프로그래머블 컨트롤러(PC)라고 하는 제어장치가 1970년대말부터 급격하게 사용되기 시작된 것은 주지하는 바와 같다. 그후 어느 조사에 의하면 PC의 연간 신장률이 $30\~40\%$나 됐다고 한다. 본고는 앞으로 1년간에 걸쳐 (1) 종래 전자 릴레이 시퀀스 제어기술 영역의 업무에 종사해 왔지만 PC와 접하지 않으면 안되게 된 사람과 (2) 새로 학교나 직업훈련소를 나와 앞으로 PC를 취급하는 직장에 종사하게 된 사람들을 대상으로 연재를 시작하는 것이므로 시퀀스 제어의 동작, 회로, 회로도를 보는 방법, 그리는 방법에 대해서 일단의 지식과 경험이 있어야 하는 것이 전제조건이 된다. 본 연재는 종래의 시퀀스 제어회로를 PC의 프로그램으로 표현하려면 어떻게 생각하면 되는가를 중심으로 완결된 프로그램을 들어 기술한다. 즉, 지금까지 전선으로 릴레이간을 배선하여 제어회로를 작성하고 있던 것을 PC의 프로그램으로 만드는(이것을 소프트 와이어드라고도 한다) 방법이 설명되고 있다. PC 프로그램 작성은 용이성이 필요 조건이 된다. 이를 위해 본고에서는 명령의 수를 제한하고 프로그램의 논리구조가 명확해지는 방법을 사용하였다. 본 연재는 앞에서 언급한 바와 같이 소형 PC를 릴레이 대신 사용하는 방법에 대해서 기술하는 것으로서, 시퀀스 제어계의 설계에 관해서는 취급하고 있지 않다. 그것은 별차원의 것이기 때문이다. 그러나 PC로 시퀀스 제어회로를 간단히 작성하게 되면 다음은 회로를 어떻게 해서 만드는가 또는 회로를 만드는 것이 아니고 기계의 움직임을 그대로 표현하고 그것을 프로그램으로 하는 것같은 이른바 설계법으로 PC의 과제가 이동해 하는 것은 확실하다. 소프트 와이어드화의 힘이 붙으면 다음은 시퀀스 제어계의 동작 표현법, 설계법으로 흥미가 옮겨 가게 된다. 본고가 이것으로의 교량역할이 된다면 다행이겠다.

The preconditions of the usefulness of an operator safety training model in large plants are the versatility and accuracy of operational procedures, obtained by detailed analysis of the various types of risks associated with the operation, and the systematic representation of knowledge. In this study, we consider the artificial intelligence planning method for the generation of operation procedures; classify them into general actions, actions and technical terms of the operator; and take into account the sharing and reuse of knowledge, defining a knowledge expression ontology. In order to expand and extend the general operations of the operation, we apply a Hierarchical Task Network (HTN). Actual boiler plant case studies are classified according to operating conditions, states and operating objectives between the units, and general emergency shutdown procedures are created to confirm the applicability of the proposed method. These results based on systematic knowledge representation can be easily applied to general plant operation procedures and operator safety training scenarios and will be used for automatic generation of safety training scenarios.

Since technological innovation is such an important factor that it can determine a company's economic growth and competitive enhancement, all the companies make lots of investments and efforts for technological innovation. As outcomes of technological innovation, there are patents, trademark and copyrights, etc. and they are mostly approved as a legal right called 'Intellectual Property Right'. To activate such an intellectual property right, financing techniques are needed for enterprises to raise funds through collaterals, such as technological and intellectual patents. In reality, however, any IP-related financial system is not really activated due to the lack of surety-related regulations in Korea. Thus, on the premise that it is important to carry out an objective and reliable valuation on IP as a collateral for the activation of IP finance, this study intends to investigate various different methods of patent valuation needed for IP finance.

