본 연구에서는 학교급식에서의 우리 농산물 사용 실태 및 이에 대한 영양사의 인식을 조사함으로써 안전하고 영양적인 학교급식의 식재료 공급에 있어서 우리 농산물의 역할을 조명해 보고 향후 우리 농산물의 확대 방안을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 전국 초ㆍ중ㆍ고등학교 중 급식을 실시하고 있는 723개교의 영양사를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 학교급식에서 사용하고 있는 식품류를 조사한 결과, 대부분 우리 농산물에 대한 의존율이 높은 편이다.(중략)

학교급식의 필요성 인식과 국가적인 정책에 따라 90년 중반이후 학교급식의 실시비율이 급격한 증가를 보이고 있다. 그러나 학교급식의 실시가 철저한 준비 없이 단시간 내에 확대됨으로써 양적인 증가를 이루었으나 학교 급식 소비자인 학생들의 요구에 맞춘 질적인 측면의 급식 실시에 대하여서는 여러 가지 문제점이 지적되고 있어, 소비자의 급식에 대한 만족도 및 요구사항을 파악하여 이를 반영하는 질적인 부분의 서비스 확대가 필요하다고 생각된다.(중략)

학교급식이 확대실시 됨에 따라 학교급식으로 인한 식중독 발생은 증가하는 추세이다. 그 원인으로는 급식교 시설ㆍ설비의 미비, 구매 관리 체계의 미흡, 공급업체의 불량 식재료 납품 등이 지적되고 있으며, 특히 공급업체의 식재료 생산 및 유통 단계의 미흡한 위생 체계가 불량 식재료 납품의 주요 원인으로 지적되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 급식 재료 구매관리를 HACCP시스템의 한 단계로 인식시켜 바람직한 식재료 구매 관리 체계를 모색하여 학교급식 식중독 발생 zero화를 이루는데 기여하고자, 전라북도 직영급식 초등학교 영양사를 대상으로 설문조사 하였다.(중략)

This study investigated the effects of individual characteristics, school factors, and community factors on adolescent school violence behaviors. Data from a total of 1,777 middle school students from 50 schools in the Seoul and Gyeonggi regions were used for analysis. A hierarchical generalized linear modeling was employed to conduct a two-level analysis. Results showed that adolescents' individual factors, including attitudes toward violence, parental attachment, child abuse experiences, and affiliation with delinquent peers, as well as school factors including teacher's abusive classroom discipline, affected adolescent school violence behaviors. In addition, neighborhood disorder was found to be significantly positively correlated with adolescents' school violence. The results of this study suggest that for an understanding of school violence and to prepare countermeasures accordingly, integrated consideration of various environmental contexts in adolescents' daily lives, such as family, school, and community environments, is necessary. A multidimensional, integrated intervention plan to effectively resolve school violence based on these research results is discussed.

It can be said that the feature of elementary education on Society studies is localization of all curriculum. Among them, the social curriculum of 3rd grade emphasizes on character of local and living experiences. Also the Society studies of 7th curriculum reform focused on new types of localization materials and way of practical using because of development on internet and computer communication, To correspond this need, this paper suggests regional learning system based on the web. which is designed for social studies of 3rd grade student to study Pyeongtaek-City, in Gyeonggi-do. Also, current school field education materials which is elementary 3rd grade localization supporting text can be used as well as it can be provided through the web educational system to support the needed localization materials for the students.
