Understanding Elementary School Teachers' Intention to Use Artificial Intelligence in Mathematics Lesson Using TPACK and Technology Acceptance Model (TPACK과 기술수용모델을 활용한 초등교사의 수학 수업에서 인공지능 사용 의도 이해)

  • This study aimed to investigate the factors influencing the intentions of elementary school teachers to use artificial intelligence (AI) in mathematics lessons and to identify the essential prerequisites for the effective implementation of AI in mathematics education. To achieve this purpose, we examined the structural relationship between elementary school teachers' TPACK(Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) and the TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) using structural equation model. The findings of the study indicated that elementary school teachers' TPACK regarding the use of AI in mathematics instruction had a direct and significant impact on their perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of AI. In other words, when teachers possessed a higher level of TPACK competency in utilizing AI in mathematics classes, they found it easier to incorporate AI technology and recognized it as a valuable tool to enhance students' mathematics learning experience. In addition, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness directly influenced the attitudes of elementary school teachers towards the integration of AI in mathematics education. When teachers perceived AI as easy to use in their mathematics lessons, they were more likely to recognize its usefulness and develop a positive attitude towards its application in the classroom. Perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and attitude towards AI integration in mathematics classes had a direct impact on the intentions of elementary school teachers to use AI in their mathematics instruction. As teachers perceived AI as easy to use, valuable, and developed a positive attitude towards its incorporation, their intention to utilize AI in mathematics education increased. In conclusion, this study shed light on the factors influencing elementary school teachers' intentions to use AI in mathematics classes. It revealed that teachers' TPACK plays a crucial role in facilitating the integration of AI in mathematics education. Additionally, the study emphasized the significance of enhancing teachers' awareness of the advantages and convenience of using AI in mathematics instruction to foster positive attitudes and intentions towards its implementation. By understanding these factors, educational stakeholders can develop strategies to effectively promote the utilization of AI in mathematics education, ultimately enhancing students' learning outcomes.

Is Smart Tourism Merely a Trend? A Systematic Literature Review of Emerging Trends and Future Research Directions (스마트관광 연구 유행인가 지속가능한가? : 체계적 문헌 고찰을 통한 연구동향과 과제)

  • Recent discussions regarding smart tourism have gained significant momentum in tourism policy and industry; however, knowledge production in this research area remains fragmented and sporadic. This study aims to analyze trends in smart tourism research published in domestic KCI journals up to the end of July 2024 through a systematic literature review, proposing future research tasks to foster academic development. The analysis addresses both the quantitative and qualitative dimensions of smart tourism research, particularly focusing on tourism journals where the terms and concepts are prominent in policy and industry contexts, while also diagnosing the related research paradigms. The findings indicate that the term "smart tourism" began to prominently appear in research titles, topics, keywords, and abstracts as early as 2014. Among the 126 studies analyzed, research related to tourism constituted the largest share, accounting for 30.2%. However, due to the interdisciplinary nature of smart tourism, research has also emerged from various academic fields, including business studies, design, information communication, and computer science. Research on smart tourism has appeared in tourism journals since 2015, predominantly adopting a positivist research paradigm with an emphasis on quantitative methodologies that often utilize surveys. Additionally, the study reveals a pre-paradigm stage within smart tourism research, characterized by insufficient comprehensive conceptual and theoretical development. This stage has also restricted discussions on various ontological, epistemological, methodological, and interpretive issues. The theories mainly employed draw from established behavioral models, such as the Technology Acceptance Model, the Extended Technology Acceptance Model, and the Technology Readiness Model. Based on these findings, the study suggests future research directions for tourism scholars to determine whether smart tourism will solidify as a sustainable research topic or merely be regarded as a transient trend within tourism studies over the next decade.

A Study of the Classification of Korean Music Materials (한국음악자료 분류에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an idealistic scheme for the classification of Korean music. The ideal classification of Korean music should cover as much knowledge and materials of Korean music as possible. In this study, therefore, Korean music, Korean musicology and music materials were examined first as the backgrounds. Then classification schedules for Korean music including 679 Korean music of KDC were selected, and their expansion aspects and the problems were analyzed. The conditions and the possibility of developing an ideal classification schedule of Korean music were sought through reanalyzing the problems found in these existing classification schedules. As the result of this study a new classification schedule of Korean music was proposed.

  • Many information channels have dealt with the radiological consequences of the Chernobyl accident in different voices ever since the time of the accident. Large differences in the data about the amount of released radioactivity, losses of life, environmental effects and economic damage confuse the information receiving group. The intention of this paper is to provide an insight to the consequences of the accident through review of the reports and articles on the given issue and the scientific background. The formal reports reviewed include those from IAEA, EC, OECD/NEA, the governments of the two most-affected countries; Belarus and Ukraine. Much consideration was paid to make the text as plain as possible.

  • A main purpose of this research is to identify success factors of start-up based on the AER case study. As a result of case analysis, In the early stage, the success factors of start-up are the entrepreneur's history, experience, expertise, prompt judgment, problem-solving ability, the capacity and teamwork of its members, business networks and supporting government start-ups. In the commercialization stage, securing commercialization and investment funds, timing, differentiation strategy, overseas advancement, and acceptance of customer feedback are important. In the growth stage (maturity stage), new product launches and diversification, and establishment of organizational culture are important. Based on the results of this analysis, this study sought success factors and implications for each stage and sought research directions in the future.

