Generally, the propeller shaft rate (PSR) estimation algorithm for the classification of the sonar target has the following problems: it requires both accurate and efficient the fundamental finding method because it is essential and difficult to distinguish harmonic family from the frequency spectrum, and further, it requires an easy design procedure in terms of its structures and parameters. To solve these problems, an evolutionary PSR estimation algorithm using an expert knowledge and the evolution strategy, is proposed. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm effectively solves the problems in the realtime system application.

기존의 레거시 시스템은 개발과정에 있어서 이미 많은 시간과 경험과 지식을 갖고 있기 때문에 조직의 핵심 가치를 지닌 재사용 자산으로 활용할 수 있는 의미있는 자산이다. 그러므로 레거시 시스템에서 사용해 왔던 가치있는 자산들을 웹을 기반으로 한 e-비즈니스 환경에 적용시키고, 다양한 플랫폼에서 사용하기 위한 필요성이 증대되었다. 변화하는 환경에 따라 레거시 시스템을 현대화(Modernization)하는 방법중의 하나로 현재 시스템에서 운용되고 있는 것을 OMG에서 제안한 모델기반아키텍처(MDA)를 사용하여 여러 플랫폼을 쉽게 지원하고 모델기반의 통합을 하고자 한다. MDA 환경을 기반으로 기존의 레거시 시스템을 활용하기 위하여 기존의 소프트웨어를 직접 수정 없이 재사용하거나 PSM에서 PIM 변환을 하기 위하여 래퍼(wrapper를 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 래퍼의 사용에 따른 문제점을 분석하고, 요구에 따라 모델에 대한 접근방식을 다르게 사용하여 시스템의 개선상황에 유연하게 대처할 수 있도록 래퍼를 상황에 따라 적절하게 사용하는 혼합(hybrid) 방식을 적용한 개선전략을 제안하고자 한다.

This aims to study impact of corporate's innovation culture, the recognition of intellectual property's importance and corporate's internal activity for New Product Development on the new product development(NPD) performance by analyzing Kosdaq market listed companies. In contrast to the prior research, this study measures innovation climate which is included with innovative corporate organization climate and the recognition of intellectual property's importance as a impact factors on the new product development performance, along with NPD's strategy, NPD process and independent organization for NPD. The empirical results show that corporate's innovative organization climate and the recognition of intellectual property's importance can impact on the NPD's performance and NPD process can influence on recognition of the attainment of corporate's NPD goal. The study has an implication that it provides a basic data on supporting strategies of how to enhance the Korean companies' new product development performance.

This study introduces the case of a company that newly jumped into the competitive cosmetics market with a brand concept developed through big data analysis. Skin Reverse Lab, which possesses anti-aging material technology, launched a new brand in the skincare cosmetics market. Using a big data analysis program called Luminoso, SNS data was analyzed in four areas, which were consumer attitudes toward overall cosmetics, skincare products, competitors, and consumers' experiences of product use. The age groups and competitors were analyzed through the emotional analysis technique including context, which is the strength of Luminoso, and insights on consumers were derived through the related word analysis and word cloud techniques. Based on the analysis results, Logically Skin have won various awards in famous magazines and apps, and have been recognized as products that meet global trend standards. Besides, it has entered six countries including the United States and Hong Kong. The Logically Skin case is a case in which a new company entered the market with a new brand by deriving consumer insights only from external data, and it is significant as a case of applying AI-based sentiment analysis.

The National Assembly and its institutions have heavy duties to the nation. Knowledge and information resources which they produce, manage and preserve are part of history and evidence of democracy. Therefore, activities for systematic management and long-term preservation of the resources are important tasks at a national level. However, organizational status of the institutions, which are in charge of management and preservation of the resource, are not in accord with their responsibilities. In this context, this study aims at analyzing necessary and sufficient conditions for establishing the National Assembly Larchiveum and at exploring possible strategies. The study conducts literature reviews concerning necessities, procedures, and success factors of collaboration. Futhermore it analyzes various cases and divides them into several types based on collaborative levels and geographical categories. Based on these theoretical discourse the study discuss the history of the National Assembly's memory institutions and obstacles to their collaboration. As a result, it provides alternative strategies for establishing the National Assembly Larchiveum.

