The purpose of this study is to implement concept of public to passenger ship route to promote benefits and adopt competition principle among ship companies to elevate business efficiency. As of year 2005, passenger ships operate in 106 routes departing from 10 harbors including Mokpo, Masan, and Inchonto provide transportation system to island residents. Contrast to other public transportation systems excluding some tourism routes, this essential passenger ship are unable to fulfill various customer services to the passengers due to stagnation or declination. In addition, route adjustment and flexible passenger ship operation are not expected due to private property right of the route. Therefore, establishment of public transportation system for remote island route is initiated for the connection between cities and islands, boost travel industry of island economy, and balanced growth oh the nation.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the core policies of local government directors by performing centrality analysis on their core policies using network text analysis method. From the research results, it was verified to some extent that major policies of local government directors were changing during the path to arrive at 5th civil election. However, according to policy type by Peterson (development policy, allocation policy and redistribution policy) it was found that they still focused on development policies. However, it is encouraging that the government directors elected in the 5th election started to pay attention to 'Culture' which is one of allocation policies.

After the Paris Agreement in 2015, the government has been promoting various policies such as 'Hydrogen-Economy Roadmap(2019)' to supply hydrogen. As part of this, the government announced the goal of building 310 hydrogen refueling stations(HRS) until 2022. To this end, special case standard for the introduction of complex, packaged, and mobile hydrogen refueling stations(MHRS) have been enacted and promulgated. The MHRS has the advantage of being able to supply hydrogen to multiple regions. However, due to the movement and close distance between facilities, it is necessary to secure proper installation standards and operational safety through safety analysis. In this study, the possibility of introduction was investigated by designing a standard model and quantitative risk assessment(QRA). As a result of QRA, personal and social risk were acceptable, and the empirical test direction and implications were derived.

Through academic-industrial collaboration program, special knowledge and human resources in the university are utilized in the society and it may contribute to the development of industry and enhance the competitiveness of the corporation to the activation and acceleration of the regional economy and finally to the enhancement of competitiveness of national industry in international level. This study is based upon design process for the development of body-shower product for bath room, and expected to be used as an important educational material for establishment of order-based education system which conforms to the job site needs that may be analysed from feedback of product results and for practical learning.

Northeast Asia region is becoming the hub of world trade with China as the center. Integration of this region's economy is now visualized, domestic trade and international division of labor will be more invigorated. Especially on electrical and electronics industry is a large proportion of the trading volume between Korea and China and now, Present condition of electrical and electronics trading industry can effect on whole trading industry. In this study, conducting analysis of the current Korea-China electrical and electronics industry trading and advanced research, and find out the implication to trading volume with the panel analysis. As the results Korean/Chinese GDP, revealed comparative advantage, and foreign direct investment have an effect on the trading volume.

This study postulates a study model to examine the effect on the local economy revitalization of a selection of local resources, the local innovation capability strengthening, the establishment of promotion system and the creation of revenues for the participant groups of the local industry promotion project. To accomplish study purposes, 169 response samples from 85 project groups which drive the local industry promotion project were verified using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0. The results showed that firstly, the selection of local resources had a significant effect on the local innovation capability strengthening. Secondly, the local innovation capability strengthening had a significant effect on the establishment of promotion system. Thirdly, the establishment of promotion system had a significant effect on the creation of revenues. Fourthly, the selection of local resources didn't have an effect on the revitalization of local economy. Fifthly, both the local innovation capability strengthening and the establishment of promotion system didn't have an effect on the revitalization of local economy. Sixthly, the creation of revenues had a significant effect on the revitalization of local economy. According to the verifications of study model, the revitalization of local economy is achieved by inducing creation of revenues through the local innovation capability strengthening and the establishment of promotion system after the selection of local resources. From these results, this study presents suggestions, limits of study and directions in the future study.

