness of autism spectrum disorders(ASD) is growing, as a result, it is increasing numbers of infants and toddlers being referred to specialized clinics for a differential diagnosis and the importance of early autism spectrum disorders detection is emphasized. This study is to know the difference between ASD and intellectual disability(ID) from comparison of the demographics, clinical characters and obstetric complications. Methods : The participants are 816 toddlers who visited the developmental delay clinic(DDC) in National Health Insurance Ilsan hospital. The number of toddlers diagnosed as ASD and ID was 324 and 492. 75 toddlers out of 114 who returned to DDC were diagnosed as ID at the first visit but 7 of them had changed diagnosis to ASD at the second visit. After compared ASD with ID from the first visit, we analyzed characters of toddlers who had the changed diagnosis to ASD at the second visit. Results : As a result, the comparison between ASD and ID at the first visit shows that the boys have higher ratio, lower obstetric complication and lower language assessment score in ASD. The toddlers who had the changed diagnosis at the second visit were all boys and they had more cases of family history of developmental delay and had lower score of receptive language developmental quotient. Conclusions : These findings suggest that sex, language characteristics and obstetric complication could be useful in the early detection of ASD.

본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 시장의 경제적 분석을 시도한다. 이를 위하여 수요측면과 공급측면에서 소프트웨어 시장의 경제적 특성을 고찰하고 산업의 구조적인 특성을 파악한다. 그리고 소프트웨어 산업이 성장된 배경과 기업의 전략적 고려에 입각한 시장 환경도 분석한다. 또한 소프트웨어 시장의 경제적인 특징에 의해서 발생하는 시장 실패에 관련한 사회적 교정수단으로서의 지적재산권과의 관계와 지적 재산권이 과도하게 보호되지 말아야 한다는 경제적 논리를 소개한다.
