자율운항선박 수용에 따른 화물 컨테이너 도착 및 항만에서의 화물 상태에 대한 데이터 흐름을 제공하여 화물 양·적하 및 선박 입출항 지원 서비스 개발을 통해 자율운항선박과 터미널 간의 화물 양·적하 작업과 입출항 작업에 대한 지원 시스템을 제공함으로서 화물의 물동량과 양·적하 효율 및 선석 운영효율을 최대화하고, 이에 더불어 자율운항선박의 선적정보 교환을 통한 양·적하 작업의 오류가능성과 자동화된 양·적하 지원을 통한 선박의 정박비용을 최소화하여 글로벌 공급 체인의 복잡성을 최소화하고 항만물류비용을 감소시키는데 기여하고자 한다.

With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the central axis of the industry is shifting to SMEs, and online is becoming the center of marketing. In this regard, this study is aimed at the service quality and the characteristics of companies as the factors for the activation of SMEs' online export support projects and their performance creation. The study conducted a survey of companies applied for the government's online export support project. As a result, it was found that the reliability of the service quality and the characteristics of the company (CEO's will, Trade Expert), except for convenience, have a significant effect on the service utilization and performance. Accordingly, in order to revitalize the online export support business of SMEs, it is necessary to improve the human competence of enterprises and the reliability of service quality of supporting institutions. This study is meaningful in that it confirms the importance of the credibility required by the support organization as well as the characteristics for strengthening the capability of the company. However, there are limitations in not reflecting various factors of service quality and company characteristics.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경을 지원하기 위한 다양한 미들웨어에 대한 연구 및 개발이 이루어져 왔으며 이를 통해 수많은 응용 서비스들이 제공되고 있다. 그러나, 사용자 측면에서의 진정한 유비쿼터스 환경은 개별 시스템들이 제공하는 서비스들이 통합적으로 지원되는 환경이다. 따라서, 다양한 이기종 서비스 시스템들이 적절한 수준의 협업을 통해 사용자의 요구사항을 만족시키는 미들웨어 플랫폼의 개발이 요구된다. 또한 동적으로 변화하는 유비쿼터스 환경에서는 사용자가 원하는 서비스들을 사용자가 원하는 형대로, 원하는 시간에, 사용자의 직접적인 개입 없이 자동화된 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 사용자에게 상황에 따라 적절한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 적절한 워크플로우의 정의가 가능한 모델링 시스템이 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에 적용되기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 한편, 사용자들이 다양한 이벤트에 따라 작동하는 서비스 시나리오를 원활히 처리할 수 있는 기능을 도입함으로써 협업 효과를 극대화할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이기종 서비스 시스템간의 협업과 워크플로우를 지원하는 미들웨어 플랫폼을 제안한다.

The study aims to examine the impact of Start-Up Business Incubator System on Performance of the Start-up Graduated from the Business Incubator. This has analyzed 813 startups which had supported by Seoul Metropolitan City in particular from 2009 to 2010. Empirical analysis has choosed business room for free, startup grant for operation, education & coaching support, consulting support by practitioner, promotion & new market opening support and collaboration support among startups in the business incubator as independent variables and also implemented startup success satisfaction degree as a depentent variable. The results shows that the degree of satisfaction on start-up activity support fund for entrepreneur and the degree of satisfaction on collaboration support among firms in the business incubator have statistical significant impact on start-up success satisfaction degree. The study has an implication that it provides a basic data on policy support strategies by central and local autonomous governments that facilitate entrepreneurs to achieve start-up business goals by understanding the factors that affect the business performance of entrepreneurs. In addition, the study offers new directions for entrepreneurs in a way that promotes the start-up performance by business room for free, education & coaching support, consulting support by practitioner, promotion & new market opening support which were investigated as statistical insignificant constructs, so that the author expects new studies about more effective business incubator system to enhance the performanc of start-up in business incubator.

This research defines research support service, and compares the support service provided by college libraries in Korea and overseas. The findings showed that the frequency of college library service in Korean schools were low. Korean college libraries' services were mostly limited to the services of a normal library such as bibliographic education, full text service, and interlibrary loan service. To put it differently, Korean college libraries lacked information services on research ethics. Research spot services per research stage were mostly restricted to the data collection stage, and deficient elsewhere. On the other hand, college libraries in the U.S. were providing a platform for scholarly communication between researcher and scholars via websites.

