Matroid와 transversal theory에 관한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 이 논문은 circuit matroid가 transversal이 되기 위한 필요 충분 조건을 지적하고 이를 증명한 것이다. 곧 어떤 graph의 circuit matroid가 transversal이 되기 위한 필요 충분 조건은 그 graph가 graph $K_4$거나 $C_{k}$ $^{2}$에 homeomorphic인 subgraph를 포함하지 않은 것이다. 증명의 방법으로는 주로 matroid의 cocircuit의 성질을 사용하여 transversal Matroid의 presentation을 적절하게 적용하고 graph의 reduction과 contraction을 이용한다.

Vacuum Hot Pressing을 이용하여 제조한 TiNi형상기억섬유 강화 6061 AI기지 복합재료를 제조하고 미세조직 및 기계적 특성 등을 연구하였다. 제조된 복합재의 항복응력은 예비변형량, 섬유체적율 및 열처리에 따라 증가하였다. 복합재의 지적특성은 예비변형이 가하여진 후 재가열되었을 때 기지 내 TiNi 섬유의 형상기억효과에 의한 압축잔류응력 발생에 기인된다. 미세조직 관찰 섬유와 기지 사이에는 AI$_{3}$Ti및 AI$_{3}$Ni의 금속간화합물층이 관찰되었다. 또한 시험온도 증가와 더불어 TiNi섬유강화된 복합재의 유동강도는 높은 값을 나타내었다.

In this thesis, author cocitation analysis with 45 authors in the field of sociology in general and document cocitation analysis in the specific area of family sociology were executed. The purpose of this study is to examine the meaning of bibliographic phenomena in Korean sociological literature by means of a new bibliometric technique, cocitation analysis, and to approach the intellectual structure of that field in view of multidimensional space.

Purpose: This study was a descriptive study conducted to investigate the effects of intellectual capital on organizational performance of nurses in medium and small hospitals. Methods: Data were collected from 241 nurses working in medium and/or small hospitals located in G City from August 10 to September 17, 2011. The measurement tools were the Intellectual Capital scale and Organizational Performance scale. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical regression with SPSS WIN 18.0 PC. Results: Intellectual capital composed of human, customer, and structure capital had significant effects on organizational performance of nurses working in medium and small hospitals and explained 50.4% of the variance. Conclusion: In order to promote organizational performance of nurses, nursing managers and administrators need to invest more resources into the intellectual capital of the system including human, customer, and structure capital.

의류산업의 효율성 (efficiency) 제고를 위한 중요한 결정의 한가지는 상품생산지 및 생산방법 즉 생산지 결정전략(sourcing strategy)에 관한 것이다. 점차 생산의 대상지역과 방법이 다양해짐에 따라 이는 복잡한 의사결정체계를 요하게 퇸다. 본 연구는 생산지 결정의 의사결정과정에서 흔히 중요시되는 생산비용 이외에 비생산비용, 즉 거래비응(transaction cost)으로 포현될 수 있는 인자를 분석하고자한다. 이를 위해 미국 의류, 신발 산업의 생산지 결정의 첫단계로서 해외기지생산과 국내생산의 문제점을 비교하였다. 의류산업과 신발산업에 있어 적시공급과 품질관리가 생산지에 관계없이 공통된 문제점으로 지적되었고 의류산업의 겋우 노동력 부족과 재료의 공급이 국내생산의 문제점으로, 오랜생산기일과 생산국가의 환경적요소(예를 들면, 정치적 불안정, 정부규제 등)가 해외기지생산의 특이한 문제점으로 지적되었다. 본 연구는 비국의 의류, 신발 산업을 대상으로 한 것이나, 최근 저가의 노동력을 찾아 동남아 또는 남미로 생산지를 이전하는 국내 의류, 신발업체들이 급격히 증가하고 있음을 감안할 때, 우리 산업에도 시사하는 바가 크다고 할 수 있다.

