지역 사회 서비스는 노인들이 질적으로 보다나은 삶을 영위할 수 있도록 돕는 기능을 해야 한다. 적절한 서비스의 공급을 위해서는 지역사회 서비스 욕구 사정의 과정이 우선적으로 요구되어지며, 이에 본 연구는 호주 NSW주 Illawarra지역내의 retirement village에 거주하는 자가 돌봄이 가능한 노인들의 지역사회 서비스에 대한 욕구를 평가하는데 그 목적을 두었다. Illawarra지역내의 여덟개 retirement village에 거주하는 98명의 자가 돌봄이 가능한 노인들을 대상으로 그들의 1) functional status; 2) 지역 사회 서비스에 대한 지식정도; 3) 지역 사회 서비스 사용정도; 4) 지역 사회 서비스 만족도; 5) 잠재적인 지역 사회 서비스 욕구 등에 대한 자가 보고형 설문조사가 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료들은 JMP(for Mackitosh) program으로 통계 처리되었고, computed frequencies가 본 연구의 목표 달성을 위해 주로 사용되었다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 아래와 같다. 1. 평균 연령 76세인 대상자들의 80%이상이 그들의 일상 생활 운영에 다른 사람의 도움을 필요로 하지 않으며 건강상태 또한 양호하다고 자각했다. 2. 90%이상의 대상자들이 지역 사회 서비스를 이용하지 않았다. 3. 70%이상의 대상자가 지역 사회 서비스의 존재에 대해 지각하고 있었다. 4. 60%이상의 대상자가 필요시에는 지역 사회 서비스에 관한 정보를 어렵지 않게 얻을 수 있다고 생각했다. 5. 40%의 대상자가 기존의 지역 사회 서비스에 대한 양과 질에 만족을 나타냈고, 그 외의 대상자들 (60%)은 그 지역 사회 서비스에 대한구체적인 지식이 없다고 보고했다. 6. 25%의 대상자들이 여러 지역 사회 서비스에 관한 관심을 보였다. 결론적으로 대다수의 대상자들은 대부분의 지역 사회 서비스들을 필요로 하지 않았고, 이러한 결과는 현재 자가간호가 가능한 retirement village 거주 노인들에게 당연한 것으로 보여진다. 그러나, 자존감이 강한 노인들에게 서비스 욕구는 자가 돌봄이 건강에 대한 포기정도로 왜곡되어 자각될 가능성이 있는 만큼, 본 연구를 통해 보고된 대상자들의 지역 사회 서비스에 대한 관심도는 고려해 볼만한 가치가 있다고 여겨지며, 이에 노인들의 자존감이 서비스 욕구에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구를 제언하는 바이다.

In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, maker education is drawing attention as a method of student-led education. At a time when interest in maker education is also growing in technology education, figuring out what stage of concern(SoC) a middle school technology teacher is critical to effective implementation. This study analyzed SoC in maker education by layer sampling among 400 middle school technology teachers using Concerns-based adoption model. SoC was then obtained by measuring the origin using the SoCQ and then presenting it as a SOCQ profile. Gender, training experience with two lower variables were analyzed using t verification, working cities, teaching experience with more than three lower variables were analyzed using one-way ANOVA. Studies showed that SoC in maker education of middle school technology teachers showed the most similar characteristics to that of non-users. The difference in concern depending on gender was that male teachers were more concerned in maker education than female teachers. The difference in concern depending on the working city was that teachers working in the township were more concerned in the maker education than teachers working in the large city, and the difference in concern depending on the teaching career was higher among teachers with middle experience than those with low and high experience. There was also a higher stage of concern in maker education than in teachers without training experience. Therefore, it is necessary to provide middle school technology teachers with an introduction to the maker education and various information, teaching, learning and evaluation data to enhance overall concern and to support the use and evaluation of the maker education in the classroom by providing various teacher training and consulting on the maker education in the future. Further, through further study, we should conduct study that analyzes both Stage of Concern, Level of Use and Innovation Configuration, to put in the effort for effective settlement of maker education.

