There has been almost studies focused on public library in the provision of the use and needs of library services for persons with disability. However, the number of disabled students are rising steadily in university library. So university libraries must make reasonable efforts to give disabled people the same access to information, programs and resources enjoyed by those who are not disabled. The study result showed that despite most university library already is recognized the necessity offering service for disabled, however, due to lack of understanding of services for disabled, legal standards rather than to have made only partial support to them. Therefore, librarians for the disabled in every sector(library-related organizations, groups, and association) have to play an important role in policies and financial support them. Also, active guidance and public relations about library services, improvement of accessibility for the disabled by using homepage, and the arrangement of librarians for the disabled and education for them should be supported for improving library services for the disabled student.

To support complex business environment. the enterprise information system requires prompt and flexible response to altered conditions. The development of collaboration among information systems in accordance with changes in enterprises' business environment brings about the problems of duplication of the existing business services and increase in costs of maintenance. In order to supplement and resolve such problems, researches on ontology are under way. Ontology can support the semantic interoperability of Web service by describing the resources of particular business domains and the relationships among them. This thesis suggests ontology that supports interoperability among services. The constructed ontology is designed into the service area, the meta area, and the instance area, which can support the collaboration efficiently by providing the link between the interactivity among businesses and the data. The register and call of constructed ontology are carried out with the interaction of the three areas, that is, the service area, the instance area and the meta area that supports the common elements. The efficiency of the proposed ontology is evaluated by comparing with an existing Web service ontology.

본 논문은 다양한 표준의 제어 미들웨어가 설치된 환경에서 흠내의 정보기기간의 정보 전달 및 제어물 위해서 단일한 서비스를 개발, 실행하기 위한 구조를 설명한다. 기존의 가전제품에 다양한 통신 미디어(예: IEEE1394, IrDA, LAM, PLC, Bluetooth 등)이 추가되어 새로운 부가가치를 지원하는 정보가전제품들이 소개되고 있고 이에 적합한 통신 환경이 개발, 보급되고 있다. 또한, 정보기기간의 제어, 데이터 전송, 서비스 개발을 목적으로 다양한 제어 미들웨어(Jini, HAVi, LonWorks, UpnP 등) 이 제시되고 발전해가고 있다. 이러한 추세에 의하면 향후 수년안에 홈네트워크 서비스 플랫폼의 요구사항이 높아지며 특히, 다중 제어 미들웨어를 지원하는 서비스 플랫폼의 등장이 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문에서 설계, 구현한 홈네트워크 통합미들웨어는 서비스 프로바이더(서비스 제공자 및 운용자)에게 서비스개발, 보급 운용의 단일 환경을 제공한다. 이의 한 예제인 홈네트워크 미들웨어 연동 서비스는 서로 다른 제어 미들웨어를 따르는 정보기기간의 연동 서비스를 다양한 매체를 수용하는 홈서버에서 가능하도록 구축하였다.

컴퓨팅 및 네트워크의 발전은 정보가전의 기능을 다양화하고 지능화를 촉진함으로써 언제, 어디서든, 어떤 네트워크에 있는 어떤 디바이스도 사용할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 환경에 대한 관심을 증가 시키고 있다. 이러한 유비쿼터스 환경을 실현하기 위해 많은 기술들이 제시되고 있지만, 표준이 정해지지 않아 서로 다른 서비스 기술방식이나 통신 방식을 사용하고 있다. 따라서 이질적인 서비스들 사이에 상호운용을 지원할 수 있는 방법이 필요하고, 본 논문에서 이야기 하는 지니 어댑터는 웹서비스를 중간 매개체로 하여 상호운용을 지원하고자 한다. 지니 서비스를 웹서비스로 변환하여 UDDI에 등록하면 웹서비스를 호출할 수 있는 서비스는 지니서비스도 사용할 수 있게 된다. 마찬가지로 지니서비스에서 웹서비스를 호출할 수 있다면, 웹서비스와 웹서비스로 변환된 다른 서비스들을 사용함으로써 상호운용이 가능해 진다. 본 논문에서는 지니 어댑터를 통하여 지니 클라이언트가 웹서비스를 검색하고 사용하는 방법에 대하여 이야기 한다.

We suggest various supporting methods for seamless services to support the stable service of system and network. As a representative, the redundancy is the duplication for supporting the stable service of the system and networks. The various redundancy systems have been proposed, these may have a variety forms depending on the number of the service supporting systems. We analyze a availability of a various redundancy model about a redundancy systems. We use a SRN based SPNP as an analysis tool. In this paper, we explain a various redundancy models, then compare and analyze the availability of redundancy models according to a number of service units.

SaaS 플랫폼은 메타데이타를 기반으로 사용자에게 다중 사용자 지원 및 용이한 환경 설정으로 다양한 사용자 요구를 충족시키려 하고 있다. 따라서, 여러 고객이 하나의 서비스 인스턴스를 공유하고, 데이터베이스 안의 정보를 각자 관리할 수 있어 서비스로서 애플리케이션의 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SaaS 플랫폼의 하나로 개발중인 SaaSpia 플랫폼에서 다중 사용자 지원 및 용이한 환경 설정을 위해 관리되어야 할 메타데이타를 알아보고, SaaSpia 애플리케이션에서 메타데이타 지원을 연구한다. SaaSpia 플랫폼에서 메타데이타는 일반 웹 애플리케이션을 SaaSpia 애플리케이션으로 변환하거나, 운용중인 SaaSpia 애플리케이션의 사용자별 설정 변경 시, 이용된다.

