산업사회,정보화사회를 지나 지식사회로부터 이행이 급속히 진행되면서 조직의 지적자산을 축적하고 활용하는 자식경영 (KM : Knowledge Management)이 향후 우리 기업, 나아가서는 국가 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있는 유일한 방안으로 제시되고 있다. 지식경영 시스템은 정보기술과 사람을 기반으로 한 일련의 지식경영프로세스로 구성되며 정보기술은 지식경영을 지원하는 인프라로서 하나의 도구로 인식되어야 한다. 그러나 지식이 기업 및 국가의 가장 중요한 자산으로 인식되고 있는 현실에서 정보와 사람을 연결해주는 정보기술은 보다 중요한 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 따라서 지식경영시스템의 하위시스템으로서 지식경영을 지원하는 정보기술의 적절한 활용방법도 새롭게 강구되어야 할 것이다. 본 고에서는 지식경영에 대한 개관을 바타응로 지식경영의 주요인프라로서 정보기술의 발전 및 적용방안을 살펴보고 이를 위한 전략적 지침을 제시하고자한다.

본 논문은 5G 기반의 스마트 시티를 위한 지능형 도로 안전 지원 서비스의 설계에 관한 것이다. 초저지연, 대용량, 초연결의 특성을 가지는 5G 무선 통신망은 스마트시티를 구현하기 위한 최적의 네트워크 인프라를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 5G 기반의 스마트 시티 서비스를 제공하기 위한 에지 클라우드 컴퓨팅 인프라를 설계하고, 5G 무선 통신 기반의 지능형 CCTV 로부터 생산되는 대용량의 영상 데이터를 전송, 저장하기 위한 계층형 분산 VMS(Video Management System)의 모델을 제시하고 이를 이용하여 5G 기반의 무선 CCTV 와 디지털 투사, 재현 장치를 포함하는 스마트 가로등을 이용하여 지능형 도로 안전 지원 서비스를 제공하는 방법에 대하여 설명한다.

기존 ICT인프라가 잘 발달되어 있는 환경적 요소와 정부의 창조경제 기조에 힘입어 ICT분야의 창업이 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 가운데 스타트업을 지원하는 적극적인 플레이어로서의 대기업의 역할에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 국내 주요 대기업의 창업지원 사례를 ICT산업 분류에 따라 분석하였다. 더불어 창업지원 관련 최근 국내 이슈를 살펴봄으로써 대기업의 창업지원 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 하였다.

해운·물류기업이 터미널 및 물류센터 등 물류인프라 구축, 해외시장 법인 설립 등을 위해 해외물류시장에 진출하기 위해서는 대규모 투자 등 금융지원이 필수적이며, 특히 중소·중견 물류기업의 경우 자금력 부족 등으로 해외진출에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 우리 중소물류기업의 해외시장 진출 확대 및 경쟁력 강화를 위해 해외진출을 위한 금융지원 방인이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 중소 물류기업의 해외진출 활성화를 목표로 해외진출 금융지원에 대한 수요조사를 통해 적합한 방안 마련 및 정책 방향을 제시하였다.

This study aim to figure out the limitation of existing ICT SMEs technology support programs conducted by Government Funded Research Institute. To investigate the limitations of SMEs programs, we conducted Focus Group Interview(FGI) with staff in charge of R&D department of beneficiaries(ICT SMEs). The results of FGI show that SMEs have troubles with the lack of R&D manpower, R&D infrastructure and non-R&D activities. Then, we conducted Delphi survey(derived from FGI) with related field experts to ask the problems and limitations of SMEs programs. The Results of Delphi show that SMEs programs has limitations with avoiding of SMEs support staff, lack of public R&D infrastructure sharing center, incompleteness of policies. Based on the results of FGI and Delphi, we suggest the several ways to improving SMEs programs.

Green infrastructure(GI) is considered a key strategy in establishing sustainable communities. However, research on GI from the perspective of urban system dynamics and resilience lacks depth, as does its integration with physical design. This research addresses two primary causes. First, there is a gap in methods between existing GI planning, which considers static variables, and urban modeling research, which addresses dynamic variables. Second, there is a gap in information between landscape design and urban modeling research. To address these issues, this study proposes an integrated modeling approach in consideration of design decision-making. By combining the LEAM model and MCDA model, this study evaluates the relationship between GI services and socioeconomic growth, while spatially forecasting the geographies of GI demand in 2050. The resulting information reveals a potential degradation in ecosystem services over the region due to Chicago's sub-urbanization. This indicates that there would be a spatial shift in GI demand, emphasizing the need for comprehensive, dynamic GI strategies. This study further discusses the applications of evidence-based design in a studio environment. This study aims to contribute to the GeoDesign literature in terms of the creation of a more resilient urban environment by facilitating efficient evidence-based decision-making.
