  • 많은 사람들은 낮선 지역을 여행하면 대개 그 지역의 유명한 음식이 무엇인지 한번 먹어봤으면 하는 욕구를 가진다. 또 고유한 전통식을 제대로 만들어 파는 곳이 어디인지, 외국어로 쓰여진 메뉴판을 해독하거나 특정 음식을 어떻게 주문해야 하는지 난감한 경우에 처한 경우도 많다. 본 연구는 이런 어려움과 아쉬움을 해결하기 위하여 개발된 모바일용 애플리케이션의 제작 과정을 통하여 요리와 음식문화가 어떻게 상업성이 있는 콘텐츠로 가공, 개발되는지의 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 이 콘텐츠는 10국에 현재 거주하거나 장기 거주한 적이 있는 다수의 음식 전문가들이 언어, 문화, 식품과 음식에 대한 지식을 공유하는 집단 지성 체계로 협력 제작하였기에 다양한 지역, 풍성한 아이템, 깊이 있고 정확한 정보라는 양적, 질적 수준을 모두 충족시켜 유저들의 호응을 끌어냈다는 점에서 앞으로 개발될 많은 앱용 문화 컨텐츠의 제작 모델 역할을 하리라 생각된다.

The Research of an Analysis of Community Consciousness in Local Area for Developing Reading Contents: Case of G City (독서문화콘텐츠 개발을 위한 지역공동체의식 분석에 관한 연구 - G시를 대상으로 -)

  • Public policies in regard to developing reading culture programs and the contents, and in running public libraries have been used to overcome existing social issues such as regional self-centeredness and cultural lagging. It means that public libraries are playing an important role to encourage communications within local communities. The purpose of this research is therefore to analyze the concept of local community, and develop reading culture and contents to reinforce the concept. This research also targeted to analyze the required contents in reading culture. Through the case study of "G" city, the research analyzed their citizenship and sense of local community and the requests. As a result, the requited subjects were for economics, unemployment, poverty, aging, and housing order. For the subjects of environment were environment pollution and energy order. For the subjects of human rights, disabilities, and multi-cultural were requested. For the subject of education, school violence, tutoring, and truly teaching were requested. Based on the requirements, 221 items of reading lists, DVD clips, and abstracts are developed as well as 4 programs of reading culture.

  • 철원군은 군사문화유적지와 더불어 과거 태봉국의 도읍지로서 한 시대를 풍미했던 역사문화유산이 살아 숨 쉬고 있는 우리역사의 장이다. 또한 청정지역의 이미지는 생태 관광지로서의 가능성을 보여주고 있다. 이에 따라 본 고에서는 에코뮤지엄(ecomuseum)의 개념을 토대로 철원군의 지역문화자원을 활용하는 방안을 제시하려고 한다. 연구의 이론적 바탕이 될 에코뮤지엄은 기존의 박물관처럼 한정된 공간 내에 수집품을 모아놓고 관람객을 끌어들이는 것이 아니라 지역 전체를 하나의 박물관으로 구성하는 새로운 형태의 박물관이다. 따라서 지역의 문화유산, 생태 환경, 관광자원을 포함한 포괄적인 유,무형의 자원이 모두 에코뮤지엄의 요소가 될 수 있으며, 관람객은 주변 환경과 일체가 되어 직, 간접적인 체험을 공유한다. 지역 주민은 적극적인 역할을 수행함으로써 지속적으로 지역의 개발과 보존에 주체적으로 참여하게 된다. 이러한 관점에서, 지역의 다양한 문화자원을 바탕으로 한 에코뮤지엄은 철원군의 지속가능한 경제 활성화에도 기여하게 될 것이다.

