교통계획의 수립은 사람과 화물의 이동상태에 대한 파악으로부터 시작되며 화물이동상태를 파악 하기 위한 가장 기본적인 데이터는 지역별 발생집중 화물량일 것이다. 이러한 지역별 발생집중 화물량의 추계방법중 추계의 간편성과 경제상황변화의 반영이 용이하다는 점에서, 최근 학자들의 상당한 주목 을 받으며 연구되고 있는 것이 산업연관분석을 응용한 물류해석방법이다. 그러나 이방법은 대상지역의 산업연관표를 기본 data로 하기 때문에 해당지역의 산업연관표의 존재 여부에 따라서 그 적용범위가 제한된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 연구되고 있는 방법이 Nonsurvey법이다. Nonsurvey법은 대 지역의 산업연관표로부터 그 지역에 포함된 소지역의 산업연관표를 여러 가지 보조적인 데이터를 이용해 서 간접적으로 추계하는 방법이다. 본연구에서는 이러한 Nonsurvey법의 하나로서 대지역의 산업연관표 와 지역분해된 각 소지역의 산업부문별 생산량만을 이용해서 각 소지역의 발생집중화물량을 추계하는 방법을 제안했다. 그리고 일본의 긴키(Kinki)지역과 이에 속하는 4부현을 대상으로 본연구의 방법으로 추계된 이출입양과 실제의 산업연관표상의 이출입량을 비교.분석함으로써 본 연구의 방법에 대한 검증을 실시했다. 본 연구에서 제아한 지역별 발생집중 화물량 추계방법의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대지역내 각 소지역간의 이출입량이 분기계수라고 하는 산업관계표의 산업관계표의 행방향의 합에 대한 비율을 사용함으로서 간단히 추계가능 하다. 둘째, 추계된 소지역의 산업관계표는 대지역에 대한 시스템전체의 정합성이 유지된다. 셋째 분해되는 소지역의 수에 관계없이 각소지역의 이출입양에 대한 추계가 가능하다.

4차 산업혁명의 도래로 산업 유형은 어느 한 종류로 단정하기 어려운 융복합적 형태로 변화를 거듭하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 과거 성장 중심 경제발전 모델이 저성장과 함께 양극화, 고용불안과 같은 다양한 사회문제를 야기함에 따라 새로운 발전 패러다임에 대한 관심과 요구도 그 어느 때보다 높아지고 있다. 이러한 일련의 환경 변화는 과거 제조업 중심의 경제성장을 주도해왔던 한국 공적보증제도에도 혁신을 촉구하고 있다. 신용보증기금은 2018년 현재 총 보증잔액 50.5조원을 보유한, 한국에서 가장 큰 규모의 공적보증기관이으로 지난 1976년 설립 후 40여 년간 산업육성과 시장안정이라는 두 가지 정책적 목표를 달성하기 위해 다양한 산업 분야와 기업에 신용보증을 제공해왔다. 1997년 IMF 외환위기, 2008년 글로벌 금융위기 등 국가적 위기 때마다 시장안전판 역할을 성공적으로 수행하며 한국경제가 신속히 위기에서 벗어나는데 공헌하기도 했다. 그러나 이제 신용보증기금은 과거의 성과와 역할에 얽매이지 않고, 급변하고 있는 경제 기술환경 속에서 또 다른 역할을 모색하고 있다. 구체적으로는 중소기업에 대한 보증지원이라는 기존 역할에서 한발 나아가, 혁신생태계 조성, 데이터뱅크 플랫폼 구축, 사회적가치 확산을 위한 전사적 사업구조 혁신을 단행하고 있다. 본 보고서에는 환경변화에 부응해 새로운 역할을 수행하고자 노력하는 신용보증기금의 활동과 성과를 담았다. 여기에 제시된 신용보증기금의 사례들은 벤처캐피탈이 활성화된 서양 국가들과 달리, 정책금융 역할이 상대적으로 중요한 아시아 지역의 중소기업 금융 활성화에 효과적인 정책적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Weekly monitoring of discharge and water quality in forested and agricultural subcatchments were performed to understand the difference of water quality caused by land uses in Doegwollyong area. Correlations between water quality variables including discharge were analyzed for the same purpose. There was little variation of water Quality in forested subcatchment. On the other hand, the range of water quality variation in agricultural subcatchment was wide due to soil loss and the application of chemical fertilizers and livestock manure. Dissolved oxygen(DO) had strong negative correlation with discharge in both subcatchments. Total nitrogen(T-N) and potassium ion(K$^{+}$) had stronger positive correlation with discharge in forested subacatchment than in agricultural one. On the other hand, total suspended sediments(TSS), total phosphorus(T-P), and chemical oxygen demand(COD) had stronger correlation with discharge in agricultural subcatchment than in forested one. As water pollution of the Doam Lake, especially the increase of T-P is serious, soil conservation is very important to improve water quality. In particular, the loss of soil and nutrients from late June till early July were more serious than any other seasons, therefore it is necessary to apply environmentally sustainable methods of cultivation.n.

