Using 3-Dimensional Simulation for Environmently Friendly Road (친환경적도로에 대한 3차원시뮬레이션 적용)

  • 본 연구는 VGIS(Virtual Geographic Information System)을 이용, 환경친화적인 도로건설을 위해 실제 좌표를 사용하므로 3차원 도로의 선형과 구조물을 설계하였다. 그리고 시공 중에 발생 할 수 있는 민원문제 및 설계변경 시 효율적인 의사결정 할 수 있도록 하였다. 대상지역은 전라남도 장흥군의 최대 역점사업인 관광을 테마로 한 정남진 가는 길을 컨셉으로 한 '가고 싶은 길', '보고싶은 다리', 기억하고픈 터널'을 주제로 설계하였으며 명실공히 남도의 새로운 관광명소가 될 자연관광도로가 될 것으로 기대된다. 기존의 3차원 설계에서는 평면적인 선형과 구조물의 형상을 이해하는데 상당한 시간이 소요되었지만, 구조물을 3차원으로 설계함으로써, 비전문가라도 구조물을 쉽게 파악 할 수 있었다. 그리고 3차원 설계는 기존 구조물과 신설될 구조물 사이에 공사 중 발생할 수 있는 환경 및 민원문제를 사전에 파악할 수 있었다. 또한, 실제와 같이 구현된 도로와 구조물의 시뮬레이션을 통하여 기존의 각종 의사 결정에 있어 보다 시각적 효과를 증진시켜 효율적인 의사결정을 가능하게 하였다. 본 연구에서는 실제 평면 설계에 쓰이는 좌표값을 3차원설계에 적용하였다. 도로 노선 및 경관분석에 많은 도움이 될 것으로 보이며 VGIS를 이용하므로 도시계획, 식물, 토양. 수로 또는 도로형태, 홍수계획 등 많은 일들이 평가에 사용된다. 여기서는 구조물 3차원 설계에 관한 기초적인 연구를 시행하였으며, 3차원설계를 통해 의사결정시 효율적인 판단을 할 수 있었고, 환경 친화적 시공 및 설계에 대한 연구가 이루어져야 될 것으로 판단된다.안전관리를 위해 채석장에 안전표지판을 설치하여야 하며, 실내가공 작업장의 자동이동시스템을 작업별로 채색하여 식별을 용이하게 하여야 하겠다. 또한 이 연구 결과를 영세사업장의 산업간호프로그램인 'Clean 3D'사업에서 적용하여 우리나라 채석사업장 근로자 건강관리를 발전시켜야 하겠다. 확장기 혈압에서 RZS와 DAD의 일치도와 평균을 중심으로 더 넓게 퍼져있어 낮은 일치도를 보였으며 또 DAD와 RMS의 혈압치는 숫자 선호도를 볼 수 있는데 특히 RMS는 더 뚜렷하게 나타났는데 확장기 혈압의 최빈치(30.6)는 100mmHg이었다. 혈압치들이 가장 가까이 "0"점으로 치우쳐져 있었다. RZS의 Central tendency는 DAD와 RMS보다 뚜렷하였다. 결론적으로 RZS는 이 연구목적으로 가장 적절함을 보여준다.청소년들의 학교급식에 대한 만족도를 높이기 위해서 다음과 같은 제언을 하고자 한다. 먼저, 학교급식에 대한 식단 작성 시 학생들이 학교에서 제공되기 원하는 식단에 대한 의견을 받고 그 의견에 대한 결과를 게시하여 학생들이 제공되기 원하는 식단을 급식 시 제공하여 학생들이 식단선택에 동참할 수 있는 기회를 주는 것이 바람직하겠다. 또한 영양사는 학급의 반대표와의 정기적인 모임을 가짐으로서 학생들의 불만사항 및 개선 요구사항에대해 서로 의견을 교환하여 설문지조사가 아닌 직접적인 대화를 하여 문제점을 파악하고자 하는 적극적인 자세가 필요하겠다. 특히 아침식사의 결식 빈도가 높았고 이는 급식성과에 부정적인 영향을 줄 뿐 아니라 학교에서 제공하는 음식의 섭취정도에도 영향을 주고 있으므로 학생들에게 학부모와 전담교사 및 학교영양사는 학생들

Fusion of Aerosol Optical Depth from the GOCI and the AHI Observations (GOCI와 AHI 자료를 활용한 에어로졸 광학두께 합성장 산출 연구)