일반적으로 엄밀한 방법을 통하여 증명되었다고 말해지는 괴델의 불완전성 정리는 일련의 전제와 배경지식이 요구된다고 하겠다. 이들 중에서 무엇보다도 중요한 것은 정리의 증명에 사용되는 메타언어상의 수학적 참에 대한 개념이다. 일단 확인할 수 있는 것은 "증명도, 반증도 되지 않지만 참인 산수문장의 존재"라는 불완전성 정리의 내용에서 괴델이 가정하고 있는 수학적 참의 개념이 구문론적인 증명개념으로부터 완전히 독립되어야 한다는 점이다. 문제는 그가 가정하고 있는 수학적 참의 개념이 도대체 무엇이어야만 하겠는가라는 점이다. 이 논문은 이 질문과 관련하여 내용적으로 3부분으로 나누어 질 수 있다. I. 괴델의 정리의 증명에 필요한 전제들 및 표의 도움을 얻어 자세히 제시되는 증명과정의 개략도를 통해 문제의 지형도를 조감하였다. II, III. 비트겐슈타인의 괴델비판을 중심으로, "일련의 글자꼴이 산수문장이다"라는 주장의 의미에 대한 상식적 비판 및 해석에 바탕을 둔 모형이론에 대한 대안제시를 통하여 괴델의 정리를 증명하기 위해 필요한 산수적 참에 관한 전제가 결코 "확보된 것이 아니다"라는 점을 밝혔다. IV. 괴델의 정리에 대한 앞의 비판이 초수학적 전제에 대한 것이라면, 3번째 부분에서는 공리체계에서 생성 가능한 표현의 증명여부와 관련된 쌍조건문이 그 도입에 필수적인 괴델화가 갖는 임의성으로 인해 양쪽의 문장의 참, 거짓 여부가 서로 독립적으로 판단 가능하여야만 한다는 점에(외재적 관계!) 착안하여 궁극적으로 자기 자신의 증명여부를 판단하게 되는 한계상황에 도달할 경우(대각화와 관련된 표 참조) 그 독립성이 상실됨으로 인해 사실상 기능이 정지되어야만 한다는 점, 그럼에도 불구하고 이 한계상황을 간파할 경우(내재적 관계로 바뀜!)항상 순환논법을 피할 수 없다는 점을 밝혔다. 비유적으로 거울이 모든 것을 비출 수 있어도 자기 스스로를 비출 수 없다는 점과 같으며, 공리체계 내 표현의 증명여부를 그 체계내의 표현으로 판별하는 괴델의 거울 역시 스스로를 비출 수는 없다는 점을 밝혔다. 따라서 괴델문장이 산수문장에 속한다는 믿음은, 그 문장의 증명, 반증 여부도 아니고 또 그 문장의 사용에서 오는 것도 아니고, 플라톤적 수의 세계에 대한 그 어떤 직관에서 나오는 것도 아니다. 사실상 구문론적 측면을 제외하고는 그 어떤 것으로부터도 괴델문장이 산수문장이라는 근거는 없다. 그럼에도 불구하고 괴델문장을 산수문장으로 볼 경우(괴델의 정리의 증명과정이라는 마술을 통해!), 그것은 확보된 구성요소로부터 조합된 문장이 아니라 전체가 서로 분리불가능한 하나의 그림이라고 보아야한다. 이것은 비트겐슈타인이 공리를 그림이라고 본 것과 완전히 일치하는 맥락이다. 바론 그런 점에서 괴델문장은 새로운 공리로 도입된 것과 사실은 다름이 없다.

Collective intelligence has been focused because it plays an important role for creating knowledge. In order to solve a problem with collective intelligence, collaborative works sharing information are required. In this study, we have investigated what informations are shared while 4 science gifted students are asked for scientific explanation to the problem which is cognitive conflict. They have shared presupposition and problem in stage of problem finding, aims and means of problem solving in stage of setting up hypotheses, and constraints for evaluation and results of evaluation in stage of hypotheses evaluation. Our research tells that group can create knowledge through sharing information and make a change of their concepts. Our foundation of these spontaneous conceptual change gives an implication for gifted education.

Shoulder instability is generally diagnosed from a detailed history, physical examination and various radiological studies. Although, a physical examination is essential for making a diagnosis, it is quite difficult. For a precise physical examination, a thorough anatomical knowledge and a great deal of experience is needed. In addition, normal translation and pathologic laxity should be differentiated. An anatomical and biomechanical understanding of a stable and unstable shoulder joint and a precise physical examination are needed to determine the direction and extent of the instability as well as to diagnose the associated lesions and improve the surgical results.

