자연환경의 보전이란 현재 잔존하고 있는 자연환경을 앞으로의 오염과 파괴에서 보호할 뿐 아니라 이미 파손된 것이라 하더라도 과거의 원형대로 복구시키는 노력이 포함되고 있는 것이다. 다시 말해서 경제개발이나 생산개발에 의하여 여태까지의 자연환경이 점차 파괴 또는 오염되어 가고 있음이 사실이나 이들은 곳에 따라 그 정도에 차이가 있는 것이다. 어떻게 말하면 급속적인 지역개발에 의하여 자연이 오염 또는 파괴되어 가고 있는 것이 현실이라 하겠다. 그러나 이것은 보다 나은 인간생활의 현상을 위하여 자연을 개조하거나 극복한다고 할 수 있으므로 이로 인한 환경파괴 때문에 지역개발을 기피하여서는 아니 될 일인 것이다.(중략)

This study is to understand the needs of local character design for SNS marketing and find development plan. We analyzed successful cases in Korea and Japan to find out development plan of competitive local character for SNS marketing. Method of study was literature research, case study and in-depth interview, based on component of character. These are the results. First, development of local character has to consider the use in SNS marketing. Second, local character has to be more concerned with intimacy than Symbolic. Third, it should have attractive visual, reflecting the taste of people. Fourth, it should have creative design to arouse people's curiosity. Finally, name and design of the character should be intuitive. Therefore, we expect improvement of Korean local characters, which reflect SNS marketing and current trends.

지방자치단체별로 특성화된 이벤트의 개발은 지역사회의 경제 문화 발전에 많은 영향을 끼치면 또한 주민들의 적극적인 참여로 인해 그 시너지효과는 더욱 커진다. 지역이벤트를 개최목적과 지역특성반영정도에 따라 분류하였다. 이벤트개최목적을 주민공동체의식함양과 지역경제활성화로 나누고, 또한 이벤트의 내용이 지역특성을 반영하는 정도에 따라 분류하여 이벤트의 형태를 4가지로 나누었다. 지역주민공동체의식함양을 목적이며 지역단위특성이 있는 이벤트를 지역고유이벤트라 하였고, 이는 지역의 전통문화 또는 지역의 지리적특성 등을 살리면서 지역주민의 공동체의식을 높이는 것을 목적으로 하는 이벤트이다. 반면에 같은 목적을 가지면서도 지역특성이 반영되는 정도가 낮은 이벤트가 있을 수 있다. 이는 체육대회 등 순수 공동체의식제고에 목적을 둔 이벤트이다. 또한 문화적 요인 등 뿐만 아니라 지역산업의 특성을 지니면서 지역경제활성화를 목적으로 하는 이벤트가 있을 수 있고, 동일한 목적을 지향하지만 지역단위특성을 반영하는 정도가 낮은 이벤트가 있을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 경남과 전남에서 실시되고 있는 이벤트들의 현황을 보고, 동서지역 특성을 살핀 다음, 동서지역 특성에 맞는 이벤트 개발방향을 모색하였다. 경남과 전남은 각기 독특한 특성을 가지면서도 수려한 한려해상, 지리산, 섬진강과 같은 자연자원을 공유하고 있으며, 또한 전남과 경남 공히 넓은 평야를 중심으로 하는 쌀농사라는 공통점이 있고, 그리고 전남에는 제철, 석유화학 등 기간산업이 경남지역에는 중공업 산업들이 발달해 있다. 이러한 요인들을 결합하여 양지역의 특성을 살리면서 효과적으로 연계할 수 있는 이벤트 개발방향이 모색되었다. 또한 충무공 이순신, 장보고, 사명대사, 허준과 같은 역사적 인물들이 동서지역을 넘자들면서 활동을 하였는 바 이를 이벤드화 하는 방안도 모색되었다.

정보통신부와 행정자치부에서 추진중인 지역정보화 사업에는 지방자치제 시대에 발맞추어 지역의 특성을 살린 정보제공을 목표로 한 지역 정보화 센터를 설립하여 지역 주민들에게 생활정보, 산업정보, 행정정보를 제공할 수 있도록 계획하고 있다. 현재 지방자치단체에서는 이러한 업무를 수행할 수 있는 정보화 관련 인력조차 확보하고 있지 못하고 있으며, 또한 업무 개발 경험도 많지 못하여 지방자치단체의 자체 개발은 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 각 지역에 소재한 중ㆍ소기업들에게 제공할 수 있는 산업정보와 일반 시민들이 필요로 하는 생활정보의 기본적인 내용과 틀을 마련하여 전국의 232개 시 군ㆍ구의 지역 정보화 센터에서 활용할 수 있는 컨텐츠를 개발한다.

