스마트시티 하천관리를 위해 선행된 연구에서는 도시하천관련 데이터를 수집-정제-제공하는 도시하천 통합데이터 플랫폼을 개발하였다. 이에 하천 분석을 위한 유역 유출, 하천 흐름 그리고 도시유출 등의 모듈과 하천 환경, 친수, 종합 평가 모델을 연계하여 도시하천관리 연계플랫폼으로 연구개발을 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 스마트시티 하천관리를 위한 시나리오 기반 제방 파제 시뮬레이션 분석 결과 가시화 모듈에 관한 연구를 진행한다. 부산 EDC 지역을 대상으로 DEM, 항공영상, 위성영상, 하천 지리 정보, 하천 단면도 등의 데이터를 결합하여 하천 및 유역 전산 3D 형상 모델링을 진행한다. 또한 하천 내부 유량 및 파제 제체 모델링, 유동장 격자 모델링을 통해 제방 붕괴 범람 시뮬레이션 대상 지역을 구현한다. 해당 EDC 지역 구현 모델에 연속방정식, 운동량방정식, 수송방정식 등 지배방정식과 삼상 유동 기법 등 수치 해석 기법을 활용하여 제방 파제 시뮬레이션을 수행한다. 시뮬레이션의 침수범위 및 침수심 분포 결과는 위경도를 포함한 ASCII Grid로 반환되며 GeoServer를 통한 좌표계 설정 및 도시하천 연계플랫폼에서 가시화하는 연구를 진행하였다. 제방 파제 시나리오는 제방 높이 2m, 제방 폭 7.5m, 파제 길이 20m로 설정하여 4개의 붕괴 위치를 지정하였고, 지정된 위치에 대한 제방 파제 3D 시뮬레이션을 통해 도출된 Case 별 2D/3D 영상과 침수심 공간 분포에 대한 Raster Graphics를 전처리하여 시나리오별 침수범위-침수심을 도시하천 연계플랫폼 상에서 가시화하는 연구를 진행하였다. 도시하천 연계플랫폼의 시나리오 기반 제방 파제 시뮬레이션 모듈을 통하여 스마트시티의 제방 파제 피해 양상 및 대책 마련 의사결정 보조로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Recent climate change has led to an increase in the probability of forest disasters (forest fires, landslides). However, disaster systems providing information for forest disaster response lack unified information provision. Therefore, this study aims to provide essential disaster information from a unified system for swift disaster response. To achieve this goal, we conducted a fundamental study on the necessary components for designing a forest disaster platform, explored methods for visualizing platforms enabling swift response and information provision during forest disasters through case studies, and presented the findings. Our results indicate that both domestic and international forest disaster response platforms commonly utilize spatial information to provide location-specific information. Key components identified for designing a response platform for forest disasters include constructing forest disaster big data, including climate information for target areas, developing technology for integrated diagnosis of forest disasters at each stage, and designing tailored safety care services for disaster areas.

High Altitude Platform (HAP) based networks deploy network infrastructures of Mobile Base Station (MBS) in a form of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) at stratosphere in order to build network configuration. The ultimate goal of HAP based network is a wireless network service for wide area by deploying multiple MBS for such area. In this paper we assume multiple UAVs over designated area and solve the MBS placement and coverage problem by clustering the mobile ground nodes. For this study we assumed area around Cheju island and nearby naval area where multiple mobile and fixed nodes are deployed and requires HAP based networking service. By simulation, visual results of stratospheric MBS placement have been presented. These results include clustering, MBS placement and coverage as well as dynamic reclustering according to the movement of mobile ground nodes.

With the fast increment of fusion ICT(Information and Communication Technology), new creative tourism model is required for the revival of local economy. We come up with new frame that is able to increase tourists and revive local economy through ICT fusion such as spatial informaion, contents, game, smart phone, wearable device and wireless internet. In this paper, we propose 'Gamified Tourtainment Service Platform' that can be provided tourists with user custom tour guidance and gamified tour services for motivation, fun, contest, reward in the environment of outdoor. This platform is a kind of framework for creating and providing gamified creative tour services and a gateway for increasing tourist and reviving commercial local economy. We also propose the real tourtainment service application that is implemented with this platform and smart phone.

