본 연구는 일부지역 장애아동 양육자의 정신과적 문제를 알아보기 위해 우울증 지수를 검사하고 분석함으로서 그 심각성을 확인하고 장애아동 양육자의 정신보건의 필요성을 알리기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 2011년 8월부터 9월까지 경주 및 인근지역에서 지적장애아동과 지체장애아동을 둔 전업주부의 정신과적 문제를 알아보기 위해 양육 스트레스로 인한 우울증 정도를 알아보았다. 연구대상자는 3개의 치료기관 및 치료 관련기관에서 지적장애 또는 지체장애 아동을 양육하고 있는 부모 각 20명씩을 대상으로 하였다. 우울증 평가도구는 한국형 우울증 검사(Korean Depression Scale; KDS)를 이용하였다. 결과는 첫째, 지적장애아동과 지체장애아동 양육자 모두 우울증이 있는 것으로 나타났고 각각의 차이 비교에는 유의성이 없었다. 둘째, 지적장애아동과 지체장애아동 양육자의 우울증 세부항목에서는 의욕상실 부분에서만 유의성이 있었다. 셋째, 지적장애아동 양육자의 우울증 세부항목간의 비교에서는 유의성이 있었다. 넷째, 지체장애아동 양육자의 우울증 세부항목간의 비교에서는 유의성이 있었다. 다섯째, 지적장애아동 양육자의 우울증과 세부항목의 상관관계에서는 의욕상실에서 유의한 상관성이 있었다. 여섯째, 지체장애아동 양육자의 우울증과 세부항목의 상관관계에서는 의욕상실에서 유의한 상관성이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 두 장애아동의 양육자간 차이는 없었으며 우울증은 장애유형에 상관없이 모두 나타났다. 그리고 세부항목과 우울증의 상관성에서는 의욕상실에서 유의한 상관성을 보였다. 이것은 장애아동의 양육에서 치료의 지연으로 인한 의욕상실에서 우울증이 많이 유발됨을 알 수 있다.

Objective : We try to show the necessity of crafts and arts comparing visual perception of autism with that of mental retardation using craft programmes. Methods : We applied a visual perception programme after sorting 10 autism and 10 mental retardation according to criteria. A used craft programmes are consulted and produced by specialist who are applying crafts as treatment or have experienced applying crafts. The items included potter, mobile art, wheat flour kneading, clay, corrugated cardboard work and color mix work. We applied the programmes twice a week during 4 weeks and used motor-free visual perception test-third edition(MVPT-3) to investigate the effect before and after treatments. Results : First, craft programmes had effect on both autism and mental retardation. Second, craft programmes had more effect on mental retardation. Conclusion : We could know that craft programmes influenced on visual perceptional development of autism and mental retardation.

Aerial imagery, Satellite imaging and Hyperspectral imaging(HSI) are widely using at mapping those of agriculture, woodland, waters shoreline, and land cover, but are rarely applied at the Cadastre. There are many study cases on the overlay of aerial imagery and satellite imaging with Cadastral Map and the upgrade and registration of Cadastre' Land Category, however, reported as successful. Therefore, this study has been aimed to show the use of the Hyperspectral Imaging technology for Cadastre, especially for the land category. Also, the HSI sensor could function as a geospatial acquisition tool for error checks of the existed land categories, and as a helpful tool for acquiring the attributes and spatial data, such as the agriculture, soil, and vegetation, etc. This result indicates that HSI sensor can implement the Multipurpse Cadastre(MPC) by fusing with the cadastral information.

Supplementary control point and urban control point have different purpose and characteristic in the view of installation but their measurement method and permanent marker position are very similar. Therefore if we could use them by connecting those two control point, we would improve the arrangement density as well as minimizing cost of restoration from the loss of control point. So we tried to suggest the possibility of connecting these two control point and usage by analysing positional accuracy of urban control point on the base of supplementary control point in this study. The result of this study is as following. When analysing the positional accuracy of 13 urban control points of the study areas, there were RMSE of connection errors between ${\pm}8cm$ and ${\pm}11cm$ for each measurement point. The result confirmed the possibility of connecting supplementary control point to urban control point and its usage within the allowable error tolerance that the present cadastral law permits.

In this study, co-word analysis was conducted to investigate the intellectual structure of the domestic open access area. Through KCI and RISS, 124 research articles related to open access in Korea were selected for analysis, and a total of 1,157 keywords were extracted from the title and abstract. Network analysis was performed on the selected keywords. As a result, 3 domains and 20 clusters were extracted, and intellectual relations among keywords from open access area were visualized through PFnet. The centrality analysis of weighted networks was used to identify the core keywords in this area. Finally, 5 clusters from cluster analysis were displayed on a multidimensional scaling map, and the intellectual structure was proposed based on the correlation between keywords. The results of this study can visually identify and can be used as basic data for predicting the future direction of open access research in Korea.

육종에 관한 과제로서 1) 조숙성품종육성 및 도입 2) 내병성품종육성 및 도입 3) 다수, 고함유량품종육성 및 도입 4) 직파용품종육성 및 도입 등을 지적하고 재재에 관한 과제로서 1) 위축 및 불임방지 2) 추비 3) 직파 4) 붕소석정시용등을 지적하였다. 이상 유료작물의 증산과 연구에 있어서 이 방향은 생산비절약 및 품질 특히 유분함량의 향상등 중요한 문제가 많을 것이나 유채직파재재법의 확립, 시비의 합리화, 조숙품종의 육성 내지 도입이 우선긴급히 실시되어야할 과제가 아닌가 본다.

벤처기업의 활성화에 따라 제기된 지적재산권을 포함한 기술의 경제적 가치평가방법에 대한 새로운 접근방법을 제시하였다 본 연구에서 제시하고 있는 지적재산권 특히 특허기술의 가치평가방법은 기술의 특성을 반영한 개별기술별 기술이전가치 측정에 있으며 추상적인 논의보다는 구체적인 사례를 중심으로 방법론을 적용시키고 있다 이는 기존의 기술가치평가방법론으로 사용되어온 정서적 가치평가방법에서 정량적인 사례를 제시함으로써 새로운 기술평가기법연구의 발전적인 계기를 마련하였다.

본 연구는 전 세계적으로 1990년에서 1999년 사이에 발생한 기술 라이센스 거래에 관한 자료를 바탕으로, 기업들이 속한 국가의 지적 재산권 보호정도를 포함한 국가별 고유 특성들이 기업들의 라이센스 거래 상대 선택에 어떻게 영향을 미치는 가를 살펴본다. 연구 결과, 기술 보유 기업들은 지적 재산권이 잘 보호되는 나라의 기업들에게 더 많은 라이센스를 주었다. 또한 경제적 자유가 많은 나라로의 기술 라이센스 이전이 보다 활발하다.

인터넷 등 네트워크상의 정보에 관한 법적 논의는 제공된 정보의 재산적 가치 이외에 이러한 것들을 가능하게한 디지틀 기술의 보호에 관하여 검토되고 있다. 특히 기술발전과 아주 밀접한 관련을 맺고 있는 특허권, database 등 지적재산권의 영역에 있어서 이러한 점은 분명하게 드러난다. 가상공간과 관련있는 대상에 관한 법적 고찰은 인터넷 등의 이용이 널리 보급되어 우리의 실생활에 직접 이용되게 될 여건이 성숙될 때에 구체화되겠지만, 정보화사회의 문턱에 들어선 현재의 우리 사회에 있어서도 법적·제도적 기초를 마련함에 있어서 불가피 한 현실적 요청이다.
