본 논문에서는 지역사회 유전체역학센터 및 질환군별 유전체연구센터로부터 수집되는 한국인 유전체 시료와 이에 관련된 시료 접수 정보, 시료 보관 위치 정보, 시료 정도 관리(Quality Control) 정보, 분양 정보 등을 체계적으로 저장ㆍ관리하기 위하여 시료 정보 관리 시스템을 구축하였다. 시료 접수자 및 정보 관리자는 시료 정보 관리 시스템을 통해 인간의 DNA, cell, serum, urine 등과 같은 유전체 시료를 접수하고 관리할 수 있으며 이들 정보에 대한 집계 현황을 참조할 수 있다. 또한, 지역사회 유전체역학센터 및 질환군별 유전체연구센터에서 입력한 개인식별 정보, 임상 정보, 생활습관 정보 등과 유전체 시료 정보와의 연계가 가능하다. 이는 관련 연구진에게 인간 유전체 시료를 활용할 수 있는 기반을 제공함으로써 유전체 연구의 활성화에 기여할 수 있다.

The cadastral administration is centered around cadastral maps. It is increasing that demand of the public for effective administration and higher quality of service through the development of application program of cadastral maps maintenance. Geo-Spatial Information System which is based on the graphic database of Yuseong-ku, Daejon City and the attribute database about cadastral information has been developed for effective maintenance and use in the part of map editing, public land price management and multi-parcel based work. In this pi-lot study, pointing out difficulties of database implementation and many experiences in the development of application program will be used effectively for further expansion of the automation of the cadastral administration.

부동산문제등과 관련하여 지적(地籍) 및 용도지역지구 자료의 중요성이 부각되면서, 복잡한 법적 절차를 갖춘 시스템이 구축되고 있다. 그 중 한국토지정보시스템(KLIS)은 각 지자체별 지적 및 도시계획 관련 데이터 구축, 업무시스템 및 건축 인허가등의 민원발급, 부동산 관련 다양한 통계 등을 제공하고 있다. 그러나, 이 시스템이 설치되어 있는 시군구 중 일반구(區)를 포함한 시(市)의 경우는 법적인 편집 권한이 다른 기관에서 공통 데이터베이스의 편집에 따른 데이터 무결성 문제와 네트워크 장애에 따른 업무 지연 등의 업무 연속성 문제를 야기할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 일반구가 포함된 시(市)에서의 지적도편집, 용도지역지구도 편집 등 이종의 기관에서 이루어지는 분산 환경 데이터베이스편집에 따른 동기화의 문제점을 제기하고, 이러한 문제점을 보완할 수 있도록 트랜잭션 단위로 공간 및 속성 데이터의 복제를 담당하는 Replicator를 이용한 분산 데이터베이스 동기화 아키텍처를 제안하고, 동기화부분과 표준화부분, 트랜잭션관리부분으로 구성되어 있는 Replicator의 구성요소를 설계 및 구현하고 Replicator를 이용한 분산 데이터베이스의 변경부분을 미반영 데이터베이스에 반영하는 처리절차와 처리 후 결과를 제시하여, 지적 및 용도지역관련 데이터를 두 개 이상의 기관에서 동시에 편집한 내용이 실시간으로 두 기관의 분산 데이터베이스에 변경 분이 반영되어 모두 동기화 되어 있는 것을 공간데이터 편집기로 확인해 볼 수 있었다.

본 연구는 정보기술에 관련된 신문기사의 내용과 성격에 관하여 분석하였다. 동아일보와 조선일보양대 일간지를 88년 1월 부터 92년 12월 까지 5년동안 조사하였으며 총 1551건의 정보기술 관련 기사를 분석하였다. 조사결과를 보면 1988년 부터 1992년 사이에 양대 신문에 나타난 정보기술 관련기사가 점점 더 증가하는 추세를 보였으며 이는 정보화사회의 도래와 함께 정보기술이 우리사회의 여러분야로 확산되고 있음을 잘 보여주고 있다고 하겠다. 기사의 내용은 원격통신, 신제품 개발, 컴퓨터관련 교육, 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 개발과 유통 등에 관련된 기사가 주류를 이루었으며 그외에 공장자동화, 사무자동화, 가사자동화, 컴퓨터관련 범죄, 데이타베이스, 지역정보화, 멀티미디어 등에 관한 주제가 다루어졌다. 한편, 정보기술 관련기사의 성격은 기존의 신문기사에서 부정적인 기사가 주류를 이루고 있는 것과는 달리 긍정적인 기사가 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 것으로 드러났다. 이는 정보기술이 비교적 새로운 분야이므로 정보기술의 부정적인 측면보다 긍정적인 측면을 부각시키고 있기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 최근의 기사에서는 컴퓨터 사용에 관련된 문제점, 컴퓨터를 이용한 범죄, 개인의 프라이버시 침해 등 부정적인 측면의 문제도 제기되고 있다. 신문기사의 내용분석에 의하면 기업의 업종에 따라 정보기술의 활용면에서도 분명한 차이를 보여주고 있는데 제조업의 경우 기업의 내부 물적활동, 생산활동, 외부 물적활동에 관한 기사들이 많았으며 서비스업종의 경우에는 고객에 대한 협상력을 증가시키는데 관련된 기사들이 많았고, 하드웨어나 소프트웨어 산업의 경우에는 고객에 대한 협상력을 증가시키는 문제와 함께 대체재의 개발에 관련된 기사도 많이 등장하였다.

