  • The 21st century survive only who creating, taking, and managing to knowledge. Digital contents industry becomes to the core in the future. That is, to win in a competition have to the digitalizing knowledge contents to all knowledge and information resources. Therefore, it needs to the digital contents management and the distribution framework. This study aims to propose a model stages in the knowledge contents-decision process, KM Matrix, and KMI Score founded on digital contents framework and diffusion of innovation.

A Wisdom Contents Service Model: Focusing on Service Nature (지혜콘텐츠 서비스모델 제안: 서비스본질 중심)

  • This study proposes a service model that can effectively provide users with knowledge and wisdom contents from the experience of overcoming the crisis to sustain human growth. In order to serve as a wisdom content, the necessity of the service nature is suggested and the present knowledge contents services are analyzed from the viewpoint of service nature. As a result, it is analyzed that current knowledge contents service is unidirectional, inconsistent and can not provide various related information together. In this study, we propose a wisdom contents service model that is consistent with the current service era. We propose a new wisdom contents service model that reflects the essence of service as a way to become more useful wisdom contents service. The proposed wisdom contents service model is able to provide a story and various related information out of the existing fragmentary knowledge services. This makes it easy for users to acquire and use wisdom. This study is a basic study for the development of wisdom contents service, and further research is needed on detailed discussion of wisdom contents service, analysis of service system, and suggestion of customized service through user demand survey.

  • In order to expand e-Learning and to increase effect of e-Learning, e-learning should be improved more and more. It is achived when reflecting learning planning, teaching method design, well-designed operation, etc. The quality of e-Learning can be influenced by the development method and operational method, and the quality of e-learning can decide teaming effect. That is, the development method(model) of contents influence contents quality, and contents quality decides learning effect. Therefore, this study, analyzing e-Learning models and introducing "Knowledge-based e-Learning Model" which can increase quality of e-Learning, should contibute to achieve e-Learning purpose.

  • 최근 정보의 형태는 텍스트나 이미지 기반에서 벗어나 복합 멀티미디어, 즉 동영상 위주로 빠르게 이동하고 있다. 특히 사용자에 의해 제작되고 유통되는 동영상 UCC의 급격한 부상은 사용자의 정보 생산력과 정보 공유, 소비 형태를 능동적으로 변화시키고 있다. PC 뿐 아니라 IPTV에서도 주요 서비스 모델로 관심을 받는 동영상 UCC는 향후 지식 결부형 학습 콘텐츠로 옮아갈 것이라 예상되고 있으며 여기에는 수익 모델의 개발과 저작권 보호 이슈가 해결해야 할 선결 과제로 인식된다. 이에 본 논문은 방송 콘텐츠 제공 표준 기술인 TV-Anytime, 학습객체메타데이터인 LOM(Learning Object Metadata)을 기반으로 OSMU 동영상 UCC 학습 콘텐츠 서비스 모델을 위한 에디터를 설계하고 외부 콘텐츠 소스를 활용할 수 있는 콘텐츠 저작 시나리오에 기반한 메타데이터를 설계하였다. 이를 통해 사용자의 다양한 지식을 활용할 수 있는 UCC 학습 콘텐츠 서비스 모델 발굴과 콘텐츠의 확대 재생산에 있어서 적극적인 저작권 보호가 이루어질 것을 기대한다.

Morphological Classification of Knowledge Map for Science and Technology and Development of Knowledge Map Examples in the View of Information Analysis (과학기술 지식맵의 형태적 분류와 정보분석 관점의 지식맵 사례 도출)

  • Knowledge maps for science and technology are used extensively in the research projects. However, they are not organized systematically and are not necessarily suitable to be used in the research projects. Therefore, this study aims to organize the knowledge maps in order to support scientific research projects. To this end, the existing knowledge maps for science and technology are classified as one of four types based on data representation methods; the frequency summary map, trend summary map, distribution-based knowledge map and network-based knowledge map. Additionally, by summarizing and classifying the knowledge maps through the principle of 'five w's and one h', the unexplored area are investigated. Finally, some examples of useful knowledge maps in terms of data analysis are provided with details such as definitions, components and utilization purposes. These findings may be a starting point for future research into a better understanding of knowledge maps for science and technology.

Ontology-based knowledge-structure modeling for a variety of decision making in the virtual world (온톨로지 기반 가상세계에서 다양한 의사결정을 위한 에이전트 지식구조 모델링)

  • 본 논문에서는 온톨로지 기반의 가상세계를 구현하고, 그 구현된 가상세계의 거주자가 경험하는 정보를 이미 정의된 지식구조로 저장하여, 재사용성과 다양성을 보장한다. 시간의 흐름과 공간적 위치 관계의 표현을 위한 S-T(시공간) 그래프와 일련의 정의된 사건과 이벤트가 가상세계 거주자인 에이전트의 지식구조에 맞게 변형, 축소된 후에 저장되어 최종적으로 에이전트를 둘러싼 환경변화자체가 에이전트의 의사결정을 좌우하지 않고, 에이전트의 지식을 기반으로 에이전트 자신의 의사결정 시스템에 따라 환경에 대응하는 다양한 행동을 보여준다. 이러한 에이전트의 지식구조를 구현하기 위하여 기본적으로 온톨로지라는 가상세계 자체를 아우르는 추상화 모델이 필요하며, 이 모델을 상속하여 실세계의 Object들을 정의 해 나간다. 정의된 온톨로지를 기반으로 가상세계에 Object들을 등장 시키고, 시공간적 변화에 따른 정보들이 에이전트의 지식구조로 변형되어 저장되어 진다, 이렇게 저장된 정보들이 에이전트의 의사결정 시스템에 적용되어 에이전트의 다양한 행위를 보장 할 수 있다.

