Location Characteristic of School - Moved Sites in Busan Metropolitan City (학교시설 이적지의 시설입지 전·후 특성에 관한 연구)

  • Since the 1980's the school of Busan metropolitan city has been converted into the other land-use such as high-rise apartment houses, commercial and office buildings. School facilities are available to locate in green area due to not restricted by land use zone. And the location of school facilities were closely related with the school district, distribution of neighborhood unit, safety of students, and so on. The purpose of this study is to understand the location characteristic of school - moved sites in Busan metropolitan city.

  • It is important to select an optimal capacity for equipment, because the initial cost of new and renewable energy system is more expensive than that of exiting system. An optimal equipment and enhanced rate of operation can be selected, to analyze the cooling and heating load of buildings. In this study, seawater heat pump system in the Jeju area will be applied, by the heat source equipment of district heating. The loads of buildings are analyzed from existing researches, to select optimal capacity of equipment. Also, an optimal rate of building use will be set up, from a combination of buildings.

Using Space-Time Pattern Analysis to Detect Commercial Diffusion Area in Gentrified Area - Focused on the Case of Bukchon in Seoul - (시공간패턴분석기법을 이용한 젠트리피케이션 발생지역의 상업용도 확산지역 도출 - 서울시 북촌 사례를 중심으로 -)

  • In recent years, there has been a proliferation of commercial uses in the area where Gentrification occurs. In order to cope with such a diffusion phenomenon, it is necessary to derive the diffusion area accurately. Gentrification has a feature that occurs locally in a short time. Therefore, this study used the space-time pattern analysis to derive the diffusion area of commercial uses in Bukchon, a typical gentrified area in Seoul. Among the space-time pattern analysis, space time permutation statistics used in this study can derive the convergence phenomenon of time and space in a particular case with only the location information. The results confirmed that there has been three proliferation area in Bukchon, one started in 2007, other in 2013 and the other in 2014. In the earliest area, independent shops were the most popular, and the majority of them were restaurants. However in latter areas, there has been more chain stores and clothing stores than earlier area. The findings of this study indicate that space time pattern analysis can be used as a tool to analyze the proliferation by gentrification because it can derive accurate location and timing of the diffusion.

  • 대기 분야에 GIS를 적용하여 대구지역 PM-10 측정망의 위치가 적절한지 평가하고, 공중보건과 밀접한 관련이 있는 PM-10을 관리하기 위한 적합한 장소를 모색하였다. 본 연구에서 GIS 기법을 사용하여 대구광역시에 설치된 PM-10 대기측정망 측정소를 분석한 결과, 설치된 위치의 적절성은 지역의 대표성을 포함하지 않고, 성향별(학교, 주거, 산업)로도 용도지역, 지목, 주변지역이 상이하기 때문에 PM-10 측정망의 설치장소가 부적절하다고 사료된다. 대구지역 뿐만 아니라 타 도시에서도 공중의 보건을 위해 측정망의 구체적인 설치 장소 선정 및 재배치가 필요할 것이라 판단된다.

  • The Legal Floor Area Ratio (L-FAR) has been used as a major urban planning tool for efficient management of land use, landscape, and density. The Developed Floor Area Ratio (D-FAR) in each parcel is realized by such physical and institutional factors as urban tissue, local characteristics, and zoning with the L-FAR. The Achieved Floor Area Ratio (A-FAR), the ratio of the D-FAR to the L-FAR, is the relationship between realized density and the intended/desired outcomes of the regulations. The A-FAR informs the efficiency of L-FAR and its effect on parcels, and is an indicator of the demands of real estate developments under the zoning regulation. This study used detailed data of each parcel's characteristics, including parcel size, road width, and the number of roads bordered by a parcel, to identify the influencing factors on A-FAR. This analysis confirmed that the parcel size has a non-linear negative effect in the residential zone but a linear positive effect on A-FAR in the commercial zone. The width of the parcel's frontage in the commercial zone has a positive effect on the value, while in the residential zone the narrower width has higher A-FAR. In Seoul, the residential zone has higher A-FAR than the commercial zone, which means that the former has a relatively higher development pressure but a lower designated L-FAR. This result reflects that Seoul's residential zone absorbs the demand of commercial uses because of the significant permitting of mixed land use and has high-density residential buildings.