"전국적으로 컴퓨터통신망이 가동되고 있지만 지역 주민들이 꼭 필요로 하는 정보는 상대적으로 적다." 이 말은 곧 우리나라 지역정보화 추진과제 중 가장 현실적인 문제점일 것이다. 최근 인천에서는 인천 및 전국에 관한 정보들을 데이터베이스로 구축하여 인천지역의 시민, 기관, 기업등에 필요한 정보를 제공하기 위한 정보통신시스템이 구축될 예정으로 있어 정보산업계에 관심사로 떠오르고 있다. 재단법인으로 설립되는 인천정보통신센터의 이모저모와 추진배경, 사업계획등을 지역정보화 활성화 차원에서 심층게재 한다.

국제기구와 우리 정부는 그 동안 아시아 지역과 유럽지역의 경제협력과 발전을 도모하기 위한 철도망 구축 연구와 검토를 지속해 왔다. 극동지역의 철도교통망 구성에 있어서는 한반도와 시베리아 횡단철도(TSR)와의 연결이 중요한 교통 축으로 대두되고 있다. 동북 아시아 지역에서 유럽지역으로의 철도교통루트는 중국횡단철도(TCR), 만주횡단철도(TMR), 몽골횡단철도(TMGR)를 통하여 연결이 가능하며, 이중 한반도와 직접 연결되는 철도는 TCR과 TSR이다. 수송거리와 시간의 단축, 비용의 절감이라는 경제적 이유와 유라시아 물류망 확보라는 측면에서 이들 지역 관계국가들은 깊은 관심을 가지고 있다. 많은 미래예측서들 중에 동남아를 중심으로 한 태평양 연안의 발전을 낙관적으로 조망한 책들이 다수 끼어 있다. 미래의 바다로 예견되는 태평양권의 발전은 일본을 비롯한 '네 마리 용'의 역할에 따라 변화가 예상된다는 것이 필자들의 한결같은 주장이다. 한편 한반도의 통일이 국제정치와 경제에 많은 영향을 끼칠 것이라는 예견도 있어 관심을 끈다.

우리나라에서 동굴에 대한 관심을 갖게 된 것은 지극히 최근의 일이다. 즉 본격적인 동굴탐사가 시작된 것은 지금으로부터 약 15년 전부터의 일이다. 동굴이 관광개발되어 그 지역주민의 소득증대에 이바지하게 된 것은 겨우 10년의 역사밖에 되지 않는다. 그러나 이들 동굴에 대한 각 학계의 관심은 나날이 고조되어 이제 제주도의 빌레못동굴은 세계제1의 단일용암동굴도 등장하게 되었고, 다시 만장굴은 용암동굴계 시스템으로서 세계 제일가는 각광을 받게 되었다. (중략)

Local festivals, an intangible tourism resource, contribute to the development of the local tourism industry by developing specialized products and tourism products to develop the region. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between perception, perception, and relationship quality through technical analysis of perception of southern food among college students of Namdo area. Through the analysis and empirical analysis, we tried to provide an understanding of local traditional foods and provide them as a basic data for local traditional food as a tourism resource. It directly or indirectly supports the results of previous studies. It directly or indirectly supports the results of previous studies. Therefore, the perception that can be expressed by knowing the characteristics of the local food is expressed by the continuous relationship and maintenance of the local food, so that the trust, the commitment, and the satisfaction expressed as the quality of the relationship can be expressed as the continuing relationship, maintenance and interest. If the meaning of local food and storytelling are given in order to induce growth and development of food tourism as a local food, it will be very helpful for building image of local traditional food. If local food is perceived as a favorable or unattractive attitude, it will be related to meaning and continuous interest and food and beverage behavior as local people such as active interest and pride in local food, It is believed that food will play a big role in the growth and development of tourism resources.

This study intends to investigate how many LIS students take a interest in cultural programs offered by local libraries, and whether such a interest leads to actual participation in cultural programs. To the end, surveys and in-depth interviews were conducted on 2nd and 3rd year students from department of Library and Information Science in Busan. The result of this study shows low participation and passive attitude, even though LIS students fully recognize the importance of cultural programs in local libraries. The final suggestions include both educational strategies and practical guidance which might be helpful to attract voluntary participation from prospective librarians and to promote absorption of domain knowledge.
