최근 국내외 ESG 연구가 활발해지고 있는 가운데, ESG 연구는 급격한 양적 성장을 하고 있음에도 학술지의 질적 수준을 평가할 수 있는 계량적인 논문은 부족한 상태이다. 본 연구는 한국학술지인용색인(KCI)에서 경영학 분야 내의 KCI 인용지수를 활용하여 상위 10개의 학회를 선정하고 이들 간의 ESG 논문 인용빈도와 네트워크 분석을 하였다. 상호 인용빈도를 활용하여 연결망을 작성하고 네트워크 분석 관점에서 ESG 주제에 관한 각 학술지 간 상호인용빈도를 통해 주어진 학술지의 영향력지수(Impact Factor)와 중심성 지수를 기초하여 연구하였다. 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 학술지들이 핵심 문헌을 식별하고 학문 내 지적 구조를 규명하여 경영학 분야의 ESG 연구 동향을 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구는 국내 발간된 경영학 학술지의 ESG에 대한 학술지의 영향력 인용지수를 비교해 보고 나아가 경영학 학술지의 자기 인용 비율을 확인하고 경영학뿐만 아니라 타 학문 분야에서 경영학 관련 학술지에 대한 인용이 이루어질 수 있도록 다학제적 교류와 추가 연구의 필요성을 제기하고자 한다.

Recently, a great number of natural disasters have more frequently happened than the past. The National Emergency Management Agency of Korea has made preparation for the integrated management system of steep slope lands. There is information based on the steep slope inspection sheets and the underground spatial information related to the prevention against steep slope disasters. Nevertheless, building a complete DB System to prevent the hazards and secure the safeties should be urgently dealt with. It is mainly because the information of the National Disaster Management System is restricted to the text-based brief data. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to suggest the method as to building steep slope DB system for disaster prevention and maximizing the availabilities. This study shows the way of building a web-based DB system having its root in the steep slope inspection sheets. The method of establishing the ideal DB system that has liaisons between the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the National Emergency Management Agency is discussed in this study. Furthermore the optimization of DB utilization will assist the various integrated steep slope management systems based on U-IT which are ongoing projects.

Most product consists of various national components, and brand strategy using nationality images is prevalent in marketing field. Country of origin is meaningful consideration for decision making. The purpose is that how consumer evaluate the global brand depending on two-sided dimension of country of origin. This research aims to examine the interaction effect of two-sided country of origin and moderating effect of global identity. In study 1, two-way interaction effect of origin of brand and origin of production was significant with social prestige. In study 2, there-way ANOVA provided marginally significant main effect of origin of brand and global identity. Two-way interaction effect of origin of brand and production was significant with social prestige. Also two-way interaction effect origin of brand and global identity was significant with innovation and social responsibility. Three-way interaction of origin of brand, origin of production, and global identity was significant with social responsibility, this approved moderating effect of global identity. Results contribute to understanding global brands strategy using country of origin effect, and to adding new knowledge to the country of origin literature. Academic and practical implications, limitations, and future research directions were discussed.

Recently, the global trade environment has been composed of transactions in trade through integration of the global supply chain network. As FTAs are being signed between countries, the country of origin (COO) system on products has become an important issue. Companies are procuring raw materials through global sourcing and supplying to the retail markets. This research deducted major factors regarding the verification and utilization of the COO system through research on domestic and international literatures, and verified the mediating effects on the verification and utilization elements of the country image and the brand image of COO on the performance of the COO system through empirical study. For the purpose of this research, we conducted a survey implementing the COO system and analyzed the 152 data collected. The results of this research is as follows: First, the external verification level of the COO system has an impact on the performance of the COO system, and a mediating effect on the country image and the brand image of the COO. Second, the management capability of the COO has an impact on the performance of the COO system, and a mediating effect on the brand image of the COO. A research comparing and analyzing the difference in establishment of the verification system of the COO depending on the size of a corporation is necessary.

This study was conducted to find out the effect of quality of water for wasabi growth by the relationship of quality of water and plant growth. In dissolved contents of water, water of lime area was higher than basalt area at $NO_3$, Cl, Ca, and Mg. In the change soil hardness and water temperature, basalt area was lower than lime one, during wasabi cultivation. Growth characteristics and yield were higher in basalt area than lime one. The weight of rhizome in basalt and lime was 585 kg/10a, 4183kg/10a, respectively.