A Case Study on the Need for Diagnosis of Current Issues and Policy Support in Marine Space: Focusing on the Specialized Marine Industry in Incheon (해양공간의 현안진단 및 정책지원 필요성에 대한 사례연구 : 인천지역 해양특화산업을 중심으로)

  • In this study, the specialized marine industry in the area (Incheon) of the case study was identified and the issues related to the current status of marine space utilization were diagnosed. Marine space utilization was selected as the specialized marine industry activity in Incheon through the location quotient index analysis of the marine industry in the target area. A case review of the Yeongheungdo demonstration area and diagnosis of issues in the marine energy development sector with the lowest degree of specialization was conducted, to solve field problems such as overlapping problems in marine-use zones and civil complaints between stakeholders. It was concluded that it is necessary to prepare a policy decision support system based on objective and quantitative grounds.

  • From the world wide globalization of iron oxide industry, the global trend in iron oxide is changed rapidly and the production of iron oxide is increasing in China, currently. Iron oxide have a broad range of applications from construction materials to medical area. Therefore, it is expected that nanoparticulate iron oxides have many applications, too. A series of interesting applications in entirely different fields are introduced.

  • 산화철의 국제동향에 대하여 각 지역 간의 수출입동향과 최근에 급속하게 성장하고 있는 중국의 산화철업계 동향에 대하여 소개하였다. 특히 세게 산화철 교역량은 산화철업계의 기술발전과 각 국이 처한 환경에 따라 변화하며, 산화철의 주요용도중 하나인 안료용도의 경우 건축경기에 큰 영향을 받는다. 중국의 산화철업계는 전반적으로 크게 성장한 반면 다국적 기업의 진출에 따른 기술력 향상과 반대급부로 경쟁력 약한 중국내 기업정리 등이 수반되었다. 산화철산업의 발전을 위하여는 타 소재와의 가격경쟁력도 중요하지만 새로운 응용분야의 개척이 필요하다 본 기술자료에서는 최근에 관심이 집중되는 산화철 나노분말에 대하여 신용도 및 특성에 대하여 소개하였다.

  • In urban planning and architecture, there has been emerging paradigm of regeneration, taking place of demolishing first, and new development next principle. Retrofit and remodeling, thereby, became important. The purpose of the research in to examine a reused space with new function. The target space was the former slaughterhouse in the ailing district of the Bologna City with ever increasing vandalism and fear caused by empty buildings, which was regenerated into a culturally affluent area, such as cultural facilities including cinema, gallery, art school cluster along with elderly club and child care center nearby. Through this regeneration, more affluent life opportunity was provided for citizens and local residents. This case study shows how old the building and interior space have been transformed to accommodate contemporary needs, while preserving historical features.

  • 전파지정기준은 한정된 전파자원을 효율적으로 이용하기 위하여 무선국 허가시 주파수 지정 등에 관한 필요한 사항을 규정하는 것이다. 중요 내용은 국내 무선통신 업무별, 용도별 분배 및 할당한 주파수에 대하여 무선국 개설 허가시 지정(Designation)할 수 있도록 세부용도, 주파수, 전파형식, 공중선전력, 시설자, 사용지역 등의 지정조건에 관한 사항을 정하고 있다 .이에 본 논문에서는 먼저 전파지정에 대한 각국의 현황을 분석하고 국내의 기술기준 규정과의 차이점, 현 규정의 문제점을 분석하여 전파지정 기준의 효율적인 운영에 대한 방법을 제안하고자 한다.
