This study analyzes the current status of records management in the creation organization of records identified in the joint government audit from 2010 to 2019. Various methods for quantitative analysis were conducted on 43 audit results from 15 local governments to identify problems in each area of records management for the creation organization of records. In particular, the problems were identified through an analysis of the problems in records management by year. Furthermore, implications in processing and records management were also derived through the identification of the problems in such areas and the relationships with the officer in charge of records management.

Vectorizing for input processing of map is the most time and cost consuming task, and the quality of vector data depends on that processing result. Therefore, it is an important task to develop a good vectorizing system in the GIS. Thinning algorithm is the most important technology for deciding the quality of vector data in the vectorizing system. In this paper, as a suitable algorithm for map vectorizing we considered several algorithms that preserve topological and geometric characteristics, and have no distortion of the contour line. As a results, we implemented WPTA4 and well known thinning algorithm, and compared WPTA4 execution results with the others.

Flapper Valve of Korean Utility Helicopter(KUH-1) is an essential equipment in Environmental Control System(ECS) for pilot to perform flight mission. It provides pilots and crews with heating, ventilating and air conditioning. It has function of maintaining room temperature to sustain operational capability for pilot and crew. This paper summarizes pilot comments in flight test which are classified by cause of occurrence and the troubleshooting process about each comment. It also describes design improvements which was derived from troubleshooting and suggests verification results of flight test at low temperature.

The Sea road which is connected from the Gulf of Persia to Canton was completed by Arabs in the end of the eighth century. For the first time in history, the amount of goods by the sea route exceeds land route. In contrast with the Mediterranean, the Indian Ocean was a sea of peace. Its western shores were under Muslim control, thus we find in this age a great expansion of commerce on the Indian Ocean. We trace the sea route to China in use in the middle of the ninth century. Also we find out that the outstanding feature of the medieval Arab ship of Indian Ocean are two: the manner in which planks of the hull sewn together, not nailed; and the fore-and-aft set of the sails.

This study focused on the classification of triangles by angles in elementary school mathematics. We examined Korean national mathematics curriculum from the past to the present. We also examined foreign textbooks and the Euclid's . As a result, it showed that the classification is not indispensable from the mathematical and the perceptual viewpoint. It is rather useful for students to know the names of triangles when studying upper level mathematics in middle and high schools. This study also suggested that the classification be introduced in elementary school mathematics in the context of reasoning and inquiring as shown foreign textbooks, and example topics for the reasoning and inquiring.

The metadata elements of TV programs were designed based on PBCore (Public Broadcasting Metadata Dictionary), which is useful descriptive metadata for TV programs, and on interview results with TV program records managers. TV program information was visualized to extract core information and build a proper schema. Through this analysis, detailed metadata elements were designed in four representative areas: intellectual content, intellectual property, instantiation and extensions.

The current Internet Key Exchange protocol(IKE) which has been used for key exchange of security system was pointed out the faults of scalability, speed, efficiency and stability. In this research, we tried to resolve those faults, and implemented the newly designed IKEv2 protocol in the IPsec test bed system. In the trend of network expansion, the current Internet Key Exchange protocol has a limitation of network scalability, so we implemented the new Internet Key Exchange protocol as a recommendation of RFC proposal, so as to resolve the fault of the key exchange complexity and the speed of authentication process. We improved the key exchange speed as a result of simplification of complex key exchange phase, and increased efficiency with using the preexistence state value in negotiation phase.

최근 Ma에 의한 한 연구는 국 ${\cdot}$ 내 외에서 상당한 관심을 불러일으키고 있다. 미국의 수학교육, 특히 초등 수학 교육 현장의 근본적인 문제점을 명확히 지적했기 때문일 것이다. 본 글에서는 그의 연구를 개략적으로 소개한다. 특히, 그의 연구로부터 교사의 교과 내용에 관한 정확한 이해와 지식이 얼마나 중요한지 주목하여, 우리 나라의 수학교육에 관한 시사점을 교사 교육과 교사 재교육 등의 측면에서 도출한다.

본 논문은 기술신용보증기금 기술평가사업본부에서 시행하고 있는 기술평가 기법을 중심으로 기술평가를 시행하는데 있어 고려하여야할 여러 현실적인 문제에 대하여 언급한 것이다. 분석기법은 실무에서 가장 많이 사용하는 이익접근법을 중점적으로 검토하였다 한편 기술평가가 보다 효율적으로 되기 위해서는 업종별 평가 모형이 구축되어야 하고 미래현금흐름을 추정함에 있어 기업의 특성과 소속업종의 특성을 반영해야 한다는 점을 지적하였다.
