The school is committed to the role of public education for the effective development of student academic achievement and intellectual ability. It is also a space to expand the range of care and understanding for others with as a member of the academic community as well. However, the reality of our country schooling has been pointed out that if a lot about the lack of character education related to the attitude of life care for others and feel a sense of responsibility. An individual is not necessarily emotional intelligence There are side out, as well as grow into adults, schools are obliged to teach a variety of methods associated with it. Nevertheless, education is not of the country beyond the formal excessive administrative work or other activities due to the process of character education to neglect, including the work of teachers. Therefore, students brought the expansion of the act that should not, and eventually lead to serious social issues that directly harm others, such as school violence. This study is based on an act of juvenile delinquency and criminology education was to refine the concept of toughness and validate the relationship between school violence through empirical research. Accordingly, from July 1, 2013 September 31, 2013 to 277 high schools across the country are attending the third year of the schools available for non-response and analysis of the students who participated in the admission and simulated typical presentation of K University in Gyeonggi-do not judge students in the final analysis, except for the data and data from a total of 1045 patients were utilized. As a result, many schools have experienced violence, male student work can be applied to a lot of rock school violence was experienced. This paper begins with a critique that researches of geography education in Korea have not reflected the ideological debates in education and geography. The purpose of this paper is to figure implications for socially-critical geography education being studied in England as openly-ideological approach. First, ideological viewpoints of geography education was categorized through analysis of ideology in education and geography. Especially, a limit of conservative and liberal approach is indicated, socially-critical viewpoint is intrinsically justified as alternative logic. Socially-critical theorizing can change teacher's role as an agent of curriculum change and their conduct knowledge as well as geography curriculum. Second, (social) concern-oriented geography education to be more concerned to 'the social' can be realized through the third space approach and committed geography education as critical pedagogy. And, critical literacy is needed to teachers and students for practice of socially-critical geography education.

WIPO international government committee will finish to develop toolkit for making documentation on discussions of intellectual property protection with TK, GR until the late 2003. As they construct DB of TK, GR, it becomes in a hurry to construct DB of TK information in Korea. We looked into application of copyright in force and a lot of problems in terms of analyzing medical books in the resent condition or protecting them in Korea. There are 29 kinds which have been lost, 12 kinds which could have read in parts, 136 kinds which have been existed of Korean medical books before 1900. There are also a lot of medical books which have been published after 1900 and still are unpublished. It would be 406 medical books from China totally, 111 kinds from Chosun Dynasty version, 134 kinds from Euybangeuchui, 225 kinds from Hyangyackjibsungbang, 78 kinds from Dongeuybogam. We consider to know whether Korean medical books could been applied to the copyright in force or not in accordance with discussions of WIPO on the period, subject(author), contents of protection. If it is applied to the copyright in force, it will be decided to revise according to discussions of WIPO. On the other hand, the problem which is occurred to protect Korean medical books is friction with China as importing their medical books, to find our medical books actively which has been unpublished. Finally, We have to revise administration and intellectual property standards or protect our medical books by making new administration laws.

Science Revolution, which stands for new paradigm in an era as a transfer, usually is accompanied with a change in intellectual sphere. Futhermore, as there is an indissoluble connection between science and an, so the correlation of two realm lead to mutual prosperity in coexistence. Recently, concerns for the phenomena of non-linear dynamics in science and its quick adaptation in art made .it possible. What is important agenda for science and art is to suggest the process of creative evolution and its method, I believe. In order to attain these, different and contra way of thinking, spirit of research and venture for unpredictable things out of daily routine should be indispensible. In this study, I am offering and reviewing the space design based upon phenomena of nonlinear dynamics, drawn from concept of chaos in physics and mathematics. This study places a great emphasis on nonlinearity which should be understood as a whole, not partially, that enable a designer to find new cosmos and principles of creation. In addition to these, I wish that a designer would stop trying partial apply in nonlinear space. In fine, I hope this study enables a designer to adapt and generate nonlinearity as creative attribute in space by understanding of phenomena of nonlinear dynamics and its process as a whole.

The purpose of this study is to understand the current status and trends of the research studies published by the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics which is a leader in the field of industrial mathematics around the world. To perform this purpose, titles and abstracts were collected from 6,255 research articles between 2016 and 2019, and the R program was used to analyze the topic modeling model with LDA techniques and a regression model. As the results of analyses, first, a variety of studies have been studied in the fields of industrial mathematics, such as algebra, discrete mathematics, geometry, topological mathematics, probability and statistics. Second, it was found that the ascending research subjects were fluid mechanics, graph theory, and stochastic differential equations, and the descending research subjects were computational theory and classical geometry. The results of the study, based on the understanding of the overall flows and changes of the intellectual structure in the fields of industrial mathematics, are expected to provide researchers in the field with implications of the future direction of research and how to build an industrial mathematics curriculum that reflects the zeitgeist in the field of education.

The purpose of this study is investigate the research trend on digital humanities. Previous studies focused on analyzing representative cases and national policies, not overall research trends in the digital humanities field. To this problem, this study intends to identify the intellectual structure of the digital humanities by adopting bibliometric approach. In this study, 1,765 articles retrieved from Web of Science and 514 records from RISS were analyzed to investigate research trends. Structural topic models were applied to examine research topics and to grasp the time-series trend. The results show that humanities-based convergence studies and digitization were main research interests in both side. In Korea, research topics related to cultural contents and storytelling were prominent, while in terms of providing digitized data, library and information science field was one of the important research topic abroad.