'임시복합명사'는 명사 하나 하나의 의미가 개인의 머릿속에 저장되어 있지만, 이들이 결합해서 생긴 단어가 일반적인 언어사전에 등록되어 있지 않고 문맥에 따라 새로운 의미가 형성되어서 결합된 명사를 의미한다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 사전의 목록에 등록되어 있지 않아서 의미적으로 애매한 복합명사들을 '임시복합명사' ad-hoc Nominal-komposita 라고 지칭하였다. 이때 이러한 '임시복합명사'를 생성하는데 있어서 '임시복합명사'를 구성하는 각 요소들은 새로운 복합명사를 만드는데 필요한 '입력'의 역할을 담당한다. 이 논문에서는 '임시복합명사'를 구성하는데 필요한 일종의 다양한 원칙들을 다루어 보았다. 그러한 원칙들은 순수 언어학적인 논거를 바탕으로 '임시복합명사'를 생산하고 해석해 나가는 과정에 대한 타당성을 입증해 주었다. 그러나 일반적인 지식 Weltwissen과 텍스트 문맥에 맞는 구조를 편입함으로써 그 형태와 해석이 가능한 다른 형태의 복합어는 이 논문에서 자세히 다루지 않았다. 이 논문에서 제시된 복합명사의 생성과 해석과정은 대부분의 경우 복합어 고유의 현상만을 설명한 것이 아니라, 일반적으로 복합어를 생산하고 해석하는 과정을 다룬 것이다. 마찬가지로 이 점은 텍스트 문맥과 상관없이 해석이 가능한 복합어 내지는 텍스트 문맥에 따라 해석이 가능한 복합어에서도 똑같이 적용된다. 텍스트의 문맥을 통해서 자체적으로 해석이 가능하지 않은 복합어를 명확하게 의미를 부여하고 해석하는 과정, 예를 들어 의사소통상에서 일반적인 지식을 이용하여 '임시복합어'를 해석하는 과정은 이후의 연구에 다양하게 다루어 질 테마가 될 것임이 분명하다. 또한 '임시복합명사'를 생산하기 위해 이 논문에서 다룬 전제조건들은 또 다른 새로운 복합어를 생산하는데, 예를 들어 명사로부터 파생된 동사들의 복합어를 연구하는데 밑거름이 될 것이다.학의 강력한 연구가 요구된다.에 기대어 텍스트, 문장, 어휘영역 등이 투입되어 적용되었으며, 이에 상응되게 구체적인 몇몇 방안들이 제시되었다. 학습자들이 텍스트를 읽고 중심내용을 찾아내며, 단락을 구획하고 또한 체계를 파악하는데 있어서 어휘연습은 외국어 교수법 측면에서도 매우 관여적이며 시의적절한 과제라 생각된다. Sd 2) PL - Sn - pS: (1) PL[VPL - Sa] - Sn - pS (2) PL[VPL - pS] - Sn - pS (3) PL(VPL - Sa - pS) - Sn - pS 3) PL[VPL - pS) - Sn -Sa $\cdot$ 3가 동사 관용구: (1) PL[VPL - pS] - Sn - Sd - Sa (2) PL[VPL - pS] - Sn - Sa - pS (3) PL[VPL - Sa] - Sn - Sd - pS 이러한 분류가 보여주듯이, 독일어에는 1가, 2가, 3가의 관용구가 있으며, 구조 외적으로 동일한 통사적 결합가를 갖는다 하더라도 구조 내적 성분구조가 다르다는 것을 알 수 있다. 우리는 이 글이 외국어로서의 독일어를 배우는 이들에게 독일어의 관용구를 보다 올바르게 이해할 수 있는 방법론적인 토대를 제공함은 물론, (관용어) 사전에서 외국인 학습자를 고려하여 관용구를 알기 쉽게 기술하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있기를 바란다.되기 시작하면서 남황해 분지는 구조역전의 현상이 일어났으며, 동시에 발해 분지는 인리형 분지로 발달하게 되었다. 따라서, 올리고세 동안 발해 분지에서는 퇴적작용이, 남황해 분지에서는 심한 구조역전에 의한 분지변형이 동시에 일어났다 올리고세 이후 현재까지, 남황해 분지와 발해 분지들은 간헐적인 해침과 함께 광역적 침강을 유지하면서 안정된 대륙 및 대륙붕 지역으로 전이되었다.