In this research the problems and ways to improve the three mural villages and how to make use of digital contents have been sought. Three ways of solutions were searched for the problems. Firstly, The geographical and cultural advantages of the villages were not in practical use, so in long term, making proper brands of the villages is recommended. Secondly, most of the paintings are wall paintings. So in the aspects of esthetics, more wall paintings are encouraged to be made with ceramic works. Lastly, there should be various festivals in connection with the villages. Various smart phone applications should be prepared for easier use of digital contents such as sights, foods, and accommodation, Mural villages have become one of attractions for both local and foreign tourists. More tourists should feel free to visit the mural villages.

In recent decades, China's economy has grown rapidly and two-dimensional bar code-based payments services have been activated. This is a model that will be introduced by developing countries that lack mobile payment infrastructure, and countries that are looking to leap into cashless societies are also drawing attention. Along with this, the existing CRM market is expanding around the mobile device called m-CRM, and research is active on the importance of collective use for online advertising and two-dimensional bar code-based payments services. Therefore, through this study, we have explored the concepts and status of online advertising and customer relationship management which using the two-dimensional bar code-based system, and designed and implemented the method and mobile application system to effectively disseminate transactional advertising information at the point of sale or at the point of share. We also presented an application approach to look at the direction of two-dimensional bar code-based ads contents sharing system and its development.

태풍은 단시간동안 인류활동에 막대한 영향력을 미치는 저기압 시스템 중 하나로 인류에 중요한 수자원을 공급하여 물 부족 현상을 해소하거나, 열대해역에 축적된 과잉 에너지를 수송하여 에너지 균형을 유지하고, 해양 및 대기 정화로 인한 생태계를 활성화하는 긍정적인 면과 육지에 상륙함에 따라 심한 강풍과 폭우를 동반하여 인적 경제적 피해를 주는 부정적인 면을 동시에 지니고 있는 중요한 대기현상이다(Lee, 2006; Wang, 2010; Xu, 2013; Delphine et al., 2013). 2002년 루사, 2003년 매미, 2012년 볼라벤, 2013년 하이옌 그리고 2016년 차바와 같이 세력이 강한 태풍으로 인해 동아시아 지역은 매년 막대한 인명 및 재산피해가 야기되고 있는 실정임에 따라, 태풍으로 인한 재해를 최소화하고 태풍이 가지는 긍정적인 혜택을 적극 활용하기 위해서는 태풍의 활동 및 호우 예측 및 경향성에 대해 보다 정량적인 연구가 필요하다(Oh et al., 2011; Kim and Jain, 2011; Li and Zhou, 2012; Son et al., 2013). 따라서, 본 연구에서는 Son et al.(2014)이 제시한 태풍의 경로 및 규모를 고려한 태풍 추출기법을 적용하여 한반도에 영향을 미친 태풍 및 태풍강우를 추출하였으며, 이를 과거 1977-1994년(Period 1)과 1995-2012년(Period 2) 두 기간으로 분류하였다. 또한, 태풍의 최대풍속을 기준으로 3단계(35-64kt, 65-94kt, 95kt이상)로 구분하여 과거 시기별 태풍 활동(최대풍속, 최소중심기압, 발생빈도, 발생지점, 전향점, 경로) 특성을 분석하고, 과거 시기별 태풍강우(시간 최대 태풍강우량, 총 태풍 강우량)의 변화 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후, 태풍과 관련하여 수질개선 및 수자원확보 등과 같은 태풍 활용방안과 태풍 피해저감을 위한 치수대책 수립 등에 대한 기초자료로 활용가능하며, 기후변화로 인해 야기될 수 있는 태풍의 활동 및 강우 특성 변화를 파악하는 데 이용가능 할 것으로 판단된다.

This article identifies the nature of international relations and education and examines their potential. To achieve this goal, international relations and education can be found in supporting economically deprived regions and contributing to the development of the world based on mutual understanding. Next, the current status of international education exchanges was examined by the Ministry of Education, the National Institute for International Education, and the Gyeongnam Office of Education's International relations and Education Center. The status of international relations and education shown in these three subjects is active in practice, but there was also a limit to theorizing about them and making explanations or predictions. Based on this, the possibility of international education exchanges was discussed by the government or education office, which can bring about educational autonomy, contribute to the growth of the country through support for resource-poor countries, limited development assistance, poor academic development.