최근의 기상변화에 의한 이상 홍수와 유역의 도시화로 인한 불투수면적의 증가로 홍수시 유출량을 증가시켜 기존 하도의 적정소통량을 초과하는 홍수를 발생시키고 있다. 토지의 고도이용으로 하도의 하폭이 제한된 도시유역 초과 홍수에 대비할 수 있는 구조적 홍수관리방안은 제방 증고, 하천준설 등의 하천개수나 저류지 설치, 방수로 설치 등이 대표적이다. 주요 재해저감시설인 저류지는 개발사업에 의해 발생하는 증가된 유출량을 조절하는 개념으로서 도시홍수 재해경감의 목적으로 활용하기에는 설계기준 및 기술상의 이견이 최근 많이 제시되고 있다. 개발사업으로 인한 하류부의 영향에 대해 해당 사업지구에 국한하여 개발전의 유출량이하로 유지함을 목표로 하고 있으나 전체 유역차원의 검토는 이루어지지 않고 있어 저감효과가 의문시 되고 있다. 또한, 하류부 인근의 개발사업시행으로 저류지를 설치할 경우 사업대상지구의 홍수도달시간 변화가 발생하며, 전체 유역 첨두유량 발생시간과의 중첩현상으로 오히려 저류지 설치로 인해 본류 하천의 피해를 초래할 여지가 있다. 저류지 설치 위치에 따라 경제적, 치수적 효과가 달라진다는 점은 많은 연구의 결과로 알려져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 실제사업지구의 기존 재해영향 평가에서 저류지 설치에 의한 하류부 홍수량 증감에 대한 분석을 수행하고 저류지 면적 대비 전체유역면적 비율에 대하여 저류지 설치로 인한 홍수량 증감분석을 수행하였다. 홍수량 증감율은 저류지 설치에 따른 저감후 대비 저류지 설치전 본류하천 유역면적비가 31.17 이상인 경우, 저류지 설치에 따른 홍수량 저감후 대비 개발전 본류 하천 유역면적비가 27.05 이상인 경우에 홍수량이 증가하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 사업지구내 일률적인 저류지 설치계획보다는 추후 체계적인 저류지 계획을 위한 가이드라인 제시를 통해 합리적인 계획을 수립하여야 할 것으로 판단된다.

This paper analyses meta-data systems for serials in order to provide the fundamental infrastructure for serials-sharing systems based on semantic interoperability. According to the primitive features of serials information, meta-data for serials are classified into 3 main subsystems: serial identification Information, serial bibliographic information and serial holding information. The serial identification information that play the important role of the primary key in library management systems should be refined to accommodate serials with digital formats. Although MARC formats have been commonly used for the description of serial bibliographic information, a new meta-data format for serial bibliographic information that harmonize with the abundance of meta-data elements in MARC and the simplicity of DCMI. For serial holding information, the newly proposed standards such as ANSI/NSIO Z39.50 are adequate to grasp the varieties of serial holding patterns. It should be able to differentiate the level of description by means of the types of serial information services. As the current computing technology generally uses XML for the representation and Process of information, the meta-data system for serials should be based on XML.

Relocation and expansion of existing port facilities are necessary given this increase in marine traffic volume and the presence of larger entering vessels. Therefore, this study focused on anchorage among water facilities, and examined the degree of harmony between anchorage and other water facilities at Yeosu Kwangyang Port. The number of anchoring vessels in relation to anchorage over the past 5 years, total anchored hours by anchorage-years, average number of simultaneously anchored vessels by anchorage-years, maximum number of simultaneously anchored vessels by anchorage, and maximum size of anchored vessels by anchorage have been surveyed. The minimum anchorage radius has been calculated according to the designated anchorage capacity according to anchorage. Finally, improvement plans for Yeosu Kwangyang Port's anchorage have been suggested, including relocating of Yeosu no. 2 anchorage, expanding of Kwangyang no. 1 ~ 5 anchorage, relocating of Kwangyang no. 8 ~ 9 anchorage, and repealing of Kwangyang no. 11 anchorage.

We have implemented a WWW homepage which finds an optimal route for users. There already exist many web sites which provide the optimal route when a start and a destination cities are given. However, none of them can find the optimal route when a number of cities to be visited. The problem of finding the optimal route starting at a given start city and visiting through all the given intermediate cities and finally returning to the start city is called Travelling Sales Person(TSP) problem. TSP is a well known exponential time complexity problem. We have implemented an artificial intelligent search algorithm for TSP on our homepage. The main feature of our algorithm is that the destination may not be the same as the start city whereas all of the existing heuristic algorithms for TSP assume that the start and the destination cities are the same. The web page asks a user to select all the cities he or she wants to visit(including start and destination city), then it finds a sequence of the cities such that the user would travel minimum distance if he or she visits the cities in the order of the sequence. This paper presents algorithms used in the homepage.

학회는 학회지를 발행하기 위해 편수에 관한 회무이사와 편수위원회를 설정하고, 학회예산의 큰 비중을 할당하고 있다. 이는 학회지가 학회의 성격을 가장 단적으로 표현하고, 또 시간적 지리적 제한을 받는 회원과 학회와의 접촉을 연결하는 역할을 하기 때문이다. 학회지가 발표, 토론, 대화, 지식의 교환장소인 만큼 회원으로 이루어진 잡지라고 보건데 회원에게는 다른 어떠한 종류의 잡지보다 학회지는 소중하고 유익한 것이다. 따라서 학회지의 질적, 양적 충실성은 회원의 적극적 참여없이는 불가능하다. 1974년부터 학회가 학회지의 지면을 더 늘려주었고, 내용의 혁신을 요구하고 있다. 이 기회에 학회지의 편수에 대해 느낀점, 생각할 점, 해야할 점들을 간추려써보고자 한다. 본학회가 더욱 발전하기 위해서는 학회지면에서는 어떠한 시책이 필요한가를 회원 여러분들과 생각하는데의 참고로 제공한다.