This study starts from the fact that we need residential complex for the purpose of public interests, rather than for profits, and find a new perspective on the concept of public-oriented residential complex in the cities that had slow growth. In this study, we 1) propose a new concept of the residential complex that can vitalize regional communities and maintain the interest of the public : 'functional-mix', 'social-mix', 'spatial-mix', 2) produce a model simulation based on the development principles including development direction, types of development, and design guidelines, ; six development principles(goal, concept, development type, spatial structure, space element, spatial hierarchy), diversity of housing types, facilities that can vitalize and contribute the regional communities 3) propose practical methods that can realize and promote the proposed concept and model simulation. ; need to amend the housing construction Law.

제주도는 연 평균 강우량이 전국 평균의 1.5배에 해당하는 다우지역이다. 그러나 화산섬으로서의 특수한 지형 및 지질구조 때문에 지표수가 거의 발달하지 않았으며, 이러한 수문지질여건으로 인하여 수자원의 대부분을 지하수 개발에 의존할 수 밖에 없어 용수 수요량의 증가를 충족시키기 위한 지하수 개발이 가속화되어 왔다. 그러나 지하수의 과다개발 등으로 지하수의 부존량은 점차 감소할 수 밖에 없는 실정이며, 제주도의 투수성이 높은 지질과 토양으로 지하수 오염에 취약해 최근 수질기준을 초과하는 지역이 늘어나고 있는 실정이다. 이에 제주 당국은 국제자유도시특별법 규정에 권장대상 빗물이용시설에 대한 시설비 보조에 관한 사항 등을 정하여 우수이용을 권장하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 제주도지역의 강우패턴과 세대별 생활용수량 자료를 조사 분석하여 효율적인 가정용 우수 이용 시스템으로서 갈수기에도 안정적으로 용수를 공급받을 수 있는 저류탱크의 크기 및 우수배관의 관경결정 기법을 개발하고 수질의 안정화를 위한 우수수질 안정화 기법을 제시하였다. 우수이용 시스템의 설계를 위하여 개발한 모형인 DDP, DOS 모형을 이용하여 강우 및 용수의 기초자료가 비교적 풍부한 제주도 지역에 적용함으로써 국내의 다른 산간지역과 도서지역에서도 본 시스템의 적용이 용이하게 될 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 본 시스템 및 시스템 모형화에 대한 지속적인 연구를 통하여 보다 경제적이고 안정적인 시스템 설계가 가능한 범용적인 모형의 개발을 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Recently, research, development and interest in story-telling has been studied in the cultural industry across the board. In addition, the local legend, history, and the cultural heritage has been increasingly used for the marketing method. This research paper is to find the possibility from the legend, folk story and story-based contents of place names in Seoul. We'd like to find the legendary history and the type related to SEOUL, and to suggest the following application plan to maximize the potential of the contents ; Building a storybank, developing the contents-connected program, developing festivals using the legend and the folk story, developing the legend-connected product, and developing various cultural artistic contents with the place name legends.

The purpose of the study is to investigate the degree of improvement in less prosperous index as a result of development promotion zone projects, one of the most representative projects to develop the less prosperous regions in Korea since 1994. Comparing two less prosperous indices between 1995 and 2008, we performed cluster analysis using change values of ranks. Then, we analysed spatial pattern of clusters. The result showed that the extent of improvement of the less prosperous index was higher in Jeollan-do and Chungcheong-do, and slightly lower in Gangwon-do and northern part of Gyeongsanbuk-do.

It is important to understand what affects community satisfaction. Because community impacts and participation is a central aspect of fostering local community development, it is important to understand how these processes occur. The study aims to identify the factors influencing community satisfaction and to examine the moderating effects of community participation between community perceived impacts and community satisfaction. Data were collected from 328 usable questionnaires among community residents participating rural development projects in Buyeo and Chungyang county, Chungnam province. Results of a factor analysis yielded four dimensions of community perceived impacts which were negative socio-economic impacts, positive economic impacts, positive environmental impacts, and positive social impacts. Hierarchical regression analysis revealed that negative socio-economic impacts, positive economic impacts, and positive environmental impacts affected significantly for community satisfaction. it reveals that there are moderating effects on community participation of negative socio-economic impacts and positive economic impacts. It was suggested that negative socio-economic impacts, positive economic impacts, and community participation should be considered to implement rural development projects and its policy decision making.