  • In this study, fused Aerosol Optical Depth (AOD) data were produced using AOD products from the Geostationary Ocean Color Imager (GOCI) onboard Communication, Oceanography and Meteorology Satellite (COMS)satellite and the Advanced Himawari Imager (AHI) onboard Himawari-8. Since the spatial resolution and the coordinate system between the satellite sensors are different, a preprocessing was first preceded. After that, using the level 1.5 AOD dataset of AErosol RObotic NETwork (AERONET), which is ground-based observation, correlations and trends between each satellite AOD and AERONET AOD were utilized to produce more accurate satellite AOD data than the originalsatellite AODs. The fused AOD were found to be more accurate than the originalsatellite AODs. Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) and mean bias of the fused AODs were calculated to be 0.13 and 0.05, respectively. We also compared errors of the fused AODs against those of the original GOCI AOD (RMSE: 0.15, mean bias: 0.11) and the original AHI AOD (RMSE: 0.15, mean bias: 0.05). It was confirmed that the fused AODs have betterspatial coverage than the original AODsin areas where there are no observations due to the presence of cloud from a single satellite.

Feature-based Image Analysis for Object Recognition on Satellite Photograph (인공위성 영상의 객체인식을 위한 영상 특징 분석)

  • This paper presents a system for image matching and recognition based on image feature detection and description techniques from artificial satellite photographs. We propose some kind of parameters from the varied environmental elements happen by image handling process. The essential point of this experiment is analyzes that affects match rate and recognition accuracy when to change of state of each parameter. The proposed system is basically inspired by Lowe's SIFT(Scale-Invariant Transform Feature) algorithm. The descriptors extracted from local affine invariant regions are saved into database, which are defined by k-means performed on the 128-dimensional descriptor vectors on an artificial satellite photographs from Google earth. And then, a label is attached to each cluster of the feature database and acts as guidance for an appeared building's information in the scene from camera. This experiment shows the various parameters and compares the affected results by changing parameters for the process of image matching and recognition. Finally, the implementation and the experimental results for several requests are shown.

  • 지상라이다는 고정도의 3차원 영상을 제공하고 레이저 빔을 현장이나 대상물에 발사하여 짧은 시간에 수백만점의 3차원좌표를 기록할 수 있는 최신 측량장비로서 다양한 응용분야에서 두각을 나타내고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지상라이다를 이용한 건축물의 3자윈 자동 윤곽선 추출을 다룬다. 지상라이다는 건축물의 3차원 윤곽선을 신속하게 추출할 수 있지만 지상기반 시스템이므로 여러 가지 장애물 때문에 건국물의 하단부에서는 추출이 쉽지 않다. 기존 항공라이다를 이용한 알고리즘에서는 사진의 색상차나 모폴로지 특성에 의존하여 범위를 제한하고, 이를 기반으로 윤곽선을 추출하였다. 하지만 지상라이다의 경우 항공라이다에 비해 분해능이 월등히 높다. 또한, 지상라이다는 지상에서 측정하기 때문에 항공라이다에서 어려운 건축물의 측면이나 정면도 윤곽선 추출이 가능하기 때문에 본 논문에서는 사진을 이용하지 않고 전처리를 하지 않은 데이터를 직접 이용하여 건물의 정면 윤곽선을 추출하는 것을 제안한다. 건물의 크기와 데이터 수 즉, 라이다로 측정한 포인트 수를 고려한 효율적인 Decimation방법을 제안하고 또한, Decimation된 데이터이서 지역적으로 제일 큰 값과 작은 값을 찾아낸다. 그 중 많이 벗어난 점을 편차를 이용하여 제거한다. 이렇게 찾아낸 건축물의 외곽점들을 이어 만든 윤곽선을 최종적으로 보간하여 좀 더 현실과 가까운 윤곽선 추출 방법을 제안한다.

Simple Camera Calibration Using Neural Networks (신경망을 이용한 간단한 카메라교정)

  • Camera calibration is a procedure which calculates internal and external parameters of a camera with the Down world coordinates of the control points. Accurate camera calibration is required for achieving accurate visual measurements. In this paper, we propose a simple and flexible camera calibration using neural networks which doesn't require a special knowledge of 3D geometry and camera optics. There are some applications which are not in need of the values of the internal and external parameters. The proposed method is very useful to these applications. Also, the proposed camera calibration has advantage that resolves the ill-condition as object plane is near parallel image plane. The ill-condition is frequently met in product inspection. For little more accurate calibration, acquired image is divided into two regions according to radial distortion of lens and neural network is applied to each region. Experimental results and comparison with Tsai's algorithm prove the validity of the proposed camera calibration.