이 연구는 u-City의 성공적 조성을 위해 u-서비스 공급자 측면과 수요자 측면의 요구를 충족할 수 있는 u-서비스 우선순위 선정에 관한 체계적 연구의 필요성에서 시작되었다. u-서비스 우선순위 모형개발을 위해 선행 연구를 토대로 수요자와 공급자의 서비스 결정 요인을 탐색적으로 도출하고, 전문가와의 브레인스토밍을 통해 u-서비스 결정의 확정적 요인을 도출하였다. 도출된 요인들을 계층분석(AHP)모형으로 설정하고, 1차 전문가 설문조사를 통해 요인별 가중치와 우선순위를 도출함으로써 공급자와 수요자를 고려한 u-서비스 우선순위 선정 모형을 제시하였다. 개발된 모형을 바탕으로 2차 전문가 설문조사를 통해 u-지역정보화에서 제시한 대구지역의 특화서비스를 평가하였다. 평가 결과 대구지역은 지역물류 지원서비스, 시각장애인 길안내 서비스, u-텔레매틱스 서비스가 상위권을 차지한 반면, u-지역정보화에서 제시한 안전방재지원서비스와 산업특화거리 등의 서비스는 중위권을 차지하고 있어 공급자 위주의 u-서비스 선정과는 차별성을 보였다. 개발된 u-서비스 우선순위선정 모형은 u-서비스 제공 및 사용의도에 기반한 모형으로 u-서비스 우선순위 선정을 체계적으로 지원할 수 있어 향후 성공적 u-City 조성에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문에서는 홈 내에서 헬스케어 상황정보 서비스를 제공하기 위한 모바일 프락시에 대해 기술한다. 모바일 프락시는 헬스케어 홈 서비스의 목적에 따라 분산자원의 통합 및 맞춤형 관리모델인 분산객체그룹 프레임워크를 기반으로 한다. 모바일 프락시의 주요 기능은 이동성을 지원 및 멀티미디어 스트림 동기화 그리고 그룹통신 지원한다. 특히, 클라이언트의 가용환경에 따라 수행객체에 대한 이동성을 제공한다. 이를 기반으로 헬스케어 상황정보 서비스를 제공하기 위해 사용되는 상황정보는 거주자의 위치, 홈 내에 설치된 센서/기기로부터 수집된 위치, 건강 그리고 쾌적환경 정보를 포함한다. 또한 헬스케어 상황정보 서비스를 위한 응용객체, 자원들의 그룹관리 지원 DOGF를 기반으로 이동성 지원 컴포넌트인 모바일프락시는 거주자 위치이동에 따라 적합한 헬스케어 상황정보 서비스를 제공한다. 모바일프락시를 이용한 헬스케어 상황정보 서비스는 헬스케어 지원 음악치료, 원격상담 서비스와 처방 주의 및 스케줄 알림서비스를 구현했다. 끝으로 제안한 환경에서 거주자의 위치, 시간 및 상황인식에 따라 구현하여 수행한 헬스케어 상황정보 서비스 결과를 보였다.

As context aware service supports a process of context acquisition and reasoning, there are many studies to facilitate the implementation of context aware service. However, these studies have not supported efficiently a user or service mobility that should be supported necessarily in ubiquitous computing environment. Therefore, this study proposes a dynamic context aware service model which supports a dynamic management of context information, service retrieval and composition for interactions between services, and service mobility. Then we design a middleware based on this model and implement the middleware. As the middleware is implemented on the OSGi framework. it can have an interoperability between the devices such as computers, PDA, home appliances, and sensors, because of using the standard interface technologies like UPnP. Jini and so on.

기존의 VOD 서비스는 machine에 기반한 서비스를 제공해 왔다. 사용자의 이동을 고려하지 않았던 것이다. 사용자의 이동에 따른 VOD 서비스를 위해서는 Location-Awareness와 사용자수준의 hand-off를 지원하는 기법이 필요하다. 위치인식기술은 Hardware 센서를 포함하므로 본 논문에서는 application level에서 사용자의 이동성을 지원하는 기법을 제안하고 간단한 prototype 시스템을 구현한다. 이를 위해서 코드 자체가 이동하는 지니 기술의 Plug & Work 개념을 활용하였다. 구현된 시스템은 사용자의 이동에 따라서 서비스가 이동하여 지속적인 VOD서비스를 제공해 줄수 있다.

자율운항선박은 다양한 첨단기능을 활용하여, 선원의 의사결정없이 운항할 수 있는 선박으로 국내에서는 2020년부터 2025년까지 기술개발 연구가 진행되고 있다. 자율운항선박 기술개발 연구에는 자율운항선박의 안전 운영지원을 위한 6종류의 서비스도 동시에 개발 중이다. 자율운항 안전 운영지원 6종 서비스의 개발 내용이 미래 선박 운항환경에 적합하도록 개발자 및 사용자 관점에서 서비스의 성능 및 기능을 검증할 수 있는 시나리오가 필요하다.
