Objectives: The purpose of this study was to measure the symptom prevalence of acute pesticide poisoning among farmers in Gyeong-gi province and to investigate the occupational risk factors. Methods: The subjects were 663 farmers using pesticide directly or indirectly and the survey was performed during 2013. 7. 11 - 2014. 8. 27. The data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0. Results: The prevalence of acute pesticide poisoning was 6.63% and dizziness was the most common symptom. Acute pesticide poisoning was related with 'days of pesticide use per year', 'lifetime pesticide application days', 'the number of pesticide mixture' and 'type of farming'. Conclusions: It is necessary to manage and educate the pesticide poisoning-vulnerable group more systematically. Afterward additional study is needed to investigate the farming safety behavior and delicate amount of pesticide exposure.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relation of health behaviors and the quality of life by life cycle of hypertensive patients. This study was conducted by analyzing secondary data with data from the 2017 Community Health Survey. The subjects were total of 62,056 who were diagnosed with hypertension and analyzed using the SPSS WIN 20.0 program. As a result of the study, As a result of the study, first, hypertension treatment and drug compliance were significantly lower in adulthood than in middle-aged and older adults. Second, it was confirmed that the quality of life score by life cycle was the highest in adulthood and decreased as age increased. Third, the quality of life according to health behaviors differed according to drinking, exercise, and low-salt diet throughout the life cycle. Considering the results presented in this study, it is suggested that health education by life cycle is essential for lifelong health management of hypertensive patients. In particular, it is considered that a convergence approach such as education and medical approaches will be needed to develop measures to increase drug compliance in adult hypertensive patients and to have healthy health behaviors to improve quality of life.

The purpose of this study was to verify whether the quality of service provided by culture and arts education has a bearing on the service value of dance education, and to verify the role of the intention of reuse of culture and arts education participants in this relationship. The survey was conducted from October 1, 2019 to December 30, 2019, and a sample was collected from stratified sampling methods for the general public participating in culture and arts education. In order to verify the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, multiple regression analysis was performed, and the role of the parameter in the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable was examined using the three-step intermediary regression analysis. The research results are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the relationship between the sub-factors of service quality and emotional value, it was found that facilities and environmental services had the greatest impact. Second, the results of analyzing the relationship between the sub-factors of service quality and functional value showed that the most significant impact was on facilities and environmental services. Third, as a result of analyzing the relationship between the sub-factors of service quality and social values, it was found that facilities and environmental services had the greatest impact. Fourth, In the relationship between contents and instructor service and service value, the intention to reuse was found to have a full mediating effect. In addition, in the relationship between facility and environmental services and service value, the intention to reuse was found to have a partial mediating effect. Based on the quality of service of culture and arts education, this study suggested a way for dance education to work with the region.

Library is a social institution that satisfies the intellectual needs of the community and provides information, cultural enjoyment, and continuing education to the community. However, it is true that a library may face with difficulties in satisfying the diverse and advanced needs of its users and performing its newly acquired roles because of the limited financial resources of state and local governments. Therefore, this study proposed the introduction of corporate donations as one of the options for library funding, both for expansion of critical library infrastructure and for the internal stability of library operations. To this end, this study determined corporate donation goals, donation targets, campaign donations, the number of libraries being built and renovated, and the effects on libraries that obtained corporate donations by investigating and analyzing known corporate donation cases. The results of this study could be used by libraries hoping to attract corporate donations.

This study investigates on emergent process of the library in Republic of Indonesia through historical review. Under the Dutch and Japanese colonial control for around 350 years, library played a role as information control center. After independence of Republic of Indonesia, library was built as a result of government literacy project, but it has not been settled down as a public information center. Therefore, as an alternative activity, community libraries have been constructed to give a books and programs with its local community users in a private sectors. This situation represents that it is urgent to discuss with all society sectors to improve library role as a lifelong learning center and give a way to have a cultural sprit the citizens. The study suggests several policy agendas to improve library's public role in Indonesia society.

The South Korea has the highest overall smoking rates of male among the thirty member-countries in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. This study was performed to determine the association between amount of smoking and self-reported voice problem in Korean adult population using national survey data. Data were drawn from the Korea National Health and Nutritional Examination Survey 2008. Subjects were 3,600 persons (1,501 male, 2,099 female) aged 19 years and older living in the community. Adjusting for covariates (age, sex, education, income, longest occupation, alcohol drinking, pain and discomfort during the last 2 weeks), Severe smoke (>40.5-55.5 pack year), more than 20 cigarettes per day were independent risk factors for self-reported voice problem. It was found that the number of cigarettes smoked per day (CPD) the proportional increased in risk of voice disorders. These findings suggest that the investigation of CPD are required for effective screening of voice disorder.

The open market are expanding service quality which was used as rating scale in the field of marketing. In accordance with open market, they convert it to e-service quality and use it. Udo et al.[6] suggested web service quality combining e-SEVQUAL[2] and extended Information Success Model[7]. This study suggests four influence factors of e-service quality in the open market; website privacy and security, web site contents, web site convenience, and images of the open market companies. The study conducted survey on 301 college students and life long education center students in Busan. The study found that all four influence factors have positive effects on the web service quality and ultimately web service quality has beneficial effects on the satisfaction in open market users' information system.

English is an important tool of information literacy in terms of global information sharing environment. This impacts readers advisory services of public libraries in many ways. In order to identify status of English reading programs in public libraries, this paper investigated 50 public librarries' services for non-English speakers in California, which has long history serving readers advisory services to them. As a result, it is suggested that public libraries have to play a key role to help adult users to be competent in English with English reading programs. Public libraries also need to support families to build English reading environment at home to expand reading activities in libraries. In addition, reading habit in mother tongue is also important for English reading ability, so public libraries consider to build a bridge between them to provide effective English reading programs.

The purpose of this study is preparing for the expansion of water leisure sports in accordance with the marina port building project, enforcement of Reservoir Development Special Act and the revision of Water Leisure Sports Safety Act by government. For the purpose, this study investigated the status of physical education class as a cultural study in universities, collected/analyzed the related literatures to analyze the role of physical education class and analyzed the curriculum of university physical education as a cultural study being taught at 17 national and public universities in nationwide 12 areas. The university physical education as a cultural study should be given as a preparation for future water leisure sports age so that it can achieve its inherent purpose of fostering sports demonstrating ability as a lifetime sports. By doing such, people will have better life while enjoying water leisure sports.

There are not that many m-health related services limited to the elderly. Many of the elderly who are at risk of dementia are unfamiliar to smart devices, so it is required to design an user-customized App. Therefore, I design and embody a mobile voice alert integrated app, which enables voice input to increase the accessibility of the elderly, so as to prevent diseases caused by declined cognitive function such as dementia. I conducted interviews and questionnaire after having the students use the app in Lifelong Education Center in H region of Gyeongbuk, and the analysis result has showed the high satisfaction. It is expected that it will be able to play a key role for M-Health service for the elderly since it is possible to prevent dementia through the voice health care alert app. I would like to learn deep learning in the future to predict the life patterns and the possibility of dementia of the elderly.