본고에서는 ETRI에서 현재 수행하고 있는 "5m 정밀도의 증강현실 서비스 지원 LBS 플랫폼 개발"과제에 대한 플랫폼 구성과 주요 핵심기술들에 대해서 소개한다. 개발 기술은 스마트폰 사용자들에게는 실내외 어느 곳에서나 5m 이내의 정밀한 위치정보를 제공하고, 위치정보사업자들에게는 짧은 시간에 서비스용 실내지도와 운용시스템 구축을 가능하게 하도록 한다. 특히 운용 이후에 발생되는 유지 관리 비용을 최소화 할 수 있고 쉽게 서비스지역을 확장할 수 있는 기술 개발을 목표로 하고 있다.

본 논문에서는 웹툰 플랫폼 서비스를 위한 모바일 엣지 컴퓨팅의 구조를 제안한다. 웹툰과 같이 모바일 디바이스에서 실행되는 데이터들을 클라우드 서버로 오프로드하거나 원격 서버로부터 필요한 응용프로그램들을 다운로드 받지 않고, 모바일과 가까운 곳에 캐싱 콘텐츠를 전개함으로써 전송 지연없는 서비스를 보장받으며, 데이터가 발생한 근접 지역에서 데이터 분석 및 처리가 가능하므로 딥러닝을 적용한 새로운 서비스 카테고리로 확장할 수 있음을 제시한다.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic and diplomatic disputes, governments are actively developing a policy to revitalize·reshore manufacturing and to diversify international cooperations. In order to develop such a policy, it is very important to compare and analyze domestic·international geospatial information. Over the decade, the US·EC governments have conducted a series of national researches to build data-based tools that can monitor·analyze regional geospatial information driven by government R&D investments. In the case of the EC system, it can compare geospatial information in domestic and international(including Korea) regions. Compared to US·EC cases, Korean examples of national researches with available data analplatform need future improvements. Current study is investigating an automated analysis methodologies using "National Institute of Science and Technology Information (NTIS)" DB, which was national security data until recently. Research on data-mining regional geospatial information can contribute to support policy fields that need to discover new issues in response to unexpected social problems such as recently faced corona and trade disputes.

High Altitude Platform network systems utilize Unmanned Aerial Vehicle as routers for ground node communication. For this purpose, geographical clustering of ground nodes must be required. In this paper, we assume mobile ground nodes over wide area and the clusters composed of ground nodes are identified. UAVs can be positioned at the point of centroid of clusters. The number of UAVs are derived from the area size and the number of ground nodes deployed in that area. From the simulation and application of clustering algorithms, we showed visual clustering results with dynamic variance of number of ground nodes.

최근 취향 관심사를 기반으로 한 소모임 플랫폼 수요가 높아지듯, 대학 내외의 사회 전반에서 수준 높은 네트워킹에 대한 욕구가 강한 상황이다. 나아가, 교육 환경, 거주 지역, 개인의 성향 등의 변인들이 성장의 주요 발판이 될 인적 자원을 만드는 데에 지대한 영향을 끼친다는 점에서, 진입 장벽을 낮출 서비스에 대한 니즈가 존재한다. 한편, 기존의 플랫폼은 대학 동아리 및 소모임 활동을 분산적으로 취급하며 총괄하지 못한다. 따라서, 본 논문은 기존 플랫폼의 문제점을 개선한 메타버스 웹 플랫폼인 클러버스(Clubverse)를 소개한다. 이는 대학 내 동아리 간의 소통 및 외부 업체와의 연계를 제고하고 성장기회를 공평하게 분배해 변화에 대비할 수 있는 가능성을 지닌다.

According to the textbook utilization survey, university students buy 6.4 books and spend 94,000 won per semester. However, nearly half of books are left unused. Therefore many students buy used textbooks instead of buying new books at a fixed price. The existing used textbook trading platforms support basic functions, but don't support textbook recommendation function and reference book recommendation function. In this paper, we developed a used textbook trading platform BookCue that provides textbook recommendation function, reference book recommendation function, and consignment trading function reflecting the regional characteristics. It is expected that will contribute to reduce university students' burden that buying textbook by forming textbooks trading environment and preserve environment. In the near future our platform will need to expand to a platform that deals with a variety of goods, as well as used textbooks in the region.