The purpose of this study is to review and criticize the articles that analyzed Frozen by using the semiotic method of Greimas. The study also aims to apply the semiotic method of Greimas correctly to find the deep structure of the narrative of Frozen. The results of the narrative analysis based on the actantial model and the semiotic square show that Frozen is not Elsa's heroic narrative but Anna's one. Because Elsa and Anna are the opposing elements in this narrative, the success of Anna is the failure of Elsa. Frozen does not convey the subversive message about the gender roles by representing an independent and active woman who resists the patriarchal discourse. Instead, Frozen reproduces the conformist ideology by saying that love is the most valuable thing and that everyone should accept the role given to him/her by the community.

The purpose of this study was to examine the types and state of the private sector's cooperative activities for public peace and order and any problems with it in an effort to step up the revitalization of police-college collaborative efforts for public security by allowing police studies majors and security science majors to participate in crime prevention activities for which the police was responsible in each local community. What problems might possibly take place if police studies majors and security science majors would be involved in crime prevention activities was investigated by making a qualitative analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: First, more human resources and equipment should be offered, as the shortage of the two was pointed out as one of problems with the police itself. Second, how to cope with accidents that might occur if police studies majors and security science majors would take part in crime prevention activities should carefully be studied. Third, it should first be carried out at college to improve an ability to properly respond to diverse situations on the spot.

Automatic obfuscation is known to be the most viable method for preventing reverse engineering intentional1y making code more difficult to understand for security purposes. In this paper, we study and implement an obfuscation method for protecting MS Visual C++ programs against attack on the intellectual property in software like reverse engineering attack. That is, the paper describes the implementation of a code obfuscator, a tool which converts a Visual C++ source program into an equivalent one that is much harder to understand. We have used ANTLR parser generator for handling Visual C++ sources, and implemented some obfuscating transformations such as 'Remove comments', 'Scramble identifiers', 'Split variables', 'Fold array', 'Insert class', 'Extend loop condition', 'Add redundant operands', and 'Insert dead code'. We have also evaluated the performance and effectiveness of the obfuscator in terms of potency, resilience, and cost. When the obfuscated source code has been compared with the original source code, it has enough effectiveness for software protection though it incurs some run-time overheads.

지금까지 서양의학의 도입이란 측면에서만 조명되어온 정약용의 의학사상은 이제 한의학 이론의 발전과정이라는 새로운 관점에서 재조명할 필요가 있다. "의령(醫零)"에서 나타나는 그의 의학사상에는 미끼 사카에가 지적한 바와 같이, 음양오행론(陰陽五行論)에 입각한 "소문(素問)"의 병리론과 음양(陰陽)으로 논해온 '근시(近視)'에 대한 기존 이론에 대해 서학(西學)의 사행설(四行說)과 갈렌생리학, 그리고 광학이론을 가지고 비판을 가한 측면이 있다. 그러나, 좀 더 자세하게 검토해 보면 이런 서학(西學)의 영향은 정약용의 의학사상을 구성하는데 있어서 부분에 불과할 뿐만 아니라 그가 구상하고 있던 새로운 철학을 위해 취사선택된 것임을 알 수 있다. "육기론(六氣論)"에서 제시되는 사정설(四情說)의 경우, 서학의 사행설(四行說)을 그대로 답습한 것이 아니라 자신의 주역(周易)철학의 소산이다. 서학(西學) 뿐만 아니라 명대(明代)의 온보학파(溫補學派) 특히 장경악(張景岳) 의학사상의 영향도 주목해야 한다. "의령(醫零)"에서 논의된 의론(醫論)의 상당부분에서 장경악(張景岳)의 "전충록(傳忠錄)"과의 연관성이 상당히 많이 발견된다. 그러나 장경악(張景岳)이론의 정치(精緻)한 면에 대해서 찬사를 보내고 있지만, 그의 숭고주의(崇古主義)와 정치(精緻)한 음양오행(陰陽五行)에 대한 논의에 대해서도 동의한 것은 아니다. 정약용은 서학(西學)과 장경악(張景岳)을 비롯한 온보학파의 의학사상을 종합한 토대위에서, 즉 원기(元氣)의 운행(運行)이란 관점으로 의학을 재구성하려는 시도를 했다고 평가된다. "육기론(六氣論)"에서 시작된 육기병리설(六氣病理說)에 대한 비판은 "외감론(外感論)"에서 "이증론(裡證論)"을 거쳐 "허실론(虛實論)"으로 이어지면서 오행상극설(五行相剋說)에 의거한 병인론, 삼음삼양론(三陰三陽論)에 의거한 경락장부론(經絡臟腑論), 내외상론(內外傷論)을 모두 반박하면서 이러한 새로운 의학을 건설하려 하였다. "허실론이(虛實論二)"에서 장경악(張景岳)의 "풍한적체(風寒積滯), 담음어혈지속(痰飮瘀血之屬), 기불행칙사불제(氣不行則邪不除), 차기지실야(此氣之實也)."라는 말을 인용한 점은 이런 점에서 시사하는 바가 크다.