  • In order to use the existing map data base in the mobile phone, the dynamic creation technique of the radio map which will be able to be converted into the raster image and transmitted was proposed. We transferred the client module functions such as the coordinate conversion, data compression and decoding to server, and made driving of JAVA browser in the mobile phone which has the restricted resources possible for the dynamic creation of the radio map. We made the radio electronic map service possible without map data base for the mobile phone use only by performing the general work of the map at the sever. And we guaranteed the client waiting time less then the limit time by performing the filtering work of the map at the server also. After we input the keyword at the user interface for searching the region or facility, and verified the performance of the proposed technique by confirming that the raster electronic map usable at the mobile phone was created dynamically.

  • We design and implement an ORDBMS-based geographic information system for sightseeing information of Chungbuk to verify the performance and applicability of GEUS/XTM ORDBMS. We Acquire the positional coordinates of the boundaries of administrative districts , roads, and railroads, determine the various kinds of information such as the locations of sightseeing sites, lodgings, and so on, design an object-relational schema using OMT, and implement the geographic information system including a database system. Through the examination of selective accessibility on the sightseeing inform ation database by the various queries, we conclude that the ORDBMS is more applicable than other DBMSs in modeling, storing, referring, and managing of non-fixed complex data such as sightseeing information. Therefore, ORDBMSs provide efficient and extensible implementations of databases and information services from various sources for the increasing demand on geographic information service on internet.

  • Roads have been developed throughout the history of mankind, and play a significant role among many traffic facilities for the economy, politics and cultures of our lives. However, the management of roads has not been fully scientific or systematic due to governmental policies focused on construction resulting in damages, and the loss of drawings for existing roads. In this case, it is difficult to manage roads using normal cadastre due to its time consuming work. And, when applying satellite surveying to rapidly extract the centerline of roads, it is impossible to obtain data about the status of internal tunnels. Therefore, this study can be used to extract optimum alignment data of tunnels using the data from satellite surveying, and is a practical paper which can contribute to efficient management and usage of alignment data and road facilities in establishing a HMS(Highway Management System) for the renewal and management of the alignment data of roads, by comparing the data from satellites with the alignment data in existing drawings.

Pedestrian-Based Variational Bayesian Self-Calibration of Surveillance Cameras (보행자 기반의 변분 베이지안 감시 카메라 자가 보정)

  • Pedestrian-based camera self-calibration methods are suitable for video surveillance systems since they do not require complex calibration devices or procedures. However, using arbitrary pedestrians as calibration targets may result in poor calibration accuracy due to the unknown height of each pedestrian. To solve this problem in the real surveillance environments, this paper proposes a novel Bayesian approach. By assuming known statistics on the height of pedestrians, we construct a probabilistic model that takes into account uncertainties in both the foot/head locations and the pedestrian heights, using foot-head homology. Since solving the model directly is infeasible, we use variational Bayesian inference, an approximate inference algorithm. Accordingly, this makes it possible to estimate the height of pedestrians and to obtain accurate camera parameters simultaneously. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is robust to noise and provides accurate confidence in the calibration.

The Improvement of Real-time Updating Methods of the National Base Map Using Building Layout Drawing (건물배치도를 이용한 국가기본도 수시수정 방법 개선)

  • The National Base Map construction consists of the regular correction work of dividing the whole country into two regions and carrying out the modification Plotting by aerial photographs every two years as well as the real time updating work of correcting the major change feature within two weeks by the field survey and the As-Built Drawing. In the case of the Building Layout Drawing of Korea Real estate Administration intelligence System(KRAS) used for real time updating work of the National base map, the coordinate transformation error is included in the positional error when applied to the National Base Map based on the World Geodetic Reference System as the coordinate system based on the Regional Geodetic Reference System. In addition, National Base Map is registered based on the outline(eaves line) of the building in the Digital Topographic Map, and the Cadastral and Architecture are registered based on the building center line. Therefore, the Building Object management standard is inconsistent. In order to investigate the improvement method, the network RTK survey was conducted directly on a location of the Building Layout Drawing of Korea Real estate Administration intelligence System(KRAS) and the problems were analyzed by comparing with the plane plotting position reference in National Base Map. In the case of the general structure with the difference on the Building center line and the eaves line, beside the location information was different also the difference in the ratio of the building object was different between Building center line and the eave. In conclusion, it is necessary to provide the Base data of the double layer of the Building center line and the outline of the building(eaves line) in order to utilize the Building Layout Drawing of Korea Real estate Administration intelligence System(KRAS). In addition, it is necessary to study an organic map update process that can acquire the up-to-dateness and the accuracy at the same time.
