필리핀 항만물류시설 투자환경 및 투자유망지역 분석 연구

  • 우리나라 해운 항만 물류기업의 국제물류 서비스 향상 및 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안 가운데 하나는 해외 현지 물류네크워크 구축이며 이를 통해 고객이 원하는 물류서비스 제공 및 글로벌 시장 내 경쟁력 확보 차원에서 필수적이다. 그러나 아직까지 필리핀 물류시장에 대한 우리나라의 해운 항만 물류기업 진출 및 투자 지원에 관한 체계적인 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 인도에 진출하는 우리나라 화주기업 및 물류기업의 물류 애로사항 해소 지원, 해운 물류기업의 경쟁력 강화 등 정부차원의 다양한 정책과 지원 사업에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 필리핀 항만물류시장의 현황을 분석한 후 향후 우리나라 해운 항만 물류기업들이 물류 네트워크 구축 방안을 수립하는데 있어 투자대상 시설 및 투자 유망지역 등 다양한 정보를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 필리핀 물류시장을 면밀히 파악하는 것뿐만 아니라 필리핀 경제, 인프라 현황, 기업 분포 등 다양한 지표 분석을 통해 물류서비스 경쟁력 제고에 기여할 수 있는 투자 유망지역을 제시하였다.

Analyzing Patterns of Sales and Floating Population Using Markov Chain (마르코브 체인을 적용한 유동인구의 매출 및 이동 패턴 분석)

  • Recently, as the issue of gentrification emerges, it becomes important to understand the dynamics of local commercial district, which plays the important role for facilitating the local economy and building the community in a city. This paper attempts to provide the framework for systemically analyzing and understanding the local commercial district. Then, this paper empirically analyzes the patterns of sales and flow of floating population by focusing on two representative local commercial districts in Seoul. In addition, the floating population data from telecommunication bases is further modeled with Markov chain for systemically understanding the local commercial districts. Finally, the transition patterns and consumption amounts of floating population are comprehensively analyzed for providing the implications on the evolutions of local commercial districts in a city. We expect that findings of our study could contribute to the economic growth of local commercial district, which could lead to the continuous development of city economy.

  • Niagara Region in Canada is located in the Northeast industrial area of North America which experienced severe de-industrialization since the 1960s. Since the climate there is very cold in winter time, agricultural activities can not be well practiced. However, this area became well-known to the world with the IceWine industry. This paper introduces and analyses how this became possible to find out factors contributing to the success and draw implications to other regions. Based on case studies on wineries, this paper concludes key factors of the success as innovative activities of founding fathers of leading wineries and cooperations among governments, universities, and wineries of the region.

  • The purpose of this study was analyze life condition and needs for welfare service of women with disabilities in adult in Gyeongbuk. And to suggest ways to support effective. Method was conducted a questionnaire survey of 465 subjects. The results of this study was as follows: First, The women with disabilities in young adults was two generations, one children, high school graduate, spouseless, mental disabilities. Also, The needs for welfare services about economic activities and employment was high. Second, The women with disabilities in middle-age people was two generations, two children, high school graduate, spouse, physical or cerebral palsy disabilities. Also, The needs for welfare services about daily activity support, economic activities, employment and pregnancy, childbirth, childcare was high. Third, The women with disabilities in older adults was single-person household, three children, elementary school graduate, spouseless, physical or cerebral palsy disabilities. Also, The needs for welfare services about health and medical care was high. Finally, They needs support in economic activities, employment and daily activity support and pregnancy, childbirth, childcare, and health, medical care. Based on this, Suggestions for effective support were suggested.