프랜차이즈 산업은 전문 창업시스템을 구축한 가맹본부가 사업 초기부터 가맹점의 영업활동을 지원하고 사업 노하우(know-how) 및 경영 기술을 지원 해줌으로서 창업 활동을 용이하게 도와주고 있다. 프랜차이즈 가맹점 창업의 장점은 브랜드 인지도를 활용한 영업활동으로 창업초기부터 일정한 수익을 보장 받을 수 있는 이점이 있어 소상공인의 관심이 매우 높다. 본 연구에서는 프랜차이즈 지원서비스인 가맹본부의 상품공급 수준, 고객관리 지원, 슈퍼바이저지원, 교육훈련 지원, 마케팅지원이 가맹점주의 경영성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 연구함으로 써, 가맹본부와 가맹점간의 서로 상생할 수 있는 지원서비스에 대한 전략적인 방법과 기업가정신과 개인 특성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다.

웹 서비스는 서비스 가용성(availability)과 성능(performance)연에서 신뢰성을 항상 보장해 주지 못한다. 동적 서비스 조정(Dynamic Service Coordination)은 웹 서비스를 호출하는 시스템이나 응용 프로그램 내에서의 비 신뢰적인 문제상황을 처리하는 기술이다. 이 환경 내에서의 웹 서비스는 제한된 시간내에 응답 하지 못하는 등의 문제가 발생 할 경우, 신뢰적인 웹 서비스의 호출을 위해 다른 웹 서비스로의 대체작업이 런타임(run-time)에 이뤄진다. 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스를 위한 동적 서비스 조정 프레임워크를 제안한다. 프레임워크 내에서 동적 서비스 조정의 지원 및 웹 서비스 호출을 담당하는 클래스와 워크플로우가 생성되고, 생성된 클래스 메소드를 호출함으로써 신뢰적인 웹 서비스 호출이 가능하다. 호출작업이 간접적으로 이뤄짐으로 인해 어느 정도의 성능적 손실이 발생하나, 이 방식을 통해 얻는 시스템 유연성과 신뢰성의 측면을 고려한다면, 충분히 감 수 될 수 있다.

W3C의 OWL-S는 기존의 웹 서비스와 시멘틱 웹 기술의 결함을 통한 웹서비스의 자동화된 검색, 조합 등을 지원하기 위한 모델이다. 원하는 특히, 웹서비스 조합은 사용자의 다양한 요구를 지원하기 위해서 매우 중요하며, 웹 서비스 조합을 하나의 처리 단위로 하기 위한 트랜잭션 개념의 도입이 필수적이다. 이를 위해서는 OWL-S웹서비스의 검색시 서비스의 IOPE(Input/Output/Precondition/Effect)와 메시지의 시멘틱 고려뿐만 아니라 트랜잭션에 영향을 미치는 웹 서비스의 응답시간, 수행비용, 신뢰성 등 웹서비스의 품질과 실제 웹 서비스의 연동의 단위가 되는 연산들에 대한 고려가 필요하나, OWL-S에서는 이러한 부분의 정의가 부족하다. 따라서, 이 연구에서는 자동화된 웹 서비스 조합을 위해서 OWL-S을 확장한 새로운 모델을 제안한다. 이 모델은 웹서비스의 성능을 응답속도, 비용, 신뢰도등율 이용해서 웹서비스간의 유사도를 측정할 수 있으며, 실제 연산들에 대한 시멘틱 표현을 가능하게 함으로써 보다 정확한 웹 서비스의 조합을 가능하게 한다.

최근 이동성을 지향하는 사용자의 욕구 충족을 위해 유선 환경 기반 서비스를 유무선망 혼용 형태로 확장하려는 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 다양한 서비스가 혼재되어 있는 상태에 이를 유연하게 연동/통합하여 서비스를 제공하거나 새로운 서비스를 만들어내는 것은 현재의 개발 환경을 고려할 때 매우 어려운 일이다. 즉, 서비스의 추가 혹은 변경 발생은 해당 서비스를 제공하는 애플리케이션의 추가 혹은 변경을 필요로 하게 되며, 여기에 추가로 이종 서비스의 연동이 고려되는 경우 추가/변경된 서비스와 연동되는 서비스 애플리케이션 모두가 영향을 받는 제약을 가지고 있다. 이에 따라 이러한 제약을 극복하기 위한 프레임워크 개발, 네트워크 통합 등의 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 본 논문에서는 적은 부담으로 새로운 서비스를 수용하고 또한 추가된 서비스와 기존의 서비스가 적응적으로 연동되어 새로운 서비스를 생성 가능하도록 하는 유연한 통합 무선 애플리케이션 지원 게이트웨이 구조를 제안한다.