Whether voluntary or involuntary in the field of education, learner participation is a basic premise for all teaching-learning. It is true that behaviorism and cognitive educational psychology have helped the development of teaching-learning theory so far but the reality is that it has not been of great help to provide learner-centered education according to the learner's learning type. We have professional theological knowledge and insight in theological college and having the knowledge to diagnose and solve difficulties and problems in the pastoral field and it is an increasingly difficult reality to educate students to have spiritual leadership that can lead the future society. We know that each student should understand the characteristics of each student and teach according to their learning type but the reason why it is difficult to implement is that each learner has different competencies, conditions, and cultural backgrounds and has particularly diverse learning types. in this respect, in order to increase the learning effect of individuals, individual learning considering the learning type of students is effective.

The National Library for the Disabled was upgraded to a primary affiliated organization of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on June 4, 2020, in accordance with Article 24 (1) of the Library Act (Law No. 16685). The National Library for the Disabled is currently preparing to build an independent library building. Now that the National Library for the Disabled has secured its independent legal status, it must become a specialized national library by comprehensively collecting not only alternative materials for the disabled, but also domestic and foreign materials useful to researchers related to the disabled. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to conduct basic research for comprehensive and strategic collection of library materials for people with disabilities, which is an essential part of the statutory work of the National Library for the Disabled. To this end, the concept and category of library materials for the disabled that are expected to be useful for satisfying the intellectual needs of the disabled and for education and research related to the disabled were established targeting knowledge information resources produced and distributed domestically and internationally. Next, based on the current collection development policy of the National Library for the Disabled, an implementation strategy and mid to long term roadmap for comprehensively collecting library materials were presented.

지식경제부의 청정제조기반 산업원천개발사업의 일환으로 진행 중인 "초고진공펌프 개발" 과제 중 제3세부 과제인 "고진공펌프 종합특성평가시스템 설계, 진단기술 개발" 과제에서 진행되고 있는 연구수행결과를 소개한다. 국내 초고진공펌프 개발 수준의 선진화를 위한 기본적인 초석 확립은 현존하는 모든 진공 발생 장치의 국제적 신뢰성이 있는 완벽한 성능평가의 구현에 있다고 할 수 있다. 고진공펌프개발 총괄 과제의 대명제는 "국제적 신뢰성을 가지는 상용화 제품의 완성"이며, 이를 위한 3세부과제의 추진 방향은 기 완료된 1단계 기술개발에 근거한 1세부과제 및 2세부과제와의 유기적인 infra를 통한 성공적인 지원체계 구축 및 상용화 제품 개발 단계의 모든 신뢰성 확보 전략을 수립, 수행하는 것을 골자로 하고 있다. 또한 2단계 사업 추진 동안 제품 개발 주체인 산업체에 모든 개발된 기술을 적용할 수 있는 기반 제공 및 상용화를 위한 성공적인 기술이전도 포함된다. 상용화 개발 완료 후인 Post Project 기간 동안에 발생할 수 있는 모든 지원체계의 구축도 장기간에 걸친 연구 개발의 연장선상에서 추진되어야 될 것으로 예상된다. 세부 추진내용으로 나노팹 공정현장의 고진공펌프 신뢰성평가의 기본 개념설계를 포함한 현장 데이터의 확보 및 분석 현황, 공정현장의 실제 환경에 투입하기 전 단계의 모든 신뢰성 확보 방안, 터보분자펌프의 경우 파괴실험을 포함한 over speed, shock venting, foreign debris dropping test 등 상용화 단계에 필요한 기본 시험평가 조건을 고찰하고자 한다. 상용화 단계의 내구성 및 신뢰성 확보를 위한 전제 조건은 대외적으로 공표할 수 있는 시험 평가 데이터와 개발 주체에서 기밀 수준으로 유지해야만 하는 민감한 자료의 상시 생산 infra의 구축으로 볼 수 있다. 이러한 고진공펌프개발이라는 과제의 대명제를 완성하기 위하여 추진 연구개발 방향 등 진행형인 2년간의 최종 상용화에 필요한 국제 신뢰성, 공정대응성 확보 등 핵심사업 추진내용 및 infra 구축의 상세개발 로드맵을 완성하고자 한다.