공항의 대 항공사 마케팅 전략-인천국제공항의 국제 허브화를 위하여-

  • 아시아지역은 경제적 침체기에서 서서히 회복되어가면서 항공교통수요 또한 경제적 위기 이전의 수준으로 회복해가고 있고 21세기의 새로운 출발과 동북아지역 국가들의 경제활동 활성화로 새로운 항공교통수요가 증대되어가고 있는 시점이다. 동북아 국가들은 자국의 경제 활성화를 위해 공항의 새로운 건설과 확장 등을 계획$.$실행해오고 있으며, 이를 통하여 동북아지역에서의 항공산업의 우위성을 확보하려하고 있다. 중국, 일본 등 우리나라와 경쟁관계에 있는 나라들이 기존 공항의 확장과 신설을 통해 경쟁력을 높이려하고 있으며, 공항의 경쟁력을 높이는데 필수적 요소 중의 하나인 외국 항공사의 유치를 위한 對항공사 마케팅을 다양하고 구체적인 방법으로 실행하고 있다. 우리나라도 2001년 동북아의 중추적인 공항의 건설과 개항을 맞이하여 이들 경쟁공항과의 경쟁에서 우위성을 확보하기 위한 하나의 방안으로서 자국 및 외국항공사의 비행편 유치에 대한 공항마케팅 측면에서의 접근이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구는 우리나라와 지리적인 국토면적 여건이 비슷한 암스테르담 스키폴공항, 히드로공항 등의 공항들이 취하고 있는 대항공사마케팅 정책과 대항공사 유치를 위해 현재 실행하고 있는 방법들을 통해 앞으로 인천국제공항이 공항마케팅에서의 대항공사 마케팅 전략 수립시 고려 방안들을 제시하고자한다. 이에 공항마케팅의 일반적인 고찰과 외국 선진공항들의 대항공사마케팅전략을 고찰하고, 현재 인천국제공항의 경쟁공항인 동북아지역의 중국 및 일본 공항들의 현황등을 살펴보고자 한다. 마지막으로는 계량적 방법과 문헌들을 통해 여러 가지 방안들을 고려하여 인천국제공항이 실행하여야하는 대항공사마케팅전략방안을 제시하여 본 연구의 목적을 달성하려한다. 및 화물교통량의 증가를 예상하여 5%, 10%, 20%의 증가에 대한 민감도 분석을 실시한 결과 대안1의 경우 교통량의 변화 및 화물통행의 시간가치의 증가시 사회적 편익이 오히려 감소하였고, 대안2와 3의 경우 사회적 편익이 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 경부고속도로의 화물차량의 구성비에 따라 대안 1의 경우 오히려 화물차의 통행시간이 증가함에 그 원인이 있다 할 것이다. 이상과 같은 결론을 통하여 경부고속도로상의 화물전용차선의 설치시는 수답렬 교통량의 구성비와 구간 평균교통량에 의하여 그 효과가 다르게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 물류비용 절감차원에서의 화물전용차선의 설치는 본 연구에서 나타낸 방법과 같이 수단간의 경제적 편익을 고려한 구간별 시간대별 효과분석을 통하여 정책의 시행여부가 결정되어야 할 것이다. 한편, 화물전용차선의 설치로 인한 물류비용의 절감을 보다 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 종합류류 전산망의 시급한 구축과 함께 화물차의 적재율을 높이고 공차율을 낮출 수 있는 운송체계의 수립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그라나 이러한 화물전용차선의 효과는 단기적인 치유책일 수밖에 없기 때문에 물류유통 시설의 확충을 위한 사회간접자본의 구축을 서둘러 시행하여야 할 것이다.으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군으로 추정된다. 이러한 사실은 3개 시추공을 대상으로 실시한 시추공 내 물리검층과 정압주입시험에서도 확인된다.. Around East Sea Region Port Logistics Industry Activation Scheme with Gangwon Province (환동해권 항만물류산업 활성화방안 - 강원도를 중심으로 -)

  • This study aims to contribute regional economic development by means of searching port logistics industry activation scheme of Gangwon province which has locational advantage around the East Sea Region. Thus, this thesis was provided the port logistics industry activation schemes of that region in the point of local and government view. In the local government level, this study was provided the selection of a key port and its intensive development, establishment of port networking among major port and e-port system of this region, and enlargement of the FTA etc. Also this study was required the relative industry invitation and upbringing, and intensive port logistics marketing activity. On the other hand, in the government level, it needs larger SOC investment for enlargement of direct accessibility and connection to the Gangwon-do ports, and required the intensive and efficient support. Finally, it was proposed the establishment of the total logistics expert education system.