  • The paper concerns the role model of the local cultural industry agencies, which were established by the local government for the purpose of fostering the regional cultural industries. In this article, the term of the innovative milieu refers to the interaction and network system for the creation, diffusion and application of knowledge. In doing so, the case on the Gyeonggi Digital Content Agency(GDCA), which has managed the Digital Animation Academy and the cultural heritage based digital content development project will be examined in terms of the network between academic and industry. As a result of the case study, it is not certain that the activities and policy programs of the GDCA has affected the improvement of the knowledge and network environment in the field of cultural content industries. This demonstrates industries rather than the innovation system as a whole. In this respect, the paper develops the Cultural Content R & D Network Model for the improvement of the creative partnership among universities, companies and public sector organizations. In addition, the paper suggests that the Digital Animation Academy should be managed in terms of the improvement of the innovative environment of the regional cultural content cluster.

  • This study analyzes the creation process of local cultural contents that appears in the Maeul-mandeulgi by utilizing the "Village Rituals" handed down from village. The purpose is to analyze the social values and meanings they represent. For this purpose, a qualitative research method using Chilgok-gun Yeong-ori was applied and analyzed through Lefebvre's the production of space theory. Residents began to recognize the necessity of projects such as Maeul-mandeulgi to overcome the community crisis, and attempted to change the perception of existing village rituals. The new cultural contents were created by adding a playful element to the existing Cheonwangje, and thereby strengthening the identity of the village. This resulted in the reproduction of the village as a new cultural space, but it showed the reproduction of the space in which the alienation occurred due to excessive physical expansion. However, through this process, villagers increased their sense of belonging and increased their satisfaction, which showed the process of being produced as a space of representation that strengthens the sense of community.

  • A board-game is the genre which is the oldest among various game genres. Reflecting the issues, aspects & trend of the era, It contains social & cultural sources. For family activity, socializing & human networking, It is regarded such a good alternative leisure replacing on-line video game causing negative infection. In this research, for city marketing usage, we develop a specifically designed board-game with the source of historical people, must-see sights & local products. Also educational & commercial purposes are seriously considered.

  • This study aim to do observation to 1) Trajectory of cognitive-cultural economy growth with regional historical context, 2) Spatial, cultural and social change caused by cognitive-culture economy growth, and 3) Draw the meaning of the change in glocalizational view. They said that 'Creativity' has been related with spatial, economical, cultural and social change and it leads to new economical system, what we call 'Cognitive-cultural economy'. It is the important event which is to affect economic geography and local development greatly. New cultural changes are characterized by variations from abstract discourse to concrete reality and show the emphasis on real project specific in the region. Further more, possibility of local development in the glocalization found in the specific form of cultural content, for example, Korean Wave. New media environment changes that include SNS function not only interact each other in space but also expand the scope of local units and cultural content to the world. In order to enhance the further development of local content, it will require conjunction with space and specific region, variety of organic link between the principal participants, and building infrastructure for future development.

  • This study analyzed the use of scriptwriting and hologram technology for storytelling in the production of locally-centered cultural and artistic content. The musical <WolhwaJeon>, produced in the Gangneung area, was examined as a case study. The process of creating the script for the performance was used to establish the self-identity of the character "carp" and the stage visualization of the folktale "Yeonhwa." Furthermore, the use of hologram technology to actualize the inner expressions of the characters, deliver information, enhance spatiality, and visualize fantasy elements was examined. Through this approach, educational information about local folktales was provided to the local residents, and their pride in their region was heightened. This locally-centered content requires continuous development in a modern society that pursues cultural diversity, and future research is needed to produce and develop traditional and cultural content in other regions.

  • 문화융성은 문화의 여러 층위와 지향들이 상호작용을 함으로써 개인을 비롯한 사회 각 주체들의 창의와 지성의 정신 활동을 생산성 있게 지속시키는 데로 나아가는 것, 그리하여 이들 활동들을 역동적으로 융합(networking)하고 선순환 함으로써 우리의 정신과 의식이 산출해 내는 것들의 가치가 높아지고, 이 시대를 살아가는 우리들의 정신적 삶이 더욱 높은 수준으로 고양되는 상태를 말한다. 본 논문은 2014년 문화체육관광부가 제정, 공포한 <지역문화진흥법>에 담긴 문화융성을 담론분석 하였다.
