The aim of this study is to suggest the strategy and policy to promote world class game industrial complex through the analysis of game contents business ecosystem in Seongnam. As a result of analysis, At present of the game contents industry in Seongnam as ecosystem is challenged in many-side as followings. 1)Lack of interaction between core game contents businesses and extended network businesses in same area. 2)Imbalanced relationships between game contents conglomerate and small and medium sized businesses. 3)Insufficient game contents optimized human resource and development program. This study provides a stepping stone for regional industrial ecosystem of game industry and new possibilities of application about regional industry analysis.

While industrial ecology theories and policy approaches have been considerably influential in regional economy, the dynamism and limitations of regional venture ecosystem are less clearly examined. In particular, the activities of strategic network brokerage require further research in relation to its internal and external interactions and collaborative mechanisms. Based on the analysis results of conditions of Daegu Gyeongbuk regional venture firms, this article examines the necessities of strategic network brokerage in regional venture ecosystem in the dimensions of network conditions as the intrinsic limitations, of innovation direction method outcome as the extrinsic trends, and of the related regional demands. In particular, this article tries to explore the roles and activity scopes of strategic network brokerage to contribute for making up for the weakness of diverse network infrastructures of regional venture ecosystem, for dealing with the mismatch for the extrinsic change trends of industrial technologies, and for fulfilling the strengthening trends of intrinsic capacities.

As the aging problem of the regional industry ecosystem has gradually become serious, research to measure and regenerate the regional industry ecosystem decline has been actively conducted. However, little research has been done on regional industry ecosystem crises. Crisis emerges radically over a short period of time, and it is often impossible to respond by post-response, so you must respond before the crisis occurs. In other words, it is more necessary and required when looking at the crisis early and taking a proactive response from a long-term perspective. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a predictive model that can proactively recognize and respond to the crisis in the regional industry ecosystem. Therefore, this study checked the possibility of predicting the risk of regional industry and market according to the emotional score of the news by using large-scale news data. News sentiment analysis was performed using the Google sentiment analysis API, and this was organized by month to check the correlation between actual events.

현재 4차산업혁명시대에 창의적인 아이디어와 적극적인 도전정신으로 무장한 스타트업이 글로벌 산업을 주도하고 있다. 정부에서도 지역별 스타트업 생태계 활성화를 위해 전국 17개의 창조경제혁신센터 운영을 지원하며, 각 센터별로 '개방성, 자율성, 다양성'의 운영 원칙 하에 지역별 스타트업 창업 생태계 허브, 공공 액셀러레이터, 그리고 오픈 이노베이션 플랫폼 역할을 담당하고 있다. 최근 수도권 스타트업 생태계는 활성화되고 있는데 비해, 지역의 스타트업 생태계는 인력, 자금 등 스타트업 성장에 핵심적인 요소 확보에 큰 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히, 부산은 일자리를 찾아 수도권으로 떠나는 등 청년층의 이탈로 고령화가 가장 빠른 도시로서, 지역 일자리 문제를 해결하는 주요 방법 중의 하나로 스타트업 생태계 활성화가 중요한데, 스타트업 지원기업 중에서도 초기 스타트업 창업 및 성장 지원 업무에 집중하는 부산창조경제혁신센터의 역할이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 부산창조경제혁신센터의 운영 개선 방향을 내부 직원 설문조사로 도출하고, 타겟 고객을 창업가/초기 스타트업(Creator), 교육기관(Campus), 대기업(Company), 그리고 커뮤니티(Community)의 4C로 정의하였다. 부산창조경제혁신센터의 일관된 방향성 정립을 위해 미션과 비전을 각각 정의했으며, 그것을 달성하기 위한 전략 및 실행 방안을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 센터와 직원들이 공동 성장할 수 있는 센터 업무 협력 체계와 역량 강화 교육 체계를 제시한다.

지역 R&D 혁신생태계를 조성하고자 정부는 부처별로 다수의 지역 공공 R&D조직들을 다투어 구축하고 있다. 현재 지역 공공 R&D조직은 그 역할과 기능이 명확하지 않고, 지자체는 지역 실정에 맞는 지를 따지기 보다는 "일단 유치하고 보자"는 인식이 강하다. 조직의 구성원은 중앙정부 공공 R&D조직문화 및 운영방식에 익숙해져 있어서, 지역 공공 R&D 생태계와 상호작용, 협력메카니즘 구축에 여러 가지 어려움이 있다. 한국기초과학지원연구원은 지역연구자들에게 근거리 연구지원을 위해 전국에 9개의 지역센터를 운영하고 있다. 지역 R&D 혁신생태계 중 기초과학지원이라는 중요한 영역을 맡고 있다. 하지만, 현재 지역센터는 분석수요 대비 지역센터의 인력 및 인프라 미흡, 유지비용 부족으로 성장의 한계에 부딪힌 상황이다. 현재 지역센터의 역할 재정립에 대한 요구가 크다. 본 연구에서는 기초과학지원연구원의 지역센터에 대한 인터뷰 및 설문조사를 통해 지역 공공 R&D 조직의 역할과 기능에 대해 짚어보았다. 우선 지역센터의 현황과 문제점을 종합적으로 살펴보았다. 그리고 지역센터의 역할과 기능, 지역내 포지셔닝을 살펴보고, 실질적인 운영방안검토 및 새로운 역할과 발전전략에 대해 검토하였다. 본 연구는 앞으로 기초과학지원 연구원의 지역센터를 비롯한 지역공공 R&D조직은 국가차원의 당위적 수직적 역할 외에도 지역차원의 수평적 협력적 역할에 대해 새롭게 조명하고, 지역 관점에서 지역 공공 R&D 생태계와 지역산업까지 그 성과가 이어질 수 있도록 역할전환이 필요하다는 점을 제시하였다.