  • As the concentration of people in urban area become severe and abnormal meteorological disasters such as regional torrential rains, heavy snows, sweltering heat, and so on have been increasing, the interest on the urban meteorological information service, which considers the specific characteristics of metropolitan areas in weather forecasting, are also increasing. The urban meteorological information service is one of up-to-date technologies which observes urban weather in a more microscale perspective compared to the present weather forecasting system and provides useful meteorological information which is specialized for metropolises in real time. Therefore, urban meteorological information service is expected to contribute to the increase in quality of life for citizens and to the development of industry in urban areas. In this study, we estimate the economic benefit of the urban meteorological information service using contingent valuation method with survey data of the citizens who are expected to be the direct customers of this new information service. As a result, we conclude that the household is willing to pay 5,963 Korean won per year on average, during a period of five years, for receiving this meteorological information service, and this willingness-to-pay is varied by the socio-economic characteristics of head of the household.

A Study on Regional Competitiveness of the Part Material Industry (소재·부품산업의 지역경쟁력 분석)

  • The purpose of this study to analyze the regional competitiveness of the part material industry in Korea. According to the analysis, there was an empirical regional difference in the part material industry in Korea: in the Seoul Metropolitan Area, the industrial scale was found to be relatively small, although many companies were observed to be in the growing stage; in the Chungcheong region, it was estimated that the industrial scale is large, and many companies were found to have already reached the maturation stage with high growth rates; and in Honam and Jeju, Daekyung and Gangwon, and Dongnam, although the scale of the part material industry was found to be large, many companies were observed to be in the declining stage with low growth rates. This study also conducted an analysis based on LQ (Location Quotient) and RLQ (Relative efficiency of Labor Quotient). The analysis showed that industrial policies regarding workforce planning and industrial restructuring should focus on improving the productivity of the entire part material industry. Lastly, this study examined the competitive part material industry for the five regions by analyzing the RCC (Regional Competition Component). The findings of this study will be helpful in exploring ways to support the domestic part material industries in each region.

China's 'One Belt and One Load' and China's Economic Status (중국의 일대일로(一帶一路) 추진과 중국경제 위상)

  • China's 'One Belt and One Load' is a national development strategy that aims to develop China and Eurasian Economic Area into a single economic Area by overland and sea routes. Thus, China's 'One Belt and One Load' construction will be a new engine for China and global economic development. At the same time, expected to have a significant impact on the international economic order and the enhancement the status of the Chinese economy. First of all, 'One Belt and One Load' will contribute to China's social stability by reducing the development gap between the East and West regions to some extent, as well as solving the problems of overcapacity and overproduction in China. Moreover, with a stable supply of energy resources, it will also contribute to the stable development of the Chinese economy. China's 'One Belt and One Load' will also enhance China's status by enhancing the level of Chinese influence and RMB in the international economy, in addition to the economic development of China and 'One Belt and One Load' consecutive countries. In particular, it will weaken the influence of the US, which has dominated the hegemony in the international community. Therefore, Korea, which maintains close economic relations with China, needs to prepare for countermeasures by closely monitoring the change in China's status as a result of China's 'One Belt and One Load' construction.

  • This study aims to understand history and adaptive strategies of Bitgoul iCOOP Consumer's Coopertive Association(BCCA). BCCA have twofold identity as civil society organization and economic management organization. Going through several ups and downs from the founding up to now date, BCCA has adapted successfully. The numbers of association member have steadily increased and activity areas have extended consistently. Moreover united activity with local civil society have expanded both quantitatively and qualitatively. These success results from store business which stated from 2008. But maintaining successful management conditions, the numbers of association member should increase steadily and staff organization have grown in size. At the results, BCAA have been bureaucratized and recruitment of core staffs is difficult more and more.
