대전광역시 동구에 있는 낭월동은 대전에서 손꼽히는 차세대 주거지역이다. 블과 몇 년 전까지만 해도 중심가에서 멀고 편의시설이 부족하다는 등의 이유로 외면 받던 지역이었으나 최근 웰빙 열풍을 타고 이곳의 자연환경이 주목을 받게 되면서부터 상황이 역전되기 시작했다. 낭월동은 식장산, 보문산 공원, 대전천 등으로 둘러싸여 있다. 주거지역으로서는 나무랄 데 없는 자연친화적인 지역인 것이다. 이런 이유로 이 지역 곳곳에선 대단위 아파트 단지 건설이 속속 진행되고 있다. 그 중에서도 최근 유독 높은 관심을 받고 있는 곳이 있다. 그곳은 바로 대림산업의 남대전 e-편한세상 현장. 원래 대림산업 자체가 신재생에너지 사용 단지 등으로 인해 친환경적인 아파트를 짓는 건설사로 유명한데 이런 장점이 이 지역의 특성과 맞물려 떨어지면서 더욱 주가를 높이고 있는 것. 게다가 그 시공과정 또한 깨끗하고 안전하다는 평가를 받고 있어 '믿을 수 있는 아파트'로 지역에서 유명세를 떨치고 있다. '안전'과 '환경' 이 두가지를 통해 지역 최고의 현장으로 불리고 있는 이곳 현장을 찾아가 봤다.

As a basic experiment to enhance the symbiotic utility of atmospheric nitrogen on soybean, host affinities and serological distribution of Bradyrhizobium japonicum indigenous to five Korean upland soils were measured. Based on nodulation, the symbiotic affinities between indigenous B, japonicum and eight soybean cultivars were remarkably different among soil inocula. On the whole, the averaged affinities of B. japonicum populations to soybeans were favorable in order of Goseong > Milyang > Suweon soils, but those in Iksan and Namjeju soils were not, especially for Danweonkong, Jangkyeongkong, and Eunhakong soybean cultivars. Regression analyses between nodules mass and shoot dry weight of soybean yielded model with $R^2=0.51$ for Goseong, $R^2=0.45$ for Milyang, $R^2=0.38$ for Iksan, $R^2=0.28$ for Namjeju, and $R^2=0.24$ for Suweon soils. B. japonicum from sampled soils were serologically fell into more than seven serogroups such as YCK 117(34.1%), YCK 141(6.5%), YCK 321(6.5%), YCK 445(4.7%), YCK 338(2.9%), YCK 150(1.2%), YCK 258(0.6%). The dominant serogroup YCK 117 was distributed 51.9 for Namjeju, 45.8 for Goseong, 41.7 for Iksan. 34.2 for Sueveon, and 11.1% for Milyang soils.

시장 친화적인 정부 출범과 더불어 여당의 과반 의석 확보로 서울 도심의 재개발.재건축 규제 완화 등에 대한 기대가 높아졌지만 아직 이렇다 할 대책은 나오지 않고 있다. 정부는 강북을 중심으로 한 집값 불안 현상이 수도권 북부 지역으로 확산되고 있는 상황이기 때문에 규제 완화를 늦추겠다는 입장이다. 그러나 재건축.재개발 규제 완화는 기정 사실로 간주되고 있으며, 그 범위와 폭에 관심이 집중되고 있다. 국민들로서는 재개발.재건축이 가능한 지역의 부동산부터 규제가 풀리지 않겠냐며 막연한 기대만 할 뿐이다. 정부의 적극적인 대책 마련과 실행이 절실한 시점이다.

탄약 비군사화 심포지엄에 참석하여 안전하고 환경친화적인 불용탄 처리관련 기술현황을 분석하고 실제 운영중인 일부시설을 견학할 수 있었다. 또한 이 기간중 DAC의 주선하에 태평양지역 국가들의 회의 참석자들과의 별도 화합으로 Demil 정보를 교환하였다. 이와 같은 미국의 노력은 이 지역의 Demil 기술 종주국으로서 지도자 역할을 자임하려는 노력이 역력하였다. 현재 미국의 비군사화 사업은 대 테러전이 계속 진행됨에 따라 예산지원 우선순위에서 낮아져 향후 1-2년간은 사업규모의 축소 또는 지연이 예산된다. 따라서 정부내의 타부서와의 기술협력을 모색하여 기술개발은 꾸준히 이루어 질 것이다.

섬유제품의 유해물질의 유해성에 관한 연구로서는 가공처리제의 공해실태, 시판되고 있는 천 및 의류제품의 formaldehyde 함량조사와 인체장해실태가 조사된 정도이며, 무기 화합물, 유기 화합물질의 발암성 주요인이 되는 다이옥신에 관한 유해성평가는 전무한 실정이다. 환경친화적인 활동이 활발한 유럽 각국에서는 섬유제품의 환경마크인 Eco-Label를 기준으로 하며, 미국과 일본에서는 발암성의 원인이 되며 내분비계 장애물질인 다이옥신에 관한 피복의 유해성 평가에 관한 연구가 활발하게 행해지고 있다. (중략)

This study aims to examine the traditional living space to reflect the environment-friendly design methods and principles of reestablishment. To do so, this study carried on a related literature study and field survey. The traditional living space in terms of the environmental friendliness is reflected on site selection and space composition, and utilization of natural energy and natural materials. Focused on the Kwangajeong in Yangdong Village, this study is to identify eco-friendly techniques on the traditional living space. As a result, it shows that Kwangajeong with the side of the southeast in site selection had been considered in aspect of environmental control such as sunshine and solar radiation. Also building construction techniques had been used to minimize the variation of terrain. In aspect of environmental conservation, Kwangajeong had structurally arranged the gate, an inner yard and an inner floor to allow good ventilation. In aspect of space composition, Kwangajeong with the emphasis of scenic view had utilized the methods that attract external landscape through the control of its fences. Environment-friendly techniques and control principles in traditional space had been developed by a long experience through the long periods and the traditional techniques suitable for local climate and local environment have been developed. The technical development of these techniques to resolve the global environmental and energy issues and create a more pleasant living environment of human beings might be critical.

This study attempted to segment food festival market based on delineated motivation and find factors and find the difference attendants' characteristics among segment market. The study also explored the influence of motivation factors on satisfaction. The results shows that The results are followings : (1) Derived factors of food festival attendance motivation were 'food', 'escape', 'familey togetherness', 'entertainment'. (2) A cluster analysis identified three segments for four motivation factors. Three segments were found to be different according to age, income, the number of company, and information source. (3) Four motivation factors had significant influence on satisfaction. food factor's influence was the highest. and 'family togetherness', 'escape', 'entertainment' are ranked accordingly.