  • $\cdot$재생에너지는 환경친화적이면서 무한하게 공급되므로 지속가능한 미래 에너지원으로 각광받고 있으나 선행투자와 시장전망의 불확실성 때문에 정부 주도의 개발이 필요하다. 정부는 이러한 여건에 있는 신$\cdot$재생에너지 사업의 활성화를 위하여 공공기관 신축 건물에 대해 신$\cdot$재생에너지의 이용을 의무화하는 법령을 만들고, RPS제도를 도입하는 것을 검토하는 둥의 노력을 하고 있다. 이러한 정책수립 과정에서 국민들의 의견을 수렴하여 충분히 반영해야 신규 정책에 대한 타당성이 뒷받침되게 된다. 이에 일반 국민의 신$\cdot$재생에너지에 대한 관심과 선호도에 대한 인식을 분석하기 위해 일반 국민에게 가장 보편적으로 알려져 있거나 이용 중인 특정 신$\cdot$재생에너지의 종류를 알아보고, 아울러 가장 도움을 주거나 우리나라 여건에 적절하다고 국민들이 기대하는 종류가 무엇인지 조사하였다. 또 거주지역에 신$\cdot$재생에너지 생산기지가 건설되는 것에 대한 찬반 의견을 물어 일반 혐오시설 건설에 대한 의견과 비교하고, 응답이 각 계층별로 어떠한 양상을 띠는지 조사하였다. 이를 통해 정부의 신·재생에너지 정책에 대한 국민들의 입장과 수용여부를 분석하고자 한다. 응답자 중 대부분이 태양열과 풍력 에너지라는 용어를 경험한 것으로 드러난 반면, 소수력과 바이오매스 에너지는 생소하게 느끼고 있었다 일반적으로 친숙한 용어의 신$\cdot$재생에너지의 종류에 대해 기대를 갖고 있는 반면, 생소한 신·재생에너지에 대해서는 기대 수준이 낮은 것으로 나타나 신·재생에너지 관련 교육의 필요성을 보여주고 있다. 또 여성보다는 남성이, 그리고 신$\cdot$재생에너지에 대한 사전지식이 많을수록 거주지역에 신$\cdot$재생에너지 생산기지를 건설하는 것에 대해 호의적이었다.

  • 산업경제구조의 변화로 경험이 풍부한 전문가들이 은퇴하고 경험이 적은 직원들이 그들의 업무를 대신하는 구조로 조직이 변화하고 있다. 동시에 녹색성장시대의 도래로 화석연료를 사용하는 설비에 대한 투자가 줄면서 점차로 노후화되는 경향을 보이고 있어 불필요한 운전 과도현상에서 기인된 극단적인 손상은 설비자체 및 전력공급계통 전체에 치명적이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 석탄화력발전소 제어 시스템은 이러한 사안들을 안정적으로 이끌어 나가기 위한 중요한 요소로 저비용 고효율 발전소 유지를 위해 중점적으로 발전시켜 나가야 할 부분이다. 본 논문은 석탄화력발전소의 주구성요소인 보일러와 터빈을 제어하는 마스터 제어기의 복잡한 로직을 모델 기반의 간단한 로직으로 개발하여 시뮬레이션 한 결과를 실제 발전소에 적용하기 위한 내용을 기술하였다. 실제 발전소는 많은 위험요소들을 안고 있기 때문에 시뮬레이션에서 나타나는 급격한 제어동작을 수용할 수 없을 경우도 있으며, 실제 다른 많은 변수들이 제어불안정 요소로 작용할 수 있다. 차후 실제 적용한 결과는 예측제어의 사용과 같은 제어시스템 향상을 위한 개발과 운영효율 향상에 사용될 것이다. 튜닝 과정에서의 연구결과는 시간절약과 제어부분 결함제거 등 직원들의 전문지식 향상 등에 도움을 주게 될 것이다.

Cultural Ecology on the Village Fengshui (마을풍수의 문화생태 - 지리산권역의 마을을 사례로 -)

  • The meaning of fengshui was another cultural ecological environment in the pre-modern in Korea. Village residents made interrelations with village natural environment by the medium of the geomantic landscape. The functions of cultural ecology through the village fengshui are as follows: the spatial location, the population inflow, the regulation of the community's production or construction or land-use, the adjustment of the environmental carrying capacity, the environmental management, the forming of the collective environmental perception and attitude. Village fengshui is a cultural adaptation strategy to the local environment for the village residents. Fengshui can be evaluated as a traditional cultural ecological way and knowledge system for keeping sustainable village environment in East Asia.

  • Large amounts of research results are being produced with the rapid growth of science and technology. The current method for constructing the database was way too time and cost consuming. In the currently upcoming technology and knowledge society, web service is required to provide the various professional service for national R&D reports. A process to manufacture E-Book for professional service is also required. This research shows the conversion models with efficient manufacturing process and the systems related to the development through defining the National R&D reports.

  • 편안한 3차원 입체영상 콘텐츠 제작을 위해선 시청 환경 조건에 부합하는 최적의 제작 방법을 필요로 한다. 현재의 입체영상 제작 과정은 경험자의 지식이나 시청자 실험에 기반 한 가이드라인들을 활용하고 있으나, 특정 제작 환경에 국한되어 있다. 보다 구체적이고 정량적인 가이드라인 도출을 위해선 다양한 카메라 제어 및 시청 환경 요소를 고려한 실험용 입체영상이 제작되고, 그 실험 영상을 기반으로 다양한 시청자 실험 데이터가 구축되어야 한다. 또한, 실험용 입체영상 제작은 단기간에 이루어지고, 실험 목적 변경에 따라 변화 요인을 수용할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 실험용 입체영상 제작을 위해, 상업용 3D 게임 엔진 저작 툴(Unity3D)에서 운용되고, 깊이예산(Depth Budget) 제어가 쉽게 가능한 입체 카메라 모듈을 구현하고, 구현된 모듈을 활용한 입체영상의 제작 예를 보여준다.