2009년 4월 29일 신월성원전 건설현장에 해수가 유입되어 건설 중에 있던 구조물과 건축 재료가 해수에 침수되는 사고가 발생하였다. 이 후 지역의 대표들이 신월성침수사고 조사위원회를 구성하여 침수된 구조물의 안전성과 보수가 필요한 부분을 정량적으로 평가하고 그 결과를 발표하였다. 본 논문에서는 침수사고의 개요와 조사위원회의 구성과정 및 활동 그리고 조사위원회의 의미 등을 살펴보고 이 때 월성원전감시기구의 역할 등을 고찰하여 원전주변지역 주민의 의식변화와 이에 따른 관련기관의 역할을 기술하였다.

세계화에 따른 경쟁의 심화는 국가의 개입여지는 축소됨과 동시에 지방이 경쟁단위로 노출됨에 따라 지역의 역할이 증대된다. 이러한 변화에 따라 지역산업정책의 여건을 분석하고 지역의 수요에 부응하기 위해 노력하는 것은 지역 선도 R&D 연구센터로 발전하고자 하는 대경권연구센터에 있어서 매우 의미있는 작업이 될 것이라 여겨진다. 따라서 최근 지역산업정책에 큰 변화를 가져온 두 가지 흐름인 5+2 광역경제권 선도산업과 첨단의료복합단지 조성사업과 더불어 기존 지역산업정책인 전략산업의 현황을 분석하고 대경권연구센터와 에트리 본원의 역할방향 및 시사하는 바를 논의하고자 한다.

도시지역에서의 지속적인 인구집중화 현상에 따라 도시주변에서는 도시역의 확대, 택지개발 등에 의한 지표면피복형태의 변화가 심각하게 이루어지고 있다. 오늘날 농촌지역에서도 도시화로 인하여 산림 및 경작지의 감소, 공업단지 조성 등과 같은 다양한 토지이용변화가 발생하게 되었다. 이는 농촌지역의 내ㆍ외적 경관변화 뿐만 아니라 복합적인 국지기후 변화 등도 함께 초래하게 되었는데 이러한 지표피복의 변화는 자연상태에서 열의 존재 방법에 큰 영향을 미친다.(중략)

본 연구에서는 국내는 물론 전 세계적으로 널리 사용되고 있는 SWAT 모형을 대상으로 하천 단면 관련 입력변수가 유량 및 수질 모의에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 남한강 상류 충주댐 유역을 연구대상지역으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 충주댐 유역 내 소유역 중에서 국립환경과학원에서 국내 하천을 대상으로 구축한 한국형 Reach File(KRF) 내 실측 하천단면 정보가 존재하는 소유역에 대하여 실측 하천단면 정보를 적용하였다. 또한 본 연구를 위해 사용자가 구축한 소유역별 하천단면 정보 입력 자료를 통해 수문 및 수질 모의가 가능하도록 기존 SWAT 모형의 엔진 소스코드를 개선하였다. 유역 최종 유출구와 KRF의 실측 하천단면 정보를 적용한 소유역의 유량과 수질(유사량)에 대해서 실측 하천단면 정보 적용 전과 후의 모의 결과를 비교한 결과 유역 최종 유출구에서는 유량 및 유사량 모두 큰 변화는 나타나지 않았다. 이는 전체 유역 중 실제 하천단면 정보를 적용한 소유역의 비중이 작기 때문으로 판단되었다. 하지만 하천단면 정보를 적용한 소유역에서는 유량 및 유사량 모두 적용 전/후 차이가 나타났다. 특히 저유량 부분에서의 유사량이 큰 변화를 나타냈다. 하지만 본 연구에서 실측 하천단면 정보를 적용한 소유역은 유량 및 수질관측소가 위치하지 않는 미계측 유역으로써 실제 유량 및 수질 모의 정확도 향상 여부에 대한 평가가 불가능하였다. 따라서 향후 유량 또는 수질 관측이 이뤄지고 있는 계측 유역을 대상으로 실제 모형 모의 정확도 향상 여부에 대한 분석이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

Today, the paradigm of lifelong education has changed, emphasizing the role of universities as a lifelong educational institution. Re-opening a new horizon as a lifelong education institution that is not only centered on leisure education in the hierarchy where lifelong education can be afforded as before, or simply in line with changes in the social environment and the lengthened life cycle of the aging era. Let's propose a structured figure. Universities now have to create a virtuous circle structure that coexists not only with the role of the university itself, but with constant interaction with the local community. Adult learners, in particular, play a strong role in the development of their communities, so they are educated at the university to grow further and create structures that can return talent to the communities that go out into society. I should go. In the future, the university will actively open its doors to adult learners, position the university at the center of lifelong education, and in order to contribute to the development of the community, it will have to interact and cooperate with the community.

The purpose of this paper is to study building and maintaining consumer trust in mobile contents for tourism and travel in perspective of public sector. Mobile contents services are increasing rapidly. Tourism contents in mobile services are non profit business model in an early and immature stage toward the ubiquitous era. Non-profit organization plays a role as service provider through Internet and wireless telecommunication in an information-intensive and network-oriented environment. This article is proposed nonprofit organizations as tourism contents service provider to identify a conceptual framework that can build continuous trusted mobile contents under ubiquitous environment according to developing and maintaining stage. The results based on the focus group interview methodology highlights a conceptual foundation for service providers in nonprofit domain.
