The influence of social self-efficacy on online game satisfaction (온라인 게이머의 사회적 효능감이 게임 이용 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • A study examined the causal effects of online social self-efficacy on online game life satisfaction. A total of 1,754 Korean online game users who play 'Goon-Zu' completed a questionnaire developed by the present researchers. The results were as follows. First, there was a significant positive correlation among online social self-efficacy, social support from online game community, online relation satisfaction, and achievement satisfaction in online games. Second, it was found that the partial mediation model explained the data better than the full mediation model.

  • This study is the result of an empirical research that may contribute to the management on employee turnover of SMEs by looking over factors affecting the intention of employee turnover. Welfare satisfaction, recognition, empowerment, organizational flexibility and LMX expertise respect, higher contribution showed a positive effect on job satisfaction. Welfare satisfaction, empowerment, leader of the professional respect showed negative effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction partially mediated welfare satisfaction, professional respect and completely mediated empowerment. The results implies that job satisfaction needs to be also considered when HRM practice and LMX are examined for reducing employee turnover.

  • In 2010, it appears that Korean economic growth rate heavily depends on its international trade. Thus, a sustainable growth of the international trade is very important to Korea. To increase export, a continuous making profits is the most important to companies and TSO(Trade Support Organization) needs to provide a trade support services to the exporting firms. In this context, this study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the correlation between company performance and service quality, utilization and customer satisfaction of TSO. Some implications from the results of this study are suggested. First, TSO needs to boost the utilization of its services by enhancing systemizing, reliability and empathy of its service qualities. And then, TSO needs to encourage companies to focus on export-oriented business mind, since these companies have tendency to show a better practical application and high degree of performance as well. Third, TSO needs to develop some exceptional services for the companies with the low weight of export in turnover since those groups tend to have higher customer satisfaction. Our major findings contribute to the trade support service planning of TSO.

A Study on Welfare Satisfaction of the University Hospital Radiological Technologist (대학병원방사선사의 복지만족에 관한 연구)

  • This research is a study on the welfare satisfaction of radiological technologists in university hospital, and was conducted in order to analysis of welfare factors and improvements. The survey was conducted on radiological technologist of a university hospital in Gyeongnam from July 14th 2014 to August 14th 2014, and we analyzed 121 of the questionnaire, which was retrieved by distributing. As a result, we looked at the welfare level of satisfaction by welfare hospital factors, each of the satisfaction scores were living welfare supports($2.83{\pm}0.43$), financial supports($4.25{\pm}0.65$), housing supports($2.28{\pm}0.46$), educational supports($2.58{\pm}0.50$), health medical supports($3.02{\pm}0.56$), culture and leisure supports($2.79{\pm}0.45$), other welfare supports($2.70{\pm}0.48$) points. The level of satisfaction with the hospital welfare support factors of average score level it was analyzed. It is important that is providing effective hospital welfare through survey for hospital welfare needs and benchmarking of welfare system of general corporate.

  • The purpose of this study was to substantially survey the satisfaction of resident companies in Incheon Free Economic Zone to improve the investment environment of Incheon Free Economic Zone to attract more resident companies. This study implies that additional industrial lots should be secured and the restrictions against small/medium companies should be alleviated so they can grow into strong companies considering that the resident companies in Incheon Free Economic Zone are highly satisfied with their business in Incheon Free Economic Zone. As resident companies' satisfaction with administrative support, recruitment, and industrial infrastructure is low, Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority should understand and improve the specific complaints of resident companies.

  • The purpose of this paper is to clarify the movement of customer satisfaction factor of port like marketing and customer support factors and set up new strategy for customer satisfaction with the factors of control by Port Authority. It was researched to Terminal operation and shipping companies of main clients of Container Terminals of Busan Port. The Score of customer satisfaction is 4.62, it is almost average score to consider Likert Scale 7 for Research measurement. For Customer satisfaction measurement score, the factor is named Port Facility, Port Cost, Marketing Activity and Customer Support with 20 elements. It is verified suitable model by Structural Equation Method. It is effect customer satisfaction by Marketing Activity and Customer Support factor instead of Port Facility and Port Cost. So Port Authority has to plan new strategy for customer satisfaction to consider its effect factors.

  • I conducted structural model analysis which is considered the influence of "government policy and micro-enterprise manager's characteristics" on management performance through effective analysis on governmental policy for micro-enterprise funding, training and consulting support. This study results showed characteristics of micro-enterprise manager and government policy significant to management performance. In the structural model, significant independent variables are customer's accessibility, promotion availability, goods mobility, customer attractive ability, effectiveness of funding, size of supported training, and effectiveness of training and satisfaction of supported consulting size.

  • 본 연구에서는 명지전문대학에서 시행되고 다양한 학습지원 프로그램을 프로그래밍 언어 수업에 적용하여 운영하였던 사례를 제시하고 학습자 의견 및 만족도를 조사하였다. 학습지원 프로그램의 참여는 자발적으로 이루졌으며, 분석 결과 전반적으로 학습자들은 학습지원 프로그램에 대해 만족하는 것으로 나타났고, 참여 학습자 그룹의 성적이 비참여 학습자 그룹보다 좋은 것으로 나타나 학습지원 프로그램이 학습에 도움이 됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 참여 프로그램에 따라 학습자들의 참여 목적과 참여를 통해 얻은 좋은 점은 다른 것으로 나타났고 비참여 학습자들의 참여하지 않은 이유가 프로그램 운영 환경과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타나 학습지원 프로그램의 효과적인 활용을 위해서는 학습자의 학습 목적에 따라 참여 프로그램을 제안할 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 온라인 학습자들의 학습효과를 높힐 수 있는 교수 학습환경을 마련하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 학습자들의 학습성취와 학습만족에 미치는 학습자 개인요인- 건강, 가족지원 정도, 컴퓨터 능력, 취업여부, 자기조절학습능력- 에 초점을 두어 분석하였다. 본 연구는 서울사이버대학교 사회복지학부 재학생을 대상으로 수집된 총 226개 설문지를 회귀분석방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 학습성취에는 학습자 개인의 건강, 자기조절학습능력이 유의미한 영향을 보였고, 학습만족에는 가족들의 지원 정도와 자기조절학습능력이 영향을 나타냈다.

  • Due to the economic recession and corporation's growth without more jobs, college graduates unemployment issue has been emerged as a serious social problem. Since the employment rate of each college became an important factor of college evaluation by the government, each college is trying to increase the employment rate of students. Therefore universities are supporting student employment through various policies and programs. However there have been perception differences in intention of employment supporting activities, final results, preparedness, student satisfaction level and overall effectiveness level of program between students and university career center staff members. The perception differences may lead not only to the waste of budget but also ineffectiveness of various programs to promote student employment. Therefore this research proposed new revised efficient employment supporting programs of universities and desirable attitude of students to increase the effectiveness of student employment based on the analysis of perception level on the several issues such as degree of usefulness of program and satisfaction level of students.
