A Study on the Characteristics of Architectural Assets in Daejeon Metropolitan City (대전광역시 건축자산 특성 분석 연구)

  • This study aimed to verify the relationship of a city's history and identity through an architectural assets survey of Daejeon Metropolitan City. To achieve these purposes, the architectural assets survey was carried out, and the characteristics were reviewed. The results of this study are as follows. (1) The architectural assets are composed of 86.5% buildings, 7.4% space environments, and 6.1% infrastructure. (2) Of the architectural assets, 52.7% were constructed in the 1960s~1980s, and 25.0% were built before the Korean War. (3) The physical characteristics of the architectural assets are represented by the single floor, housing and religious facilities, traditional Korean roof tiles, and cement mortar and wood finishing. The characteristics of the architectural assets of Daejeon Metropolitan City are related to the allocation of public offices, banks, and government buildings after the relocation of Chungnam-Do Province Office in the 1930s, and reconstruction and revival around Daejeon station after the Korean War. In particular, the accumulation of Hanok for the shrine in Isa-dong and the townhouse for railroad officers in Soje-dong represent the regional and modern history of Daejeon Metropolitan City.

  • 우리나라는 현재 개발되어 적용되고 있는 홍수피해잠재능(Potential Flood Damage, PFD) 산정방법은 잠재성요소(인구, 자산, 사회기반시설, 도시화율)와 위험성요소(홍수피해액, 확률강우량, 외수방어능력, 댐 및 저수지, 내수방어능력)로 산정 후 지역평가를 통해 그룹(A,B,C,D)별로 평가하고 있다. 하지만, 홍수피해잠재능(PFD) 산정인자가 많아 자료조사 및 구축에 많은 시간이 소요 되며, 인자별 다양한 공간적 범위로 인해 실무 적용에 어려움이 있다. 또한, 소구역 단위 평가로 인해 하천의 침투 특성을 반영하지 못하여 하천 주변의 중요도 평가가 미흡한 실정이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 중요도 분석 인자 단순화를 통해 자료 조사 및 구축 시간 단축과 더블어 위험성요소를 내포하는 홍수위험지도 사용을 통해 작업을 간소화하고, 하천 주변까지 고려하여 중요도 평가하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 낙동강권역을 대상으로 홍수위험지도 및 중요도 분석 인자(인구, 자산(공시지가), 시회기반시설(도로,철도), 도시화율(시가화지역)) 공간정보를 구축하였고, 점수할당법에 의한 인자별 중요도 분석 및 상관성 분석을 통해 피해우선순위를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 인구·자산(공시지가) 인자가 높은 구역이 대체로 사회기반시설 연장 및 도시화 면적이 높게 나타났으며, 하천의 치수단위 구역별 중요도 분석시 인구·자산(공시지가) 두가지의 인자로도 치수안전도 결정에 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

A Study on School Assets Management System using RFID (RFID을 활용한 학교자산관리시스템)

  • In this paper, the method to apply the RFID technology to schools will be presented in order to effectively integrate and manage various assets in school. The proposed system may be seemed to be very useful of individual school to grasp the status of their assets and also the central government to control and manage the assets scattered far and wide around the country. We also propose the OSN/PMS server based on EPC global standard could be appropriate especially in schools. In addition, the proposed system can acquire simultaneously the information from several RFID readers at real time so that it is possible and easy to track the position, the path of moving and the status of assets in the school. To show the usefulness of the proposed system, the prototype of the system has been implemented and conducted. The proposed system seems to be applicable to various fields such as factories, farms, or homes as well as school. Especially, it would become the very good integrated management system in the case that assets lie scattered widely.

  • 지구온난화에 따른 전 세계적 급격한 기후변화로 인하여 자연재해가 발생하고 있으며, 우리나라에서도 매년 태풍을 동반한 집중호우로 지역별 피해가 속출하는 등 자연재해로 인한 많은 인명피해와 경제적 비용의 부담률이 증가하고 있다. 국민안전처에서 발간한 재해연보에 의하면 10년간 전체 종목 중 공공시설물들의 피해액이 매년 비교적 가장 높은 비율을 보이고 있으며, 공공시설물중에서도 하천과 소하천의 피해가 최근 5년(2010~2014년)간 평균 32.91%로 피해율이 가장 높았다. 국외에서는 미국(HAZUS-MH), 일본(피해경제조사메뉴얼), 영국(MCM) 등 공공자산의 홍수피해 예측방법을 개발하여 각 국가의 특성에 맞는 재난손실에 대한 추정을 실시하고 있지만, 우리나라에서는 이러한 방법론적 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 자연재해로 발생한 피해의 규모와 이에 따른 경제적 피해를 예측하기 위해 피해율과 피해액 추정 기술을 개발하였다. 미국의 HAZUS-MH와 피해복구지침, 새주소 시스템 DB, 건축법 내 용도별 건축물 종류 등을 활용하여 국내 공공자산 인벤토리(안)을 제시하고 이 중 소하천에 대한 2010~2014년 5개년의 국가재난관리시스템(NDMS) 재해 자료를 기반으로 지역적 특성을 고려한 손상함수를 개발하였다. 함수개발은 강원도 일부 시군에 대해 실시하였으며, 과거 피해자료를 대상으로 검증하였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 시군단위의 재해로 인한 소하천 피해 정도를 산정하고 한국형 피해예측시스템 개발에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 국외에서 잘 알려진 Hazus-MH, RiskScape와 같은 자연재난 리스크 모델은 위험지역 내 노출된 자산과 인구의 공간적 분포 및 그 특성을 설명하는 지형공간자료 형태의 자산정보(인벤토리)를 필요로 한다. 본 연구는 이러한 자연재난 리스크 모델 운용에 필요한 건물, 인구, 농업, 차량 인벤토리 데이터 구조를 국내에서 가용가능한 자료를 기반으로 설계하고, 이들을 연계, 변환하기 위한 툴을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 자동변환 툴은 오픈소스로 제공되는 QGIS를 기반으로 하였고, 개발 툴을 이용하여 2018년 말 기준의 인벤토리를 전국에 대해 구축하였다. 본 연구의 성과는 현재 시범운용 중인 행정안전부 풍수해 피해예측시스템을 비롯한 자연재난 리스크 모델링 과정에 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