Many researchers have discussed on a policy establishment to revitalize a regional industry of a domestic ecosystem. However, it is rare to consider activation measures and priorities that are appropriate for local characteristics. Therefore, this study conducted a qualitative study to gather and analyze the views of expert groups in order to derive measures to revitalize the automobile industry in Gwangju. We examined the current status of the automobile industry in Gwangju based on a literature survey and in-depth interviews and what kind of crisis there is. We then derive strategic candidates for activation measures to address this. In addition, the relative importance and priorities of the methods derived using AHP techniques were identified. This leads to five strategies on which methods should be applied first. This will be used as the basis for future strategy development.

The river ecosystems are influenced by numerous human activities such as agriculture and industrial operations, and benthic macroinvertebrates are utilized as important biological indicators. In this study, we aimed to assess the impact of land use surrounding rivers on river ecosystems in two industrial areas and two agricultural areas in Pyeongtaek city. We measured water temperature, dissolved oxygen (DO), and pH for physicochemical water quality assessment, and conducted water environment evaluation using benthic macroinvertebrates, cluster analysis, BMI, and ESB. Through water environment assessment, the environmental condition of rivers in agricultural areas was found to be more favorable compared to those in industrial areas. Consequently, it was observed that the impact on river ecosystems varied depending on the differences in anthropogenic activities.

In this paper, we focus the changing role of universities of University-Industry Collaboration (UIC) for enriching the regional business ecosystem network. For this research, we analyze 'Regional Innovation System(RIS)' - a specific UIC program- which provides a marketing service for firms, especially, SMEs with a specific problem by a group of consultants including CEOs, professors, and heads of regional public or private service providers. Then we have analyzed using network analysis how the business network was changed from RIS. Moreover, we will interview the participants in the important position of the network and investigate the reason for bringing a change in the network structure by using this program. This study illustrates that various types of network are formed between university and SMEs. Furthermore, the networks surrounding SMEs are extended to the other people connected to them. This means that the business network of SMEs had been diversified via the facilitation of university. This study throws new highlights on the new role for the university as a network promoter in addition to the partner as a technology-provider in the regional business ecosystem. Moreover, the network analysis between before-and-after can be used for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the various UIC programs.

최근 대학을 둘러싼 외부 환경은 학령인구 감소로 인한 대학 입학자원 감소, 4차 산업혁명 도래에 따른 청년 일자리 감소 등의 급진적인 변화가 나타나고 있으며 이에 따라 내부 역량 강화 및 고도화, 대외 경쟁력 강화 및 사회적 역할 변화 등 체계적인 대응이 요구되고 있는 상황이다. 향후 학령인구 감소가 본격화될 것으로 예상되는 가운데 국내 대다수의 대학 특히 지방 대학의 경우 학령 인구 감소로 인해 나타날 다양한 변화에 대한 대책 마련이 절실히 요구되는 있다. 지방대학의 위상 약화로 지방대 졸업생의 취업의 질이 낮아지고, 우수 학생의 지방대학 기피로 이어지는 구조적 문제 발생하고 있으며, 이러한 지역 대학의 위기는 특정한 지역의 일부 대학만의 문제가 아닌 현재 우리 사회 전체가 직면하고 있는 구조적이고 복합적 원인에 기인하여 악순환의 고리를 형성하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지역 혁신을 위한 대학 역할 및 활성화 방안 도출 및 지역 혁신에 기여하는 대학의 국내외 우수사례 분석 지역을 중심으로 한 창업 생태계 현황 및 구성 체계, 창업선도대학, 캠퍼스 타운사업 등 대학을 중심으로 한 지역기반 창업 생태계 선도 모델 분석을 통해 지역사회와 상생하는 대학 중심 지역 창업생태계 구축을 위한 창업기반 지역 혁신형 대학 모델 발굴 및 제언하고자 한다.

This study was carried out to set the direction of the new industry policy of Busan city by analyzing the changing trend of artificial intelligence technology that has recently developed rapidly and predicting the direction of future development. The company wanted to draw up support measures to utilize artificial intelligence technology, which has been rapidly emerging in the market, in the region's specialized industry. Artificial intelligence is a key keyword in the fourth industrial revolution and artificial intelligence-based data utilization technology can be used in various fields from manufacturing processes to services, and is entering an era of super-fusion in which barriers between technologies and industries will be broken down. In this study, the direction of promotion for fostering Busan as an artificial intelligence city was derived based on the comparison and analysis of artificial intelligence-related ecosystems among major local governments. In this study, we wanted to present a plan to create an artificial intelligence industrial ecosystem that can be called a key policy to foster Busan as an 'AI City'. Busan's plan to foster the AI industry ecosystem is aimed at establishing a policy direction to ultimately nurture the artificial intelligence industry as Busan's future food source.