창조경제시대로 접어들면서 각국은 소프트웨어 지식산업에 눈을 돌리기 시작했으며, 대표적인 분야로 문화콘텐츠 산업을 주목하고 있다 우리나라도 문화콘텐츠 5대 강국으로의 도약을 위해 콘텐츠 분야를 17개 신성장동력 산업 중의 하나로 포함시켜 산업육성 및 CT R&D 전략을 수립하고 있다. 국내 문화콘텐츠 산업은 연평균 증가율 약 7.1%로 성장, 2012년 약 100조 원을 달성할 것으로 전망되며, IT의 뒤를 이어 신시장 개척과 기존 산업의 고부가가치화를 실현하고 국민의 삶의 질 향상 등 사회복지 증진에도 기여할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 정책을 수립하고 시행함에 있어 OSMU등 문화 콘텐츠의 특성을 고려하고 가치사슬 주체별로 차별화하여 성과확산을 극대화시켜야 할 것이다. 또한 문화콘텐츠 비전을 됫받침하는 창조 협력 경쟁의 정책철학 및 추진체계인 "3CTP 전략'을 통해 산업 및 기술 경쟁력을 강화시켜야 할 것이다.

Smart agriculture has emerged to be a solution to the global food crisis and a new growth engine in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The purpose of this study is to reveal the spatiality of smart agriculture by analyzing smart agriculture policies in major countries and examining how major's agricultural knowledge and experience are expressed in specific agricultural environment. I selected China, Japan, the Netherlands, and the United States as representative examples. In the analysis of agricultural policy, the direction, governance and main areas and technologies were focused. As a result, it is found both standardization strategy and the localization strategy work at the same time. Standardization strategies decontextualize technologies and policies from the economic, social, cultural, and ecological contexts of region. The regionalization strategy builds a smart agricultural model for each country with reflecting geographical characteristics. This study could be for facilitating further researches on geographies of agricultural technology and agricultural knowledge production.

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the technology related facts which determine the difference of the output of companies in the fields of IT and BT industries in Korean. The determining facts consist of the technology development strategy, the characteristic of R&D groups, and the ability of managing knowledge assets. Three kinds of regression model are made by using 3 determining facts from total model to IT and BT model to investigate the research purpose of this study. The technology development strategy consists of 2 sub facts, as technology innovation and product upgrade. The characteristic of R&D group consists of 2 sub facts, as the characteristic of task and the intensity of R&D group members. The ability of managing knowledge assets consist of 3 sub elements, as the ability of creating knowledge assets, the ability of holding in common knowledge assets, and the ability of developing the value of knowledge assets.

The BSC which was proposed by Kaplan and Norton, is being used as a general performance measurement tool in various firms and industries. BSC approach links strategic objectives with specific operation indices and it can efficiently evaluate the attainment of the goals of the firm. This study is a BSC based case of the government R&D institute which is staffed with knowledge experts in the research areas. In order to bring a major change to a public research organization and shape a strategy focused organization, it is essential to understand the proper methodology of the whole construction process of BSC from the mission of the institute through the establishment of vision and strategic direction, KPI building, and a strategy map set, to the implementation of the BSC monitoring system. By investigating the application process, in this research we intend to provides useful implications in the BSC construction process of public research agencies.

It is very essential issue in industrial advancement and company survival for international standard body to adopt standards including ICT that domestic company or our country owns. Also, advanced countries fiercely contest in order to include domestic technology in international standard and make every effort to secure essential patent relating to core and basic technology in international standard. In this circumstances, it is necessary to develop standardization strategies and take systematic approaches in an attempt to upgrade our country to strongly knowledge-based country in 21th century and achieve a leading position in ICT market. Therefore, this paper will suggest systematic and comprehensive approaches from planning of technology development to securing essential patent of international standard and have the purpose of making standardization base as well as promoting international standardization of domestic technology.