Global Comparison for Personal Asset Management by Old Age People in Korea (한국 노년기 자산관리의 국제비교)

  • In this study, I examine overall conditions and problems of personal asset management processes by the old age people in Korea from the global perspectives. Major recommended policy implications for those are as follows.. First, the IRR (income replacement ratio) of public pensions in Korea is found to rank nearly the lowest among the OECD member countries. The relatively low fund performance compared to that of developed countries as well as this low IRR can be pointed out as major problems of public pension in Korea. It is recommended to reinforce specialty in fund management as a top priority to solve out these problems related with public pensions in Korea. Second, it is needed to set retirement pensions to be mandatory for almost all the firms in Korea to substitute for the above lower IRR of public pensions and to recover from the highest elderly poverty ratio among the OECD countries. Third, it is required to discuss about the expansion of tax refund policy application in the individual pension sector and many financial investment products under the correction of current budget control to motivate voluntary subscription for individual pension planning and to stabilize elderly lives of ordinary people in Korea. Fourth, it is required to induce market mechanism in controling price and longevity risk of reverse mortgages for the long-run sustainability.

The Effects of Customer-Based Brand Equity(CBBE) for Stock Farm Products Brand on Brand Trust, Customer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intentions - Focus on Hoengsung Hanwoo Brand - (축산물 브랜드에 대한 고객기반브랜드자산이 브랜드 신뢰, 고객만족도 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 - 횡성한우를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the influence of customer-based brand equity(CBBE) on brand trust, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention in the stock farm products brand, Hoengsung hanwoo. Based on a total of 301 samples obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified a total of 5 hypotheses using the AMOS program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously by using a structural equation model(SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit of the data, ${\chi}^2=635.175$(p<0.001), df=233, CMIN/DF=2.726, GFI=0.863, NFI=0.859, CFI=0.903, TLI=0.885, RMSEA=0.068. The model's fit, as indicated by these indexes, was deemed satisfactory, thus providing a good basis for testing the hypothesized paths. The SEM showed that the sublevels of CBBE of stock farm product brand such as perceived product quality(${\beta}=.562$) and brand image(${\beta}=.377$) had a positive significant influence on brand trust. In addition, brand trust had a positive significant influence on customer satisfaction(${\beta}=.525$) and repurchase intention(${\beta}=.669$). This study confirms that a firm brand management works as a significant factor in forming brand trust, and, as a result, has a positive impact on its consumer's satisfaction and repurchase intention. Through the studys' results, it is study proposed that there is a needs for establishing effective marketing strategies to improve of regional economies.

Goryeong-gun's Regional Image and Its Improvement-Policy Agenda (고령군의 지역이미지 개선을 위한 정책과제)

  • Formation of positive regional image is critically important in place marketing for regional development. This article considers Goryeong-Gun's policy agenda for regional development, analyzing its current regional image. In recent years, Goryeong-Gun has established its positive regional image of Daegaya in virtue of Daegaya Experience Festival. It should be highly evaluated. But, it has also some problems based on a certain local history or not supported by proper brand, slogan and logo to promote the image. In this point, Goryeong-Gun needs to rethink planning strategies related to Daegaya regional image. If necessary, Daegaya regional image would be expanded on the base of general value system.

What Determines Standardization vs. Adaptation in Global Marketing Program?: An Empirical Study with Contingency and Resource-based Views (글로벌마케팅의 표준화-현지화 결정요인에 관한 실증 연구: 상황적응론 vs. 자원기반 관점 중심으로)

  • This study is intended to empirically investigate determinants of the degree of standardization vs. adaptation in global marketing programs for Korea firms. Our study has two main focuses. First, our study takes a global perspective instead of a binational, i. e., home vs. foreign perspective. Second, we accommodated two conflicting veiws - contingency and resource-based views in explaining determinants of global marketing strategy. As such determinants, we considered global market dynamism and complexity from a contingency view and global marketing assets from a resource-based view. Surveys were conducted with 128 Korean firms engaged in global marketing. Our study found that Korean firms with global assets tend to engage in highly standardized global marketing programs. On the other hand, global market dynamism and complexity did not show statistically significant relationships with the degree of standardization vs. adaptation. The findings suggest that a resource-based view may be more powerful than a contingency view in explaining global marketing strategies of Korean firms.
