  • A least squares method for adjusting the horizontal network satisfies the conditions which is minimizing the sum of the squares of errors based on probability theory. This research compared accuracy of 3rd cadastral control points adjusted by traditional and least square method with respect to the result of Network-RTK. Test results showed the least square method more evenly distribute closure error than traditional method. Mean errors of least square and traditional adjusting method are 2.7cm, 2.2cm respectively. In addition, blunder in angle observations can be detected by comparing position errors which calculated by forward and backward initial coordinates. However, distance blunder cannot offer specific observation line occurred mistake because distance error propagates several observation lines which have similar directions.

  • This paper shows what is point to be considered at that time in cadastral settlement surveying after declination analysis between GPS and traditional surveying at coordinate result of cadastral triangulation points and supplementary point in site selected deplaning of streets which is surveyed traditional surveying. In the case that coordinates of cadastral triangulation assistance points was decided by standard of the existing cadastral triangulation points that direction of the error vector is in opposition, authors could know all errors was reduced inside coordinate by error being offset each other through the results of study. The coordinates result of cadastral triangulation point by standard of the cadastral triangulation points reduces the deviation value through error that an intersection points was centered being offset each other but through the result that a tendency of errors occurrence is analyzed goniometrys, supplementary points that is close to cadastral triangulation assistance points was affected by error of cadastral triangulation assistance points.

  • National Geographic Information Institute provides VRS service using permanent GPS networks. VRS-RTK(Virtual Reference System-Real Time Kinematic)GPS surveying which enable to accomplish the real time-based GPS surveying has been increasingly popular. However the positioning accuracy tends to deteriorate as the distance between the rover and base station increases in the VRS-RTK GPS surveying. To analysis this problem in this study, the accuracy of VRS-RTK data was analyzed with 2 different test sites of Geoje city, Gyeongnam province within and without the permanent GPS networks in order to accomplish the cadastral supplementary control surveying. As a result of surveying accuracy analysis at two test sites, positioning errors were ${\pm}0.03m$(RMSE) in both sites. The result was that within the tolerance specified in cadastral surveying law, and indicated the possibility of VRS-RTK GPS surveying in cadastral surveying.

  • This study aims to draw a technique for practical using of GPS surveying to decide the positions of cadastrial control points. GPS surveying is carried out at cadastrial triangulation points and supplementary control points. This paper includes characteristics of transformation of WGS84 into Tokyo datum, two dimensional solutions for GPS baseline vector, and combined solutions of both GPS and terrestrial data. As a results of this study, it is verifiable that GPS surveying is very efficient to check the existing control network. 2-D network adjustment technique using GPS baseline vector is applicable to Tokyo datum without coordinate transformation. And it is expected to improve efficiency by using either rapid-static or stop and go kinematic surveying in cadastrial surveying at small areas.

  • Supplementary control point and urban control point have different purpose and characteristic in the view of installation but their measurement method and permanent marker position are very similar. Therefore if we could use them by connecting those two control point, we would improve the arrangement density as well as minimizing cost of restoration from the loss of control point. So we tried to suggest the possibility of connecting these two control point and usage by analysing positional accuracy of urban control point on the base of supplementary control point in this study. The result of this study is as following. When analysing the positional accuracy of 13 urban control points of the study areas, there were RMSE of connection errors between ${\pm}8cm$ and ${\pm}11cm$ for each measurement point. The result confirmed the possibility of connecting supplementary control point to urban control point and its usage within the allowable error tolerance that the present cadastral law permits.

  • The object of this study is to verify the feasibility in the application of the GPS system data to the existing geodetic and cadastral survey system. WGS-84 data, which were converted into domestic geometric coordinate system, were compared with those of the existing triangular coordinate system in Gwangju area. The significant results in this study are summarized below ; GPS system is more speedy and accurate than the existing triangular coordinate system in the survey of points in triangular coordinate or on the map. And the error in the GPS system was more uniform than that of the existing triangular coordinate system. GPS system is more effective than the existing triangular coordinate system in the future geodetic and cadastral survey because GPS data can be processed by the computer. It is necessary to calculate the conversion coefficients to apply GPS data practically to the existing geodetic and cadastral survey system. It can be achieved by the individual investigation on how the existing data in the domestic coordinate system were determined.

  • Numerical cadastral surveying method has advantages of higher accuracy and less individual error than planetable surveying method if we consider the result of surveying at the same area. Now in the areas where they use numerical cadastral records, coordinate is the basis when the boundary location is registered in numerical cadastral re-cords or is reconstructed on land surface, and this coordinate represents simply the absolute locational relationship with respect to origin point. But when we register the cadastral boundary location in cadastral or reconstruct it on land, relative relationship with respect to traverse point is more advisable basis than absolute relationship with respect to orgin point. This study contributes to the numerical cadastral surveying by discussing the problems to be improved that the principle of coordinate based boundary location registration and reconstruction has.

  • In this study, one of the main aims is to build up a technical foundation for promoting the cadastral resurvey effectively and to improve the accuracy of cadastral surveying is to make use of precise surveying techniques in allowance of position errors as reference accuracy in cadastral resurvey, which is proper to obtain the sufficient accuracy of the cadastral control points, and parcel boundary points by introducing the GNSS-based surveying techniques on cadastral survey. In detail, the existing procedures and outcomes of cadastral survey were compared and analyzed for suggesting a better survey technique than that of the other techniques in a variety of aspects of capability of cadastral survey. The new skills and supports could be upmost importance when doing cadastral survey. What's more, essentially, 'The Measurement Department' makes all the efforts to establish 'The Surveying Regulations'. This could possibly apply GNSS-based surveying technique to the cadastral resurvey for the foreseeable future and this research paper suggested that how to improve absolute accuracy of cadastral reference points by means of putting to use the appropriate models of measurement further.

  • In the study, the open area keeping a few visible satellites and the urban area covered with the high building, an electric pole were chosen far evaluation of accuracy of satellite positioning. First, suggest the validity of GPS/GLONASS, TS/RTK-GPS, and compared the accuracy with that of the classical surveying method. As a result, In static relative surveying, the difference of between the known cadastral supplementary control station and that of the acquired is 0.000∼.0006m in GPS alone, GPS/GLONASS, and In the RTK-GPS/TS, 0.010∼0.077m on the non-ambiguity fixed solutions in the urban area 0.008∼0.078m in the open area. it proved to be valid because it is within the allowed connecting errors, i.e 12cm on the baseline of loom in l/l,200 cadastral map.
