이 연구는 안동시 농촌지역 주민들을 대상으로 식생활 및 생활습관과 만성 질환 발생 양상을 조사하여 그 관련성을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 지역 주민을 대상으로 영양 교육을 하여 잘못된 식생활 개선을 도모하고자 수행된 사업 중 일부로, 고혈압 노인을 대상으로 영양교육자료를 개발하고 그 효과를 평가하기 위한 것이다. 실태조사는 농업을 생업으로 하는 경북지역 안동군 농촌지역 14개 지역의 50세 이상 장년 및 노년층 1,472명(전체인구의 약 6%에 해당)을 대상으로 만성질병과 식습관에 관하여 이루어졌으며, 그 결과 전체 대상자의 53.3%가 고혈압 환자로 다른 질병에 비해 이환율이 높았다.(중략)

거제(巨濟) 지역사회(地域社會) 개발(開發) 보건원(保健院)이 목적하는 바대로 사업이 진전되고 있는지, 바람직한 지역사회의학 사업을 수행하고 있는지를 평가하는 일은 필요하다고 생각한다. 이러한 평가의 하나로서 프로젝트에 영향력을 줄 수 있는 세 그룹 즉 지역사회의 유지, 프로젝트를 이용하는 주민 그리고 의료문제에 관심이 있는 사람들 중 프로젝트에 다녀간 일이 있는 사람에 대해서 그들이 이 사업에 대해 이해하고 있는 바 또는 태도 등을 알아 보았다. 거제 지역사회 개발 보건원에 대한 반응은 긍정적이었다. 즉 저렴한 수가로 농촌 보건사업을 하고 있고, 간단한 치료사업과 예방의학 사업을 하고 있으며, 한국에서 지역사회의학의 교육을 발전시키는 데 자극적인 역할을 하고 아울러 지역사회의 개발을 위한 자극을 주었다고 하였다. 문제점으로 지적된 것은 위치가 거제군 전체의 의료를 위해서는 적합하지 못하며, 국내 의료인이나 지역주민의 참여가 불충분하였고, 보건소 사업과의 협조가 덜 이루어지고 있다는 점 등이었다. 한편 사업의 목적이나 계획 및 운영면이 약하지 않은가 하는 것도 우려하였다.

The present study is to identify personal factors of defecting North Korean residents that obstruct their settlement in South Korean communities. It will provide information about what perception, attitude and behaviors of defecting North Korean residents should be changed and what social skills should be improved in order to successfully adjust to South Korea. Personal obstacles were measured by police officers who are providing special protection for defecting North Korean residents, who are in a good position to observe behaviors of defecting North Korean residents because they are spending a great deal of time with them. They can even identify the personal obstacles not perceived by defecting North Korean residents themselves. Twenty-item scale was developed to measure the personal obstacles and was found to comprise 4 obstructing factors: self-supporting ability related factor, life style related factor, social and cultural adaptation related factor, and attitude toward police officer's support related factor. Among them, self-supporting ability related factor had the highest negative score. The study further revealed that self-support ability and life style related factors had a significant effect on the job burden of police officers. The findings suggested the necessity of ethical and moral education for the defecting North Korean residents.

원전입지에 대한 주민반발문제는 경제성장과 더불어 가일층 증가일로에 있는 전력수요에 안정적으로 대처해야만 한다는 측면에서 시급히 극복해야만 할 사회문제이다. 본 연구에서는 바로 이러한 사회문제를 극복하기 위해 원전입지반발과 주민참여와 관계를 이론적으로 고찰하였고, 또한 삼척 원전 반발사례를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 원전반발과 주민참여는 매우 밀접한 관계에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 미흡한 주민참여는 원전반발에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 원전을 성공적으로 입지시키기 위해서는 정부가 일방적으로 원전정책을 결정하고 집행해서는 곤란하며, 원전정책에 반드시 지역주민들의 의사를 적극적으로 반영할 필요가 있다.

The research examine countermeasures of community welfare center, total welfare service provider in the local, to establish of identity and revitalization in the rapidly changing social circumstances. It examine countermeasures of the community welfare center in institutional and practical environment of welfare environment. The community welfare center has to provide welfare service which is improvement the quality of life in local, to be as methodical casework facility and to solve the community matters throughout organized residents. Also, comparison with specific welfare center and similar welfare facilities, the community welfare center has to provide differentiation services from totally welfare services. Finally, in privatized and market economic welfare environment, the community welfare center has to have policy countermeasures strategies to survive in competition not only welfare service provider.