본 연구는 한국에 거주하는 미국인 및 캐나다인의 식품구입 및 한국식당 이용실태를 조사한 결과 한국마켓에서의 식재료가 안전한지를 묻는 질문에 38%가 아니라고 응답하였고 77%가 음용수의 안전성을 확신한다고 대답하였으나 54%의 응답자는 수입된 물을 구입해서 마신다고 하였으며 한국음식을 상당히 좋아하고 한국음식점을 즐겨 찾는 것으로 나타났으며 한국음식의 단맛, 짠맛, spicy한 정도는 강하지 않다고 응답하였고 식당 종업원들의 위생관념에는 만족하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 대부분의 응답자가 한국마켓에서의 식재료의 안전도에 관해서는 신뢰하고 있었으나, 일부 응답자들은 본국에서 음용수 및 음식을 가져다 먹는다고 응답한 것으로 보아 식재료에 대한 더욱 철저한 위생관리가 필요하다고 여겨지며, 또한 한국음식점 이용에 대한 질문에서도 전반적으로 좋은 반응을 보였으나 종업원의 위생관념의 부족을 지적한 바, 음식점에서의 위생분야에 더욱 주의를 기울여야 할 것을 지적하고자 한다.

The intellectual properties right are becoming very critical issues in domestic fashion industries and also international trade. Although it is true that intellectual properties rights are commonly infringed in fashion industry, none of researches has been done for this matter. The present study is to analyze the patterns of infringement by case analysis, which was limited to trademark and trade dress. As a result, in case of trademarks, counterfeiting was relatively clear case, but it is generally investigated by prosecutes whereas the judgement of similar trademark has been taken by legal lawsuit. In case of industrial design(trade dress) most of disputes were related to textile design and modified Korean tradition dress. Reflecting the short history of protection of intellectual properties rights many informations and legal regulations should be established by te government and by the association of fashion related industry.

This research exercise was undertaken in order to examine whether academic achievement, academic attitudes, achievement goals, and family process had an influence on beliefs about intellectual ability. The subjects were 434 junior-high school students in Seoul and Incheon. The results of this study indicated that 162 students with incremental beliefs had higher scores in all five sub-factors of academic attitudes, two sub-factors in their achievement goals (namely their mastery goals and approach performance goals), and four sub-factors of family process (closeness, monitoring, communication, and approval) than 155 students with entity beliefs. The results of the binary logistic regression analysis revealed that academic self-perceptions, attitudes towards teachers, goal values, approach performance goals, closeness, and communication factors significantly affected beliefs about intellectual ability.

Abstract :본 논문에서는 관리제어시스템의 동적특성을 허용언어(admissible language) 범위 이내에서 최적화시키는 최적 관리제어기법들을 소개한다. 본 논문에서 주로 다루고자 하는 최적 관리제어기법은 Kumar와 Garg에 의해 제안된 기법과 Cho와 Lim에 의해 제안된 계층적 최적 관리제어기법, 그리고, Sengupta와 Lafortune이 제안한 최적 관리제어기법 등이다. 첫 번째 기법에서는 우선 시스템의 최적화를 위해 고려되고 있는 비용함수(cost function)를 소개한 후, 최대흐름 최소분할생성 정리(max-flow min-cut theorem)를 이용한 최적 관리제어기 설계기법을 제시하고, 이를 부분관측 하에서도 최적 관리제어기를 설계할 수 있도록 확장한다. 그런 후 제시된 설계기법에 의해 설계된 관리제어시스템에서 발생 할 수 있는 문제점들을 지적하고, Cho와 Lim에 의해 제안된 완전 최소분할생성(complete min-cut)이라는 개념을 도입하여 지적된 문제점들을 해결할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 또한 시스템의 고장을 고려한 계층적 최적 관리 제어(layered optimal supervisory control)기 법을 소개한다 그리 고 마지막으로 Sengupta와 Lafortune이 제안한 최적 관리제어기법에 대해서 살펴본다.

This study investigated children's realistic response on problematic word problems focused on number operations. Even though word problems and problem solving should be considered in terms of realistic context, results indicates that children's responses didn't show realistic consideration in solving problems.