  • 기존의 도서관 정보서비스는 도서관 업무담당자에 의한 1:n 방식의 온라인 지식서비스만을 강조하였다면 스마트 도서관시스템에서는 빅데이터를 통해 지식을 생성, 검증, 분류하여 지능형지식, 실감형지식, 맞춤형지식, 체험형지식 등을 제공할 수 있다. 또한 빅데이터를 활용한 다자간 콘텐츠 공유, 상호 의견 교환이 가능하며, 집단지성에 의해 구축되는 학습 콘텐츠 및 지식 베이스는 국가의 지식자원 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 차세대 이러닝 환경에서의 지능형 튜터링을 통해 창의적 인재육성, 공교육의 질적 향상, 사교육비 절감, 교육 기회 균등 배분, 지역 및 계층 간 위화감 해소 등 국가정책 목표 실현할 수 있다. 제안된 빅데이터 기반의 스마트도서관 정보서비스시스템에서는 멀티테넌트 환경에서 구현이 가능한 핵심요소들을 개발하였다. 그러므로 초기 투자비용이 거의 없고, 쉽고, 간편하며, 저비용 IT 서비스가 가능한 SaaS 기반의 소프트웨어 온-디멘드 방식의 서비스 모델로 시스템을 구현하였다. 또한 연결방식으로는 N고객:1인스턴스, 제공 프로그램은 동일한 코드 사용, 커스터마이징은 고객이 테넌트별 환경 설정을 통해서 직접 수정가능, 데이터는 테넌트별 자료를 공유해서 사용할 수 있으며 기존의 디지털도서관 시스템 서비스의 단점을 해결할 수 있도록 성능을 개선하였다.

  • Although previous studies show that organizational culture and organizational communication could be influential factors in knowledge management and organizational performance, the more integrated research to indicate relationships among all of the factors is still needed. By indicating the inter-relationships among the factors and the direction of the influence, this paper suggests various ways to develop an integrated approach to the improvement of organizational performance through knowledge management and other related factors. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among national culture, organizational culture, organizational communication, knowledge management, and organizational performance. Based on a comprehensive review of extant literature on the relationships among these factors, the relationships are summarized in the conceptual model. According to the model, organizational performance is influenced by knowledge management, organizational communication, and organizational culture, and knowledge management is influenced by organizational communication and organizational culture. Based on the conceptual model, implications for human resource (HR) researchers and practitioners seeking to optimally improve organizational performance are presented.

Research on Relative Importance of Business Model Factors by Using AHP Method : Focused on Knowledge Service Firm (AHP분석을 활용한 비즈니스모델 구성요인의 상대적 중요도 연구 : 지식서비스기업을 대상으로)

  • This study analyzed relative importance among business model factors for improving business performance of Knowledge Service Enterprises using the Business Model methodology. It also compares and analyzes the relative importance of manufacturing enterprises by using the previous research conclusion. This study finds Product & Service factor(0.361) is the most important among Marketing(0.251), Financial aspects(0.234), and Infrastructure(0.154) are follows. For the sub factors, Value Proposition(0.254) is the most importance factors and Revenue Streams(0.154), and Key Activities(0.107), and Key Resources(0.100), and Channels(0.086) are follows. Also, The Marketing has higher relative importance for Manufacturing enterprises, whereas the Product&Service has higher relative importance for Knowledge Service Enterprises. It proves that there is a difference in the relative importance between Manufacturing Enterprises and Knowledge Service Enterprises. This study concludes the importance of business model factor is different for each respective industry. Therefore, it suggests to consider different industrial aspects when build the business model for each industry.

Understanding Business Model and R&D Project Selection (비즈니스 모델 지식이 연구개발 선택에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • Selection of profitable research and development (R&D) projects is one of the major factors affecting sustained growth of firms and countries. This paper analyze what influences the knowledge on the business model exerted on selection of a R&D project. A business model converts the technology value to the customer value, and comprehensively describes the target customers for commercializing a new technology, core values, behaviors within organizations, resources, and external partners. Thus, understanding a business model would make R&D project evaluators place the feasibility and profitability of the business above the merits of the proposed technology in evaluating the technology development. To verify this hypothesis, we had 78 R&D project evaluators acquire the knowledge on the business model and measured how their criteria for R&D project selection have changed using the AHP method. The results shows that feasibility and profitability are more important than the merit of proposed technology, especially capability of company and business development are more important than the levels of technology innovation.