Changing of industry structure and development of traffic and telecommunications requires a change of the knowledge about the space where the human beings reside. Step by step the world is being divided into specified utility blocks. Today there is a limit that only one local government can compete with another region in the world. This study provides decision support tools with the use of GIS on the regional level for regions competition. GIS establishes regions and analyzes their geographic environment data, which will help in local-government problem solving and provide framework data for similar regions to become the community. The wide-area GIS application can present an objective and rational basis for regulation of inefficient investments and excessive competition between adjacent regions. The study area is Gangwon-do. Considering specific features of Gangwon-do which preserved high-quality environment resources, river basins were taken as a basis among natural regional elements. The main object of analysis conducted were the facts relevant to environmental regulation. The Gangwon-do consists of three regions in this study: Yongdong region, North-Hangang region and South-Hangang region. The analysis of each region regulation cases showed the following: in Youngdong region the forests regulation rate is high, in North-Hangang region the military installations protection sector's rate as well as regulation rate for water resources protection is relatively high, in South-Hangang region the forest and water resources regulation rate is high. The percentage of forests and water regulation rate appeared to be rather high in Gangwon-do, which means that the value of forest and water resources there is very high.

본 연구에서는 농촌지역의 재난안전마을 구축을 위한 핵심요소를 도출하기 위해 첫째, 농촌지역의 재난관리 현황을 알아보았고 둘째, 재난안전 및 마을만들기 관련 전문가를 대상으로 의식조사를 실시하였다. 셋째, 이를 바탕으로 농촌지역 재난안전마을 구축을 위한 중요 요소를 검토하였다.

This study analyzes the present conditions and operations of digital information rooms in the five selected university libraries located in Daegu and Kyoungpook area, with a special regard to the personnel, size of the room, facilities, collections, user instructions and public relations, and related tasks being done. It concludes with some suggestions and recommendations to improve the existing practices and the works in the room based on the result from this study.

최근에 디지털융합에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되면서 디지털융합의 한 분야인 전자문화지도는 연구자들의 학문연구방법으로도 활용되고 있다. 전자문화지도는 특정지역의 문화를 나타내기 위해 지도를 인터페이스로 활용하여 점, 선, 면 등 다양한 방법으로 지도위에 정보화된 데이터를 나타낸다. 본 논문에서는 지도의 특성을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있도록 특정지역연구를 위한 연구방법으로 활용할 수 있는 지식지도시스템을 설계한다. 세부적으로 해외지역 가운데 지중해지역을 중심으로 시스템을 설계하며 지중해지역과 관련된 연구결과물에 대한 요약정보를 주제, 지역, 시간값의 매핑을 통해 제공한다. 본 시스템은 학문동향에 관한 정보를 효율적으로 제공함으로써 인문 지역학 연구자들의 연구방법으로 활용하고자 한다.

This paper aims to investigate the characteristics of innovation activities and informal networks of venture companies in Daegu region. The most important knowledge source of them for innovation is in house. The next are customers, competitors, and public supporters. And it was investigated that regional venture companies have participated in 1-5 informal network organizations. They primarily achieve such knowledges as, technologies, new business opportunities, and marketing information, through participation in informal networks. The reasons why they have taken part in informal networks are to get new informations and acquire new business opportunities. Particularly The informal networks between ventures companies and other regional economic actors have helped the regional venture companies to obtain more economic performance and to establish social capital, such as faith, with other economic actors.
